What are your thoughts on the Lakers vs Magic?
Lakers gave the magic +5 handicap at their home and I think it's just right as long as the Lakers will not mess up. Orlando is probably the worst team in the league with a 2-16 (w/L) record at home.

Short to say, he is fearless. He is not afraid to go to the enemy's place and beat them. Here, there is no such thing as a home-court advantage for him, (sorry basketball term) because he is going to fight anyone anywhere, just like what he said to Inoue when he challenge him to fight him.
He is and it doesn't who he will face as long as he will get a big fight and prove to the world that he deserves some big money in a fight. He has been chasing for Inoue but he wasn't given an opportunity yet, a suppose to be unification fight is good to witness but now he is just fighting to defend his title against a challenger that could not bring him the money that he is expecting, but he has no choice. |

Not being knowledgeable on the specfics, I think that Philippines is clearly one of the countries that can most benefit from crypto. Millions of unbanked people whoe need to carry on financials as usual and understand the use of the smart devices, even if not educated. He did prepare for that fight, unfortunately, Manny is the better fighter that night. Thurman tries to come back but Manny is stronger on the later rounds.
So definitely a lesson learned for him, not to underestimate his opponent and really focus and if you trash talk, better know how to back it up because if you lost, it's going to be a long road to come back. For him it took him 2 years to finally get over. So we will see if he still what it takes to be with the best in the division.
He did everything but Manny still have that strength to overpower him, even he tried to push back but the earlier knock down counts a lot for that win, maybe this time he will start early and make sure that he will not repeat that mistake, he's still in his good form even he went away for some time. I'm a bit curious here, like for example, what if a trilogy will come to reality and GGG will win?
So that means their scores will be tied to 1-1, does that mean that they have to fight again to settle who will win?
Folks, what I'm trying to say here is that @freedomgo was right as this will lead to a never ending fight and I really doubt that GGG can still handle that one as he's already aging and that can be his weakness. No offense, but I think it's a bit pointless and vague demanding an almost impossible fight because Canelo and his team were clear that they aren't interested making the trilogy real.
For now, that's the exclamation point, Canelo's team is not interested that's why they went up to another division. If in case there's a chance for them the advantage still favoring Canelo, it's been mentioned that age is the big factor, Alvarez still on his prime his body will be more solid while GGG even his routine remains the same, but his aging body will be his disadvantage. Not comparing, but look what happened to Pacquiao. He knows that he can still fight and win but his body unable to hold those cramps leading him losing to Ugas and finally retired. We will never know until we will see them fight again. What if the case of GGG is different compared to Pacman? we know that Pacman was not 100% focus in boxing because he is also active in politics, and maybe that was the reason why he lose in his fight with Ugas, but GGG I think is only focus with boxing, and that is the difference. |

In the absence of Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors had a really hard time against Minnesota Timberwolves last night. Timberwolves defeated them by 119-99. Thompson got 13 points and he is still recovering now. And the other interesting game was Denver Nuggets vs Utah Jazz. And Jazz managed to become the winner at the end by 125-102. But I really loved Jokic's performance in the game. He got 25 points, 15 rebounds and 14 assists. A very nice triple-double he got. For the Jazz side, D. Mitchell was in a great shape as he got 31 points. And Gobert also played nicely by a great double-double (18 points, 19 rebounds).
It was reported prior to the game that Steph will take a rest in this game that's why the odds shift to the Wolves being the favourite to win and in the handicap game. So I guess it is to be expected. It wasn't because he was resting, it's because he has a hand injury and there's no new yet if he will play on their next game. And now that Rudy Gobert is back in the Jazz lineup, evidently he was a big help to push the Nuggets in their game. Lately the Jazz has this kind of losing streak because most of their players are in the safe and health protocols program. But now they are back in full strength hence a win with a big lead against the struggling Nuggets team.
Rudy Gobert is much needed for the team on the defensive side, without him they cannot win as Jazz mostly are just relying on Mitchell to generate the offense, if he is not playing well, their offense will be affected and without Gobert, their defense would be worse also. |

I wonder what the imports are doing now lol. This long break is not their usual. I mean, they like to play and play no matter what. It's like their time is being wasted here in the country as nowhere to do but to chill and relax. They are surely bored now since PBA has no update yet when to return. The expectation for NLEX to reach the Finals this conference is getting longer.
yeah, there's no news regarding the import, maybe they have already gone back to their country because the chance of the PBA season to resume is very dim. Sorry to say, but since the cases are growing fast, I'm not expecting a resumption soon. |

Well, Magsayo is the challenger, he should be the aggressive, he cannot win if he cannot convince the judges but the better way to convince them is to KO Rusell, that's hard to do but it's possible if he study his opponent and train hard for this fight.
Judges would always favor the champion if the challenger is not aggressive enough unless it's pretty obvious that he boxes out the champion which we only see in rare cases. Since Magsayo is a knockout puncher, I expect a knockout in this fight, hopefully the champion will be the recipient of the KO punch. I'm also expecting a KnockOut win, of course by our own Magsayo but Gary Russell is a tough one. We might see Magsayo dominating his previous opponents with that speed and power but those opponents are nowhere to the skills of the champion, Gary Russell. That will be the first time for Magsayo to face a dominant opponent in his career so everything will be new to him. Just stay humble though. I like Magsayo's being optimistic but he should just show that on the ring, not via statement or speech. Filipinos are not good in speech, lol.. They are good in the ring because actions speaks louder for them. I will root for him no matter how underdog he is, I know there's a value of my money on that odds and I don't mind losing also, that's a way to support, risk some money for the one you are leaning with. |

now it has entered mid-January 2022 by seeing the trend of bitcoin touching at 42 $ I think bitcoin is in a weakening state, but I believe bitcoin will strengthen again maybe in the range of 55 $ at the end of January 2022 this is just my speculation could be right or wrong. but I see altcoins rely heavily on bitcoin. I hope this year bitcoin can touch 100k$. I have very high hopes for bitcoin this year.

I truly believe the best exit strategy is to exit from FIAT and forever hodl bitcoin  Yeah, that's likely what it is. Before we've got some plans of selling at a certain high price but right now, the world's situation is no longer becoming good. We got to have a plan that will save ourselves from these economic down falls and that is to get into bitcoin. That's why I won't sell a lot even if the price of bitcoin goes up. The inflation rates are increasing and as well as the salary is slow in increasing, to cope up with these problems, HODL is the key. Holding bitcoin is the best investment option, I'm in the crypto world so I will support my statement. However, it's a risky investment so we cannot rely just on that to solve our financial problem or the inflation thing in the long run, we need to find another source of income to increase our funds to live a comfortable life, the investment we have now may like our retirement so we don't have to worry about out finances in the future. |

The Minnesota - GSW game tonight could be a good one. I regret to say that Stephen Curry won't play as he is having a hand injury and not expected to return before January 18. But Thompson is likely to play in this game. After a long break, this is going to be his first game without Curry beside him if I'm not wrong. But it is doubtful whether he has fully adapted to the game tempo. But we will see it in the game. Whether he is or not, I think the winner still will be GSW.
Yes, you are right, it's his first game with his splash brother and I hope he will play better. However, I don't expect that Thompson will score like 30 to 40 points here, he is still not 100% yet but hopefully, I'm wrong with my expectation because I would be happy with that. |

Not an experienced trader so what I understand is the current market will be in uptrend and possibly hit the 43 which will be tested if it will break or not? I use the same method, the Fibonacci but in smaller time frames so in 4 hours and daily what I see is it will be in an uptrend and the dip to 40k was a good chance to buy.
I've been using the same method as well and I must say that we're on the right trend to buy. It might not be the definite dip yet it would be profitable if we'll buy this season. While others are panicking, wise traders and investors are now taking the situation as an opportunity to buy more Bitcoin at a lower price. Buying now is good because eventually bitcoin will be bullish again and will break the current all-time high. however, if you are looking for a cheaper price and you believe that we are already in the bear market, then it's right to be a little bit patient and wait for more dip. |
