3561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT games also another way to gamble your money? on: August 12, 2021, 09:53:33 AM
All the three you've mentioned are good NFT and play to earn projects, DPET is in the development stage, you have to spend first and rely on their roadmap for projection of your income, it's a gamble because you are putting out the money in the hope that all the features that they are going to come out will yield you profit, they are Cryptocurrency based projects and we all know how volatile the market is, so only invest what you can afford to lose because this is also considered a gamble.

With NFT you gamble with the price and in the game! As you said, with the hope that playing will yield some profit, but that's is not guaranteed! Also in the volatile market, you can expect big price drops!
I think that NFT games are just at the beginning, I didn't pay too much attention in this early stage, but NFT is definitely something interesting to look into it, and I think we will see many new things in the future!
Gamble or not, always invest what you can afford to lose! It's for fun and entertainment, and when you start investing more than you can afford to lose it can become a serious problem!

There are also several markets on italian serie A matches scheduled next week but unfortunately there is still no markets on french Ligue 1 matches  Embarrassed
With the arrival of Lionel Messi at Paris PSG, this team is becoming the biggest and the most famous soccer team in the world. Then I think it would attract many people if some bets on PSG Ligue 1 matches were available from time to time.
I think we will see Ligue 1 on the Freebitcoin betting platform very soon. The reason is, Ligue 1 is now increasingly popular since PSG became the richest club in France for the first time a few years ago when they are brought in several star players such as Ibra and Silva. Now with Messi, at least we can see PSG and Lyon on betting platform.

PSG is spending big money in the last few years, bringing big names... but they still can't win the Champions League! Maybe Messi can help with that this time, we will see!
But for sure they are dominating French football...

Well, if we don't see PSG in the Ligue 1, we will see PSG in the Champions league!
3563  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin brings us true freedom of thought on: August 11, 2021, 08:14:44 PM
...
this really gave me a new perspective. there are many opportunities that we can take advantage of to earn money with bitcoin. for me, the crypto ecosystem in general is a very profitable job, I can become an investor, trader, writer, content creator, and so on. this is not just for better financial transactions with current concepts, but more than that, there are many good opportunities that we can take, especially in the midst of a pandemic that paralyzes various sectors. for me this is very helpful to face this difficult time.

You say "earn money with Bitcoin"... fact is that Bitcoin is the money, so when you earn Bitcoins, you are actually earning money! Money, as something valuable, something you can exchange for other valuable things!

"Bitcoin brings us true freedom of thought"... before that Bitcoin show us there are alternatives to the current economic centralized systems! And that is what opens your mind... why to be a slave of your country and bank, and to do what they want you to do, to pay fees as they set up, why all that when you can be your own bank! When you can move your money in the way you want... yea, that's is freedom not only of thought, it's the economical freedom and independence as well!
3564  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do poker and sports betting skills correlate? on: August 11, 2021, 07:03:54 PM
People who like to gamble rarely focus on just one game! So it's nothing more than that, playing poker doesn't stop you from placing bets on sports and all other events! And yes, some people are good at poker and sports betting! I like to play many gambling games as well, like most of us degens! Smiley

correlated, because both of them are the same bet with the same result whether it wins or loses. As for the physical concept, then it has no relation whatsoever to sport. Even so I still played the game for a long time. Betting on sports and playing poker is great fun.

It's not the same bet... how can be the same when you bet on cards in your hand and when you bet on people (individuals or teams)?! The only correlation between these two is the word "bet", but even that is questionable, if you know both games you will understand why!
Gambling should be entertainment, so playing any gambling game should be fun, after all, you choose the game you will play, you are not crazy to choose some game you don't like?!
3565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do any casinos offer cryptocurrency staking? on: August 11, 2021, 03:31:47 PM
Was it worth it? I would like to try this staking on gambling sites, is there a website where in I can place bet then earn a portion of their native token every time I wager and use these coin to stake? I think this was a good way to earn their native tokens and use these to stake. I think I see some user here that list down casinos that offer staking.

Simple scrolling to this thread would give answers to your questions!

As I know, and where I have some in-house tokens on staking are:

-Betfury
-Trustdice
-Wink
-Chips
-Bitgame

All of these casinos are good, without red flags for now (as I know), all of them with a sports section except Chips (maybe they will add it in the future)... all of them have a nice choice of slot providers, in house games... some of these casino tokens can be bought on different exchanges, and you can still mine, of course!
3566  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is the biggest investment opportunity in the future on: August 11, 2021, 01:09:39 PM
Yeah, cryptocurrencies are definitely the best place to invest into. Because the profit rate in the long run is much higher compared to any other currency, gold etc.. Hence, why would I want to miss this great opportunity? It's just patience that I need. The rest of it is easy if we are talking about a Bitcoin investment.

I think there's more than just "the profit rate in the long run"! I find that crypto is easy to understand, you only need to wish to learn about crypto! Once you start learning you realize how simple and easy is to do things with crypto, how simple and easy can be to send and receive coins, how to invest in different projects! Crypto is the world for itself, it's full of possibilities, but it's not like that everything is good! Before making an investment learn more, and chances to be scammed in the process will become a lot lower!
3567  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Accumulating small odds or choosing one or two big odds on: August 11, 2021, 09:37:45 AM
Neither of the two, I didn't check on the odds whenever I'm placing a bet. I always analyze the game, the team and other external factors that may affect the game actually the last thing a look is the odds. This is just my method but so far it works really well for me.

If it works it's good! I like your way, you don't chase odds, you chase winning bets! Analyzing the game, watching for all the relevant factors (the team condition, injured players, history...), and then choosing bets at any odds is better than just trying to search for higher or lower odds to bet on!
In the end, everything depends on us, how serious and professional we are when we bet, or we just have fun with occasional bets on different sports!
3568  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bithobo.com — Provably Fair Dream Catcher on: August 11, 2021, 07:35:06 AM
Do you believe that he exploited the game while OP is not providing any evidences for the accusation against him? If you are a gambler and you are accused to do such thing but the casino do not provide any evidences and do not try to resolve it as fast as possible, what will you do? We need to use our logic to see the whole issue from both parties (not from one side only).

Bitinity is right! I would like to see OP providing some evidence first, you can't accuse someone and halt the withdrawal just because that person won!

Yes, it's still stuck.

It's just 0.0007 BTC... and I think it's possible to do it with 30 bets at 86% to win, with a bit of luck and few risky all-ins! What we need to see is his betting history and from that, we can draw some conclusions! Like some members above, I also think that it would be stupid for a casino to risk its reputation for this little amount! But I guess it's not possible to take a screenshot of that bet history now when the site is down!
3569  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is not a Game . on: August 10, 2021, 08:50:30 PM
Trading is more than a game because it needs your time, effort, patience, knowledge and capital. If you don’t know about it, you’re bound to lose. Trading is enjoyable but risky. So, be careful if you are just new in trading, learn more to gain knowledge so that you can also earn profit and not losses.

Trading is a game and everything you mentioned is something that every game requires.... you need TIME for a game, you need EFFORT if you wish some higher level, nothing comes without PATIENCE and slowly going through the levels... you can't play any game without some basic KNOWLEDGE... and in the end, without starting CAPITAL everything is harder, less and less capital makes the game harder and harder... but still it's not impossible to make something even with the minimum of the minimums!
Trading is just one of the "serious" games... where you can really win or lose a lot, not like with sony play station games, where you kill monsters and earn points (sort of speaking) and have fun!
3570  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: casino chat moderator on: August 10, 2021, 05:59:50 PM
A month ago Betfury was searching for moderators: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5276159.msg57390040#msg57390040...

I guess you can still contact @Steve_Betfury in Telegram and ask him is there some free spot! Of course, before that check the link and requirements!

You are asking about the payckech:

Quote
Advantages of being a moderator in the BetFury chat:
-Working in a prosperous company with a potential to grow
-A nice salary which is going to increase with time and when great results are shown
-A big friendly team who is always open to help and answer the questions
-Potential bonuses in BFG and USD for a good level of results(in case the workload is high and you cope with the work greatly)

It's probably similar in other casinos, but before asking for a paycheck you need to have something to offer! I guess more you have to offer (different languages, other skills...) you can have a nice paycheck and if you are good maybe that paycheck can grow!
3571  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fish arcades on: August 10, 2021, 03:00:30 PM
...anyone plays it on bitcasino?

I tried this game on Betnomi for the first time : https://www.betnomi.com/casino#/casual-games/fishing-god/real

Provider Spadegaming, so all casinos who offer this provider offer this game! I played it in other places, but I can't remember where exactly! I am not a big fan of this game because it's crazy as it can be! I never played a crazier gambling game than this one! All those fishes, bombs, bullets flying around... bankroll is melting down if you are not lucky to kill them when some bag holder shooting with bigger bullets that's a pretty hard thing to do!

Thanks Babygug! Woozy won Challenge #15, but I won Challenge #16! Both challenges were exciting, at least for us who compete, x400 on slots is something, but we all know it can be a lot better, so nobody stopped trying until the end!!

Sometimes it's good to give back to the community! I guess you know how rainy can be in the BTCGosu group! Smiley
3573  Economy / Economics / Re: When debt is an asset on: August 10, 2021, 06:00:32 AM
15 years ago (more or less) Minister of Finance, and all other relevant institutions, advised people to take a loan in Swiss Franc, with a very low (the lowest ever) interest rate, a lot lower than if you take a loan in my country currency or in Euros! Swiss Franc was under $0.5, now it's almost $1.1! One client took a $50k loan in Swiss Francs, after 8 years of paying the loan he owes +$20k more!
So I am not buying that negative interest rate, there's just something you don't see, and that something will show up sooner or later, and it will fuck you up!

Debt is an asset! It's a powerful secret weapon! Without debt, modern slavery wouldn't exist!

"There’s class warfare, all right, but it’s my class, the rich class, that’s making war, and we’re winning (New York Times 26/11/2006).”

This cynical statement has the merit of clarity. We are talking here of war, economic war that is not constrained by borders and does not bother about nationalities, only about the interests of one social class. This type of war is responsible for millions of deaths each year, it is comparable with armed conflict. As the capitalist economy has become global so, along with it, has economic warfare.

This remark is intentionally general. I want to present a wide framework in which many different situations may exist. My presentation is not cover all situations and will not be giving lessons to anyone or talking in the place of anyone. Each country or group of countries has its own experience in terms of public debt and I come here, just as much, to learn about them; from you.

My intention is to show that within this global economic war, which, because of the crisis, has attained an exceptional scale, debt plays a crucial and central role.

Be careful iv4n, you won't receive this amount every 2 weeks, 45%APY on 15days is only a one time promotion. After that the rate for the 15 days locking period will certainly drop under the one for 30 days, currently 10%, if the fun saving feature stays. If we look at the other rates available we can expect a rate of 5%APY for 15days IMO.

Thanks Saint, I didn't pay much attention to that part! Well, it's normal for interest to drop with time, at least for me... nothing lasts forever! It's just a nice way to add more FUN tokens! I guess FUN tokens will become more interesting with DPlay casino! I am stacking FUN tokens for the grand opening, little from staking, little from buying...
3576  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io is a blatant scam operated by Dean Nolan on: August 09, 2021, 07:00:23 AM
I am supporting the flag and it's very sneaky betking tried to create new account and think that everyone forgot what they did in past.
Only one member applied for their new campaign and he is known for recycling posts campaigns and promoting other scam websites.

I will support the flag against this site, they are a really scummy website, I was checking the Services board and I have seen an open campaign of Betking.io, good thing that the warning atop the thread is a good warning for people to be discouraged to join their campaign. That one member doesn't have anything to live for in this forum, that's why he/she is doing this desperate thing.

Now there are 20 people! Like with 1xbit, all of them are red-flagged members! Even with big warnings everywhere around!

It is funny to see Dean is trying to promote Betking again in this forum as he said he will not do it a month ago, yep typical scammer to eat his own words.

Dean is probably crazy! With so many scandals he is still trying to pull off some scam, and in such a stupid way if I can say, creating a signature campaign after everything he said and did?! I am not sure what is going on in his head, but definitely, it's not good!

BTW when it comes to these review platforms what carries more weight, reviews from clients of those gambling platforms or the opinion expressed by the owners of the review platform itself, which opinion is take to be the overall verdict about the gambling site between the gamblers or Aurhors of the reviewing platform?

Well, Efi is a gambler and author! He actually tried it before writing a review, so by reading it you will know what you can expect from some casino, game, or promotion...
When you are active Gosu you learn that pretty quickly! Smiley

I won this round! In the last hours, with one nice +x400! Fruit party 2 (Pragmatic) after the second buy bonus round (the first one was just a little over x70)... and it was bought with the last $20 balance! Sometimes we gamblers get lucky!

Edit: I rained my $75 prize in the telegram group (https://t.me/btcgosu)! Or to be accurate, Efi did it for me! Smiley Good luck to all winners! Smiley

Serbia is again the Olympic winner in water polo.
At the beginning of the tournament, in the group stage, it seemed that Greece and Spain have the best chances, but in the continuation of the tournament, Serbia raised the level of the game and beat Spain in the semifinal and today Greece in the final.
Congratulation Serbia!

Serbian dolphins managed to beat Spain and Greece for the gold medal! I watched both games, and I can say it was tight until the end!

Well, it was a third gold medal for my country, putting Serbia in 28th place, with 1 silver and 5 bronze medals... this is a record for my country, we won 1 more medal than the last time in Brasil where we had 8 medals!

Nice Olympics, as expected US won the most medals... in one little moment I thought that the Chinese can keep the lead, but last few days they just couldn't keep up with the US!

I think you can lock your FUN tokens for 15 days to earn interest on them. You will not lose any Premium Benefits by locking your tokens, the free spins will be calculated taking even your locked tokens in consideration.I did so and I will receive about 350 tokens more when they are released after this period.Consider this an added bonus over your FUN tokens.

Yes, he can lock FUN tokens for  15, 30, 90, 180, and 360 days! For a longer period, it's higher interest! I am locking 12500 Fun tokens for 15 days, and it's +231 FUN tokens every 2 weeks!

You will not lose any Premium Membership Benefits by locking your tokens! The total balance of your locked savings will be considered when calculating your Premium Membership Benefits.

This week I got so many lottery tickets from WoF spins... I hit 5k tickets two times! I don't remember I ever had more lottery tickets than now, +12k!
3580  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a speculative asset or as currency on: August 08, 2021, 06:58:35 AM
Probably neither.

Fact of the matter is that bitcoin is a long term store of value asset due to its disinflationary properties. It might not be a currency in the truest sense, at least not right now, given its long-ish confirmation times.

But certainly it's not just a speculative toy. The short term fluctuations are going to be present, but in the long run, you'll find that BTC preserves value a lot better than fiat or even gold.

yeah, some of them use bitcoin as currency. maybe just for people that know each other, than deal to use it as payment method.
most of us just collect and trade when the price is good enough.
and im sure if bitcoin still be good asset as long as it have good demand.

We have big companies buying Bitcoins for their hedge funds in the recent period, let's not forget that! It's about how someone uses Bitcoin, and I think Bitcoin can be and it is a speculative asset, currency, store of value...
And it's what I see in this thread, many different opinions and different ways of using Bitcoin! So I can't agree with Kyraishi with his "probably neither", it's more like "probably both and a lot more"!
