Research? Just go with the no draw strategy and flip a coin. Head means home win, tail means away win  Tongue

I never done this before but I will take your advice. Spurs win for me, and most of the favorites with the exception of random teams, which I use a special strategy of mixing prime numbers for the pick;)

Last week of MultiMaster for 2020 so I hope to also get something to celebrate the new year. Good luck everyone!

3542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple XRP Price in 2021 on: December 23, 2020, 02:08:04 PM
Ripple designed for speed and fees? What would you call Bitcoin's lightning network then?Wink Even faster, even cheaper, and a lot more secure and more liquid and more outlets to spend them.

Ripple is a bank coin, not a global use case coin. And not even banks are using them properly now.
3543  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - $500k Holiday Giveaway! 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: December 23, 2020, 01:05:43 PM
I liked blackjack because apart from its lowest house edge among the provably fair games I learned it easily even when it was basic when I first tried to play it.  But I know I still have some unknowns just like the reference you shared discussing other rules, basic and text strategy.  It just seems hard to remember.  Thanks to that, I didn't know there was such a thing I don't know those yet because I only do hit and stand.  I do not use Split or Double.  I also do not take insurance.  I only use soft 17 like most dealers.

You are right that the use of martingale is dangerous because I have failed several times to use it.  But I can't do anything because this is my only strategy now that sometimes and even works more often.

Yes,,, me too. BJ has always been the prime candidate because if you follow strategy faithfully and take advantage of double down offers, extra side bets etc, lowest house edge gives you good wagering amounts. Definitely not the game for martingale though,,, you maybe at most places from smallest to biggest bet is around 10x losing streak max.

Play BJ long enough and this is sooo easy to hit;)
3544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rebase Coins on: December 23, 2020, 11:14:31 AM
Basically, from what I understand, in short yes you got it right.

Take it at 3 steps:
1. Fiat problem, inflation. So solve with Bitcoin. But problem, volatility, so cannot use as form of money (unreliable value).
2. Stablecoin to solve volatility. But problem, more market manipulation and supply back to fiat expansion.
3. Rebase coins. Solve supply problem and solve manipulation problem.

EFL Cup tonight

Stoke vs Spurs
Everton vs Man Utd

I’m tempted to have a cheeky Stoke, Everton double. This cup always throws up some strange results.

Nooo,,,! But actually you probably might hit this. I am just saying this because I am a Spurs fan;)

All honesty though, Spurs and Mou know they want to deliver something to their fans and a league cup brings Europa guarantee anyway. Stoke probably want it much more though. Whoever wins, hope they stop City from yet another final.
3546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: December 22, 2020, 06:13:29 PM
There's no games until boxing day now but there's a load over the holiday season and new year so make sure you don't miss them as they cram them all in and I think teams will be playing three games within a week. No doubt Klopp will be crying about that.

He was not crying when he played my team two games ago. Did anyone notice he had zero substitutions even though people were warming up in the field and it was looking to be headed towards a 1-1 draw?

Mourinho was really angered and I guess now Klopp has less to cry about for 5-subs rule if he did not even make 1.
3547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel about altcoin long-term performance? on: December 22, 2020, 05:06:20 PM
I think because of bitcoin dominance, alts have not been able to perform like people expected. In as much as major focus is on bitcoin, alts growth will be slowed Down and they will rise when BTC becomes stable. But am not so convinced that some top alts ATH will be attained. this Time. Some are still holding the alts they bought at high price because they didn't want to sell at loss. So long term alts performance is not so encouraging but its best to take profit without greed.

Not so much about greed anymore with some altcoin holders,,, at least, to talk about myself;) A lot of alts I just left them and let them die on platforms or even wallets I do not bother to open anymore. It is not that I am greedy. Pointless to go through a lot of hassle for a few dollars, but worth it to do something later if they hit hundreds. May never happen but who knows?

How lucky or fortunate the person who won the 0.2485 with just 650 tickets must be and would not be believing that won the first price with that smaller number of tickets. As, the third winner he has 111,000 times more ticket then the first winner and still ended up getting third prize.I am sure that guy would be frustrated seeing the result.  So, under such circumstance anyone could be a winner with less tickets as well.

Phew,,, winning over 5000 dollars with just those small tickets, cannot wait for my own dream to come true like that;) And then imagine just keeping it for a year in FBC you will get $200 in interest, plus who know what the price of BTC will be in a year from now?

I am sure every draw there are people with millions of tickets who do not win anything. Such is lottery luck:)

Thank you again to Sportsbet, I got my Bitcoin winnings now in my account,,, I am very happy with the way everything is handled. Indeed Lewandowski killed my picks with his as-usual-goal otherwise I would have got 9 picks right with the draw of Munich away.

Look forward to NBA special then maybe we truly see where we head to;)

My picks coming tomorrow or Thursday,,, "research"Wink
3550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: December 22, 2020, 01:58:06 PM
Binance is thinking of burning more if its token BNB and reduce the overall supply.  So far they have done 13 burns.
In the last burn Oct. they burned 2,253,888 BNB worth $68m.  More info here- https://dailyhodl.com/2020/12/20/binance-may-soon-torch-supply-of-crypto-asset-bnb-in-accelerated-burn/

This is the problem with any centralized token IMO,,, you can keep burning them but it is like just reducing supply that can expand at any time. The perfect demonstration of supermarket loyalty points. Burning them does not make them more valuable, it just gives the illusion to crypto holders than they have more of a scarce supply (which is not at all scarce!).
3551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 22, 2020, 01:09:12 PM
Honestly, I believe it's just speculation, not a true story.
Realistically, both Real and Barcelona are in a major crisis at the moment (specially Barcelona) and can't offer what he already has in Liverpool.
Because of the coronavirus, there is much less money available in football so big transfers are no more realistic as before.

Speculation has a way of making things real later on. I know Liverpool and Klopp will do all they can to keep Salah but as we saw with the Sterling drama and then Coutinho, they know if the player wants to leave, they will not stop them. I think most of this is just noise,,, Salah is always in the news for politics but he knows he cannot find love outside of Liverpool.
3552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP price predictions on: December 22, 2020, 11:31:13 AM
XRP has been taking us all for a ride these last couple of months ya? I am still waiting patiently for $1 but it seems we are going to get stuck at below 60 cents for a very long time, even struggling to keep above 50 cents. Bitcoin has already hit all time high,,, which I thought would trigger the alt rally but for now it would appear a lot of problems with the conclusion of a floor price.

Looks like the new event starts so I might be considering a small Christmas deposit once my holidays start,,, depending first of all for me if I can get a decent Internet connection at my rather remote location back home with the family:) Good luck to everyone and try not to sacrifice your sleep like me;)
3554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HEX is your last chance at a 10000x crypto. on: December 22, 2020, 09:03:42 AM
So out of curiosity I just looked and it seems HEX has not actually gone up along with this rally,,, more people releasing their stakes and dumping I guess? Not much left for the so-called long hodlers;)

Phew, I just saw that huge rain chat announcements. I know the space is full of generous people especially when they win,,, but take into account the ATH price of Bitcoin and that rain just makes it even more special!

Too bad not all of us were around, I think I was working at the time;)
3556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm dumping my coins because.. on: December 21, 2020, 12:44:07 PM
I am used to trade coins from hunting but I hold of course and my holdings are a bit special for me because I analyse the projects and it's potential .The coins have the probability I hold them and trade the left.

I stopped being sentimental about the coins I spent a lot of time studying and even participating in discussions about. Testing wallets, testing features, and being active. Those coins mostly never worked out and I hung on to them for a while because of all that sunk cost policy,,, but I am happy I made the call to ditch most of them over the last 2 years. Not worth the time!
3557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 21, 2020, 12:10:46 PM
Dortmund made a big mistake for not allowing Sancho to leave last season despite United’s offer, which exceeded the 110 million euros. The amount of criticism Sancho is currently receiving is never justified, the player in 11 games with Dortmund this season has not scored any goal, and this is actually a very negative rate compared to last year, but it never limits the player's abilities and great talent because originally his team suffers from a results crisis and a change of coach And his lack of commitment to the method of playing is clear. It is a great talent that is not disputed, but its price is greatly exaggerated, 120 million euros in the current crisis in which all the teams are going through will make every team want it to review its accounts and this very large amount is not on its talent as much as it is exaggerated in this period. So it will be a surprise if he is ever to be sold anywhere near 80 million in the summer if he keeps not getting the results needed.

I will never understand all of this, and the fact it comes from socalled fans makes it worse,,, but I have come to accept this is part of football. Now you read even some players leave the game because of racism,,, but this type of abuse is equal in terms of psychological effects.

Sancho has still a lot to prove but he does not need to prove he has talent. Very unfortunate for players to come of age in this coronaseason,,, but he just needs to keep improving and showing his mentality. His time will come.
3558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price in 2020. on: December 21, 2020, 10:58:18 AM
I think the notoriety of Eth got discolored a lot from all the idiotic ico tokens that were delivered on its blockchain, and it hasn't exactly satisfied its latent capacity. I accept that the cost of bitcoin will increment and the altcoin market will increment soon too.

Yes,,, agree. It would take many more months for old people to be convinced that that was just a phase,,, but then this year we also had a lot of scam IDOs and defi projects also doing the same as ICOs used to to.

Reputation wise, hard to disassociate from these projects but at least we see old ones getting more mature.
3559  Economy / Gambling / Re: Football fan token impact from $PSG $BAR $ATM $JUV on crypto gambling community on: December 21, 2020, 10:06:44 AM
I actually heard about these tokens even last year IIRC they were launched by a company that is the sponsor for all these clubs, forgot the name but they have their own native token too that just dropped in value over and over. I did not realize now they already launched the individual club tokens like this as IEOs,,, I have a distrust of all centralized tokens even if it is for a club I support:)
3560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Need some help to Understand Bounty campaign on: December 21, 2020, 08:55:57 AM
I have learnt that a good manager generally means a more fair and objective campaign,,, with good participants selected and good rules enforced. This leads to better people wearing the sigs, higher quality postings. Leads to a good impression for the project and it is a giving cycle that grows and lets people earn more when the project sees beneficial marketing (which is what this is all really is!).

A bad manager does not care about quality especially:)
