Most annoying crypto i have seen.

Yeah, those annoying privacy coins and their fungibility and unlinkability.

Bitcoins pseudonymity is the best option, more anonymity will attract bunch of scams and theft and criminals and will hurt a global currency more than it already does. If your goal is reaching mainstream then pushing for anonymity is the worst thing.

If you're right, no one will ever adopt Monero and it will just go away.
3542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: May 25, 2015, 03:26:14 PM
left monero correct his price naturally without angry it time to touch 0.0015, sell half your xmr and make good deal where is the problem ?

What?

Did you mean: let Monero correct its price naturally to .0015, sell half now and buy back then?

If you did, it assumes the price goes to 15k and it doesn't naturally go to a higher price after you sell and force you to re-buy at a higher price--no thank you; I'll hold--not greedy enough to risk what i already have.
3543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: monero is going knowhere but down on: May 21, 2015, 08:41:44 PM
I'm not trying to sell anything. I don't need to.

I have an actual, real job where I contribute to society in a tangible fashion, where the fruits of my labor are visible and meaningful.

I meant that how are you different from those people that called me salesman because i was trying hard to make them learn about BTC. Isnt this the case in your post above?

I admit I misread your post, thats why I changed the contents of my previous post.

I'm different because I am already here and know about bitcoin. I feel good about not having successfully converted anybody, because the price action has been nothing but abysmal for the last 14 months. If you followed XMR since its launch, you'd see the same trend. Its a basic "no-no" of investing to put money in something with a consistently negative, long-term trendline.

Since December its been on an up trend--give it another month and that's half its life cycle--the early buyers were foolish to think they could maintain that price with such a high inflation rate. I'd research more before throwing it into the scam coin heap, but that's your prerogative. I just wanted the best privacy coin, so that's what I bought.

*And just because i brought up Germany doesn't mean that you should compare a coin to Nazis--my point in the original text was that the Germans were decimating the Russians in the early part of WWII, and if you went by calling "scoreboard" early, they would have been declared the victors--thankfully actually winning determines history and hasty observations don't stop bullets or innovations.
3544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: monero is going knowhere but down on: May 21, 2015, 08:30:10 PM

Again, calling "scoreboard" in  the first quarter. If we wen't by your judgement of the winners of history, Europe would be speaking German right now.

To me, Monero are the Nazis. Soon to be all-but-extinct, with fringe members holding out against change in small pockets around the globe.

Sorry you made me compare your favorite coin to Nazis, but it was sitting right there on the table.

I'll bet if Monero moonshots you'll be cursing Monero supporters for making you not buy sooner. You compare Monero to Nazis because either you don't get Monero or you don't get Nazis--guessing that you don't get either--which isn't a bad thing, but don't spit venom and pretend you're healing the sick.
3545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: monero is going knowhere but down on: May 21, 2015, 08:14:15 PM
it's a coin you marry, not one you date because you want to accumulate more BTC or dollars. Good luck figuring out how to keep your finances as private as I do without XMR.

Oh my Lord its even worse than I thought... You got bit hard, son...

You have to admit, it is pretty impressive that Pegasus could be so spectacularly wrong in only 3 days time.

Again, calling "scoreboard" in  the first quarter. If we wen't by your judgement of the winners of history, Europe would be speaking German right now.
3546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: May 21, 2015, 08:10:51 PM
Frankly I'm amazed nobody has deleted my comments yet since they aren't in lockstep with the agenda.

If letting you sound off like a bitter troll isn't part of the agenda, it should be; Monero haters usually clue smart people into how dumb Monero's critics are.
3547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: monero is going knowhere but down on: May 21, 2015, 08:06:53 PM
vv this is a context clue  Wink

Sorry to hear about your massive - yet entirely avoidable - losses.

Dude, not only do you not get context clues but you presume incorrectly. I've been accumulating for months and have a good average price and don't let a bad day freak me out--it's a coin you marry, not one you date because you want to accumulate more BTC or dollars. Good luck figuring out how to keep your finances as private as I do without XMR.

Misinformed hogwash.

So what's it feel like to be holding a pretty big bag? How much money are you down since 3 days ago? $1k? $2k?

You sure are the champ alright. Its hilarious when people with egos as big as yours get brought to their knees by the hard reality of a situation.

You're like the player who calls "scoreboard!" when their team goes up 3 points in the first quarter.  Roll Eyes

Actually I've been bashing Monero since long before you joined this message board (more just countering the constant flood of b.s. and spam put out by the devs of this shitcoin).

And I've been right nearly the entire time.

I was commenting on your post to Pegasus on his three day loss (context clues).  Roll Eyes

got a link to some info about monero?

My initial impression it is a non-english name for the coin.

It's Esperanto. Here's a good start:

Good serious projects have to fight a lot of trolls, sigh

Even Monero devs are contributing their time on donations because of lack of a premine/instamine

Such brutal honest dev team, such advanced cryptonote protocol, but have to face bucketloads of stupid people  Sad

On top of it, the people bashing it havnt even read the whitepaper

a White Paper for an Altcoin ? ..now that is truly funny LOL
I remember when you douches around here stole that whole schtick and started prancing it around..
just more of the usual stolen Stock Market jargon incorrectly applied to digital Ponzi scheme coins run and supported by thieves liars and scammers.
and cry FUD some more maybe ? hahahaha

Saying something on repeat doesn't make it true all the time even if it's true 99.9% of the time.

3555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should Munero be censored on Bitcointalk? on: May 21, 2015, 05:25:27 PM

Just be happy you have rich parents, dickweeds. Stop trying to cheat people out of their money and get an actual job contributing to society instead of just taking from it.

Please ask yourself one honest question: Is it the Monero project itself you hate or is it because of the supporters behind it? That's 2 different things my friend. Just give a fuck about 'em supporters (and be grateful they have deep pockets) and you'll have a glimpse of a possible better world arise on your horizon. If you have horizons... Wink

*Note:
This hint only applies for non-suckpuppets.

No, its the supporters. They are ridiculously annoying, hard-headed, tunnel-visioned pathological liars. Its dumb to hate an inanimate object -- one that only exists in digital form, at that. Its smart to hate people who have decided to dedicate their gift of life to ripping off their fellow man.

Funny how Bitcoin Supremacist sound like Buttcoiners when they're faced with competing technology.

3557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lies Bagholders Tell Themselves. on: May 21, 2015, 10:57:28 AM
Here's another thread that could become a goldmine https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1063390.0

I know you like to think no coin can ever replace Bitcoin and that is why you are constantly posting threads to find the next P&D to increase your Bitcoin holdings, but that's the same myth of inevitability that Hillary supporters touted before Obama took Iowa in the primary. So laugh at my thread and feel secure in what inevitably will come from media hype and a stronger initial monetary support, because there's no way a better candidate for e-cash will come in with better anonymity and scalability....that can never happen.  Cool
3558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should Munero be censored on Bitcointalk? on: May 21, 2015, 10:39:21 AM

Haters seem to lack any basic knowledge of how things work. They are good only for shouting scamcoin, scamcoin

Then I suggest the two of you (and any other conceited windbags who enjoy their role as forum balast) form an exclusive club to keep the sewers of bitcointalk permanently populated. You'd certainly qualify.......

Pot, Kettle....  Wink

3559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can I trust an altcoin when... on: May 21, 2015, 08:30:43 AM
I wanted to play around with some altcoins but many of the main websites are sketch at best.  For example when checking out UltraCoin, their recommended miner has spyware in it.  What altcoins can you trust?

"Trust cannot be learned, purchased, or acquired-- it can only be earned." -Anonymous

Earning takes time, so asking others for recommendations is probably a bad starting point. Maybe figure out what's most important to you in a coin and then work out which coins have best implemented those features and have the most trust worthy community and devs.
3560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: monero is going knowhere but down on: May 21, 2015, 08:11:18 AM
"Knowhere? at least spell your title correctly. Of course if something is going nowhere, it is trapped in its current state, so the phrase is illogical. But I guess it could be taken full-literal and mean the state outside of all matter. But how would you know that unless you are God or a godlike being? And how would down exist in, on, around that plane if it is indeed nowhere? These are moot points if the OP actually meant know-where as in, "You know where Monero is going, down-up-down-down-up-up..." God, I love the English language(and financial privacy).  Wink Wish the OP shared my interest, but nowhere is it law that people have to agree on language or their finances or be very good at either.

*or is it know-here? Or maybe? k, now-here?
