3561  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bounty Managers on: February 17, 2019, 06:22:23 AM
unless they are convincing enough money for the most experienced campaign manager and he mentied that he was approached by number of projects everyday but still he is refusing all of it.
It's not all about money for accepting new projects, besides, what matters also is transparency and legitimacy of a particular project's team. That's why he always stop any campaigns he handles that has a scam accusation or any bad accounts to protect his participants.
3562  Other / Meta / Re: Black screen when loading forum pages in chrome. on: February 16, 2019, 08:59:27 PM
Also present in my android device.
But it will disappear after swipe/scroll.. not a big deal though.
Same thing happened to me that's why I end up posting here. And yep, kinda annoying when every thread loads, black screen appeared. Though never encountered while using brave browser which has almost the same features, I bet much better as a fork of Chromium.
3563  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Users from Tunisia can't use binance anymore. on: February 16, 2019, 08:27:34 PM
Wrong, Binance started enforcing KYC on everyone since last few months.
Never heard of that news or announcement before, if you care would you link it here.
AFAIK like what mentioned above you will only ask KYC if you're trying to withdraw >2 BTC and KYC is not required so...
3564  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.com password error after 2FA reset on: February 16, 2019, 01:00:55 PM
Asking here won't help you.
But asking here first will give anyone in need with siimple guide on how's and etc. But yeah, asking blockchain might help, but for this issue, same answer you will hear from blockchain staff related to a wrong password with a lost/unbackup seed like what Lucius mentions.
3565  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Private phone numbers on: February 15, 2019, 06:10:37 PM
On simple googling I see a service and I guess you should take a look onto it too https://hushed.com, though I never tried the service yet so I can't tell more about them only its a paid service.
3566  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] [SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN] CODEX EXCHANGE _____________________________________ on: February 15, 2019, 05:57:07 PM
I confirm that the funds of CODEX signature campaign is secured by me using this address 39Ls9QAkz6ZrWhjck1qXfYQJzSfER7rSNU from my nano s. Unfortunately, I can't make a signed message due to there's no existing software where nano s segwit wallet address will be able to signed and verify.
If there are existing and working wallet/software/sites where I can sign message for p2sh address please linked them to me seems electrum doesn't work well. Thank you.
3567  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcointalk Escrows - Trade Safely! on: February 14, 2019, 03:51:08 PM
Feel free to suggest what should change in the list!
You should at least update the OP since some of the escrow are not active anymore (Monbux, Tomatocage, lyth0s) being busy to their personal life or something.
3568  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-02-10] Report: Philippines-Based Banking Giant Launching Two-Way Crypto... on: February 14, 2019, 01:50:12 PM
Regarding the ATMs, it's a good news overall, but, as always, the question is, will the rates be acceptable for customers?
That's the main issue in every organization/company that offers ATM or exchange services anywhere in the world. But still hoping that they will not topped a higher fee.

Though the publicity about this in my country will cause great awareness of the technology besides the bad image of bitcoin through scam ponzi/cloud minings here.
3569  Local / Pilipinas / Re: OMB (Optical Media Board) permit/certificate for Ledger Nano S on: February 14, 2019, 01:25:23 PM
Minsan mas mura fee ko minsan mas mahal.

3570  Bitcoin / Press / [2019-02-14] JPMorgan Chase to Launch ‘JPM Coin,’ Using Crypto to Speed... on: February 14, 2019, 01:18:50 PM
United States banking giant JPMorgan Chase (JPM) is launching its own cryptocurrency in a U.S. banking first, CNBC reported on Feb. 14.

In a move commentators may see as unlikely, the multinational lender will use its newly developed asset, dubbed “JPM Coin,” to increase settlement efficiency, initially within three of its operations.

Speaking to CNBC, Umar Farooq, who leads JPM’s blockchain focus, appeared buoyant on blockchain technology’s perspectives at the bank.

“So anything that currently exists in the world, as that moves onto the blockchain, this would be the payment leg for that transaction,” he told the network:

“The applications are frankly quite endless; anything where you have a distributed ledger which involves corporations or institutions can use this.”

JPM Coin will initially focus on international settlements by major corporations, helping speed up transactions that currently take a day or longer using extant options such as SWIFT.

Elsewhere, treasury services and securities transactions are also in line to benefit, Farooq saying the cryptocurrency could expand further if it proves successful.

Only a small amount of the total funds involved in the three areas would involve JPM Coin at first.

“Even if this was limited to JPM clients at the institutional level, it shouldn't hold us back,” he added.

The banking giant became notorious among cryptocurrency participants in mid-2017, when its CEO Jamie Dimon openly called Bitcoin a “fraud,” comments he later personally refuted to Cointelegraph at the World Economic Forum last year.

3571  Bitcoin / Mycelium / Re: Is Mycelium still trustworthy ? on: February 14, 2019, 12:22:07 PM
[...] instead of your phone since a cell phone can easily be lost or stolen since you carry it around while your PC is less in danger.
That's why a backup is a must to recover your funds in case of phone lost.

I opened up the playstore on my Android phone and went on to install the Mycelium Bitcoin wallet app. It was then that I read the reviews and noticed that many users are complaining that their balance showed 0 all of a sudden.
Most of the reviews there who had problems are expecting that mycelium has support staff to answer and resolve their problems while using mycelium has the users full responsibility of using it, from any kind of lost funds and most of them are user's fault. Though there are sometimes that there's a software/server error which causes of not syncing the transactions and differs of balance in the app but that doesn't mean that your funds are lost, is just a software's bug your, funds can still be recovered using the seed and private keys.

I'm using mycelium eversince I started in crypto, (since 2015) and I always recommend this wallet to anyone.
3572  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Never use Coinbase wallet's private key back up feature on: February 14, 2019, 07:59:44 AM
Even using their platform will give a huge risk to your funds since you don't have the fully access of the private key, and in addition for this feature.

But people still keep using the platform because its reliable and can be trusted. So to those users that isn't tech savvy regarding to their fund's security can use it as alternative for security/backup but those people who knows the risk will ignore it for sure.
3573  Local / Pilipinas / Re: OMB (Optical Media Board) permit/certificate for Ledger Nano S on: February 13, 2019, 04:00:27 PM
I have ordered many times from ledger, from 2017, at tsaka recently I just received yung colored version nila last month lang din mga 2nd week siguro using DHL din pero never ako naka encounter ng problem. Di ko alam if kailan nila yan pinatupad na ganyang anu. Basta talaga pera gagawan ng paraan makapag anu lang. Tsk.

If I encounter this in the future di ko alam if anung postal service gagamitin ko, sawa na din kase ako sa philpost, ilang parcels na di umaabot papunta sakin, tsaka sandamakmak yung complains in their social media platform, nakaka badtrip talaga pag ganyan.

Anyway just follow nalang yung suggestions above.
3574  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Freewallet and Stellar? on: February 13, 2019, 10:43:24 AM
Is it profitable to use Freewallet for Stellar now??
How does using a wallet become profitable.
Besides, I don't know if people still use that wallet from what other's experienced (post above) on having them on their devices. I'll just stay away and use the trusted one for good.
3575  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Transferring bitcoins and fees on: February 12, 2019, 07:28:34 AM
This is funny, why do you want to keep doing that? Will this not amount to wastage of your funds since they still belong to you, or just an effort from you without any value been added!

I've fractions of coins in multiple addresses so I was thinking to "put" them all into one single address, and now it seems that will cause the fee problem
Would you tell us if this multiple wallet address belongs to the same public key or the same recovery seed?
If yes, I guess that's okay to do that (but not recommended), since it will only spend a single fee but on the other hand it will cause you higher fee due to lots of inputs (you will see a warning message for sending to your own address on some wallets).

But if not, that's alright but same thing, fee will eat up large fraction of your funds doing that.
3576  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Transferring bitcoins and fees on: February 12, 2019, 04:55:22 AM
I've multiple wallets and I was wondering if I keep transferring bitcoins among these wallets (my own wallets ) will that eventually consume all my coins (keep paying fees )?
Obviously, yes, it will, due to every transaction need a transaction fee. Not unless if you use a wallet such coinbase and send to another coinbase wallet which are hosted web wallets that never as ask any fees in transferring funds.

But for what reason you would do that?

3577  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: There is a trustworthy network for crypto advertising? on: February 12, 2019, 04:34:11 AM

Hello, thank you for considering cointraffic.io.
Unfortunately, our policy is min 500€ budget. The justification is quite simple in this case. The smaller budget will not give the desired result, and afterwards you will be disappointed. The important issue is to understand what you would like to achieve with the testing.
If by any matter, I could help you. I am at your disposal: pr@cointraffic.io (Jelena).

Wish you all the best.

J.
It will be more efficient if you have money back regarding the 500$ minimum budget of yours since most people who want to advertise in a particular platform need to try first then continue if its worth it.
3578  Economy / Services / Re: Looking escrow for my item in amazon! on: February 12, 2019, 03:49:00 AM
You mean the escrow will received the order first from amazon and then send it to you (vietnam)?

BTW what are the countries supported with the item? I guess you have to include that since not all products there can be sent to any places.
3579  Economy / Services / Re: MB8Coin Signature & Avatar Campaign(FULL) on: February 11, 2019, 03:59:08 PM
its over?
Have you tried to read some of the replies on this page? Or not? I wonder how you get that rank without a habit of back reading on some replies of specific thread.

There's a post from the CM related to what you're asking.

3580  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcointalk Escrows - Trade Safely! on: February 11, 2019, 11:19:43 AM
Hello probably i am posting in the wrong section, i'd like topropose myself as escorw service where do have i to sign ?
thanks
You as escrow? No one will be interested and you will end up being tagged by DT here. Being an escrow is not just an account where you're going to sign in or whatsoever, its a matter of trust. If you can't be trusted by anyone then it's no use.
Better to build your trust first.
