So looks as if RCB will have another easy victory today? They had the best start to this edition of the IPL, while some of the more fancied teams such as the Mumbai Indians and the Kolkata Knight Riders are struggling. This may be a bit premature, but I think that finally Virat Kolhi may be having a good chance to lift the IPL trophy. KKR needs another 107 runs in 8 overs, with just 6 wickets remaining. Right now, it looks like a cakewalk for the Royal Challengers Bangalore.
This season the performance from KKR isn't to the expected level. Every match is getting hard and the early wins are the one that give hand at the final levels of getting into the playoff. RCB from the beginning seems to be dominant with its players having some form of fullest game. If one isn't performing well the next one takes responsibility. Even in today's innings after the early wickets the middle order made a good partnership and took the score to 204. Such a game should be followed by KKR.
3542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jake Paul vs Ben Askren on April 17 on: April 18, 2021, 12:30:14 PM
This lucky guy won.

One user has ~200k EUR worth of BTC on Jake Paul between a few different bets. Big confidence for the youtuber!

I'm also wondering what's the odds for first round KO by Jake Paul, that should high.

Looking at Ben Askren, he look not conditioned in this fight, and his body is not built to fight, looks like he was just drinking beer prior to this fight.  Grin
Myself too thinking of this guy than the participants Ben Askren and Jake Paul. He is lucky to win, and he has made the right prediction about the fight. What he has made out of the bet is more than enough for a person living in a third world country.
3543  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos: Internal notifications, message inbox vs Email. on: April 18, 2021, 08:08:10 AM
These days e-mail notifications are send regularly once we signup on any of the gambling site. Apart from this telegram channels play a big role, because each and every information is easily passed to each and every user of the particular platform. The forums run by the gambling sites also help with more information sharing and notifying users about new promos and contests.
3544  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best Sport to bet on ? on: April 18, 2021, 06:56:07 AM
It’s gotta be whatever sport you’re most familiar with, right? I pretty much only watch basketball regularly so that is the only sport I bet on outside of the random fight here and there. I’m more of a casual bettor though I guess and usually only do so for the entertainment value. If I’m not going to watch an event, I’m somewhat unlikely to bet on it.
This is the right choice. Bet on the games/matches in which you're familiar. Only then it is possible to make better predictions than making wild guesses/random picks. If you're lucky even the wild guesses will bring win win to you. Sports betting is all about fun and most of the time much expected matches were easily guessed, but it is hard to guess the win of players that aren't much familiar.
3545  Economy / Gambling / Re: [NEW] Lateplays.com 🔥 ZERO HOUSE EDGE 😍 DICE 🎲 COIN FLIP 💰 INSTANT WITHDRAW! on: April 18, 2021, 06:08:00 AM
Welcome on here. Just opened your site through mobile and it running smoothly but the interface is so simple.
I also though you provided 0 house edge, so curious how your site make profit but after i read more further, house edge on your site isn't always 0, it's variable edge.

But what's house meaning?
Quote
House 0.01774362 BTC

Is it your site's bankroll or max win in a bet?

That refers to the site's live bankroll. We hope to make investment possible in the near future as we build trust.

How do you plan on incentivising investment if house edge is so low (in fact, it is your selling point), and accounting for the fact that there will have to be a further cut in profits taken by the house itself, the profit margin left for investors is virtually zero?

Secondly, are there any plans to increase the owners' personal stake in the house?

Without a respectable bankroll you're not going to see any gamblers being willing to take a chance on your site. And if there is no players, then you can't expect any bankroll crowdfunding either.
This is the reality. The plan seems to be attractive and on real-time access we need to think more things. Investors will fund only if they are comfortable taking profit out of the platform. When it comes to zero edge automatically the profit for the investors will be nil. If there is any alternate plan to make revenue, because with this form of gambling you might attract good userbase, but not the investors
3546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tips on how to place sports bets on: April 18, 2021, 05:11:54 AM
My idea is that by collecting and analyzing information about the club and the players, we can get some information about their chances and if we are super successful in this, we can beat the bookmaker (theoretically), but this is not a strategy in the conventional sense this word. The strategy is very versatile, which can be applied in different conditions and should lead to approximately the same result. There is nothing like this in betting.

and remember, betting in sports, if you are truly familiar with such sport, has better chance of winning. rather than playing those luck-based games. if you breath and live a particular sport, you will know the potential of the club/players when they are already on the field. so the chance of winning is higher. this is why there are a lot that can make a living via sportsbetting.

By the way, I read the twitter of a former tennis pro - Kafelnikov, and sometimes he gives predictions for various sporting events (mainly tennis, but not only) and he turns out to be right very often. I have not checked how much stronger his predictions are from the bookmakers, but at first glance, he could beat them.
There are certain people giving perfect prediction on the outcome of the game. We don't know whether it is some sort of coincidence or it is the result predicted after hard analysis. It is always a good choice to follow these people before making bets. Myself used to check with different sites and place the bets based on the winning probability for the match made based on viewers thought.
3547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Transactions Fees x Gambling on: April 18, 2021, 04:50:16 AM
Transaction fee is killing, gamblers least think about the fee. Yesterday I made a transaction into an exchange, and upon yesterday's ethereum price I was charged $41 as transaction fee. If this is the case automatically the real-time usage of cryptocurrencies will diminish with time. Even after upgrades the transaction fee isn't getting low. Hope the scenario will change, and I don't know how Tron is managing with low transaction cost and fast confirmation.
3548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Devices used for Gambling on: April 17, 2021, 09:13:18 PM
I will not discuss what profits or losses were gained by the devices I have used for gambling. I use smartphone (mobile phone) to gamble because I like to see it small, and while everything fits inside this small screen, I never felt the need to use anything else like laptop, tablet, etc. I don't think I'll ever shift my decision of playing with phone to something else.
Everyone have got their own comfort using different devices for the purpose of gambling. Most of the people prefer mobile phone and slowly move towards laptop or desktop for few reasons. One of the major reason to limit themselves and stay away from addiction. Second thing is to avoid mistakes. When you're gambling hard you'll be high and at times we don't know what we're doing. By the time some used to encounter pressing max key on mobile losing entire wallet balance.
3549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: April 17, 2021, 09:01:41 PM
Every week the Payment gets credited mind doesn't stay within control. It starts to beat high, and a question arises why don't we give a try. This continues, and over the past few weeks earnings haven't got used for me. All the funds were spend on gambling. I used to secure sending it to the vault, but used to withdraw once the main account gets busted. Hoping for better weeks and develop self control.
3550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be a Responsible Gambler on: April 17, 2021, 08:19:57 PM
"There's nothing like getting rich quick" Financial success takes time, initiative and requires relentless effort "Those who gamble are deluded into thinking that there is a shortcut to success," Corley writes.

Instead, millionaires "get in the habit of pursuing their dreams and goals."

On the other hand, excessive alcohol consumption prevents you from becoming a millionaire since it damages your memory, the ability to think clearly and your health. That doesn't mean that you can't occasionally have a glass of wine or beer. Don't make drinking a habit.

Above is a briefing about gambling and drink from an article. Going through the article it attracted me, and the same made me realise gambling and drinking are almost same when we aren't able to have self control.

Note : If the post need to be deleted, please inform. Because, I've copy pasted from the article which isn't allowed in our forum.
3551  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Million Dollar Race - UFC Official Betting Partner - Play Smarter 🥊 on: April 17, 2021, 07:22:18 PM
The competition for the top places of the 1,000,000 dollar race looks so tight:

The gap for those top 4 players is not that big so it is still unpredictable who will win the 1st prize since there are 13 days remaining before it is ended.
Anyway, I do not see some names like avi or GDLE on the top 40 who are whales at Stake.
Do they set their username to hidden or they have not come yet then will come in the last few days with crazy bet amount?
With small difference in the wagering value top four are competing for the first position. In the event of wagering this amount what would've been there wallet balance. In my view they should've got atleast fifty Bitcoin in there wallet. If not it isn't possible to make such a wagering. Yes, more whales seems to be waiting for the last days.
3552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to win at roulette? on: April 17, 2021, 06:43:56 PM
at casino, 80% odds is on house favor. I'm not really like to play at casino, even at landbased casino, i only play in slot.

That's funny!

You can't compare slots and roulette! With slots you just pres spin and of course, you adjust your bets, with roulette you have so many possibilities to bet on, starting from red/black, even/odd, to numbers that have higher payouts!

It's all about how you play roulette! I saw some people and their sense for playing roulette, how they search for numbers and place only number bets, to people who chase martingale with x2 and x3... Youtube is full of crazy roulette plays, take a look at them and you will see how interesting roulette can be!

Roulette is really funny and causes a lot of excitement (in a real casino), but if we consider all the variability of playing it, then in fact there is no difference on what and how to bet - the chances are about the same everywhere. The only difference is the rate of loss of funds - if you bet black/red then you will slowly lose, if you bet on a certain number you will most likely lose much faster even with good money management.
There are games that you can play on your own like dice but there are games that are best played with other people as the experience is completely different and the roulette is that kind of game, the roulette is a game that can be very exciting but you need other people to capture that excitement and unfortunately during the pandemic it was impossible to gamble in traditional casinos and we had to do it online and even if I like to gamble online you do not get the same experience for certain games.
Maybe the Casino presence won't be there, but the online casinos are providing games with precise and perfect results that can be verified. During the Pandemic usage of online casinos have increased a lot. Everything is upon random guess, if you're lucky you'll make a good return. With roulette money management is much important, because we don't know how funds are getting drained once we start playing.
3553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jake Paul vs Ben Askren on April 17 on: April 16, 2021, 10:48:20 PM
^ The fight is almost there everyone may place their bets now. It's 4 days more left.
I was able to witness how these peeps fight from some of their matches Odds might favor Jake Paul. But probably, judging on how they fight and the strategy. I am seeing a draw on this fight and I was surprised when I saw the news that these two will have both feet within a ring together. It thrilled me as, before this, I have imagined how good the match would be if they are the fighters. Ben Askren has the very least advantage against Paul but we will never know what will happen. Just for me, it’s a draw. They are a match.

placed a small bet on jake paul here for my motivation to watch this fight.  Grin if paul will win this fight, will he ask for exhibition fight from mayweather? lol btw, at least this fight pushed thru as compared to his bro's fight against mayweather.
You've made a small bet to keep yourself motivated watching this fight. Myself got motivated to watch this match due to a bet thats been placed by an user on Stake. I'm waiting for the day once after seeing the bet Jake Paul vs Ben Askren
3554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 16, 2021, 10:23:58 PM
With this target if Chennai takes the match to the last over, then for sure Chennai won't win in any of the further games. Because when an easy target is considered and unreachable the pressure increases, and the same reflects on the upcoming matches.
You wont see Chennai taking the match to the last overs but they lost quick wickets all of a sudden when they have a small target to achieve i cannot understand why they want to play these big shots and loose their wickets. I was hearing here that Chennai had a weaker bowling combination but they bowled well in this match and since i did not see the match how come that changed in this match.
CSK wanted to win this match as soon as possible that is why the players were going for big shots but they know that match was over by that time so there is no issue. CSK was weaker because Chahar is the man who took wickets on the new ball for CSK but for the last 4 matches he went wicketless but now he back into form and also Dhoni praised the Wankedhe groundsmen for producing extraordinary wickets.
When we talk of the Wankhede stadium, the previous match of Punjab was completely different with today's match. The scoring rate were at the peak for both the teams, and served to be a batting pitch. Today the ground was supportive for bowlers, both the teams have lost wickets and the average score isn't reached.
3555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 16, 2021, 04:26:57 PM
I never thought CSK's bowlers would perform so well. CSK's bowlers were very inactive against DC in the previous match. Punjab's batting lineup was but much stronger. Chahar's bowling performance really deserves praise. I did not bet on this match. I just wanted to enjoy the match Cheesy
I guess all IPL venues are rebuilt to support spinners like how Chennai pitch was doing for all last 3 matches. And Yesterday match between DC vs RR on this same venue also a low score thriller hence I am not surprised on seeing blowers dominance on today's  match. But, full credits to Deepak Chahar swing bowling and Jadeja for extraordinary fielding efforts.

Like yesterday match, today also 2nd batting team may successfully chase this low total but only after losing few wickets. I am too keen on watching Dhoni to hit helicopter shot for winning runs; will he do that today? There are only 10% chances for Punjab blowers to restrict CSK from getting 106 runs.
CSK is batting sensibly because there is no scoreboard pressure so bat as long as you can is the only thing should be done by the CSK batsmen. Rituraj was struggling and also lost his wicket while Faf is in good touch and Moeen start with a boundary so I hope CSK won't take this match to last overs. Cheesy
With this target if Chennai takes the match to the last over, then for sure Chennai won't win in any of the further games. Because when an easy target is considered and unreachable the pressure increases, and the same reflects on the upcoming matches.
3556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 15, 2021, 11:15:59 PM
Something happened and some people like me lost some money. I never thought RR would win this match. It was completely unexpected. I had full confidence on DC but Miller and Morris took the match away.
We might hear about match fixing at a later time as some of the matches are going in that direction  Grin. When Delhi Capitals was struggling i thought it is going to be an easy match for Rajasthan Royals but once they lost 5 wickets for 42 runs i did not expect a turn around but then David Miller took the match and then Chris Morris took the match away from Delhi.

I give the credit to Unadkat, because if he hasn't scored those runs in the end, there is chances of match going into the hands of Delhi Capitals. Before the start of the match it was predicted for a score above 170 to 210, and it was happening until Rishab Pant lost his wicket. Looking over the scoring activity from both the teams the ground seems to be supportive for bowling than batting.
3557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you limit your gambling time? on: April 14, 2021, 11:27:21 AM
Till date I wasn't able to limit myself from gambling. If I've limited myself I could've been the happiest on earth, because what I've lost could've been saved and I might be debt free. Anyhow past is past, once I gave a break for about six months and those earnings were vanished in the next few weeks of time.
3558  Economy / Speculation / Re: get a loan and reinvest it on: April 12, 2021, 11:44:46 PM
an asset last year may have rose by 8% but that does not mean it will do so every year

also. you might end up buying in at the assets 8% ATH and then it drops

meaning invest $1000.. it drops by 6% meaning at year end you get $940
but your bank wants $1060
yep you lost out on 10% having to pay $100 from your own income

Couldn't put it any better than this. And this is exactly why I never take loans to make investment. Even with mainstream assets such as equities, I have a policy of never making an investment from a loan. There were a few occasions where it was looking very attractive to make an investment in IPOs, and I couldn't do it because I was short of cash. I had the option of taking a loan, but went against the idea in the end. And most of the time, it worked for me pretty well.
Loaning is not always bad if you already have some funds in your pocket. For example, if you have around $1000 and you put them all in safe investment, for example, it is bitcoin or Ethereum, loaning in this circumstance will give you more funds to invest in another project. Take a loan as small as $300-400. There are many opportunities to generate outstanding profit. Just look at Binance coin, it has given investors more than 900% for investors who invested in the early of this year
Taking loan and investing will always profit, if the investment is made on the correct cryptocurrency. My choice is to have own fund in hands and then go for a loan. If you've got $1000 in hand go for another $1000 as loan. Now analyse and choose the right cryptocurrency for investment. The market is highly risk at times, so to minimize the loss we need to have little holdings apart from the investment amount. For this reason I prefer backing fund other than loan amount for investing.
3559  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin after the pandemic on: April 12, 2021, 11:21:18 PM
Covid-19 is coming to an end because of the vaccine many citizens are now taking in the country. Many countries are restoring their economy back to it normal position where many people are gaining their lost they experienced during the pandemic. Before the end of this month bitcoin will start dumping because many government has demanded for more Money to be print, so that every citizens will start experiencing the impact of the money in the country.

Yeah.. the governments were just looking for an excuse to start printing money like crazy and they got it. Take the case of United States. The latest stimulus amount to $2 trillion!!! Can you believe it? $2 trillion in banknotes created out of thin air. And US is not the only country. A majority of the world nations (irrespective of whether they are developed nations or the developing ones) have announced big stimulus measures. This is just crazy.
The big stimulus fund that's been added to the economy might look crazy. In reality, the stimulus fund is keeping the economy driven forward without big crisis. Everytime we can't complaint a government for its plan. I would like to rise a question. If this stimulus isn't added to the economy what'll be the situation of the country's citizen as well as how the government could've managed fulfilling the needs of its population.
3560  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do I convince people that Bitcoin isn't a financial pyramid? on: April 12, 2021, 10:40:13 PM
It is technology, money, solution that eliminate the third party involvement. We can keep on briefing about the cryptocurrency in different ways, on the opposite side one needs to be ready to hear it.

Arguments make conversation interesting, but some people without sense keeps arguing. With those people just explain the basic and leave it. Let them learn further if required, and I have did this way in the past. Some people who never believed and kept arguing without sense came back and asked suggestions on investing.
