3521  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin gambling that stressed me out (i wanna quit) on: February 23, 2019, 09:37:28 AM
First thing first, better to move this to gambling discussion where it's appropriate hence you can also search some related threads about gambling addiction. Sorry but this has been discussed over and over.

But honestly, it's only you can make this change though it's hard at first but the result will be worth it. Good luck.

Yeah, no need to re-create the topic. So many threads addressing this problem. Just don't be lazy and try reading those threads. You might gain insights from those previously gambling addicts that might also change your life. But yes, it is only and only you that can help this situation. You need to have a motivation why you are doing this. And you need to stick to your plans.

Yes, this problem has been addressed many time. The conclusion is that you need to plan your gambling games and money involved in order to better recover from loses.

Perhaps you are gambling games like dice games, roulette wheel, slot machine, and etc. where your opponent is the house edge/computer which will give you less chanes of winning. Try to play casino and your mind set will be altered and you'll never feel streested in Bitcoin gambling again.

Well, if you keep on losing then surely you will be stressed and it does not matter if you play casino or dice. As long as you are wining , you are good to go.
3522  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: February 23, 2019, 09:21:57 AM
Sri Lanka have a huge chance to win this test match after another great bowling performance by the bowlers.
Can't believe that it's only 2nd day stumps and Srilanka is batting for chasing, lol. Test cricket should also be halved like block rewards.Srilanka will possibly win the match. They need 137 runs with 8 wickets remaining. Only 1 good partnership can bring them win.

SL now require just 88 runs and 8 wickets remaining. They will win this test match too. What a comeback for SL as even in the last test match they snatched the victory form the SA win and this time too inspite of lead for SA in first innings they could not capitalize it.

South Africa played well against Pakistan a month before in both the test matches and one days. Now they are being beaten by Srilanka who are not the strongest team currently.
Seeing such performances i think we cannot declare anyone favorite for this year world cup and only those who play good will win it.
3523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crime Effect of Gambling - Your thoughts! on: February 23, 2019, 09:00:59 AM
I don't think that casino and gambling is a hinding place for gambling and casino and I do believe that some people are really doing legitimate business in gambling and casino.  Many people take gambling as one of the bad habits but they are many people making money from it.

Well i think casino and gambling houses are the one who are the most benefited from gambling. We all know that casino wins more than the players so this is a perfect business if one has money to start a gambling website.
Gambling do comes as a bad habit in few parts of the world, but in some part it is considered as a good game for the people who have money and want to enjoy their time.
3524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling - Eating your Brain and Money on: February 23, 2019, 05:52:23 AM
Gambling can eat your brain and money only if you have become addicted and haven't realized it yet. Your brain in this phase does not think of anything else except gambling. So you keep betting and losing money only at this stage as your brain does not think correctly. The only solution is to seek professional help at this stage.

You will think most out of your brain when you will experience a loss in gambling. You mind will constantly be making you feel sad about the money you lost in gambling. If the loss is big and it happen multiple times, it can make you sick even. You should realize this and be prepared for it. In case of winnings, your mind will be relaxed and happy and it will have good effect on your life too.
3525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Understand addiction! on: February 20, 2019, 05:00:14 PM
As much as I know addiction is as bad as one put his/her soul for sale. Determination is the key to addiction because it's not easy for one to quits gambling addiction. Self control may serve as a remedial to gambling addiction if an individual cannot exit the scene.

Playing gambling without any planning is already like doing a suicide and addiction also comes when you play without thinking and fully control by your emotions. I think if you develop self control in yourself, you can easily understand that you are influenced by the addiction and this can help to stay away from gambling or at least let you make a plan on when to play the gambling.
3526  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How gambling sites can cheat you on: February 19, 2019, 05:24:17 PM
I think there are many ways gambling sites can do to trick their users, but I'm sure people will realize it as soon as possible, so that the site won't last longer. Therefore, for us, it would be better to use a site that has been around for a long period of time. Gambling sites that can last longer and are still used by many people usually have a better level of trust.

Just do the analysis of the trusted gambling site, we will see that those sites will never scam or let down their users. They will also be fair with their users. They have established their sites to stay long term in the gambling business. Those sites who try to cheat their users, will eventually be move out of the business because people will stop returning back to these scam sites.
3527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Is Your Worst Moment in Gambling? on: February 19, 2019, 05:12:00 PM
i haven't experience any worst moment, i won't say i haven't lost but i don't consider it as a worst moment. I see gambling as a way to catch fun i don't take it as full time job and i have different precautions i take to  prevent me form getting addicted. So so far i haven't experience any harsh disappointing moment to be considered as my worst but I'm prepared knowing it'll come at some point.

Its good to know that you have not experienced any bad moment in gambling. The reason for this is that you have not let gambling overcome your mind and emotions and you know how to prevent yourself from being addicted.
If anyone can posses these qualities, it will really ensure that he will gain from gambling and high loss can be avoided by such gamblers.
3528  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever stopped or removed from casino on: February 19, 2019, 04:27:59 PM
In the country which is prohibited gambling, people likely to play gambling in their home because they don't have to go anywhere. But if we lived in Vegas, playing gambling in the casino will be more fun since we can meet many people who play gambling too or talk to each other. But if we get removed or stopped from the games, I think it will be very sad or even embarrassing to us because I think it's the same as they were humiliating us in public. But that will be our mistake if we are cheating them to get a win.

I am extra careful whenever i go out to play the gambling in physical casino. Its always good to follow the rules and control your emotions rather than making such mistakes which will give you embarrassment and in xtreme cases may get you ban from entering into the casino.
3529  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2019 discussion on: February 17, 2019, 12:39:55 PM
In an hour Islamabad United vs Quetta Gladiators is going to start. Who is waiting to watch the match? I have not done much research so not sure who is going to win however I am looking forward to see few matches before I make my own assumptions.

Edit:
After winning the toss Quetta skipper decided to bowl first.

Islamabad United is the one of the weakest team of this tournament in 2019. (Although they were the winners last Year).
92/6 after 14 overs seems they will lose this match too. They need to play out remaining overs and ball to their best in order for them to have any chance in this match.
3530  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Crypto Marketing on: February 17, 2019, 09:41:06 AM
Hi guys, is there anyone who can help me with marketing for a crypto exchange website?
Many thanks

Marketing a crypto website is not a difficult task and there are many ways of marketing depending upon the budget you have. I will list down few options for you.

1- Start a signature campaign for your site
2- Start a social media campaign (Facebook/ twitter) for your exchange site.
3- Opt for the Paid advertise on this forum

There might be many other ways too but i think these are the best marketing ways for a crypto related project.
3531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Many Of You Enjoy If PubG collaborated With Cryto Platform? on: February 17, 2019, 09:23:18 AM
PubG is most addictive game over the world in last few years. I am damn if the enable the UC purchase with the crypto then they may sell it faster than the cash payment.

Next to that I wish any of good gambling site should run the PubG tournament on their site. They may pay via BTC or ETH for the top 3 team in each game. Then crypto may capture people.

I hope any gambling site will love my idea and enable it soon. Cheers.

Well your idea is good and it can attract many people to such a crypto site offering a PubG tournament. But for this to be successful a proper planing is required and marketing will have to be the best in order to attract people towards it.
3532  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Which one is more better: Doing bounties on Bitcointalk or Managers website on: February 17, 2019, 09:03:15 AM
Most of the bounty managers have their website in which they upload the bounties in which they manage and make it easy for the hunters to find the bounties they manage and easy accessible for hunters. But these managers don't do upload spreadsheet for hunters to see their stakes.
The bounty managers on Bitcointalk always have their spreadsheet shown to hunters and make them awear of the qualified people and the rejected hunters  , but to find the bounty of some favourite bounty managers is not that easy.

I think doing bounties in this forum is much better as everything is transparent here and we can see all the spreadsheets and payment transactions in the bounty thread.

Being a manager is far better than doing bounties, when in terms of work the manager has the easiest job and when it comes in payment the manager has the highest amount that will get.

You should know that Not everyone can become manager. Of course Manager are paid higher then the members who do the Job. Manager has to overall manage the campaign.
3533  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Where could I buy referrals for faucets? on: February 17, 2019, 08:49:21 AM
I don't think is a good Idea for you to buy refferals for the faucet because instead of buying of buyers referrals for faucet better to use it to the trading who can gives you a lot of profit. Because maybe the faucet that you buy is not active or inactive. I don't think akso they some people who are really selling their referrals because for sure they will use for them.

Whats the use of buying referrals for faucets who are inactive ? You will not get any benefits from them as those referrals will not do the faucet and you will not get any referral bonus. It is better to have few active referrals which can actually perform the job.
3534  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Have you ever bought a product with Bitcoin and what do you want to buy? on: February 17, 2019, 05:25:47 AM
I haven't bought anything with bitcoin but people use it to buy gift cards etc.
Most of the market still works through fiat currency because merchants don't accept bitcoins.
I think it's quite unfamiliar in the local markets yet and people don't really know the process so buying thing with bitcoin is still rare.

I have not bought anything physical from bitcoins as there are not lot of options in my area which allow bitcoin payment method, however i did use it a lot online for paying for services and bill payments etc. I wish if there are more physical shops more in our country that accepts bitcoins so that we can buy groceries and vegetables with bitcoin too.
3535  Economy / Exchanges / Re: The future of cryptocurrency exchanges on: February 17, 2019, 04:46:19 AM
Nasdaq is a good addition to bitcoin cause it will further promote and invite institutional investors to crpyto currency also they can easily buy bitcoin with uncomplicated user interface cause in the past it was a pain to bought btc's, now with a fiat exchange adding bitcoin to their company. Ordinary investors and average joe's can have btc or other altcoins.

Nasdaq will also bring is new volume and capital and this is what is required to move bitcoin up further. Nasdaq is a very big platform and it will bring big boost in bitcoins.

The future of cryptocurrency exchanges, when large platforms (for example Nasdaq ) will open the possibility for hedge funds to buy cryptocurrency from them in absolutely usual conditions?

1)Nothing will change?
2)Only "small traders" will trade on cryptocurrency exchanges"
3)Only the largest crypto-currency exchanges will remain and create conditions equal to the conditions of large platforms. No wonder binance is trying Smiley
4)Your thought?

I cannot say exactly what will happen with existing exchanges but cryptocurrency trading will become more difficult...
But I see there one positive sign - maybe technical analysis will become more accurate.

Technical analysis is still valid these days however many people think that bitcoins and crypto currencies follow the news and their movement more depend upon the news rather than T.A.
3536  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bad "good" news. on: February 17, 2019, 04:35:55 AM
It's very common to see that a particular thing getting more famous after been used by a particular popular celebrity. So sometimes fake news are spread to increase the popularity of some products and also it works in the opposite way like the time JP Morgan's Ceo claimed bitcoin to be a pyramid scheme and it heavily affected the market. So before believing on something make sure it is from a trusted source a reputable source this not just for bitcoin but every things in the market that can be bought and sold.

So what happened when JP Morgan's Ceo said that bitcoin is a pyramid scheme ?  The Price dumped as people really thought that bitcoin will be dead soon but the JP Morgan's and his team bought more bitcoin at the low price. Then he say something positive about bitcoins and people again started buying making JP Morgan earned a lot of profit.
We should not believe on such whales news as they often want us to sell low or buy high.
3537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][KYC] DeepBrain Chain - A decentralized AI Computer Platform on NEO on: February 16, 2019, 06:08:21 AM
Deep BrainChain attained something rather stunning. Going down x400 since All Time High. Impressive  Shocked

99.99% projects are in same situation so there is nothing to get shocked on going bear market hurting so bad. The good sign dev team is still active and working hard to make it back on the track.

I agree that many coins are down these days but still they are showing some movements. If we look at DBC it is just declining and we never see any upwards price movements even though there were some big partnership announced by the team, yet this also does not have a big impact on the price.

I am holding a lot of coins Dbc and i really hope the price will recover some day, but then it depends upon the team on how they deliver their project.
3538  Economy / Speculation / Re: The decline has slowed down, the bears are still dominant on: February 16, 2019, 05:35:57 AM
Does anyone know if what they are saying it is true about the price of Bitcoin dropping again in February and March ?

I’ve been seeing some people saying that on Twitter that price is still going to drop in February till March ?

Is it best for us to sell our Bitcoins and maybe wait to see what happens then or just confine to hold ? I need an answer please, and thanks.  Previously, I was hoping for positive trends from the beginning of 2019 but even after 45 days in 2019, I am seeing no improvements.

Although there is no big movement in the first 1.5 month of 2019 but selling of bitcoin now is not the wise decision. We are already at the bottom and price should rise from here. Those who are saying in social media that we should sell our coins are those who actually will buy our coins cheap. We should not sell our coins now in any case, even if we see bitcoin fall below 3000$.
3539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are the most promising cryptocurrencies? on: February 16, 2019, 05:16:52 AM
When it comes to which cryptocurrency is very promising, bitcoin is the most promising and that’s what I’m going for as the number one.

I can’t buy altcoins and leave Bitcoin, nah, that can’t happen. Then as for altcoins, Ethereum has always been very promising despite the ups and down. It has faced a lot of challenges which it managed to survive all of them. Ripple is kinda suspicious…. But anyone can still go for it as long as they are getting what they need. We also Tron, looks very promising and the next one is Cardano.

Well, bitcoin is the king of all crypto and it should not be included in the list as it will always be on top of all the altcoins.
Among the top 10 crypto currencies, i only dislike Ripple (XRP) due to its centralization and controlled by the banking authorities. Ethereum and Ada both are good and i would also like to include Holo (HOT) in my list as it will be in the top 10 CMC list soon.
3540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which one do you choose? on: February 16, 2019, 05:00:56 AM
Bitcoin was first developed to be used in marketplace and shops. It is to make transactions easy for us as third might not be need in exchange for good and services transactions.  However currently we are using it at investing tools just like stocks and commodities.
I consider bitcoin to be very practical for payment transactions, even though it is online and between countries because it is peer to peer and eliminates the role of banking.
But naturally bitcoin is also very suitable as an investment, both short and long term. This proof has taken place and has been enjoyed by many people throughout the world.

The true usage of bitcoin is that it should be used for the payments and it has a lot more benefits over the fiat currency. Currently mostly bitcoin is used to invest in it and gain profit by trading which is not the only purpose of bitcoins and crypto.

I still not use bitcoin in marketplace/online store.
Why I don't use in marketplace? because I am only a small person who buy something with small payment. And I know that Bitcoin fee quite high for small payment.
But if I as an online store owner, I would like to use it as one of the payment method. For big payment of course to avoid high fee

Well, the fee is not much that you avoid it for payments.  In case you allow bitcoin as a payment method along with credit/debit cards, your online store will have much advantage as compare to the stores which do not accept crypto currencies.
