Because thats the sense of investing in a project obv.
If you put money in a startup, you have the shares. And for investing in the beginning you get the reward when the company satified and earned money.

But you didn't invest in this project. You bought coins! There is a huge difference.

Also this software is opensource, so you personally can do what you want with it. That is the sence of this project Wink
3544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Buy/Sell thread for NASCoin [NAS]! on: April 10, 2014, 01:31:17 AM
Special selling offers:
(If the cheapest offer is taken, the next one gets active)

500,000 NAS for 0.1 BTC   --> 1NAS=0.00000020
500,000 NAS for 0.11 BTC  --> 1NAS=0.00000022
500,000 NAS for 0.12 BTC  --> 1NAS=0.00000024
500,000 NAS for 0.13 BTC  --> 1NAS=0.00000026
500,000 NAS for 0.14 BTC  --> 1NAS=0.00000028
500,000 NAS for 0.15 BTC  --> 1NAS=0.00000030

I accept BTC and NXT.

We can use escrow. Post here or PM me how many offers you want to take. I will send you a BTC or NXT address. When I get the funds, I'll send you NAS as soon as possible.

I think the price looks ridiculous.  20-30 satoshi for a 10bil amount copy-coin.
I don't know which idiot has bought them.
I guess maybe you bought them by yourself.

No, it's you're being ridiculous. Look at other coins like IFC which has absolutely nothing to offer with 100'000'000'000 coins emission and price of 6 satoshi. Minimum price for Nas is 60 satoshi. And a couple of month from now it'll be much higher.

While I'd put the exchange rate right now around 20 satoshi you are right!

On the other hand the prices of zhangli are retarded. That are fake trades, nobody is paying 290 satoshis. Shame on him!
3545  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Options trading thread on: April 10, 2014, 01:27:12 AM
Looks good that I win this bet.

On the other hand, my portfolio worth is not very happy!

Bah, we could see a surge this weekend that drives the exchange rate to $2000!

Can't we?

I'd dance naked on the balcony if that would happen. That would be so freakishly awesome!

3550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NXT :: descendant of Bitcoin - Updated Information on: April 10, 2014, 12:54:31 AM
I have an completly different question.

Lets say NXT is one day a product which a company want to use just internally in their systems.

So lets say the NXT Team implements a software solution in a company and gets paid therefore etc. etc.

Are the NXT-holders stackholder therefore? Or are we just fucked, if the guys decide to create a company, use the sourcecode and build a costumized solution for a company?

there is no nxt team in that sence. if someone takes the source code and modifys it so that a company can use it, than he did the service and only he should get paid.

why should you get paid for someones elses work
3551  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin price vs. hash rate? on: April 10, 2014, 12:21:45 AM
the higher the diff, the bigger the price.
its like that with all coins.

are you sure its not the other way around? Wink

This seems to be a poor business decision to not accept the most established crypto currency

I find it disturbing that I can't see anything in detail.

I offered a swap for 2BTC and it was accepted but only 1.99915512 where is the rest? I can't see it in my withdraw balance because it's rounded. I can't even see the profit I made from a previous swap that was accepted in the withdraw balance only in the history and that is only updated once every day.

So Yes I want to see all 8 decimals.

Just click on manage wallet. It is not so hard... People hate on everything...

That gives me just 3 decimals and rounded at that. So not good enough.

then you maybe changed some options. it shows me 8 digits no rounding

When I first saw JD the site profit was 0.24%, now its 0.3%. What was it at the low point after that whale won a bunch?

I am interested to know peoples real life investment returns on JD if anyone would share. Cheers

I invested into JD around the time nakowa came. So I got in when he won like 5000 BTC. THe site was B/E then 0%. I invested until february and made 10% on my investment.

Marketing focuses too much on irrelevant things, like the swarm to vote for nxt on alternative software site. Marketing has failed for now.

Couldnīt agree more. Iīm glad Iīm not alone with those thoughts.
NXT had marketing?you are kidding us.

If the success of a coin was determined by the number of haters. NXT would be in the top 2. Directly behind BTC.
