Thank you, theymos. Finally a big change Smiley

This is kinda scary mate...

https://memegenerator.net/img/instances/52415167/i-see-noobs-everywhere.jpg

We're being invaded! Grin

The forum is indeed centralized. You can freely develop a Blockhcain-Based-Forum-Engine... And create an ICO out of it! Damn son, that's one million dollar idea right there.
Congrats mate! You'll be the next millionaire! Grin Don't forget me when it came true Smiley
3562  Other / Meta / Re: Enhanced newbie restrictions & requirements on: September 17, 2018, 05:15:11 AM

This might be our salvation Cheesy

We've been waiting for these things to be implemented but still...
I Smell Merit Giveaways...  Grin from those who've reach the default Member Ranks.

One thing that wasn't mentioned is that some existing merit sources seem to have gotten a source size increase as well, so there should be much more merit flowing.

I think it will be the next issue to be resolve. theymos already added some Merit Sources

Quote from: theymos
With help from DdmrDdmr, I just added 36 new merit sources, which should help newbies achieve the requirement.

Then next is the change/addition of Mods in particular sections/boards.

So if you want to participate in signature campaigns, you can either pay the $10-$20 for copper membership or accomplish the herculean task of making one good post.
Is it possible to make an adjustment again? Let the Campaigns be on the Member Ranks and above only?
Just to ensure a big number of possibilities on quality posters will increase.
3563  Other / Meta / Re: Top 30 Merit givers per board - Interactive Tool to spot possible Merit Sources on: September 14, 2018, 02:29:58 PM
out of curiosity, which local board you are talking about?

It's better to stay quiet Smiley
Let's just hope some improvements will come later on.
By the way, thanks for this, now I know that there are quite few Merit givers in our LOCAL Smiley (or Merit Worthies Grin )

Note: Watching this thread as for I'm expecting our Local to improve before the introductory of the new forum.
3564  Other / Meta / Re: Wall of fame / shame. Shit posts so bad that they are actually funny on: September 14, 2018, 01:28:24 PM
I have $4.37 left in my pocket

I'll even give you another $1 to make it $5 Smiley Just a donation to give that guy a punishment suitable for his wrong deeds. Grin

Well for that kind of question, I think I'll consider slapping anybody for 10 BTCs with its current value Smiley
3565  Other / Meta / Re: Top 30 Merit givers per board - Interactive Tool to spot possible Merit Sources on: September 14, 2018, 01:19:06 PM
The tools are updated with the data from today, Friday 14th of September.

What's the time cap for the data? Is it done by weekly analysis?
If that's the case, then it seems our Local Board isn't that lively Cheesy
Only few have given merits or should I say only few deserves to be merited (What a sad thing, IMO)Cheesy
3566  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcoin Talk has made me a bit sad today. on: September 13, 2018, 07:44:30 AM
I am also planning to create a social media group or a telegram group only for active and quality members in our local to help me spread knowledge about cryptocurrency and to give reminders for newbie/ noobs who are fan of shitposting.

Count me in Smiley Let's start that, but I doubt rickbig41 will allow us to have that Smiley
3567  Other / Meta / Re: Sincere Appeal for Uplifting the Ban on: September 13, 2018, 07:40:17 AM
My account had 21 posts but as the account was banned those posts were removed ....

Why don't you just move on... and just use your current account like the way you're doing it right now?
Your previous account will never be retrieve and that's for 100% sure.
I'll even bet on my single strand of hair on it!
3568  Other / Meta / Re: Ban Account Appeal on: September 13, 2018, 03:17:39 AM
The account was nuked. Check the modlog.

I see. Then she really deserves it and no need for ban appeal as I've seen it clearly. (Although, she won't be permitted to have the account back obviously)
3569  Other / Meta / Re: Ban Account Appeal on: September 13, 2018, 03:07:42 AM
hello Pavel i need your help. i have seen that you were blocked by moderator sometime. now this is happened to me. how do i get uplifted my ban. I didn't spam nor did any anticommunity kind of things. please help me out to uplift my ban. i appreciate your reply.
my profile- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2174943;sa=summary

Ban Appeal for a Brand New Account? Seriously?
It doesn't make sense mate, In fact, you've already created a new one! So what's the Big Deal?

OP, Same goes for you. It's just a Member Profile, you can easily rank up into that again with your current JR. MEMBER profile unless you're a shitposter/spammer that's why you're having trouble from getting Merits...

IMO, ban appeals should be just done by Full Members ++

Just to add something. (I've searched the name from this thread but nothing shows up, so I'll be adding it now)
It's quite a shame that this anilsaini.jaipur has just plagiarized the above comment from this topic
(I didn't quote it for the solely reason that it is quite a hassle Wink sorry to bother you guys )

3573  Other / Meta / Re: Seriously, theymos ??? on: September 13, 2018, 01:21:53 AM
I'm feeling out of place here Grin
I didn't do this WIPE thing ever in my whole life for some reason Grin

3574  Other / Meta / Re: In which forum can one post a competition thread? on: September 12, 2018, 04:42:49 PM
Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Gambling >Games and rounds is the best place IMO.

TheUltraElite was few seconds faster than me.

I had a contest too which I posted in Marketplace (I guess, can't remember the exact board) but later it was moved to Games and rounds since then I realized any contest or games should be there.

Not if it's paying in tokens which he mentions in the op. Games and Rounds is for Bitcoin-only giveaways.

Then I think, the Bounties (Altcoins) would be more appropriate for that.
3575  Other / Meta / Re: What would happen if I changed my name? on: September 12, 2018, 04:27:08 PM
I discovered it because I did a search in Google for "Jet Cash". I forget why I did that in all the excitement. Google gave me a load of Walmart and Bloomberg links, and that's what triggered it.

And Now GOOGLE is to blame for this issue Grin
3576  Other / Off-topic / Re: People in Meta are Tired. on: September 12, 2018, 04:15:47 PM
I will go with coco  Grin https://youtu.be/yg8116aeD7E

What color's the sky? Ay, mi amor, ay, mi amor
You tell me that it's red, ay, mi amor, ay, mi amor
Where should I put my shoes? Ay, mi amor, ay, mi amor
You say, "Put them on your head!" Ay, mi amor, ay, mi amor
You make me un poco loco, un poquititito loco
The way you keep me guessing, I'm nodding and I'm yes-ing
I'll count it as a blessing that I'm only un poco loco

Un poquititititititititi-titititito loco!  Grin

I'm not a fan of mexican music but it has a fine tune Wink
And if you still insist on listening a music the this link should help you, but I have a warning:
Listen at your own risk. Grin It might drive you crazy Grin

You are doing it wrong.
That is the right tune :

I've just taken this chance as a gratitude to our hard working members here on this community and this may seem like to be an off-topic.

But before the mods trasfer this thread on that Section I would like to share this image for you to relax even just for a minute and let it clear your minds from any stress that shitposters brings you.

https://9gag.com/gag/aN1EvrG?

And don't mind me for I'm just a random dude here on BitcoinTalk Wink

Edited:
Already fixed the link for Jet Aid's momentum Wink
3578  Other / Meta / Re: Wall of fame / shame. Shit posts so bad that they are actually funny on: September 12, 2018, 03:33:38 PM
Wow he just wants it straight up for free?

I'm offended nobody ever asks me for my account.  Cry

Let me help you relieve the pain. Grin

Sir. Would you quit Bitcointalk and Give me your Precious Account for free Smiley I promise to use it in good deeds and never post anything that seems to be like shits in this community Wink

Or if it has a price I would likely buy it for $1 Grin

Edited:
Now that I have done it Smiley I will sonn get a Red Tag from The Pharmacist sooner or later Grin haha
3579  Other / Meta / Re: What would happen if I changed my name? on: September 12, 2018, 10:42:45 AM

If ever that you ask theymos to change your username, maybe you can just remove the "Cash"  Smiley

Walmart owns Jet.com, and anyway the name is well out of my price bracket.

Then how about going further into Cashless, even we know that your a rich folk Grin
3580  Other / Meta / Re: What would happen if I changed my name? on: September 12, 2018, 10:31:13 AM
I have no plans to change my name at the moment. This thread is a bit of a pre-emptive mention in case I am no longer the owner of the name in the future. It is unlikely to be an instant problem if the need to change does arrive,

That isn't the right thing to think,  first if you got yourself named like that, before they exist then it is definitely yours and no need to change it for the sake of their payments schemes. If you're just concern of being accused of having a connection to that certain site then that's the only reason that is acceptable.

Well, I also doubt that your domain will never be accused in the future if something happens to that site. So it's better to change the domain but not your username here, In fact, they doesnt seems to have a connection here in bitcointalk.
