3521  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Does CryptoTab Browser Mine BTC? on: July 03, 2021, 05:56:19 PM
Someone on social media introduced me to CryptoTab Browser, that I will be using the browser to mine and earn Bitcoin. With the little knowledge I gathered from this forum, I was able to tell him that bitcoin requires complexity of computing system with high energy consumption in order to be mined. Which a smart phone cannot do. He insisted that he and his friends have been mining and earning BTC in the app. He went further to show me his BTC balance he earned.
Please, can someone tell me what's actually going on in the browser, as I strongly believe it's not Bitcoin mining that is happening there.
Its a scam and dont fall for that because its true on what you had mentioned that Mining bitcoin does need asics and its long time gone that bitcoin could be mine in Computer basing off with increasing difficulty
then its just impossible and this had been a common scam on where those newbies are the main ones who do get victimized with this believing that it could really mine bitcoin and later
on when they had accumulated that much then those scammers would ask out for some deposit before you can withdraw.. Soo much bullshit right?
Dont fall for these classic scams because you would just waste up your precious time and resources.
3522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the only thing that humans cannot control on: July 03, 2021, 04:55:44 PM
Do you realize why this bitcoin continues to exist, traded, used as a mean of payment, mined to this day because of human?
If human can maintain the existence of bitcoin all this time, then humans can also make it die or not be used anymore. Unwittingly, bitcoin users through communities, trader and miner have controlled bitcoin to exist for more than a decade. If one day all the activities that make bitcoin exist have been abandoned then bitcoin will no longer be useful. This is of course the opposite of your assumption.

I am agreeing with your insight mate I mean aside from Satoshi who created bitcoin which up until now we really don't know who really Satoshi is there's no other single person can control bitcoin but the sense that humans can't control it I guess is impossible. Bitcoin is a decentralized and meaning no one take control but everyone can make a significance impact to the flow of this token. We are those people who are representing the population of users, traders and investors of bitcoin and we are belong to those people who can make a significant impact, can't control in a literal meaning.
Well said by the both of you. I am one with your thoughts that although not a single person can control Bitcoin, the collective action and movement impacts the market at large. For context, China and Elon Musk, with their power and influence, these has caused a significant impact to the market although they do not have control of it.
Having control or just talking literally in the word "control" then its just impossible on having the control since Bitcoin is totally decentralized but talking about the market
then there are several factors that could really affect Bitcoin price movement due to those fuds and negative events in the market that do attached with it.
These are the only ways or possible situation on where Bitcoin could face on but having in control literally is not really possible and that what makes it great.
If this one would be easily controlled then this wont really become big on the first place.
3523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Important Factors while joining a new Casino on: July 03, 2021, 03:54:07 PM
What's the must thing you consider while joining a new casino? These days there are a lot of casinos and gambling sites which offer some good promotional reward which can be a good option for the regular gamblers. But joining a new casino or gambling site is huge risky as you may get scammed at the end of the day. So, what are the factors you look at when you want to try a new casino?
1. Site design- You can eventually point out if this one is just look like a school project or really a serious business. You can really tell on first glance.

2. Admin/Owner responsiveness- When running a business then this should be the behavior but of course this one isnt a solid indication.

3. Site fairness

4. Support responsiveness

5. Proof of funds - Assuring that they do have sufficient funds to pay winning bets.
3524  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to deal with bear markets on: July 02, 2021, 10:54:37 PM
If you want to earn in a bear market, you can use the bitcoin futures where you can bet on the downward movement of price as well on price bounce on resistance levels.
A bear market is simply a period in time in which stock market prices are falling. Simple as that. You get recessions, you have stock market declines. If you don’t understand that’s going to happen, then you’re not ready, you won’t do well in the markets. If you want to earn in a bear market, I suggest you to hold you coins or else try to buy. Its better to have a zero profit or interest this time than not having profit in the future. Remember, investing is only one piece of your financial picture. Wait for the good price in the future instead of taking risk during downfall with a small profit and nothing else happen.
A market would really have bear and bull market or trend because lacking one of these things would simply shows up that you arent dealing with a legit market.
There would always comes a time on where market turns out to be red or simply the price are on the floor and later on it would make out some significant movement
which would result into change of trend which is from bearish to bullish or bullish to bearish and this is where traders do make money out of those movements because
you cant really make one if there would be no movement at all.So get used to it and on how this market works.Your primary aim or goal is to make profits no matter
what the trend is.
3525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It takes years to build a reputation and seconds to break it on: July 02, 2021, 09:55:19 PM
...

Yes, and that's why it is much more probable that we can be scammed by a small and unestablished company than by a large and reputable one. We should be very cautious with newly appeared  gambling sites, especially if they are never running expensive(for them) promos, sig campaigns etc. It means they are not planning to establish themselves as a long running business, which in turn means that there is a high probability of exit scam.

running expensive marketing but that gambling site ends up being a scam is a stupid move I think...

Joining a new gambling site has a big enough risk, but many are run honestly by a professional team. if a new site appears but only does marketing with talk then ignore it because it will most likely end in a scam, usually they attract users with big welcome bonuses or other unreasonable promos.
When you are already experienced then you would able to determine or would able to notice that right away on where their initial behavior when they are just starting turns out to be bad then you can
already presume that they might really up into something. Its just nonsense that they would be spending tons in marketing and turn out to be a scam later on? Its just really making out some
contradiction about on that manner which is really hard to believe. When they are just planning to scam out users since from the start then they wouldnt consider on letting those bucks flow into nothingness.
Reputation is something that cant be built easily and once they had gained it then they do now on whats the positive impact of it.
3526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The point of Dogecoin. on: July 02, 2021, 08:56:18 PM
This goes back to the origin of Dogecoin. Dogecoin was created to meme Bitcoin for fun. It didn't make any sense from the beginning. No one expected Elon Musk to take a fancy to Dogecoin, which started this craze Dogecoin hype.

This hype has taken Dogecoin to an unexpected position. This coin has pumped as much as the speed of a rocket because of Elon Musk. But those who were attracted to this hype and bought near the top, are now at a loss. No one knows if this coin will ever go to that price again.

Because it's a memes coin, big Whale has played with this coin. If they have any plans for the future, then we have a chance to see a good price. So it is better to stay away from this hype now considering the situation of the market.

If it would be hyped again then its possible but if not then those who bought on the peak would definitely be holding on indefinite days which cant really be assured if it would reach out again on that price point.
Its really hard to determine because whenever a coin being hyped and reach out peak prices and dumped then you wouldnt ever know on when it would recover and this is how unpredictable the market is.
Sorry for those who got caught on the dumped and leaving out on waiting for some time and for those who do panic sell because they are seeing its already dumping then sorry for your loss.
Talking about of point of Dogecoin?  It is actually a meme coin which is mostly been used on gambling due to cheap price and big supply or simply goes fine with tecnicalities.
3527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Breaking : Donaire Versus Casimero on: July 02, 2021, 07:25:06 PM
Donaire failed to handle it professionally,  this is supposed to be a big fight, it's still a unification of belts and both boxers have supported from their fans.

There is still roughly a month to fixed those things. Nonito Donaire might be just be carried away with his emotions.

Let's give them several weeks. Casimero's camp is silent and just releasing few statements, meaning they admit there's a mistake on their part.

The issue will be settled and I know Casimero's camp or others else are doing something behind the camera for the fight to be possibly continued.

Yes, he is obviously very emotional about everything specially how Casimero or someone in his camp is disrespecting his family. I think Donaire wanted to teach Casimero a big lesson here, I assumed that this is the biggest pay check for Casimero and since the fight is off for now, he need to look for other fight but I don't think that he will get as close as what he is getting on the Donaire fight. And Nonito because of the disrespect, will not get Casimero this chance to earn huge money.

I remember Oscar Dela Hoya vs Mayorga calls Oscar everything he can, including "Maricon", "Payaso" and even says that he is not embrace by the Latinos and worst he also attacks his wife (just like what the camp of Casimero did here.)

Dela Hoya used this as motivation and then knock out Mayorga out. Donaire should have at least learn from this promotion.
We can't have the same understanding and maturity about things. However, we are not there when Donaire and his wife talked about the issue that make Donaire cancel the fight but his tweet about the words said by Casimero shows that if he going on with the fight he may loose his marriage.
Really hard to point out fingers on here on who's the one would gonna be blamed for the cancellation of fight since it turns out that this do end up on being too personal.

They do already involved things which arent supposed to be included in the first place. So its understandable that pride or ego would really be touched up.

This turns out to be a presume fight and make the crowd a bit hype then it ended up on nothing.  Cheesy
3528  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is there a pattern when there is a dump like this? on: July 02, 2021, 06:53:09 PM
There are no patterns but it looks me that the market's behaving like in the past cycles. China Fud's gonna end very soon now that the mining farms are being dismantled. What a crazy move by the Chinese government! Losing access on the most important asset of our lifetime.
They'll regret it so bad.
When you are already here on this market for a while or several years already and seen those banning and revoking such decision then you can really have that impression that it is a bit familiar or bit manipulative.
which i cant really blame out someone on having that kind of impression because it do really look that way but honestly we cant really tell about those situation, it might look the same or repeating on the same process
or events but cant really be proven out that it is really intentional. No one can really determine if those things actually happening or just based up on observation.Asking out if there are patter on dumps
then if this one is possible on the first place then this market wont be actually to be called a real one.
3529  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: July 01, 2021, 10:53:51 PM

I think the hi/low game with the 5% house edge just became a novelty thing for faucet users to spend their dust on ...and serious gamblers never used it for too long, because as you said... many other Crypto casinos are offering much better odds on their dice games.

I am sure they have plenty of serious gamblers. They would not be able to give away a lambo every six months if that were not the case. They would not even be able to sustain the faucet just from small gamblers. There is not any advertising on the site so the money for all these giveaways has to come from somewhere.
So you do have suspicions on where these funds do came from? Imagine on how old this site and and how long its been operating. It isnt really just impossible that they would be giving out these decent prizes or promotions.

They might not really that active when it comes to advertisement but you dont now on how popular or well known this site is.So you had mentioned about funds used on giveaways then what you do have in mind?

They wont be giving out if they werent profitable in the first place.
3530  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who is selling? on: July 01, 2021, 09:43:53 PM
Yes, they don't have.

And when I was a newbie too, lack of experience and knowledge. I used to panic sell with a very little capital like $100 and lower. That's making me panic and selling at loss.

Loss from around $20-$50.
Common emotion when we are still noob on this market and we would really be having those kind of common reactions when we do seeing that we are already in negative.
In result then that would really be ending up on taking a bad decision and thats why we do panic sell and even experienced ones would really be still experiencing the same
even if we are already aware on how this market moves but still there are instances that it could really freak you out. Who is selling? It would be composing of those
people who do take profit and to those who are panic selling. We cant really determine.
It's not going to be avoided when we're still a newbie and I think every newbie that doesn't have a mentor or coach to teach them the basics in trading, they're likely to sell at panic and loss.

Knowing who is selling, every day there's always a massive volume in the market and that shouldn't be a question anymore because there's no specific how many of them are but we got some idea through the daily volume. But is it that important? I don't think that it is.
You would really get those ideas when you do get experience as you do go along with this market in a matter of time. Those newbie mistakes would really be just a normal thing to experience along the way.
People who are selling are compose of those who had been mentioned earlier and theres no way you can determine if those are panic sellers or profit takers and its right that theres no point on knowing those
because what matter most here is you do know on when to get out in the market and when to get in. Dont mind about those sellers because it would just stress you out.
Its just normal that people would have selling point.
3531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How does on-line compete with the VIP experience on: July 01, 2021, 08:38:10 PM
Op, why do you think that VIPs aren't treated any better online as they get treated at physical casinos? There are higher rakebacks, some also provide lossbacks, higher bonuses, much better affiliate commission slabs, etc.

Many online casinos take care of their customers by allocating official managers to make those VIPs understand everything with ease. VIPs are also provided with contact numbers and online (social media) contacts of that manager to call them during given times and have any query resolved that arises in their mind. All that we get here, except there is one thing we don't get here to make us feel very much comfortable as a VIP gambler and that's those girls who come and sit near us in physical casinos to distract us. Wink
People have different preferences, due to the obvious limitations of online casinos in the sense that you are at your own home and not at their own installations the bonuses that you receive as being a VIP gambler are very straightforward, and while this is great for some there are others that prefer to feel important and be given free drinks, tickets to certain events and even something as simple as an attractive woman seating besides them, however even if you take that aside you can make some interesting networking in a physical casino if you are a VIP that you cannot do in an online casino and this holds value as well.
Even without actual experience then you can really make out some difference between the two when it comes on how those treatment being applied as a VIP.Of course when you do deal with physical
then it would really be straightforward and  understandable that there are people whom do really like to cherish out their bonuses or treatment on that kind of way on where can be felt physically
which you cant really experience when you are a VIP on an online casino which you can really see it just simply using your own common sense.
Even myself would have the chance to be that VIP then i would much prefer on cherishing those treatment physically which would really be enjoyable and much way more better.
3532  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China's game plan on: July 01, 2021, 07:19:10 PM
I have not yet formed my theory, I also wrote that the Chinese CBDC will replace bitcoin, therefore such sanctions.
Does anyone think a little more globally?
The sanctions against miners will lead to the decentralization of bitcoin around the world.
Covid is only testing for the destruction of the population.
The next viruses will be more terrifying.
All evil comes from China ..

How can central bank digital currency replace Bitcoin, and even more so in China, where trading with it has been banned since 2017? CBDC is a digital version of national currencies, any comparison to Bitcoin is really ridiculous and makes no sense.

As for other theories about viruses and China as a source of evil, you might look at how much evil has come from some so-called democracies in the Western world over the past 30 years. After all, who can say for sure that the virus originated in China, maybe it's someone's plan from the beginning?
So I agree that banning bitcoin mining is pointless due to the introduction of CBDC, but China is doing it.
Someone talks about communism, but China lives by capitalist laws.
Bitcoin hashrate has halved, and where will China spend this electricity?
This is a huge problem for China's energy companies.

And that would be their problem but do they really care about that problem? Of course not and its not surprising that China do really make out these shitty communist decisions for a country.
Doesnt really matter on where they would be ending up when it comes to their decisions because each country or government would have their own decisions but it wont really be completely
affecting the crypto market that bad and we are seeing it on the market condition as of this moment. No matter what their game plan is then the world isnt really just
depending on China. It can make some effect though but doesnt mean it would be that general or permanent.
3533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Million dollar win on $15 parlay whoa on: July 01, 2021, 06:15:00 PM
I believe anyone that uses small amount of money to win such big amount is not even seeing the winning coming at all
This is me when I only try my luck at the very least, I used to do it rolling in dice for the very minimum amount and keep it rolling and so happy when it got hit a win though not much but still lucky.

When i do really bet on parlays then i do usually have those kind of hopes where i could really hit up those nasty wins even though i do know that odds or chance is always against me.
Well, i dont really care that much since i do really enjoy when i do get thrilled whenever i do hit up 2-3 wins and then the last was a lost.
It cant really be denied that this one is really like a lottery chance considering those odds, whom had thought it would really be ending up a nasty hit?
3534  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing only for the rich? Think again on: June 30, 2021, 11:53:37 PM
Investing is certainly for everyone, but not only for the rich.
It is easier to invest for the rich, because they can diversify their portfolio right away, unlike middle class representatives. However, they still can invest, little by little, slowly but steadily. Or they just can buy ETFs and that's it. Their portfolio is well-balanced and risks are hedged. That is the best option for passive investors who don't have neither time nor desire to reallocate their money on the daily basis.
The rich people have the advantage in investing because they don't have to work that much so that they can have the capital to invest with. While the normal class of people to average, we have to work hard first so that we've got money to invest in any asset that we've found.
Yeah, investing isn't for the rich only but we've got a lot of work to do before we can invest.
Rich people would always had the advantage but doesnt mean that poor ones cant really have the chance even though its very limited but we could still have the chance on earning profit if you are really eager and dedicated but since people does have different mindset then its just normal that outcomes would really be different into each individual. We could still invest from those in mid-ranking to poor ones since we can still have some funds too invest on even though not that big but if you do really know on what you are doing then its possible for you to make it big comes from small capital. Its just a matter of dedication and seriousness about your goal
in investment but of course you should know on what you are doing because not everytime we would really be successful.
3535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It takes years to build a reputation and seconds to break it on: June 30, 2021, 10:34:47 PM
The similiarity about this is like ponzi. they paid people to get more people, I think it's the same with that system. what's more, if it's trusted by other people, maybe other people will believe like him too.

It can't be applied or compared to a Ponzi site where being reputable is far from happening. The experience is not the same.

Here in the topic, we are talking about platforms that are running for several years then eventually will turn into scams. These sites almost can't be considered as bad sites as they remain true to their customers for several years. The reputation is already built and now trusted by anyone.

Then suddenly, !@#$%. The rest is history.

Yes, ponzi is somewhat different here. Because ponzi scheme, you can already spot it even at the beginning. Whereas, for a casino to build business throughout the years, it is not about paying other people to promote their platform. Because it is hard to fake their services if it is already going for years. Now, if suddenly someone alleges them of being scammer, we need to verify if that person is saying the truth or just ruining the reputation of the casino. We can tell if he is just falsely accusing the casino by the proofs he will give to the public.
Dont know on how you do make out comparison about ponzis and gambling business on here.Only a fool who cant determine on whats a ponzi nowadays and honestly i dont see any connection with this because its too obvious since from the start and real business is something that could sustain itself on the long run and you can determine for yourself on whats ponzi and whats not.It is just a matter on how they would get their
players and make success on this industry considering that there are lots of competition out there which would really be a big challenge for new casinos or merchants out there.
Reputation should be built up and its a long due process.
3536  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who is selling? on: June 30, 2021, 08:48:03 PM
seller have no good mental and psychology to face any market condition , they are not ready if their investment getting loss due market crash. In current position we must accumulate our assets to maximize our profits when everything recovered.
And the opposite is being done by the newbie who eventually became sellers in panic.

They've invested out of their emotion and they don't know that it must be a combination of knowledge in the market. The first and foremost rule in investing is that there's a risk whatever cryptocurrency they buy except the stable coins.

It is a great strategy that one must accumulate when panic sellers are there to sell at loss.

It is not surprising to know that most newbies are easily panicked by the changes in the crypto market. This is because newbies do not have
good experience and knowledge to analyze the market, so it is very natural that many newbies sell out of panic. But as time goes by, I believe
these newbies will learn from their mistakes and be more in control of their emotions when investing in crypto.
Yes, they don't have.

And when I was a newbie too, lack of experience and knowledge. I used to panic sell with a very little capital like $100 and lower. That's making me panic and selling at loss.

3537  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Economic Costs of Gambling on: June 30, 2021, 07:37:51 PM
Time = money. Time, like any resource, costs money, so the introduction of such rules will greatly reduce the profitability of the casino and in order to fix this casino will be forced to raise prices for its services. As a result, it is the players who will suffer for the sake of whom this is all thought up.
The player will not want to suffer because of the casino. They will try to search for the other casino which does not have that rules and they can play gambling without a problem. Besides that, the casino will not know who is the player that will comes to them in the next days or weeks. Perhaps, the casino can use different methods or using additional rules for their players. But I bet if that does not make their player feel okay, they will not come to that casino again in the future.

Sure. This is how the free market works. But when the state intervenes in this market with its ideas "how to make gamblers better and safer" we end up with the above-described absurdity - both gamblers and casinos suffer. This is a great illustration of how good intentions lead to bad consequences.
This is one of the problems with politicians, they think they can fix everything instead of thinking that there are many things that do not need to be solved because if they try then they are going to make things even worse than what they are, but that is the way they think, for them more government intervention is needed which is why we see governments that are so big and inefficient, but do not worry the current situation is unsustainable and governments will have to get a lot smaller during the next decades.
Got smaller during in next decades? I dont think that thing will happen but rather seeing the opposite but actually on some things that you had mentioned was actually on point or simply a fact.
When it comes to intentions then no one could really know if that one does have an intent on the back side or simply totally being concerned into something.
Talking about Economic state in related to gambling then this had been typical or been a standard.
3538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you recommend staking? on: June 30, 2021, 06:20:14 PM
I think staking is very good when you still have capital and of course you apply it for long-term investment, because the results of staking will look longer than trading, do staking in a safe place and don't let you lose access to the assets you use for stake.
Then where you do stake out your funds? For sure it would really be into those 3rd party platforms which i dont really consider out the risk when it comes to that. You wouldnt know on when they would ran off with their investors funds which had been always the main issue when it comes to this unless those staking would really happen on your own wallet then that would be considerable but when you do leave out those funds into an exchange or some platform then its a big NO for me and i dont see for it to be worth for the risk.So i dont really recommend this stuff and to think about the interest that you would possibly gain in a year time
then it is really that worth? I dont think so,.. Simply holding earning is just much way more better.
3539  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: YOUR FAVORITE GAMBLING? on: June 29, 2021, 11:55:57 PM
My favorite gambling games are dice and hi-lo even I don't like using martingale on dice I am always tempted to use it, it excites me whenever I am chasing the winning roll while keeping my bankroll safe, on Hi-lo I like choosing between the obvious and the possibility I always lean on the obvious giving it a high bet but when it comes to the possibility I choose to bet low just to keep my bankroll if ever I lose.
Hi-Lo, such as a game in the freebitco.in? If yes, I have experienced playing that game before. But I never got a good winning when I was playing that game, but sometimes, I can get a small winning. That is better than losing some money Grin
I have quite a bit of experience with this game, I used to play it a lot when I was in FreeBitcoin's signature campaign  Cheesy At first, I thought that if I just give the appropriate odds and let it bet automatically, I can make a profit. But that's not true, the more you play, the higher the odds of losing and the more money you lose. When the number of bets goes high, your odds of winning will equalize at 50%. And then, the fee you have to pay to the house will be the amount that you lose. In short, you always lose, unless you are extremely lucky Cheesy
Always mind off about the House edge knowing the hi-lo game in Freebitco.in is one of the highest HE on this market. Therefore its just normal to think off on losing in the long run isnt surprising.
I do experienced on the trend when Freebitco was still popular back in the days in terms of hi-lo game and now theyve added more games which is really great. On this market you can really choose
up lots of games according into your interest but most of the time i do play slots and crash games and of course that classic dice game.
Im still looking for some unique games which would really be poking out my interest on playing gambling.

basically predicting something that will happen is not necessarily certain, but here we are indeed preparing for many things from the possibilities that occur in winter related to crypto prices. although we can not buy but we can still get it in several ways and think more optimistic of course
I do have the money per sé but the problem is that most of it are on investment so I can't really pull it out prematurely because the profits won't be that much so I guess, I'll just have to wait for it I guess.
Investing in bitcoin is about believing and moving forward with positive thinking every trader who comes complains that the price of bitcoin will go up again so even if the price goes down everyone is investing and holding on. It is not possible to give an accurate forecast of the market but it is likely to pump in this year.
Pump or not no one can even know on what would happen ahead and if this market had been predictable then it cant really be called a market in the first place. We are making analysis
every now and then and we do keep seeing lots of speculations and price presumptions on where these prices could potentially could go. Crypto winter is something been part
of the times on where a market could actually experience just like on what happen on 2018-till mid 2020 until it did make out some significant move in 4th quarter.
For now you should prepare yourself whatever the trend would be because this market could really make you shock.
