3581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pornhub launches payments in stablecoin Tether on: January 25, 2020, 02:13:29 PM
This is a positive step by pornhub platform probably this step will bring positive results as well there is no doubt that pornhub has huge community mostly of them are not aware about usdt so I think somewhere this decision of pornhub will attract more people in cryptocurrency for sure.

if they are already aware with usdt , they already used a crypto   but i dont think that most pornhub users are crypto related because pornhub wasnt a new site and its a general site with no relation to crypto whatsoever  . sites like this usually use comon payment methods (not crypto ) but if the crypto grows more , the chance of crypto being used on many online sites is also higher . but why usdt ? why not btc or eth ? arent these cryptos already accepted before usdt ?
3582  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Taxation on: January 25, 2020, 01:32:40 PM
The issue of cryptocurrency and tax has recently become popular. States may want to derive a tax income from this situation. But this is not a simple matter. How will they get the tax as bitcoin? This is a very complicated issue. I don't think it's possible for now.

I don't think we should even think about it but there are countries that already taxed Bitcoin.

This depends though on how they are using Bitcoin. If they are using Bitcoin in a company and they are accepting it as a payment or salary, they would be under the law of income tax and that would obviously be taxed.

When we do talk about directly on Bitcoin then its not really taxable but if it already involves 3rd party service then thats the time it would really be taxable.

This will depend on countries jurisdiction when it comes to crypto earnings if they would decide to recognize it as a taxable thing but on most cases that would really
be done.

bitcoin are currencies too but  the currencies are the ones that arent taxable right ? but its the goods or the service , or the property you own.  when you use your bitcoin for any of those things that i mentioned above ,  it must not be exempted by tax because that is inapropriate already  . there was a case against that if i remember and tax is one of the case that are popular because big time people tend to avoid it
3583  Economy / Economics / Re: Halving is approacing: HOLD YOUR BITCOINS AND NEVER SELL THEM on: January 25, 2020, 11:14:09 AM
Unfortunatly, while you are hodling, you dont have any profits.  To get them you should find right date  for selling. And i guess, after halving will be right time  for that
I think before bitcoin halving is a good time for us to sell bitcoins. Why not after halving like other halving? because Litecoin has let me down and I think this market is moving towards collecting coins for early selling. That happened to Litecoin, many sold off after halving and the price of Litecoin is now very low. So to keep your portfolio safe, you should set price targets and sell it before halving to avoid panic sell by whales.

litecoin is different from btc  and did you sell imediately before everyone sells out  ? or you are only late , thats why you got caught up by a dump  .

also , did the litecoin price rise before the halving   ?  if yes , you should sell yours and you dont need to wait for more because being greedy is something that lead us to loose   .  btc halving is approaching but these days we can see that btc price fell down   .  it could be that the down continue or become worst once the halving time is getting close
3584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sigh... Do i need to hold and sell it later or now? Quite tricky situation. on: January 25, 2020, 10:10:38 AM
No one can ensure you what gonna happen after 10 days in Bitcoin price! And 22nd February is almost one month away! You should have sell when the Bitcoin price was 9100 USD, right now its dumped by 1K USD, So, don't sell at this moment. Wait for the 8500 USD, I believe BTC will hit at that price before 22nd, then you can sell confidently.

its easy to predict 10 days or a week but more than that is now harder , 22nd of february is yet too long  .

we are only on january and many happenings can occur and affect the price  . you said he dont sell but wait for 8500 usd ? that will only cause him to loose more if the price was higher than 8500 the moment he start waiting .
3585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin bank, Necessary? on: January 24, 2020, 04:08:13 PM
No, we don't need another banking system. Otherwise, what's the point?

whats the point of cryptos  ? but cryptos did say that they are bank  ? i heard cryptos was formaly introduced as a currency or a payment method  but people push and say that it can be also good to use as a bank , idk why  . bank because it gives interest or returns simillar to banks  ?  but not all times and it also risky because the money you put can go down as well  but anyways  if there are bank for gold and fiat then why not for bitcoin and cryptos   ?
3586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin & Its Momentum on: January 24, 2020, 03:12:14 PM
Bitcoin's momentum is very confusing, there are days where its value goes high continuosly while there are also days where its value falls down all of a sudden.

on other things , like fame for example . the momentum kicks in and you know that its there when someone or something is shining but like bitcoin and cryptos , their shine can also fade away  . in can be in an instant or it can happen in the few weeks  , its unpredictable for short  . no one knows when itl happen  . im saying that bitcoin and cryptos didnt differ on them   . so dont complain too much but instead love it , if ever the momentum for btc finally comes
3587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Pyramid Schemes are still Amongst Us on: January 24, 2020, 02:35:57 PM
of course they are still here  . what did you expect they will dissapear forever  ? nah it wont just happen no matter if how advance the technology are because  fraudsters will always cope up and find a  new method to scam again  . years wont matter too because there will always be newbies that enter here if the old newbie were now already pro   .  if you are concern and have time  , you can help hunt scammers and expose them on here or on the other platforms so that people are aware  .
3588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum set new High in this Year on: January 24, 2020, 01:57:51 PM
In 2017 Ethereum jumped to new recorded price due to ethereum investment in almost every ICo, but now Ethereum again needs something huge like ICO to fly again to new record value in price.

but the problem is ico's now are becoming obsolete  . ieo's now are the new trend  .  thats also the reason on why etherium havent increase alot unlike before that ico's was still hot  .

I think it will jump up into 0.1BTC again once the bull run start to happen in the market. Or it could be more I guess at 1k$ and if that happen more millionaires will rise up here in cryptocurrency and its credibility also will increase too and popularity. In fact, I also hold em on my wallet too and waiting for the right time to sell.

not just a simple milionaire can up the price of crypto but whales yes  . millionares dont care how the market goes  so dont give credits to them   . eth did jump up to 0.1btc before  ?  wow i didnt know that  . i joined on the late 2017 and the highest ath i see for eth were only at close to 400 usd  . now like i said above, i dont expect that the time can happen again  because there are now better alternatives to eth  .
3589  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Casino! on: January 24, 2020, 10:30:30 AM
Even if there are thousands people get the bonus, it wont affect their financial as it is just free spin bonus. Free spins usually comes with high wagering requirement and most people will lose the winning from the free spins while trying to complete the wagering requirement. It will make the site down if the free spins is a wager free bonus.
I have never gotten free spin with wagering requirements. And every time I have a free spin the results of that go into my wallet, not included in the bonus. I think free spin with these conditions is burdensome for the players, it should not have any conditions and players can get the results without completing the wagering requirements.

that would be to easy then and if its too easy it will lead to being abused because people can create many account and do the same thing over and over again to get free money  .

that is why they put waggering requirements to know if who is the loyal players of the site  but if you like to play gambling you can just depo on your own and wouldnt mind the bonus for a while.
3590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Oscar Awards 2020 betting on: January 23, 2020, 07:05:58 PM
Leo already got his oscar after so long and he has one, hell academy maybe just gave him one so people would shut up because I honestly think that he played in much better movies that he didn't won any.
you said he already won ? why not give chance to others ? other that didnt experience to win a title yet . if he didnt win it does not mean that he is a bad actor but what if im only right ? that judges give chance to other actors to make them proud and worthy so that they can do thier best next time .

Quote
Joaquin Phoneix (dude has the coolest name ever) is the favorites in all sportsbooks for a reason, dude played in basically the most oscar movie ever oscared in oscars history, he will 100% get it for sure without a doubt. I have literally seen 1.01 for his win as odds, the worst I have seen was 1.20, that literally means he will get it without a doubt.
.

lol yeah the name is cool and catchy but aside from the name , he also played cool characters like the joker .speaking of joker , this is one of the hot movies that people are talking so this have a big chance of winning i guess
3591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's in the game, after all? on: January 23, 2020, 05:27:29 PM

yes you are right gambling should not be played for the sake of money only because it is a game, and this game should be treated the same other games, making it the source of income sometimes proves drastic, people those gambling for money always in stress of their losses and the chase of losses proves bad.
gambling is not just a game because before we can do it,there must be something to bet that is why this is different from normal games than gambling games.

if you have to gamble make sure you also can afford to lose the money youa re going to bet.

On a normal game , you also do bet too or you do other things before the game begins . Gambling is a game simillar to any game but the only difference is that if it's a real gambling you play with real money .

Risking money to play a game is normal , before I remember I pay for the internet cafe to use it to play online games  . I can see it as an example when you pay to play a gambling  .
3592  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betroar.io + BitBrawlers 💰 1/19: Risk-Free Bet on NFC Championship!! 💰 on: January 23, 2020, 04:58:48 PM
...

This was the best fight I witnessed today!
Had some  intense imagery as well.

Cute Syakoya vs Nega Peach

Cute Syakoya Has the head and face of a young girl But then this massive insect body.
Very bizarre character. 1st round was a double knockout. Cute Syakoya was dominating the second round looking like an easy  win but Nega Peach exploded with all sorts of electricity attacks and lightning bolts.

Big comeback victory

I had bet on The much smaller Nega Peach and despite getting whooped on for the first half of the fight she came through and finished Syakoya!

lol what a character . the background was also familiar to me , it has a dragonball z kind of vibe   .   anyways , good thing that you still win . comeback really is real but by looking on the characcter , the syakoya was kinda big and look deadly than the other one which was only small and inocent.

by the way ,  the characters are controllable or they only work on their own after you placed bets?
3593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Running an online Bitcoin gambling website on: January 23, 2020, 03:43:23 PM
I have a few questions regarding running a Bitcoin gambling website online.

I am located in Canada. So I'm not sure if it's legal for me run a site like this online from within Canada.

If it is legal for me to host the site else where, where is it possible for me to host it and do I need to get it licensed or it's okay to operate without a license since it's crypto.
Try to consult some lawyer when it comes to legality and seek for some advice but based on what i read up: https://www.cryptowisser.com/crypto-gambling-in-canada/
Crypto gambling site or businesses in Canada isnt really restricted so high chances that you would able to make one but of course you do abide your governments terms.

restricted or not ?  im now confuse because others above said that it was restricted while you here said that it isnt . afaik i think ive heard before that gambling was restricted ln some country and canada was one of them but i still see some canadian players on some gambling sites that i use.  idk if they are only canadian but has moved around on different place or they only use a vpn to access the site .  a gambling site can run without certificate but its obviously better to have one
3594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did Satoshi think that quantum computers will exist? on: January 22, 2020, 06:15:22 PM
He probably didn’t consider quantum computing and at the time, the length of the private key provides a lot of security.

We also should remember that quantum computing is only theoretical at this point and may not do what everyone is speculating.

he invented bitcoin a long time ago and quantum computing was only a concept that time so he didnt bother it  .

now i guess there are now few quantum computers invented and satoshi feels threatened because these kind of computers are powerful and can possibly crack and bypass all system  including the strong cryptography and blockhain  .  lets hope that im wrong and your right   . people should not build it to destroy other technology  because that will be a total disaster
3595  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Full time trading is boring on: January 22, 2020, 02:51:16 PM
lol ? your doing that for 6 months straight full time and you complain you cant foccus  ? wtf  . i thought you are alone  .  its boring if its full time but all of those negative factors are going to paid off once you already earn a good income because of your dedication of your trades  . if you feel bore , you can listen to music and bring a companion around you  , you can also do it on your break time   . you need to take a break sometimes  , dont push your self too hard working for money   .
3596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: two gambling games that are players favorite on: January 22, 2020, 02:10:37 PM
~
I already feel different when playing dice games. In the first time, I knew dice games, I played for a long time, and fortunately, I don't use my money or my coins. I get a free coin from the faucet, and I use it for playing dice. And if there is no coin left in my account, I will go to the faucet and get another free coin. I don't use a big amount for placing a bet, and I remember that the amount is not more than 10 satoshi so that I can play for a long time. At that time, I don't think about winning, and I only want to know the game.

But I don't play poker because I don't know how to play and I think that will be too difficult for me to understand the games.

Poker is harder to comprehend than dice, that's for sure. But it's not that hard as you think of it. There are many poker games, and you don't need to know how to play each of them, but you can learn how to play the most popular one, that is Texas Hold 'Em. I can tell you from my own experience that it will take not more than a week to learn this game. I mean, you can learn the rules in one hour, but after a week of practicing you can become a pretty decent poker player, who, with some luck, of course, can outplay any player in the world. It sounds like hard to believe, but it's true. Try it someday. You won't be disappointed. And if you don't want to lose your money to the game, that's fine, good poker sites run free rolls each day, where you can win a dollar or two, while risking nothing.

Also these days there are many video tutorials available on youtube and they are so well explained that by watching them you can have all the knowledge in an hour or two and by playing the few poker games you can easily call yourself lucky. However, as we know no matter how much expert and knowledgeable we are , the wins only depends upon the luck.

learning poker or learning something else in a faster possible way isnt consider as a luck but that is consider that you are smart and attentive because you can easily follow the instructions given on the video or on the book   . learning fast is okay but learning for too long does not mean that a person is low inteligent but what if they are still learning to improve thier skill   ? at the end  ,  poker game is a combination of skill and luck   . if you learn alot , a good chance you can earn more  .
3597  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1X2 Coin Sportsbook and Casino on: January 22, 2020, 01:01:19 PM

I used chrome yesterday, and now, I tried to use Mozilla, and yes, now, I can load the full page of that site. Maybe yesterday, my internet connection is not good, so I cannot load the full page. I tried to open with chrome again, and that is works too.

That is good to see that the site doesn't require KYC so we can register on that site and place the bets.

chrome actually is more better than mozzilla in my opinion because of its speed and its also asociated with google  . carl's tip is okay  . try clearing the cache by pressing ctrl plus f5 that should have fix the problem most of the times when the page hards to load whiile you have a working internet and can connect normally on other sites   .  what if the site require a kyc  ? you cant register with it ?  yes you can still  but it only be more hassel though
3598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Win a Presidential plane... on: January 22, 2020, 12:21:01 PM
$25 sounds like a lot of money! I mean,,, I do not know Mexico very well but I am sure they earn like we do in Asia,,, so for me $25 is a really big amount of money. And with all the corruption there would I dare to buy a ticket knowing probably someone already knows he is the winner?

i think mexico is more richer than on most asian countries so 25 usd with them will look cheap but for us who are minimum earner 25 usd is now a large amount and we will think twice if we will risk this amount for a ticket  . but i dont know if their govt is corrupt or not   , i still do a research then before i decide to join if ever i have a spare 25 usd  . presidential plane sounds like promising and too good to be true to me  , so im still skeptical with this  .

Still no one hit the max PO of the new luckybit? Hit it with the minimum bet is great win already, I have tried thousand bets but still no luck to hit the max PO, my best still 330x so far. Any news about promotions/competition? As I remember, there is a plan to do promotion, so would be nice if the promotion is something like "be the first to hit the max PO" Wink

hahaha, the prize of the max PO is enough motivation, i don't think we need promotion for that. Just think about it, bet 0.00001 x9999 and win 0.1BTC or bet 0.00015 and get the max win (1.5 BTC)

But Luckybit is thinking about new promotions, we already launched the signature campaign, and the marketing area is working day by day thinking about new ideas for our users.

Understand, but there will be more motivation for players if there is an additional prize for hitting that max PO Smiley Obviously it is just a suggestion, Luckybit may take it or leave it as a consideration.
There are bonus bets, sometimes when you bet it bets a bonus amount and there is chatbot sometimes.

bonus bet ? wow thats new to me   . how does it work  ?  i know on some games like slots there are so called free spins that does not cut your bets but you can still roll for a few more chance  . does that work the same   ?  and what is that chat bot  ? chatbot can run mini games like roll hunt and trivia game and rewards users with crypto  ?  does that work like that    ?   . i see a concept like that simillar to other gambling sites  that i came across   . the name of the bot is also chatbot btw
3600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here dream of achieving their financial goal in life through gambling? on: January 22, 2020, 08:27:49 AM
not at all, gambling will not satisfy our goals and even will often experience defeat, the purpose of gambling is a pleasure that we enjoy not for financial freedom that normally if we think like that will end in destruction.
maybe not all of us but there are people who lives from gambling, they are those Professional gamblers that is making money from gambling.
and this is proven that those Big gamblers now had start from scratch before becoming millionaires .
You don't have to be professional gamblers to make a living from gambling, some of my friends live from gambling but that was 2-3 years ago, they can get results from gambling like cars, motorbikes, iPhones and other items. but now their gambling activities have diminished and tend to just try their luck at getting the jackpot. because they say now is quite difficult to get bitcoin so they also do not have much capital especially they often experience defeat. the point is if life depends on gambling it will not last long.

you said they dont gamble anymore but they are now only trying to hit the jackpot ?  that would still be considered as gambling   . doesnt gamble means they dont have access to gambling site   . some of my friends were also like that  , they are god of gamblers before but now they change thier lifestyle and tend to do common business to earn .  they already achieve thier financial goals thru gambling   and didnt look back  for the better    .
