3521  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Million dollar win on $15 parlay whoa on: July 12, 2021, 11:01:10 PM
How come everyone lost to underdog? Were they manipulated?

Hard to do that manipulation, if ever, for multiple games or sports at the same time. No such thing also that it will be intentionally manipulated for the sake of 1 bettor.

Just have to accept that is pure luck and hitting all those parlay bets with high odds is really damn good luck that will only happen for an average once or twice a year or even more just based on my observation.

I will admit I won't do that kind of betting so kudos to that guy. It's like throwing $15 every time I bet and in total, I've might be on a big loss right now.
3522  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: July 12, 2021, 10:40:45 PM
Seems to me that the Suns lost because Ayton was in foul trouble after a monster first quarter worthy of the record books. Why would he then get into foul trouble you ask? Well, Chris Paul is now 0-12 in playoff games officiated by Scott Foster. It seemed fairly obvious this was about extending the series. More ad revenue and the chance for Phoenix to clinch on their home court. Hopefully we don’t see much more of Scott Foster this series. I hate when games are more about the refs than the players.

I'm aware that thing really happened but I will not apply it to what happened in Game 3. I've watched the whole game and we as viewers can see and noticed if there's a sh*t happening on the game like missed obvious calls or intentional ones.

Ayton is one of the keys for the Suns but it doesn't mean that they will never able to close the game without him. Booker also does have a bad night on which he only nailed 3 out of 14 shots of which 7 of those are on the rainbow area. We see some adjustments made, at least by the other Bucks players who are missing in action on Game 2 that is not their usual.

Bucks win because of the team effort, not because of the participation of referees to extend the series. I'm totally aware of Paul and Foster's saga and it's been for years. James Harden didn't also like that ref. But the way I watched the game, most are fair calls. Suns didn't force to make a run late quarter but decided to rest their key players instead. They want to take the chip to their home.
3523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: July 12, 2021, 10:24:15 PM

In the press conference, when Pacquiao was asked who he thinks the toughest boxer between Keith Thurman and Errol Spence Jr. , he points out that it's been a long time that he hasn't face a SouthPaw fighter so he can't compare Spence over Thurman. Pacquiao mostly faces an orthodox fighter so he's more of aware countering that stance compares to a SouthPaw. The last time he fought a SouthPaw was in 2008 against David Diaz on which Manny won via impressive Round 9 TKO.

Pacquiao is a Southpaw but it makes me think it's really hard to deal with the same stance as him since most of the time, his counter was only meant for an orthodox stance. However, should not be a problem for an experienced boxer like him.

These rumors will not be confirmed but we saw what is happening and we have our own opinion, and for me, I also agree that they are farm teams as they are not competitive enough to win a championship.

Never it will be validated nor confirm. It's illegal by the book that's why it taking place behind the scene.

Might be that we are just sharing our thoughts here but there are lots of times that the PBA and some big franchises do think that the audience and their followers won't understand the agenda of these unexpected and surprising big trades between a big and small company that will come out of nowhere and not even a part of trading rumors.

SMB company for example is the biggest foundation of PBA. Their teams are the most-watched teams in PBA generating good revenues so they are making sure they have the best players on their roster - still my own thought. Smiley
3525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fighting Game Betting on: July 12, 2021, 09:51:07 PM

As per some articles, if compared to other E-sports games, the number of people that betting on those games isn't that high. Also not as profitable as betting on League of Legends and DOTA 2.

You can refer to @carlfebz response although researching about the reputation of those sites should be on you. I'm not sure though if those sites are accepting cryptocurrencies so take a time looking at those or else, just try the fiat betting.
Be careful the link in your post is a phishing page. Sportsbooks listed on this page don't provide markets for Mortal Kombat and the links toward those sportsbooks are hidden referral links in addition. You should check more carefully this kind of links before posting them, because fakenews page providing referral links are very common in the gambling area.

It's not a phishing page but rather a review website and we can always expect that those websites are including their referral link together with their reviews just like other review websites. Almost 95% of review websites are like that. I didn't mentioned that page for site suggestions to the OP but rather a source to my statement. I even used the word "article".

Adding to that, it's not with the betting site that's why I put that link but it's a reference to my statement that games like Mortal Kombat don't have a big market that's why we won't see much of a listings about it. There's also a disclaimer on my last post.

I trust newbies and I'm sure they won't just try to use those listed sites. I mean, it's a no-brainer to just sign-up and deposit without a reason.

Anyhow, thank you. Wink
3526  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling or playing? on: July 12, 2021, 09:34:22 PM
There is currently quite an effort on using these techniques in games that should not be about gambling or chances playing and some people may find undesirable. Is this going too far? What type of effect may this game on underaged players?

I consider myself a gamer but as far as my knowledge is a concerned, I don't see yet an MMORPG or any likes that has a real gambling feature such as a casino so I can't start an argument or discussion about it.

In the game Fallout: New Vegas, the gambling purpose is intentional at this Fallout series. We won't see such a feature on the usual MMORPG.

My bottom line, for now, I doubt we will see a usual MMORPG that will implement a gambling with real money. But you know, they are already profiting from their own gacha system on which can be compared now as doing gambling since it needs money to purchase those credits.
3527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: July 11, 2021, 11:10:02 AM

Might be true. McGregor is one of the UFC's top five most-viewed PPV fights so it makes sense that he will receive more and the gap is really large. And I agree with some analysts that without McGregor, Poirier wouldn’t even be making 1m a fight.

Anyways, no official source about how much exactly they made. Maybe in the following days, related information about it will be released.
3528  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: July 11, 2021, 08:52:54 AM

That was a horrific injury by Conor Mcgregor. Really a frustrating ending for The Notorius and it's just on the opening round.

McGregor even amid pain, states that the fight is not over. Maybe just out of frustration.

There's no telling if he will come back again fighting once he recovered from this bad injury. It's an unfinished business with Dustin and the trilogy should have ended and sealed if only the fight goes through without McGregor's injury happened. There might be a 4th meeting.

I also doubt with the arcade games like street fighter, Tekken even though this is one of the best arcade games in history, still people are not playing this anymore because of the technology grows a lot and this is why its hard to find a crypto based site that offers this options.

Those classic games are being played right now but the gambling market for them isn't that big.

It doesn't matter whether more or fewer people will play those games or not since if it's about gambling, the viewers will only do betting for it.

Actually, it's not with the technology. I'm sure if the pandemic didn't hit the world, these games will continue to have a much bigger market while they are progressing. I've already watched some of the videos of those events, e.g Tekken, prior pandemic and they have a large audience on the venue.
3530  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terms and condition a must read before signing up any online gambling site on: July 11, 2021, 06:32:53 AM
But that is not a good practice at all, we should spend time at least 1-2 hours reading the TOS before using it.

I doubt the majority of here will spend 1-2 hours reading the Terms and Conditions. If you are doing that for every site, I'm amazed at you. And besides, it's not that easy to memorize all the terms even spending 1-2 hours or more. You will still miss something.

With that, I will say it's "NOT NECESSARY" to read the whole Terms.

Mainly, just go ahead to terms about anything related to Know-Your-Customer, Prohibited Countries, using VPN, multiple accounts, bonus terms, Deposit, and Withdrawal terms, or something that you are concerned about.
3531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: July 11, 2021, 04:31:48 AM
Hard to tell as these "farm thing" are just rumors but what's happening is pointing out that rumors could be true.

It will remain a rumor forever as obviously, there's no way a farm team can be determined. The negotiations are always under the table and that's what part of PBA politics. Lots of questionable trades since then with SMB franchises as the most who takes an advantage.

Anyhow, it doesn't mean that these farm teams will intentionally not be aggressive in their bid to take the title. It's just that, players from these farm teams are not improving to have a stand in the competition.

The question now is, will SMB still a beatable team if they have a healthy Bollic and Greg  Slaughter?
If the answer is not, then PBA is not interesting anymore.

Of course, they are still a beatable team. Upset happened.

It's just that SMB will surely hard to handle.
3532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: have you ever play or won from a crypto exchange lottery? on: July 11, 2021, 04:13:28 AM

Been gambling in the lottery, in and outside online gambling for several years but luck never reached me. I understand though as that was part of the risk and besides, there's always a statement "who knows". That bad luck won't stop me to bet on the lottery. Smiley

Congratulations to that guy who won the lottery on Pancakeswap. Not that much but not bad for a $15 per slot. We never know how much the user spends the whole time participating in the lottery. So lucky if the user only has a few attempts.
3533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: July 11, 2021, 03:48:54 AM
Anyone put your bet now Pacquiao odds are slowly decreasing, last time I checked it was 2.70, now it's only 2.65.

If I'm not mistaken odds for Pacquiao is around @3 prior to traveling to the United States for practice.

That's the time when Pacquiao is having a heated discussion with the government and under the controversy against the Paradigm Sports.

But for me, it will never touch below @2. I think the lowest will be @2.5. There's no way Pacman will only have a slight difference against Spence Jr. or changed the status from underdog to favorites.
3534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You got a pifzer ? Then you can be eligible for lottery in Poland. on: July 11, 2021, 03:29:34 AM
Having some lottery chance is a good initiative but wont really be enough to convince people.

On point. At least they are giving a form of perks to those who really want to get vaccinated.

On the other hand, the lottery is also an advantage for those people that don't have a problem having a shot. It's like they are being rewarded for something that they really want.

Let those people who don't want to be vaccinated as it is. The government can't really do something about it and I understand those people. The mandatory vaccine should only be applied to those people who work in essential jobs such as healthcare, food industries, supermarket personnel, etc.
3535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: July 11, 2021, 03:04:38 AM
Holiday has 21 attempts and made 7 only (33.33%)
Middleton has 16 attempts and made 5 only (31.25)

Bad night indeed but shouldn't be always the case as they are in the Finals right now. As far as my research goes, the majority of those attempts are contested that maybe contribute to their worst shooting that night. But these 2 players should be used to it now.

Impressive performance though at Giannis as most of his points are coming from a paint meaning no defense can stop him most of the time once he becomes aggressive. He just really needs some support. A waste of opportunity whenever he's becoming a monster.

Adjustment, adjustment, adjustment - Bucks really need to this especially their role players. It's not their usual. If only these backup role players will explode, the Bucks can even go for a 4 straight win.
3536  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Games that still pay Bitcoin? on: July 09, 2021, 11:57:29 PM
OP is looking for free to play which you can earn some satoshis and im much aware with those.

I'm honestly aware that OP is looking for Free to Play games but I redirect him right away at those games I have mentioned as maybe that's where it will end up the discussion.

Even we found games that pay in Bitcoin, I doubt it's worth spending time so to make OP's time worth it, I suggest the games where risking time might be worth it. And I also put to do DYOR at those games so after all, OP will surely know later on that it needs some capital to start with.
3537  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: July 09, 2021, 11:42:21 PM

Reading some recent news revolving around the league, there are lots of positive news about the PBA re-opening. We can conclude now that there's no way it can be halted or delayed again so I can consider it now as official. There's a date now which is July 16, barely just less than a week now.

There's even a trailer for it: https://fb.watch/6EBQY7yLIA/

Since the vaccine rate within PBA players, families, and staff is one of the requirements, PBA mandates their players to get vaccinated. I just don't know how they able to encourage the other players that don't want to get vaccinated or maybe simply, they have no choice as they are paid to work, just like other employees.
3538  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: July 09, 2021, 11:29:11 PM
I would not believe that it will be the last fight of Pacquiao, if he wins this fight, for sure he would challenge Crawford again so he will be the king in the welterweight division.

I think there's no such purpose of that now like that unlike before.

Manny Pacquiao is not aiming for being a King or what but as long as the "price is right", with him getting the most paycheck for every fight like here in Spence bout, he will fight whoever it is. And Manny's camp is not challenging anyone but rather offers are coming to them and they will decide who will they pick.

Just a funny thing to think, if Pacquiao won the presidency, can't imagine a President of a country fighting at a ring lol.

3540  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The most profitable gambling strategies, what are they? on: July 09, 2021, 10:40:16 PM
I, you and most of the gamblers out there will probably admit that no gambling strategy will work in their favor in the long run. But it looks natural when we are very curious about strategies that can increase our chances of winning. I totally understand why you guys don't recommend many strategies to me and that's because no single strategy can guarantee a win for gamblers unless they are lucky enough.

Agree - if you are pointing to luck-based games e.g dice, slots, roulettes. There's no strategy that can take you in the long run. However, by properly managing your bankroll, you might hit up some good winnings and not just a shortcut on losing.

Disagree - if you are pointing to sports-betting or strategy-based games. There's a strategy here that can take you in the long run. Here, we are just not relying on pure luck to increase our chances of winning.
