One weekend fixture I’m anticipating to watch is Everton vs Arsenal. Arsenal looks like the Bette team to win this game but they have failed to win Everton at Goodison park for more than 3 seasons now. Irrespective of their form, Everton always find a way to defeat Arsenal or play out a draw. I don’t know how this one will turn out to be, but I think Arteta might have found the solution to that Goodison park jinx.

This is a tough fixture for Arsenal, we know both teams have quite and interesting history in past meetings. I can also remember losing 1-0 to Everton last season, that was one of the games that decided Arsenal’s fate in the race against Manchester City for the league title. I’m curious to see if Arsenal can win this time and keep their unbeaten streak running. My prediction will be Arsenal to win and over 1.5 goal margin.
Indeed, Everton was one of the teams that hindered Arsenal's chances of winning the title last season and now the time has come for Arsenal to settle this grudge. Arsenal are in good form and the chances of losing against Everton are very small even though this is an away game for them. On the other hand, the return of Gabriel Jesus, who has recovered from injury since the match against Manchester United, has increased Arsenal's attacking power to be sharper. A margin of 1.5 is not difficult for Arsenal and I have a prediction that they will win decisively against Everton.

Still not clear the Pogba situation.

The rumor is about a medical drug taken in the USA from an American doctor.

That drug is legal in NA but illegal in Europe.
I think whatever Pogba has done violates the law in Europe and before consuming doping he must have known the risks he would face later. Obviously this adds to the problems in the Juventus dressing room which almost every season has problems and now they have to face another case due to what Pogba has done. After struggling with injuries plus the problem of doping, this player was no longer able to survive in the sport that had made his name. I hope Pogba will immediately stop playing football if proven guilty and not add to the club's problems.

Al Akhdoud vs Al-Ittihad match is going to start tomorrow in Saudi Professional League. I am waiting to see the match between these two teams. I want to bet in support of Al-Ittihad team in this match. Al-Ittihad is now at number 3 in the points table.  Al Akhdoud is in the number 13 position for which Al-Ittihad team has a high chance of winning this match. However, if the players of Al Akhdoud team can perform well in this match, then this match is likely to be a draw. But starting from the goalkeeper of Al-Ittihad team, the rest  All the players performed very well for which Al-Ittihad team is so strong.
Judging from the odds, this will only be a one-sided match where Al Ittihad will continue to control the ball and attack while their opponents will try to continue to defend and doing counter-attack to try to score a goal but they must have a good counter-attack scheme to be able to penetrate the defense of Al Ittihad.
Al Ittihad's odds are @1.18 and Al Akhdood@13.00, it's not worth betting on Al Ittihad on the money line at all, it's more worth betting on the over or BTTS with better odds, and also Al Ittihad is very productive they have scored 15 goals from 3 matches that have been held.
Al Ittihad will try to get 3 points to take over the standings from Al Hilal again, even if only temporarily, and also to maintain their chances of fighting for the title.
Betting on the BTTS option is quite risky because even if Al-Ittihad has full control of the match, it will be very difficult for the hosts to score goals. I think the over 2.5 goals option is the best at the moment with odds @1.51 and you are right in saying that scoring 3 goals every match is not difficult for Al-Ittihad.

Apart from that, Benzema will definitely continue to score goals in this match because he is quite behind his teammate, namely Abderazak Hamdallah, who has already scored 5 goals for Al-Ittihad. Other options such as handicap betting (-1.5) with odds @1.52 are also quite good because after all Al-Ittihad will not be satisfied with just a narrow win.

An equally exciting match will also be presented this week between Wolfsburg and Union Berlin. These two teams both got 6 points so far and only have a goal difference in the standings. In the previous match, both teams also lost and it seems that this time Wolfsburg is favored to win if you look at the odds offered by the bookie. Wolfsburg gets odds @2.23 and Union Berlin gets odds @3.25.

Actually, if you look at the H2H statistics, Union Berlin is quite dominant, winning every time they meet, so I think that this time Union Berlin is not so favored because it is an away match. I will continue to bet with the handicap option (0.25) odds @1.87 for Union Berlin's advantage because even if Union Berlin fails to win it is likely that the match will end in a draw, at least I can still make a half win.

The time when PSG tried to get rid of Marco Verratti and this palyer left the team, I was expecting to see better destinations for Marco Verratti, in the worst case I was hoping to see him in Saudi teams because of the more money they usually offer and other more paly who joined this league during this summer.
But instead, he joined the Al Arabi team in the Qatar League.

The fee spent by Al Arabi to get Marco Verratti was worth 45 million euros and perhaps PSG just wanted to receive a higher offer from another club so they chose to reach an agreement with Al Arabi. I was wondering whether the Qatari league now wants to compete with the Saudi league for investment in bringing in European players? because after all these two leagues are related in the same season, in terms of exposure the Saudi league is bigger because it has succeeded in bringing in several great names. After Countinho, now Verrartti has joined the Qatari league and I can't wait how this league develops and of course they have to bring in other star players who have a big influence so that their league is noticed by many people.

Finally, Lyon has found a new coach to replace Laurent Blanc and he is Fabio Grosso. An agreement has been reached between the two parties since last night and now all that remains is to take care of several important documents to complete it. John Textor as one of Lyon's shareholders played an important role in bringing in Fabio Grosso and I think it was quite the right decision for Lyon to choose him.

Currently, Fabio Grosso is managing the Serie A promotion team, namely Frosinone, and perhaps with this consideration, Lyon is very confident in choosing him as the new coach for this season. Fabio Grosso's professional football career is also very good, previously he also played for Inter, Juventus, and now he has returned to Lyon as a coach because in 2007 he also played for Lyon. We hope that the arrival of Fabio Grosso can provide good results for Lyon and can return to a better position in the standings.

PSV can be a difficult team and I really wonder how competitive they can be against Arsenal. This year, Arsenal is starting to work with Arteta to avoid making the mistakes they made last year. They managed to become a young and offensive team. I don't think PSV can withstand them.
The Champions League competition is very mentally draining so PSV can easily go down or vice versa. It depends on whether the players are ready or not to face a club as big as Arsenal which is in top condition. However, PSV's motivation is still quite high and they don't want to slump at the start of the season. I will not doubt PSV's performance in the last few matches which seems to produce solid matches. On the other hand, Arsenal also needs to reconsider, Arteta cannot make the wrong decision again because his return to the Champions League must be utilized well. At least getting through the group preliminary round in my opinion will not be too difficult when compared to other groups.
PSV cannot be underestimated and we agree that PSV can be a real threat to other teams in group B. PSV's first match will be at Arsenal's headquarters and even though it is very impossible for PSV to win, at least they have to try first. Nothing is certain in football and our predictions could be reversed by the superiority of the underdog team in the group. I think rather than losing, PSV should at least be able to hold Arsenal to a draw because after all an additional point will be very significant for the position in the group standings. So that when playing against other teams such as Sevilla or Lens, PSV will have quite easy obstacles to face later.
3548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: September 13, 2023, 03:30:20 PM

Jude Bellingham is a talented midfielder but his first matches for Real Madrid are full of surprise. Nobody actually expected Jude scored goals in five matches and currently stands at a first position of La Liga best scorer ranking. It is temporary only as surely other strikers in La Liga will take over it. So far, that excellent goal scoring performance of Jude Bellingham helps Real Madrid less miss the departure of Karim Benzema.

He is doing his job really well, so much so that he is at 5 goals and first at the top alone. I really like this player but I dont think he will stay in first place all season, certainly among the first. I am still waiting for Lewandowski to wake up.
Jude Bellingham has indeed been an extraordinary figure with Real Madrid and he was able to adapt to other players including veterans such as Kroos, Modric and Carvajal quickly. We know he hasn't had long since he was brought in this summer and he feels called to as an adult player who has big responsibilities for the club. So he seemed naturally motivated to do it and saved Real Madrid several times from poor results.

It must be admitted that currently, even though Jude Bellingham is at the top of the top scorers, Lewandowski is ready to lurk throughout the season and will slowly start to prey on Jude Bellingham on the top scorer's board. Moreover, last season Lewandowski won the La Liga golden boot so we wouldn't be surprised if he would return.
3549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 13, 2023, 03:19:55 PM
I think this Leverkusen squad is the first real challenge for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga so far. What we have seen more often is that Bayern may have struggles to score and then it becomes a close call in the end like in the game against Gladbach. In this case against Leverkusen I think they will be up against a team that is looking to play their own game. They won't be waiting for Bayern to take shot after shot and then see how it goes. Leverkusen has good speed and definitely a good enough quality to score goals against Bayern Munich. But yes, it could also end 5-0 when Bayern has one of those days that every shot is a goal.
That's right, it could be said that Leverkusen will be a balanced opponent for Bayern Munich. We know that both teams are on fire to top the standings and if one of these teams loses it will create quite a troublesome difference. Of course Leverkusen, who are playing away from home, don't want to lose their opportunity in this match and even though Bayern Munich as a whole always dominates with lots of wins when facing Leverkusen, I think Thomas Tuchel's squad this time should not take Leverkusen lightly. In fact, I think it is possible that Leverkusen will surprise Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena and if they lose, this will be quite surprising news for Bavarian fans and will also create speculation that Bayern Munich will have difficulty defending their Bundesliga title.

This season started pretty bad for Newcastle by the way. That win over Aston Villa by 5-1 told me much more different things actually but the games after that ended up with really poor results. I know that these games were all challenging ones including the one against Brighton. But Newcastle should have performed better anyway.

For example they could have done better against a Liverpool playing with 10 players. But instead they couldn't do anything against that comeback. In the same way I would have expected them to be more competitive against Brighton but it didn't happen either. They had better figure out what is wrong as soon as possible.
Three losses in 4 matches, this is very serious. They look weaker than they did last season. I think the departure of Allan Saint-Maximin also had a negative impact. He was Newcastle United's most effective weapon in the offensive line. Even though new transfers are made to the team, it seems to me that the offensive line is still problematic. Isak is also a good attacker, but his dribbling, passing and finishing skills are definitely not at the same level as Maximin's. City and Liverpool matches were difficult matches, but losing 5-1 to Aston Villa was a great disappointment.
It must be admitted that the loss of Saint Maximin who had left for the Saudi league left a hole that could not be overcome in Newcastle's attack line and it was clear that their attack had become irregular. Isak was supposed to be Newcastle's spearhead, but now he is no longer as sharp as last season and I think if this continues then Isak will lose his ability. On the other hand, I would like to correct that Newcastle's only victory was achieved in the opening match against Aston Villa and although it was very surprising, Newcastle could not do much in the other matches.
3551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 13, 2023, 02:52:38 PM
This week I will see how strong AC Milan is when they face Inter Milan. AC Milan has a bad history in several matches against Inter Milan where they were beaten by a big score in the Italian Super Cup where Inter Milan was able to score 3 goals in that match.

Even in H2 where AC Milan was only able to win 1 match against Inter Milan, while Inter Milan's record was that they were able to dominate the victory because they won 4 times when facing AC Milan.

This season, these two rivals are at the top with the same points collected. This means that if either team loses this match then they will be 3 points away and we will have a great week to see who the real leaders are.
Indeed, during last season Milan never won against Inter, whether in Serie A or other competitions. However, at that time, Inter was stronger than Milan, so Inzaghi's troops managed to finish in 2nd place. But now the season has changed and looking at the overall results of these two teams, it can be said that they are quite evenly matched and it is very difficult to predict who will win. Moreover, each team has the motivation to get the full 3 points to maintain their distance in the standings. Even though this is a home match for Inter and I don't mean to underestimate them, this time I think Milan will win. In terms of score predictions, it is possible that not many goals will be scored and it looks like Milan will win with a narrow score of 1-2.

I would say if we compare between inter milan and AC milan squad then Inter milan squad is stronger . Inter Milan's defense and attack are very strong.  Inter milan have scored 8 goals in 3 matches and they have not conceded a single goal. On the other hand  AC milan also managed to score 8 goals in their 3 matches, but conceded two goals.

I am optimistic enough with Inter milan's performance that they can play well against ac milan. Inter milan's squad is strong and in good form.  But whether they will be able to win cannot be said for sure . As ac milan players are also able to perform well, this match is most likely to be a draw.  I guess the match will be a 2-2 draw.
A draw is still open for this big match which will definitely be very draining and it would not be surprising if both teams mercilessly make room for anyone to take the lead first. If Inter scores first, of course it will ignite Milan's enthusiasm and vice versa, making the match even more exciting and not just monotonous for 90 minutes. I also thought about the possibility of a draw but still I will not bet fully on a draw and I will use the handicap option (0.5) for Milan's advantage in the match. So even if Milan is superior by a lot, I don't need to be confused about losing.

After Hansi Flick was fired as coach of the German national team, several coaching candidates emerged who were ready to replace him, but there was one name that was familiar, namely Julian Nagellsman. It is reported that Bayern Munich is open to letting him manage the German national team and the DFB is certainly happy with the options considering that Julian Nagellsman is a good coach. If I'm not mistaken, even though at the end of last season Julian Nagellsman had his contract terminated by Bayern Munich as coach, Bayern Munich still paid his salary so Bayern Munich was the key to the agreement between the German national team and Julian Nagellsman. Apart from that, I am very sure that if the German national team is handled by a coach who has a very clear vision like Julian Nagellsman, of course they will immediately recover from their downturn.

I don't even think if he will suit to the german national team. I meant he was good, but naglesmann lack of experience in coaching the top club. Coaching national team is ever harder compared to the club and he has no experience in doing it.
He has been sacked by bayern and replaced by tuchel. I would prefer to wait for another name rather than him.

Here's the list of potential names to be new appointment for german national club.

- Van gaal
- Oliver Glasner
- Matthias sammer
- Ralf rangnick
- Xabi alonso

I would prefer to take van gaal. German needs to find the one who suit to the national club as soon as possible.

I don't think it's difficult for Nagelsmann to coach the German national team because basically the German national team is mostly filled with Bayern Munich players who he has previously managed. So whatever strategy or tactics Nagelsmann will provide will definitely be easily absorbed by the players. If you look at the track record of the German national team, they have never appointed a coach outside of Germany, I mean the DFB always appoints a coach who is a native German so if you think about choosing Van Gaal, chances are it won't happen. However, anything related to the German national team must also be handled by a native German coach and I think that has been a very long tradition.

Seeing Italy finally achieve victory at least brought good news to all the Italian people who were watching. Italy won with a score of 2-1 over Ukraine and although the match was quite tough, Italy was much better this time. Frattesi's brace in the first half put Italy ahead and although Ukraine managed to catch up with Yarmolenko's goal, it wasn't enough to equalize.

In the second half there was no change at all so Italy's victory made them even more confident about qualifying for Euro 2024. Currently Italy and Ukraine both have a total of 7 points and I think this will be a fierce battle for second place for both teams. Meanwhile, England doesn't seem to be at all troubled because they have good capital points to become group C winners.

I saw the match (only the first half) and both goals
It was a very fun match to watch and Italy practically dominated the first half
I have to say that Spalletti has already done an excellent job, well done Frattesi but the whole team is well done
It would definitely be very fun if you bet on both teams scoring goals and of course we don't need to worry if Italy fails to win this match. Cheesy

However, it seems that the Italian players have started to adapt a little to Spalletti's style of play so that what is targeted can be achieved. As a quite experienced coach, Spalletti is now increasingly confident in bringing the Italian squad to a better level in the Euro 2024 competition and we should look forward to other breakthroughs that Spalletti will bring in the future.

Manchester City's defensive midfielder, Rodri, is now also commenting on transfers taking place in the Saudi League. He said this talent drain must be controlled in a certain way and what Rodri said was true. However, I don't think there is anything that can prevent it as long as both parties agree to agree on the transfer. He also added that it was a shame that so many young players were leaving for the Saudi league and he hoped for any party to quickly control this situation. In my opinion, if veterans join a Saudi league team, that's not a problem, but sometimes it's quite a shame if young talents leave just to make money rather than with the mentality of winning titles in Europe. Could there be a solution to limit young players going to the Saudi league? If so from you, what is the right solution for this?

Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1701180661896261720
There is also nothing that should be worrying anyone, just like how other teams got players from each other, Saudi is doing the same and couldn't be blamed for anything. When the beloved City of his ended up spending ton of money to get all those titles, did he complained about how his team was spending more than teams like Fulham or Brighton? Of course not, and he was happy that his team was owned by a rich person who was willing to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to buy players.

Now I look at it and I can say that it's the same thing for the Saudi league to do this as well, there is nothing wrong. Just like City got anyone they want, Saudis are paying whatever they want as well. There are a million human rights things I can judge Saudi Kingdom, but not football.
That's right, there is nothing that can hold back anyone if they have the money and power to do so and I think the Saudi league also has the right to do the same thing as what other top European leagues have done. The Saudi league just wants to introduce their league to the world and their way of spending so much money to sign top European players is one of the keys to the success they have achieved so far. However, now the top European leagues are increasingly under pressure with new competitors such as the Saudi league with all the access and convenience to make a lot of money and of course that's not what European players can do when they are in other European teams.

Before the start of this season I was thinking about Real Madrid and how want to pass this season because they don't have a good sticker in this team after Benzema left them.
But the fact about Real Madrid is they have many other players like Jude Bellingham this season and now they have enough power to finish the balls which means Real Madrid will not have any problem facing Barcelona.

Real Madrid is a great team, and I have yet to see them fall short of a specific player needed in a certain position since the start of the season. We know they lack certain prominent players to fill the roles that previous prominent players departed, but they are still doing well and can fight with any opponent without fear in both La Liga and the Champions League. As you mentioned, the arrival of Jude Bellingham has significantly improved the midfield and attacking positions, his presence has contributed more to the club's performance, which is something that is really vital for the team right now.
We should expect a more exciting time ahead in this season for real Madrid this is so because the club have made a lot of adjustments in the internal players selection and just like in the last few seasons back where even though Real Madrid we're short of players at a certain stage,  but the where still able to come to in the La Liga and almost won the championship before they were defeated by Manchester City.

But in the last season,  Real Madrid's performance was below average,  and that really affected the motivations of most of the fans and at this point,  everyone is just waiting for the result from the Real Madrid team.
Certainly this season Real Madrid will be more hungry for titles than the previous season and considering that last season they only won one CDR trophy, they will be even more motivated to win various titles. We know that so far they have been quite well organized even though there have been obstacles such as injured players, but Ancelotti, as an expert tactician, has also provided good strategies for his players. Bellingham is likely to be Real Madrid's key until the end of the season considering his important role in the previous few matches.

Last season was definitely an unforgettable one for Real Madrid because they had to experience a significant decline at a critical time and in fact they were still open to competing with Barcelona to win the Laliga title if they didn't experience frequent draws. Apart from that, I hope Ancelotti can start giving more playing minutes to Brahim Diaz considering he has been a good player since he was loaned to Milan several seasons ago.

Regarding the money spent so far, we know PSG for the money they usually spend on their palyer and they usually buy superstar players in each season but this time they made a good amount of money selling the players they had.
PSG spent 300m in this summer for players but they also earned 100m. On the other hand selling players like Messi, Verratti, and Neymar was a good step for them to earn more money.

In the end, PSG was smart enough to take advantage of the busy situation so that they made more money when selling some of these players. Maybe Neymar is the only one who has fantastic value at a cost of 90 million euros and of course even though PSG have also updated the depth of their squad this season at least they don't need to spend a lot of money anymore. PSG has definitely learned from experience and doesn't want to be too wasteful in spending on players, especially now that the PSG squad doesn't have many star players and only has a few left.

I think group E also interesting to see because in my opinion at least 3 teams who had equal chances to qualified and probably only Celtic can be considers as underdog team because Atletico Madrid, Lazio and Feyenoord are equally strong and about Lazio finally after 3 years they can return to champion league again and last time they were playing at this competition on season 2020 at that time Lazio finish at second position but unfortunately at round of 16 they have been eliminated by Bayern Munich

Besides Lazio i am will looking forward to see Feyenoord performance this season because they came as Eredivisie champion status and that's why UEFA placed them in the pot 1 for drawing pot but last time they have been playing in this competition is 6 years ago and Feyenoord have to eliminate early because they have been displaying poor performance because Feyenoord only can able to gets 1 win from 6 matches and i want to know whether they can able to advances to the next stage or not because basically they placed into easy group
I am quite sure that this time Atletico will not go calmly in the group stage and indeed most of the teams in group E are filled with underdog teams such as Celtic or Feyenoord. I think if you look at Celtic and Feyenoord's performance in the Champions League competition, it's not that bad and it's possible that one of them will be surprised to finish runner up in the group or even become group winner even though the percentage is so small. On the other hand, Lazio remain a pretty solid team so far and their squad updates since last season prove that they are finally able to penetrate the Champions League zone after a long absence. Maybe we still don't know the overall results of Group E and we have to see it first in the opening match to measure the performance of each team.
