It's like LN  - 14 months from now ..

Would it be real ?
3542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: December 10, 2017, 08:26:21 PM
LN hubs do not use ID checks they don't know who it belongs to just where it came from last and where it goes to next

Onchain Personal Wallets do not use ID checks.

When they receive a transaction the hub does not know if the one being received is from the sender or just being relayed and when passing it on they do not know if it's going to it's destination or if it will be relayed further

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Money_laundering
Quote
money laundering as obfuscating sources of money, either intentionally or by merely using financial systems or services that do not identify or track sources or destinations

It is going to be regulated like a bank , dufus.

You are full of shit discussing a vapor ware product and you don't know what legal restrictions will be placed on it.

In all Seriousness , no one here care about your shitnet vapor ware, go create you own vapor ware forum so you can make up shit on how great that piece of shit is .

No one here believes you. As always you leave out the important stuff.

╥Aztek

As I said. This tek mob is only about to shill and has no clue about financial software and risks.

Never buy any financial product or service from a slippery sales that is not able to discuss existing risks of it

No disclaimer, no real impl -> come back after 3 years before I'll put grandma's money on it.

This is the future shame BCH can't do it

In the controlled conditions of a lab, any coin can do this.

Get to me when there is a solution working in the wild.

It's been tested on mainnet successfully routing through various hops using all the different implementations of lightning with public beta for everyone to use being released soon

Any idea what could happen in real world, under real attacks and economical competitive circumstances?

Are you willing to compensate lost funds if fails or are you only shilling and quickly back out, having also never provided any financial world recommendet disclaimer?

Its just pushed by Roger  Angry

Roger Ver was the very first pushing Bitcoin (2011) , so whats wrong here?
3545  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC removed from steam for high fees on: December 09, 2017, 10:59:35 AM
btc is becoming pain for small transaction

BTC is more like asset, rather then a currency to be used daily.

ETH is the best currency as transaction is done quickly
Ive been already expecting this thing to happen when bitcoin is still on lower price state which it can still handle transactions and now suddenly price have shoot up and transactions been piled up and now network is congested and miners cant able to handle it in a short time which would really cause huge delays the same time fees would shoot up because miners will priority those who do set higher fees. This is why I suggest for micro transactions better to wait to let the congestion passed up before making any transaction.

Its not that 'miners cannot handle'. ETH and BCH can handle lot more.
3546  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-12-09] CNBC’s Jim Cramer Calls Bitcoin “Monopoly Money” on: December 09, 2017, 10:57:22 AM
I can move monoply money much more easier...

Its more a frozen store of value (hype?) and you have to cheat the mempool to get access.
3547  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC removed from steam for high fees on: December 09, 2017, 10:54:04 AM
Personally I wouldn't use bitcoins for transferring assets quickly and cheaply. Right now there are other alternatives for that. I completely agree that bitcoin is nothing more of an asset today unless LN proved its efficiency and practicality in the market. It might change the game once more for bitcoin but for now, bitcoin is nothing more than an asset and investment.

LN can fix very special issues and is still vaporware, needs years like bitcoin to prove stability and usability.

Telling everybody this fixes bitcoin is not sustainable.
3548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: December 08, 2017, 04:40:10 PM

Haha. Ignorant claim is ignorant.

"These blocks are definitly much larger than any of the blocks created for the Bitcoin chain ( max. 1 MB per block) and are probably record-breaking regarding any live-chain running today!"

orly? Proud of 3 measly MB, are ye?

Of course, Bitcoin Cash led the way months ago with a block just barely shy of 8MB:
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/block/479469

the ability to open and close channels can be automatic and seamless inside your wallet software

Not if there is a significant backlog of transactions trying to get added to the blockchain. If everyone in the world wanted to open only one channel each, it would take over 30 years for BTC to accommodate that demand. And nobody can use Lightning without opening a channel.

Haha, jbreher is that you?

RIP all the fools that were bamboozled by bcash scammer Roger Ver and ended up buying at a rate of >1 BCH/0.3 BTC. Cheesy

hmmmff

What do you tell masses of coinbase users buying over 19K ?

You're so sick.
3551  Local / Trading und Spekulation / Re: Der Aktuelle Kursverlauf on: December 08, 2017, 08:41:46 AM

Any serious price predictions?

Flat at best - no pumps and dumps at the wish list. Exactly best for a usable currency AND store of value Wink

bitcoin cash needs its own forum. There are many stupid people here who talk bad about bitcoin cash. people disappear from here. most of you probably do not have more than 1 btc and talk that stupid.

Check bitco.in. Or reddit/btc

But bitcointalk still allows best controversal chats. Its a cool challenge for everybody

Put the trolls on ignore

 Wink

Bitcoin Cash is about the real usage of Satoshi's full idea (includes the poor having the luxury and safety of an ASIC ensured infrastructure) , not only a very reduced ponzi like sceme.

The security costs for on and off chain is a zero sum game - very clear to get.

Follows that if you want a secure bitcoin you have to maximze on chain, known to be the most secure thing for about 9 years now.
