BTW, 4 handed+ games usually start off as 2-3 handed games. The table starters get the 100%+ rakeback all day no matter 2 handed or 9 handed. Obviously all the bum hunters are sitting at the heads up cash tables, but how does that have anything to do with this promo. Obviously they aren't paying players to start heads up matches... Which issue are you referring to helping me with once you get my username?

Also no one - including you - has yet to respond to the issue in those emails, reproduced in post #1050 above [posted July 1st, 6 days ago], as well as the issues in post #1054 above.
You ask what issues that we will help you with with your username? Your email / ticket related issues. We will be able to help you with responding to your tickets / emails that you say were not responded to 2 weeks ago. We ask you for your username because we will be able to quickly look up your tickets / emails with your username because at present we are not seeing any outstanding tickets or emails. As to your second point, no one has responded to the those emails because we don't have a username or email address to look up to find them and for some reason you refuse to provide that here and have your situation resolved. As to your other question, we are adding in more and more wagering options which have been a bit delayed, but we will have many more wagering options in due time including the ones you have suggested. You can pm it if you prefer of course as we prefer discussing your emails privately however will also resolve your issues publicly if you prefer. |

they should really deal with that and try to satisfy their players , Betcoin has the best bitcoin poker client and the best VIP program
it will be really ugly to lose players due to the support , cause they have everything needed except good support

I'm a Silver2 VIP level player with over 50 successful withdraws. I submitted four withdraws yesterday and have received none of them so far. They are going on 16 hours now without being processed. I contacted support (as I was instruced to do the last time this happened, "You can submit multiple requests for sure and 15 hours plus will not be the norm. Sometimes withdrawals get backed up or in the review process. Always submit an email after 4 hours and you should have it quickly.") and got a very rude and dismissive email in reply. I responded asking for some more information/clarification and that email has been unanswered for 2 hours now.
Not sure what's changed in the couple of months that I took off. Change in management? Change in support? Things seem to be far worse now.
At Betcoin.ag as well as every online casino fiat or bitcoin we are constantly dealing with players trying to abuse the system and we don't believe that you are OhNevermindMe, but anytime withdrawals are submitted in the same amount of 0.03 btc multiple times and almost the exact time it must be examined to make sure that everything is as it should be. We treat all withdrawals the same and we know whether it is 20 btc or 0.03 btc it is very important to our players and work diligently to get them out. The irony we always find is that we did have withdrawals of 25 btc and 30 btc that were also delayed because of a thorough review and the several new support staff members we are training, but the 0.03 posted a negative comment, not the 25 or 30 btc. This has always been the case however. We certainly appreciate you playing with us OhNevermindMe and you know we will always get things right. We would actually prefer instant deposits with zero transactions and instant withdrawals, but unfortunately there are too many abusers and cheaters that do not allow this to happen. Your 0.03 btc withdrawals were sent before this post. Please confirm. |
