(again off-topic, but the thread title "general help questions" might be misleading...) Can someone give you a negative trust just because you posted something he doesn't agree with?
Trust is not moderated. Whilst that doesn't corresponds on how trust is supposed to be used (the guidlines given by theymos), as everyone is free to use the trust system as they like, yes, it's possible to receive negative (and positive) trust for all kind of things. How reputable (-> "trusted") the person that leaves such ratings however is, is a totally new, different thing to look onto. Can you receive a negative post not for scamming but because a forum member does not like you and wants to smear you?
Same answer, however, none (experienced) will fall for such feedback, most people just ignore feedback that is obviously "fake"/retaliatory. |

A new Q - I've noticed on this thread nobody's trust ratings show up including my own.
What determines whether a person's trust ratings show up on post?
You only see trust in the marketplace section That's not entirely correct, trust is also shown inside the Trading Discussion Forum (and it's subforums Reputation & Scam Accusation). |

Yes, the shorthandle changed from GMC to GAME, but as nothing changed about their addresses, that shouldn't influence your whitdrawal in any way. I tried a few exchanges and the address I get from them are invalid on Crypto-Games.
We're aware of a small problem and currently are working on fixing it. Your withdrawal (if pending) will be sent out soon. After that, everything should be working as it used to again. |

What I'm weary about is the fact that search engine results often displays these sites at the top of results. As a result, more and more people who doesn't pay close attention to details often gets scammed and lose money.
They are getting adwords advertisements for those sites, which is something different from being a top result. |

Report the PMs containing the phishing links (to Cyrus for example).
Usually, that's a perma ban for the account.
I've also left some negative trust to warn others in the meantime.

Because that is not a 1 BTC bar? It's an unloaded bar that later was stuffed with 1 BTC by OP. Just have a look at the hologram, saying "ZERO BTC" on both sides of the firstbits. Meant the bar value without bitcoins. Funded with 1BTC probably lowers the value of the bar itself.
