3521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone still earning with bounties? on: February 20, 2020, 10:14:22 PM
The forum is filled with users complaining about not being able to earn anything from those bounty projects. You should have just gone through the forum before wasting your valuable time on these bounty projects. Most of them end up being scammed, or even if they are legit paying their users, the tokens don't carry much of a value. Thus, the time you would be spending on those projects wouldn't be worth it at all. Try doing something else more better rather then spending your time on these bounty projects.
3522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying real estate with Bitcoin on: February 20, 2020, 09:03:55 PM
We could just buy real estate with bitcoin, but the conditions are whether the country where the real estate has legalized bitcoin.
If the country prohibits the use of bitcoin as a payment then this real estate transaction cannot occur. If a transaction is forced
to occur, it will involve legal problems in the future. It turned out that real estate sales were not legal.Because buying real estate
is different from buying goods, there are a number of documents that must involve government institutions.
Isn't it obvious that you can't make purchase of real estate using bitcoin if making transaction using bitcoin or any crypto currency is illegal on that country? Its not only real estates; you won't be able to use crypto currencies for making any kind of purchase, even a cup of coffee. Again, if you are saying bitcoin is illegal just because the country has declared bitcoin as not a legal tender, then you are wrong. Not being a legal tender does not necessarily mean that usage of bitcoin is illegal. If both the parties agree to accept bitcoin as a form of payment, then you can proceed with the transaction. You can still buy real estates using bitcoin in this case.
3523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A question about withdrawing BTC on: February 20, 2020, 08:14:25 PM
Recently I became interested in the feasibility to withdraw btc through the atm. I read a lot of information about this, here, for example, this article on changelly.
If you guys have a similar experience, please share it. I'm worried about the anonymity of such a method. And all in all, aren't such things contrary to the idea of cryptocurrency on the whole if you have as much anonymity when working with it as you do with fiat?
I don't think you remain anonymous anymore. There ought to be some sort of surveillance camera around the ATM even if its a Bitcoin ATM because of security reasons. If there are would be no cameras around, people with ill intentions might tamper the booth, though most of the booth does come with a tamper switch. But, as far as I know, you need some sort of verification. I remember the one which I had used required entering my name along with my phone number. I had to go through a text verification.
3524  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risk management , how ? on: February 19, 2020, 10:17:44 PM
The main point over here is not to be reckless. Being cautious and concerned about the market will help you reduce your risk. Secondly, you can reduce your risks if you go through the market and invest on selected well known coins only rather than investing on hundreds of different altcoin. If you go for lots of different altcoins, then there is high chance of you investing on a shitcoin. Keep yourself updated with the market. Manage your investment carefully. Understanding the risks and outcomes of different situation and how to handle them also falls on the risk management steps.
3525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Resist all temptation to fomo on: February 19, 2020, 09:59:13 PM
Lots of dead altcoins suddenly grown up by 500-1000% like Salpay, BTK and so on coins! This is happening in every Bitcoin pumps, so, it's better to avoid all the low volume altcoins. Don't gamble your luck all the time, if you buy those dead coins, you will end up by losing huge money. It's better to stick on top 200 coins for the investment, check the liquidity not the volume, research the community and recent updates then go for buying altcoins in this pumping time!
You are really suggesting top 200 coins? That is a lot! Also, based on what the ranking are made? Even a shit coin can end up being on the 200th position after getting pumped. Its not just the volume you should be looking. The volumes can also be easily faked. You should look at the coins before investing. Read about them on the forums and see what users (veteran and well known users. Not from shill accounts.) have to say about them. If you find the trading volume and the price pumping a bit abnormal, then just don't invest on the coin. There are few extremely promising and good altcoins on the market. Go for those.
3526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Experience facilitates better understanding on: February 19, 2020, 09:42:06 PM

I think for traders who has loses or altcoins investors with lower profits and more loses.

When your trade goes wrong; It is better to test and practice different methods and strategies over an extended period of time.

Instead of panic investing to recover loss.

Remember experience facilitates better understanding

NB: basically my thoughts and practices method. How do you go about yours??
True, experience does matter. When you are new and you make some loss during your trading, you shouldn't get disheartened. You should be at least glad that you got to try out something and gain some experience and understanding of the market. Keep on testing strategies with small capital. Don't expect to make profits during those stage. Think of the loss as a form of investment to learn something. Eventually you will get better at it and start making decent profit.
3527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Check Liquidity Before you invest on: February 19, 2020, 09:38:13 PM
Yeah, this is what newbies exactly need to know! Even if the price goes high, but has low liquidity, then you won't be able to sell your coins because there is no one to buy your coins in the market. I wonder why you were saying that shitcoins getting pumped up by 100% is both good and bad. Shouldn't it be just a bad thing since poor naive investors are going to fall for it. Or are you saying its good because we can take advantage of the pump and make some profit?
3528  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is getting more adopted in my Country on: February 19, 2020, 03:56:34 PM
I feel very inspired right now. I just came across a video in which there's a Bitcoin ATM in the country! I feel so glad to see how Bitcoin is getting adopted. This proves that after all, our promotion of bitcoin is helping in spreading the news. And we aren't planning to stop the promotion anytime; we're even planning to hold more seminars to help people know about bitcoin. Now, one of the advantages of this Bitcoin ATM is that anyone who doesn't know what Bitcoin is and sees it would ask what the machine is used for, and from there, it just keeps spreading!!! Watch the video here to see how it works. BTW, What progress is happening in your country? If none then try doing more in favour of bitcoin (for countries that find bitcoin legal).
Great to see your country is supporting bitcoin and that people are working hard to make each other aware of crypto currencies, its usage and advantages. True, when someone sees the ATM, they will be curious about it and will eventually get to know about bitcoin. Seminars are going to help too. But keep everything basic. If you go too in depth, they might end up losing their interest thinking that it is too complex. And also make sure you make people aware of the laws regarding crypto currencies (like tax on gains and reporting to authorities).
3529  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your recommended ways of gambling. on: February 15, 2020, 03:11:04 PM
It has been almost a year with crypto gambling but I feel I am still a newbie in gambling. I have not made big profits here but I had lost few of my campaign pay outs which makes to think like that I am doing something wrong and I must learn something before continuing with my gambling.

It would be too good if you share how you are surviving with your gambling. I read everyone is facing losses like me (not sure how true that is) but I do see some 25 to 100 people are online in most of crypto gambling houses; among continuous losses, no one could bear to gamble more. It means, am I missing out some trick? I tried auto dicing but I read manual dicing will be profitable but how patients crypto gamblers are to play manual dicing with least base bet?

If you have some tips which helped you to gamble for years, please share here. I have limited budget but want to gamble for longer duration even I will not make profits.
There is no trick out there that can magically increase your luck. Gambling depends totally on luck. You probably being unlucky for which you couldn't make any profit so far from gambling. Though, I highly doubt you never made profit. Chances are you did make some profit, but decided to gamble with those profit and hence you ended up losing those profits along with the money you initially deposited for gambling. Just gamble sensibly. If you make huge loss, don't run after your loss. Take break time to time during your gambling session. Don't take any decision out of frustration!
3530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why bounty budget is becoming too much low? on: February 15, 2020, 03:04:35 PM
Their budget is probably the same. It is the amount of user they are willing to take. People over here seem to be working for those project even if they paid them a very little amount of coins that won't even cover the cost of their morning coffee. Thus, they are taking a large amount of people willing to work and then divide the rewards among the large base keeping the budget same. Thus, people are receiving less amount of coins per user. Even if they have small budget, people still wants to do those bounty program, thus the manager sees no need for increasing the bduget.
3531  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice Statistics on: February 15, 2020, 02:59:29 PM
You probably won't get this kind of information openly in the public due to privacy reasons I guess. Like on the user suggested, you can be using Alexa and their premium tools helps to find out more data/statistics about the site (probably geostats too, but not sure). But yeah, you will have to individually check each and every website you are interested on and then compile them together. You could publish those data too and do others a favor.
Or like one of the user suggested, to make things more easier, their asking the dice owners for the stats.
3532  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PEOPLE WILL NEVER STOP FALLING FOR SCAM on: February 15, 2020, 02:51:26 PM
Hello guys, back in 2017, during the heavy bull run, I visited my former office and meant some friends and told them the need to key into bitcoin. One who is now occupying my former position at the bank interjected and said "someone just left here to to lay complain how he paid a huge some of money to a bitcoin seller who then scammed him", bitcoin was never paid by the scammer. I asked them to send the person to me for a free tutorial on bitcoin and how to safely buy and store it, I never hear from them again till date. The victim had try to bitcoin because he heard he will double his investment in a week, I told them that is not how it work.

After getting and reading repeated complain of how persons are been scammed in my country while trying to buy bitcoin, I decided to make 4 banners on how to learn how to safely buy/sell bitcoin and other cryptocurrency, and to address the wrong notion about cryptocurrency. I got some calls and follow ups. But most are not interested in buying and holding but want to give me money and be giving them a weekly or monthly returns on investment, when I tell them that is not how it actually works, they will reply they have found a program online that pays some weekly % ROI, I try to stop them from putting their money there, they either stop picking my calls or tell them they are okay with their findings.

I am just weak and heart broken how people are lazy to attend class that will open their mind and eyes to existing realities and set them free from lifetime mistakes. I am dazed by their foolishness in the issue of finance. My banners and office is still open but won't force anyone to learn.  I hope they don't learn the hard way.
Is this really true what you are saying or just trying to make up a story? If its true, then wow, you are doing a great job to make people aware of bitcoin and keep them safe from getting scammed. If they don't listen to you, then there is nothing much they can do. Let them join the HYIP and pyramid schemes. Once they get scammed for a good amount, they will come to their sense. At least by then they will have learned their lesson. You tried, that is only what matters in the end!
3533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: After losing did you feel you must return the soonest to win back your losses? on: February 14, 2020, 11:41:51 PM
I found it as one of the most interesting question from this article. http://www.gamblersanonymous.org/ga/content/20-questions

Do you guys have that kind of feeling when you are losing in gambling?
I think this happens quite naturally and is normal in the case of most gamblers. I don't gamble much, so I can't say much about it from my point of view. But, I have seen users at the online casino that I usually play come back soon after they have lost a good amount of coins. Kinda feels like they are desperate to win back their losses. I have seen this to be true even for users that win a lot. They seem to come back again and try to win more. Some of them end up losing all their profit and then they try winning to back. Its like a cycle that keeps going on and on.
3534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another wallet key lost. on: February 14, 2020, 11:37:53 PM
Yesterday someone I knew uninstalled his wallet from his android phone mistakenly and he told me to help him recover his wallet but guess what? he did not write out the wallet recovery phrase, the wallet consist of 640$ worth of bitcoin, he was broken, felt pity for him, how can someone not take recovery seed serious? that's what came out of my mouth, Really I felt pity for him because he went through a lot to gather that bitcoin, people need to start taking wallet keys or phrases very serious, newbies should please understand that without these keys you lose your money, time and energy
Sad to hear that this has happened to him. Unfortunately, there is nothing he can do now. Once its lost, its lost forever. There is no way (or unless you can brute force your wallets private key which is also almost impossible or the cost is going to be far far far greater than what you have lost) you can recover those coins anymore. Too bad he didn't make any backup of his wallets. Hope he learnt a lesson from this! At least he is going to be really careful form now on wards when it comes to cryptocurrencies and wallets.
3535  Economy / Economics / Re: Stance on bitcoin's effect towards the Global Economy on: February 14, 2020, 11:35:17 PM
It is really impossible for bitcoin to affect the global economy. This industry is like less percent of the industries we have in the globe. It might affect the economy. War is the main cause of global economic depression. So we need to do our best to avoid it to happen.  recension is very impossible if we are talking about cryptocurrency. Bitcoin is also at its early stage and still not yet developed to make an impact on our global economy.

Also, the fact the government is trying to regulate the industry and other crypto business sector. Since the Bitcoin's price went high because they think that it is all about Money Laundry, they were able to avoid the threat by regulating it. I wonder how many whales are crying when they knew the regulation.
Not sure what you are trying to say on the first half of your post. Also i think you meant "recession" not "recension". And what makes you think a country can't go into recession if crypto currencies are used? I think you have little to no knowledge on economics. Recession can take place on any country no matter what monetary system they use. The GDP of a country can fall if something goes wrong inside the country or due to political unrest around the world.
Why would the whales cry because of regulation?
3536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recommend me good altcoins! on: February 14, 2020, 11:29:25 PM
So guys, recommend me some good altcoins, and also explain why.
My wishlist currently:
Kucoin Shares
Huobi Token
BNB
Cardano
Ethereum
Litecoin
Tezos
Tron
Dash
Wanchain

Some lower marketcap coins are welcome!
Stop asking for financial suggestions from random people on the internet. Let me tell you something, they will suggest you coins, even if its a shit coins since they don't care at all if you lose your money. After all, its you who would be suffering not them. They will try their best to convince you to invest on coins they have invested on (be it a legit coin or a scam coin). They will always be biased towards the coins they have invested on.
I would recommend you to do your own research and look for coins you think are the best to invest on. Looks like you already have a list. Go invest on those.
3537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Safe Haven for Your Money? on: February 14, 2020, 11:26:12 PM
I think it's not a safe idea to store one's money in Bitcoin. Apart from the uncertainty and fluctuations in the crypto industry there is also the rampant cases of wallet hacks. Imagine pilling up your money in a Bitcoin wallet and someone else hacking into it from anywhere in the world that you can't trace. It's heart wrecking.
You can't store your "money" in Bitcoin. You can buy bitcoin with money. I know what you are trying to say, but it sounded totally wrong. There are cases of wallet hacks, but if you read into those cases, most of them occurs due to users own fault. They either use some random wallet, or doesn't keep their wallet on a safe environment. Your wallet can be hacked if you do not take proper steps to secure your wallet.
I could say the same thing - "Imagine pilling up your money on a brief case and then someone else hijacks your money and leaves. How would you feel?". If you are not safe, even your fiat money can be stolen easily.
3538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tony Hawk foundation accepting Bitcoin! on: February 14, 2020, 11:20:37 PM
Day by day, Bitcoin is getting recognized and accepted as a means of payment and any other transactions around the world. And just recently, another foundation publicized their acceptance of Bitcoin as a donation option. Tony Hawk Foundation have added Bitcoin for their donations.

-snip-

Just to give a short insight about this foundation, Tony Hawk the pioneer of this foundation is a professional skateboarder who aims to develop and improve the society through building free skateboarding parks in different communities around U.S. He focuses on improving the society by helping youths to shape their childhood and even their passion.

The foundation started accepting Bitcoin payments last 2019  through BitPay and OpenNode. Reports said that he started learning Bitcoin back in 2013. Hawk being not only good at skateboarding but also aiming to be also good in the crypto space. He will also be a speaker on a 2020 Bitcoin conference in San Francisco.

"Bitcoin is another new option for donors because we know that the people who intuitively understand our work are much more likely to be using Bitcoin. We try to stay aware of where our supporters are and be aware of the methods of payments they plan to use" said by the executive director of the foundation.

Believing that most or plenty of their supporters are millennials and can definitely understand by thiis group of people because most of their supporters know about cryptocurrency that's why adding crypto option is a good move to encourage more to help the foundation.

It's great to see more organizations are trying to accept crypto payments. Although not everyone will donate using Bitcoin or not everyone knew about it, it's already a good thing because with this they're also helping to promote Bitcoin while giving positive image on bitcoin itself. What's your thoughts about this?

PS: I'm not posting this to promote the site, I just want to share the news with everyone.
Wow, almost forgot about Tony Hawk and haven't followed what he was up to for like ages. Good to know that he is a bitcoin/cryptocurrency supporter and that he himself is holding bitcoins. Adding bitcoin as an option to donate really shows how supportive he is about bitcoin. Hope eventually more well known and big foundations will start accepting crypto currencies as donation option.
3539  Economy / Economics / Re: Countries with banks to buy and sell cryptocurrencies on: February 14, 2020, 11:11:58 PM
Banks in Germany started to allow people to buy and sell cryptocurrencies this January 2020. I think other countries will do the same soon, Japan might be another country with such services. In the beginning, someone has to start something so others can follow suit.

What are the other countries where anyone legally can buy/sell cryptos at commercial centralized banks?
I think you are a bit confused. The government/bank is not buying or selling crypto currencies. They are just allowing their clients to make crypto purchases online. If I remember, some banks at different countries were blocking transactions that involved crypto currencies. Where did you get this news from? Post a link over here so I can clarify.
Crypto currencies and banks don't go with each other. If banks started to sell crypto currencies, they will end up strictly regulating the currency which in turn will cause people to lose their financial freedom.
3540  Economy / Economics / Re: What will be the affect of Valentine day on Bitcoin Price on: February 14, 2020, 09:19:57 PM
Since 2015, valentine's day has been very positive for bitcoin as well as for ether. Every valentine's day with the exception of 2019, has been positive in the case of bitcoin, with the highest daily return of more than 9% occuring in 2018, will 2019 Valentine's follows the same trend as last years ..
How do you guys even come up with this kind of comparisons? It is really hilarious! This is just a total coincidence. Instead of saying price rises every valentines day, you can also think of it like this, every beginning of the year, the price of crypto currencies starts to rise. This would make more sense.
You don't have to always find weird reasons when bitcoin starts to rise. Wouldn't be surprised if someone now asks if the price rise is due to recent corona virus outbreak.
