8%! of transactions!  Shocked
What happened to the 1% place???

Which one was that?
I ran across a decent one last week but lost the link.
You can trade and 1% for all cash in transactions a little high OK percentage.
HHHHEEEEELPPPPPP!!!!MMMMMMEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!   Sorry I got "Caught in the Web"...

If you want to purchase btc and have it in your wallet within a day the only places I know of are BitInstant.com & BTCQuick.com
Have you looked on the wiki?
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Buying_Bitcoins_(the_noob_version)

If you are in the US coinbase.com is good, although they won't let you withdraw the btc until the deposit from your bank clears.

They cancelled Capital One as a Depositor and linkeable account.
I think Chase is gone too now correct?

THEY should give you a list of Banksters that they deal with.

Anyone,

My search ran dry looking for a viable client to set up a Verified Bitcoin Account with that links to my checking and accepts bank wires, cash, check,
paypal balances, moneypak cards that's secure and not too costly.

All the ones I was looking at are bye=bye...
They don't have to accept all the above but 1-3 of them could work.

 Sad

Have you tried btcquick.com?  relevant thread:

3545  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Transfer issues from bitfloor to blockchain.info on: May 29, 2013, 11:55:32 PM
I made a few buys through bitfloor, repeatedly and all within a couple minutes.  I had to make these multiple purchases as orders weren't being fully filled as there was a ton of wild activity this afternoon.  Anyways, I got the buys I got in bitfloor, I then transfered those funds to my blockchain.  However when I view my transaction details in my bc, it says after 4+ hours:

unconfirmed transaction!  no double spend detected; 2%-25 nodes - (very poor)

Is this anything to worry about?  Help a noob out & thanks for your time!

Did you include a Miners fee of .0005 BTC

Blockchain and gox says it could take days IF YOU DON'T FEED the TRIBBLES....

Thanks a lot for doing this.

I second that!

Thanks for the pic Canary.

Gotta find out about pumping them up a bit.

I'm thinking USB cable extensions from the hub and place the heatsink side on a larger metal block, possibly water cooled?

It may work to put the "Hot Side" down on a thick large piece of Aluminum on a piece of Granite or tile or cement floor...
Weight the top down the middle or rig it so you screw the hot side to a larger heat sink or AL plate.

I don't think you have to use the address with your BTC in them.

I presume you could create a new address and sign that one too.
Label it and then send the BTC to yourself into that address.
Then you could sign it and send BTC from that new Address.

I will try it when able.

Thanks for your reply,

Trying to send money with a personal message of what that transaction is for including a signature to prove I own the address.

I don't understand where my private address is or how to get it in my blockchain account either.
Not sure if when I sign an address if the key it gives me is sent along with it or I have to put it in the notes and if it's in the notes is it for all to see?
Is the signed address stored somewhere I can access it?

Ok, lets try taking this step by step.

Step 1.  Can I assume that you are using https://blockchain.info/wallet for your wallet?

Step 2.  Understand that messages sent with a payment is not something that is part of bitcoin.  It is just an added feature that blockchain.info provides to users of the blockchain.info wallet.  As such, the message can not be sent unless you are using a blockchain.info wallet, and is only visible on the blockchain.info website.  Anyone with the transactionID can see the message that you include if they look at the transaction on the blockchain.info website.

Step 3. A signed message could perhaps be included with the payment, but typically you would send a signed message directly to the person for which it is intend. Typically this would be sent with email or a Personal Message (PM).  Has the recipient given you a specific message they want you to sign, or have they left it up to you to create a message?

Step 4. I'm not aware of a way to sign a message within the blockchain.info wallet.  What software do you intend to use for creating the signature?

I finally figured it out.
Well, The part I needed for now!

THANKS! for all those that helped!

Where do I find my message???

How do I sign a message and send it to them from the blockchain Wallet?
How does that work?
Is it a situation of just going through the process and copy/pasing the info. but never sending it?

Step 4. I'm not aware of a way to sign a message within the blockchain.info wallet.  What software do you intend to use for creating the signature?
If you go to the address where your coins are in and hit the "Actions Tab" you can sign a message to that address and then I PRESUME when it is sent with payment they on the other end will see that sig and message.

I noticed that my last BTC payout is not instant (10 minutes or so and still waiting for a 0-conf in my wallet). I'm perfectly fine with non-instant payments, but since last payouts were instant, I was wondering if this was the result of the upgrades (like the dust transactions taking up all space) or not, any idea about this? Or just a temporary delay maybe...

Hello,

Regarding payments using blockchain:

Could you help me with understanding how to properly use Blockchain to send bitcoins with a signed note.
I also don't understand the private key.

I have been trying for 3-days straight and still can't get it.

Sincerely...

Could someone please help...

I do not understand how the private key, signature, message works for sending Bitcoins.

I've tried with Blockchain and bitcoinqt.

from a newb tripping all over themselves and face down in the mud.

It is not clear what you are attempting to accomplish.
