3561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][KMD][dPoW] Komodo - Zcash Zero Knowledge Privacy Secured by Bitcoin on: May 22, 2017, 11:20:50 AM
Hi i am facing an issue.

I had transferred my KMD from ico to my wallet "iguana easy dex" but now it seems there is a new version agama.
okay so i log in my old wallet and my balance on the address shows zero, so i download the new version but whatever i do it does not start.. stuck on "4/8 EUR Output less that something" even if i am trying the zip version.

anyone else experiencing such a problem and already has a solution?

Yep, my Agama stuck too for 2 hours now. Flash screen shows:

Connecting to Basilisk Network...
Connection status... 5/8: JPY
Output: Connected
Same here ...

Had the same issue last night. Now it worked and loaded successfully.
I opened my wallet and tried to send some KMD. It is stuck for 20 minutes now in step 3: processing tx.
Sigh.
3562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Peerplays - First Ever Blockchain-Based Gaming Platform on: May 21, 2017, 02:48:08 AM
Just a quick question: When will we be able to redeem our PPL and is the peerplay client needed to send tokens?
And when can we expect to get PPL listed on cmc?
3563  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Bitcoin.com Pool, 110% PPS? on: May 20, 2017, 04:28:07 PM
Sorry for diggin this up. They started offering cloud-mining contracts recently.
Now, to my knowledge almost all "cloud-mining" offers are blatant scam or at least very unlikely to ever allow people to get their investment back. Looking at their offer and assuming difficulty will increase following a similar pattern as before these contracts seem to be profitable.
What's you guys take on this offer? Do you think it is likely the operators will just run with the investors money?
3564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DCR] Decred - Hybrid PoW/PoS | btcsuite Devs | Tons of New Features | Go on: May 20, 2017, 02:56:14 PM
Is Decred mining still profitable? Or is it necessary to take into account several factors? How locality (price of electricity), availability of materials (parts, machines, etc)?
You always need to consider these facts. Given the right hardware and low E-fees it can still be profitable, yes.
Most mining-algorithms are self regulating and slightly profitable. Otherwise (if it is not profitable) only idealists would mine it or everybody would do it if it's super profitable.

BitCore neonpool - http://neonpool.sytes.net
Minimum auto payout: 0.1 BTX (No tx fee, payouts every 1 hour)
Pool fee: 1%

Bitcore NeonPool need more hashing power to maintain a stable block generation rate. Miners kindly join and help spread out the hashing power of Bitcore to stabilize the network.

How to start mining:
AMD: sgminer --kernel timetravel10 -o stratum+tcp://neonpool.sytes.net:4008 -u <your-wallet-address> -p x
NVIDIA: ccminer -a timetravel10 -o stratum+tcp://neonpool.sytes.net:4008 -u <your-wallet-address> -p x
CPU: cpuminer -a bitcore -o stratum+tcp://neonpool.sytes.net:4008 -u <your-wallet-address> -p x

I was giving your pool a try and my shares disappeared, I am still mining but it is showing no balance and nothing sent to my wallet???
Miner shares are calculated for each block and would reset to 0 when a block is found (which happened last night). As soon as the block reaches 101 confirmations, you will see your account balance getting updated with the amount proportionate to the no of shares that you had submitted for that block.
I solo mined for more than 50% of the time during the last four days and now got 5.12 BTX for my efforts. Nice. Also feels good to support a very new coin with some hashing power.

Btw, I'd like to see "% of total shares" next to the "shares" stat for an address, just to get an idea what income to expect when a new block is found.
Will rest my pc for now and probably mine tomorrow again.

sold everything.
For Dash? xD
My guess places of DCR and DASH will be swapped by the end of 2017.

I have made a first signature for BitCore. I hope we can improve it.^^

Pretty cool.
Thanks to everyone for wearing it.

And thanks for voting for my logo!
Exciting times ahead, let's see how long it'll take that more people take notice of Bitcore.
3569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: TaaS — Tokenized Closed-End Fund on: May 17, 2017, 01:23:21 PM
TaaS will give huge turn over to people buying now at these prices. Remember it will not remain much time on lower to medium levels exchanges for long time. Once it will start listing on bigger exchanges we will see just boom and few times profit for holding it.
Have bounties been paid out so far?
If not I can't believe taas is selling for so low. Supply isn't high and why would anyone seel below their entry point for the crowdsale??? Whatever, I'm buying. thx Cheesy

50% meiner STR gegen BTC getauscht.

3571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [COVAL] Circuits Of Value - Loyalty and Rewards Platform [LOYYAL] on: May 17, 2017, 01:12:03 PM
They don't want hype by showing there presence here is one of the reason and second they are working for wider adaption and at large scale usable cryptocurrency in real life for services and redemption for various things. They consider this forum is very small and focusing on it means smaller community. COVAL has nice Japanese community involved recently. Chinese friends are showing interest as well. Coval is growing slowly but steadily.
Hmm.. sounds interesting. Where do you get your info from?

Agama seems to be very slow syncing or whatever it is doing in the background.
Would be nice to have a text-based output to let users know what agama is doing exactly right now.

Also, one question: Do have to log in using the passphrase every time? Or is there a way to setup a local encrypted wallet, with an easier password?
3573  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin T-Shirt Design - Slogan Contest and Giveaway! on: May 14, 2017, 12:38:58 AM
Thanks for the first ideas!

Please submit your ideas on Steemit if you want to participate in the giveaway. You need a Steemit-account that is older (to prevent double-spends ; ) than my post. If you DON'T have a Steemit-account, you CAN create a new one and provide your BTC name in your submission on Steemit as long as your bitcointalk account is older than the start of this contest.

Bitcore (BTX) https://steemit.com/crypto-news/@xwerk/bitcore-claim-your-free-btx-worth-usd2-00-right-now-via-airdrop-to-btc-holders

Ansonsten coole Sache, was denkt ihr?
c) AMP - kommt mir stark undervalued vor, deutlch unterm ICO Preis. Viel weiß ich aber nicht drüber.

Looks like TAAS is being added already to bigger exchanges, check this out Smiley

https://cryptodao.com/site/index/TAAS

That's a good sign and lots of Chinese peeps here trading big..

Also as far as bounty people are concerned..Helping get viral on social media is one of the best forms of marketing. If I do bounty obs in ICOS I almost always buy in the ICO as well, like I did in TAAS..But looks like we need to uy up more cheap tokens before the Cryptodao crowd start buying them up..  Cheesy

bittrex is still way better to get this added.
I agree. hope to see TaaS on Bittrex, too.

(Update Day 1:

It is now more than 24 hours (26:20 h) that my contract was validated but I still did not receive my mining payment. That sucks. Especially because they state the following:
Please be patient for your payout since they are only done once a day. Because you started in the middle of our 24-hour payout period your first payout is expected to be less than the following.

If this statement was correct I should have received my first payment by now, althought it would probably be less than in the upcoming days.

Let's see how this develops...)

EDIT: Just received my first payment, update on Steemit coming soon!

How much did you pay for this contract?

How much do you earn per day in bitcoin or dollar?

I'll follow your thread.

I've seen many people complain about cloud mining and I've personally been disappointed with a legitimate cloud mining company.

So to sum it up: I bought 0.7 TH/s for $101.85 (0.0893 BTC @ $1141/BTC) today.

3579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BitCurrency - BTCR - 37% Annual Interest - PoS - Trading on NovaExchange on: May 13, 2017, 01:42:35 AM
Masternodes will require a coinswap and I am ok with this for a numer of reasons. We can erase any connection with the BTCR trapped on yobit and we can erase the burned coins from the marketcap. We can also rebrand BTCR.

This is how I would breakdown the masternode setup.

1 min blocks
50 coins per block (which gives us 72,000 BTCR per day)
40% to PoS Miners
50% to Masternode
10% to a hardcoded dev address
10,000 BTCR per masternode
1 Billion coin cap

As time goes by we reduce the reward per block.

The goal here would be to have many masternodes running all over the world. Using the 10% from every block the dev team will be able to raise funds to maintain our own masternodes, pay for block explorers, websites and marketing. Marketing is the big one and its the reason why lots of coin succeed.

Now how do I plan to back the value of the new masternodes. By giving BTCR a purpose. I will launch a buyback masternode fund, backed by other nodes. actively acquire other masternode coins likes PIVX,NEM and TX. also do LPOS with ARK and WAVES. A portion of the money generated with this fund will be used to buy back BTCR on a main exchange like Bittrex. I will not do dividends because U.S. based exchanges like Bittrex of Polo will not list us if we do. Once people see that BTCR`s purpose is to back other networks and that we use  a portion of the income to buy BTCR, others will jump on board.

Think of it as earning fees on tx in mastercard, visa and amex, but instead it will be WAVES, ARK, CLOAK, PIVX and DASH.

If the fund decides to do a dividend, it will most likely be on WAVES DEX.

then we grow the network.

I will use a portion of the bounty to give away 10,000 BTCR to each person who helps vote us on POSWallet. I have the name and address of every person who has voted for BTCR thus far. The rest I will use to raise funds to pay the dev who will do the new masternode wallet. Also since we are listed on novaexchange we can do the coinswap there.

Then we get listed on Bittrex/Polo.

Interesting... If I am allowed to have any say I would say put the bock time at 2 minutes so that the chain doesn't get too massive too quickly and I would also set the reward to around 25-30 as to not flood the market with tons of coins... I honestly might even say 15-20 per block... Just my 2 BTCR  Also, have you found a person who can code yet? I see you on thecryptochat.net all the time and I would love to have a talk with you as I do hold a large number of BTCR. Hope to see you on there soon.

I am always open to suggestions. I have found someone who can develop a wallet with masternodes, but it will require a coinswap. I will try to make myself more available in the chatroom, its been a busy week for me.

This sounds great.
Just did made my weekly poswallet vote, not sure if it's still needed?

Also, agree with micdvd85 about the blocktime.
Working Masternode structure would be fantastic.
3580  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GENESIS-MINING Review: full disclosure, Cloud Mining (+get free Steem/BTC) on: May 12, 2017, 10:54:32 PM
Well, you may not understand my problem (too high maintenance fees for BTC contracts, no rewards for taking the investment risk). But I surely see yours: People like me may reduce affiliates using your CODE. Without that shit shills like you would probably never get your investment back. Especially if the semi-ponzi-coin Dash crashes. Anyway, happy mining to you.
I think this thread is about your mining operation, not mine Wink And your mining operation
is not even the interesting part of this thread, but your attitude and personality is (in my opinion):

"no rewards for taking the risk" What kind of bullshit is that? Did you expect they give you a welcome present
for turning up as a new customer? How naive are you? Did you think they will apologize if diff increases (which
is beyond their accountability) and pay you some bonus so that you don't get sad?? You get what you payed
for as described. period.

"too high maintenance fees for BTC contracts" Did they change the maintenance fees for the contract
after you signed up, or are you just unhappy afterwards?

To sum up: You didn't do your math before, GM delivered as promised, and now you are mad. Is that
right or not? If not, name one thing that GM owes you per contract and failed to deliver.

"Without that shit shills like you would probably never get your investment back." You are crying about not
ROIing and at the same time you are still circulating your Ref-Code for the very company you accuse (rightly or not)
of stealing your money. Is that right? Just think about it. And rethink if it's really your turn for insulting others
for posting REF-codes.

Cry louder, shill. Cheesy You cannot make a thread posting "stats" about your mining contract when referral codes are included in your "calculation". Well you can, but then please, don't cry for beeing called by your real name: a low life shill. I don't insult you, you feel insulted by what you are. Sorry. You can post your ref-code anywhere, all day long, but for putting warped information out there I will call you out. It is nothing else than misinformation if you don't deduct your ref earnings from your calculation. It's that simple.

I don't give a rats ass about the 0.09 BTC I invested, I will probably get more than 50% of it back. I did that because there are a ton of fishy guys like you promoting how great GM is, while the only fact they are getting back so much more than they invested is because of their referral earnings. They, and you, try to live off people believing their lies. Disgusting.
Btw: I never accused them of stealing my money. I accuse them of beeing a company with fishy offers. And this thread is intended as a counter for a the shill-shit like yours out there.
kthxbye
