3581  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price is in a downtrend, will it last long or temporary? on: October 12, 2021, 10:21:15 AM
If we look at it on face value, the price increased but every increase speaks about something else. I believe it increased very decently this time around but I believe it was much better than just an increase. For example, lets assume price starts at 42k, one day it goes to 48k, is that good? Of course it is good, but lets assume it starts with 42k but goes to 58k, isn't that much better? Of course it is much better.

This is why I believe there is a good chance that we could see a lot higher right now as well. The only reason why I am thinking like this is that we didn't had only just a recovery, we literally had a whole bull run during this period and you never know when the bull runs will stop.
3582  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do you explain the October pump? on: October 11, 2021, 10:02:00 PM
Maybe the season contributes on what people feel right now, also since market showing some green signs then maybe we can speculate that this speculated figures will truly came but lets still not erase the fact that sometimes our expectation will not go as we want since sometimes there are sudden turndown since there are bad news came which is use by manipulators and hopefully we will not go into that point until the end of this year.
Manipulators will always try to do the opposite of what is going on right now. While it is going up then there is no need to manipulate it, if whales buy some more than they could end up profiting. However if they end up with a proper profit situation by working hard and reversing the situation we are in, then they could make a lot more money. I believe that we could definitely see the situation changing if manipulators take the charge.

The amount of money we are dealing with right now means they can't just manipulate with money, that would be near impossible, so they would have to just make some big news to change our ideas and the movement direction.
3583  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the role of fiat currency disappear against crypto. on: October 11, 2021, 06:45:24 PM
Fiat is something I do not mind, people consider fiat is the bad thing but the reality is that fiat is not bad at all, not in its own way or just the logic of it. What is bad is the fact that we have a very terrible system in place that makes fiat be used horribly. In fact if the whole world was filled with "kind" people then we would definitely see fiat be used in great way as well.

Imagine a world where every person who has fiat helps the one that doesn't, every poor person lifted, every community improved, the whole world living in a situation where there are no poor people, no homeless person, no starving person, no uneducated person, no sick person that can't go to hospital. It would be filled with very happy people all around the world getting everything they want, BUT that can't happen because humans are greedy in nature, yet the reason is not fiat, it is the people who use fiat that way.
3584  Economy / Economics / Re: Will governments capitulate and finally recognize Bitcoin as a legal tender? on: October 11, 2021, 02:43:00 PM
I believe legal tender would be harsh, however accepting it as a currency that could be used in certain cases could be done. Think about it this way if I live in USA and can buy something with Euro then it is not a legal tender is it? I mean it sort of is but it is not exactly their national currency neither, I can go to whole world and exchange dollars and Euros for the national fiat of wherever I am which would make me a good profit in the end as well if I am trading it carefully.

Crypto is already sort of like that, as long as you can exchange it for fiat, then you should be considering it like a currency. Foreign currency exchanges in touristic places do usually have crypto these days and that is what matters to me.
3585  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Strategies changes with time on: October 10, 2021, 08:25:32 PM
Trading strategies do not change over time, it is the market that changes. So, when the market changes then the strategy can't stay the same as well. So, when you look at it outside of the box you think that same strategies do not work but it could cycle back and work, which means that what doesn't work is the market, it changes overtime and it works differently, something that worked for you for 6 months my fail to work for 2 years and then cycle back and work again, all because it hits that market perfectly as well.

So, it is the market and not the strategy, this has been proven over and over again in many cases, and not just in crypto neither, this is also true for stock market as well.
This is true, market style changes a lot. What one indicator means one year, may mean something else next year. This is very confusing for many people who do TA because they are used to seeing the same thing doing the same result but that changes so it becomes harder.

Like they are used to see when X becomes under 20 then it means btc price will go up, this has happened maybe 10 times so far and it is quite common, and then X hits under 20 and it goes down, they are all shocked about it. Then it happens a second time and a third time and by the fourth they are used to it so they make the trade based on how X going under 20 means btc price will go down, and by 10th it may reverse yet again. All these happening at all times so trading strategies change based on market changes. Obviously strategies do change with time, it just changes BECAUSE market changed.
3586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Altcoin journey with small investment on: October 10, 2021, 06:50:31 PM
Small investment part is a lot better than the bigger investment part because more people can relate to this. Obviously the smallest amount could be increased, starting with $100 and then not adding more to it could be even better since I am sure everyone could work hard and earn $100, hell you can do signature campaigns and bounties to get there these days, it takes like 2 weeks to earn that much in just bitcointalk, let alone if you work for some other places as well.

At the end of the day, I believe we are in a situation where not many people have 40k to show for, but they do have 100 bucks and this topic will be very beneficial to those people to see what they can do, not what they should, but what they can.
3587  Other / Archival / Re: [POLL] What to expect from Bitcoin in 2022? on: October 09, 2021, 08:26:12 PM
The odds are at a good place right now, 60+ to 30+ is a good odd to be honest, I wouldn't want to be in a circle jerk situation where 90%+ says we are going to be in a bull run, that is not really cool to be in because you are not going to get true outcomes and beliefs in that situation, it is going to be just bunch of people who think the same all got together, which makes no sense to me.

I believe we are doing fine right now, and we are going to see new ATH next year, but I am also saying kudos to everyone who believes it will be crypto winter as well, and enjoyed every post that says so. I personally care about every angle and not just with people I agree with.
3588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How you choose projects for investment on: October 09, 2021, 01:37:40 PM
I always choose an active community, the dev teams should always be in their social media platform so whenever there are some questions or queries of their investors they can easily answer them. I am also looking for valid identity of the project team, this is important for you to make sure that the project is legit. You should also look for the long-term plan of the project and that is the most important.
Remember that the numbers could be faked as well so you need to be quite careful when you are doing something like that. I am not saying that it will not work, it could very well work but I am just saying if you look at only the social media numbers and the community reactions etc, then you may end up with fake results tricking you for something that is not as good as you hoped it would be.

I have seen plenty of projects with 100k+ followers on twitter, and 10k+ people on telegram and it wasn't like a ghost town neither, they didn't just bought followers and stopped, there were chats and talking in all of them as well. Then I realized they were sending the same message over and over again from different accounts on different tweets, someone wrote the exact same message on one tweet and another person did it on another tweet. I dig up further and found all those active community looking people were all just fake bots. So, be very careful.
3589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFTs and how it works on: October 09, 2021, 10:08:51 AM
It is obvious that anyone that is on that kind of business is going to love this, before NFTs if they wanted to sell something like memorabilia then they needed to produce those products and that includes recurring costs and all kind of issues like producing the products and exporting them.

But with NFTs the only thing they need to do is to pay the person creating the image one time and that is it, from that point on they will be able to sell those limited edition NFTs to people and all the money they will get will be for them, so it is clear why artists will like something like this, but I do not know how well true collectors will receive something like this.
However the difference is that, instead of having a physical memorabilia, you now hold a digital thing that says you own it, which is not the same. I rather have the thing and put it somewhere in my house instead of having digital confirmation of having one. But I get it, we also do not hold cash but put it in banks and use credit card instead that says we digitally own that money, similar stuff, instead of having the money (art) we actually put it in banks (wallets) to say we own the money (NFT) so basically the same thing.

I didn't expect this to happen in art, I would have expected art to keep being physical and not digital, but I guess we are in the digital age so it makes sense that some stuff are changing. NFT is also getting outside attention from artists as well, not just crypto people, which is a great thing because it is attracting people to crypto as well.
3590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shiba Inu pumping again on: October 09, 2021, 09:37:45 AM
After yesterday the Shiba Inu was discarded due to a decline and now this token is being pumped again to create further hype, maybe some of it is right on this token in the next few days it will likely continue to be pumped again.

Yesterday someone said after the increase in FOMO then it went down and now it moves up again, so will this be thrown away again because of the whales who played it?
It's only right that Shiba Inu holders have made a lot of profit. And I try to hold on until now even though yesterday was still at its peak.
It will be pumped as much as needed by the whales of that group. It is a memecoin so you could spend very little amount to pump it and when it reaches to a level where whales are fine, they will just dump theirs and make all the profit in the world, then they will keep recollecting from the bottom as well and keep repeating it. It is the most perfect pump and dump token in the world right now, it is easy to pump, it has liquidity, it has hype, it is branding success and you can dump it while accumulating from the bottom.

If I was a real rich person with no ethics or moral then I would do the same thing as well, why stop making a profit over the stupidity of other people when you could just grind it and turn it into your own profit? This is what whales of shiba doing right now and by the time they can't, there will be a lot of people who lost money and a few that got it all.
3591  Economy / Speculation / Re: Welcome to Uptoberfest on: October 08, 2021, 09:34:21 PM
Name is definitely a great one, uptoberfest Cheesy. We have started this month amazingly, I am not sure if we will be able to keep it going though. I mean think about it, the first week was so great with nearly 40% increase that, I doubt we could keep doing that back to back right? Even at 25% like CMC shows, at 54k another week would mean 67k and then another week with 25% would mean 84k and another week to end the month would be 105k.

So, if we keep the current run going with the same 25% weekly for the whole remainder of the month, we would have 105k by the end of the month. I am not saying it is impossible, this is crypto and anything could happen here, however I do see that as a little bit more unlikely let's say. Definitely a "technically possible" thing but quite improbable when you look at the market. Highest I believe it would be this month could be 70k+ and even that is great.
The name tag made me realize that we usually do not have a day for bitcoin. I mean like some celebration type of day, we have it for many things but we do not have it for bitcoin. I believe whatever day we pick, like maybe the date whitepaper was published or the day wallet was released or whatever we can call the start day, or even maybe some other day could be picked as well. We just need one day for celebrating bitcoin.

If we had that, I am 90% sure that day will see bitcoin increase due to celebration and it will be great everywhere around the world as well. Every crypto person would go out and celebrate that day with other people and will have fun. Why don't we have something like that? It could have been amazing for all of us. I appoint whatever day bitcoin became first available for public, that would be a good day to celebrate.
3592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano run $200 on: October 08, 2021, 08:47:18 PM
I am sure everyone talked about the insane 6.5 trillion dollars marketcap if ADA ever reaches 200 dollars, so there is no point in talking about that part. However who invests in crypto? Like who are these people that thinks shiba could be 1 dollar, doge could be 20 dollar, ada could be 200 dollars and all that? Are we really in a market that has people investing with absolutely zero math knowledge? And I mean like they can't add 2 and 2 together type of very zero math, or are these people just trolls?

I have seen too many people who ask questions about the most impossible things, like at this point I am shocked that nobody asked "will bitcoin be billion dollars each?" at this point. I do not know if it is just simple trolling by these people, which seems like a possible situation and I hope it is, or are we in the same market as the people who think ada could be 200?
3593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it possible for SHIBA INU to reach 0.01$? on: October 08, 2021, 08:04:28 PM
Seeing the success of Dogecoin, many people think that Shiba has the same potential. In fact, I also think that this coin will become popular because of the support from several parties. however, sometimes people get too excited. well, we don't know what will happen in the future, but looking at the price of Shiba which is still at the point of $0.00002276, it looks like it's very difficult to reach the price of $0.01, especially considering the huge total supply. well, i think that reaching a price of $0.0001 alone is quite extraordinary.
Even the success from Doge is not something that is permanent. It is obvious that we are seeing some hype around that as well and eventually that will go down too. I remember prices of 3-4 cents very clearly and I believe that even if not at that price, we are going to see doge to be under 10 cents as well.

I do not know when that will happen but I know that it will definitely happen. When doge becomes under 10 cents, and I do not mean like the whole market crashes, the market will be fine, doge will crash alone with some other memecoins, what do you think will happen to shiba? It will obviously crash as well. This memecoin fury will eventually end, it will not continue because it can't sustain to continue. They are just way too useless to continue to exist.
3594  Economy / Economics / Re: Evergrande situation on: October 08, 2021, 06:21:06 PM
It is obvious that this is a problem for China, and yes it will have a bit of impact in other parts of the world but not in the big nations of the west, hence it is not a global issue, it is only an issue for China and all the nations that benefit from China which is just some small nations china helps that's it.

So, I would assume that bitcoin will not be impacted at all and we could ignore it if our nation is not getting too much benefit from them. USA was different because USA had interests all over the world and the moment 2008 happened even Spain, Italy, Greece all got gutted and that is why I believe we should not be comparing the two. I believe China banned crypto at the very right time, just ignore them the way they ignored us.
3595  Economy / Economics / Re: Permanent inflation or "just temporary" on: October 07, 2021, 09:32:30 PM
I doubt that this would be a "temporary" situation as long as it is not fixed. The inflation rate is even higher than what the officials are saying, remember the whole watched as moody's gave high credit ratings to shit mortgages and how the whole world collapsed because of it. Do not care about the ratings and numbers official places give, inflation is much higher. The only way that could ever go up would be people having enough income to pay for stuff and business' not requiring too much price spikes to keep going.

This is not going to happen overnight and it is going to take maybe a decade of proper legislation to get it better. Which as we all know is not something we seen from politicians all that much, they rather keep everything as it is as much as possible.
3596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: October 06, 2021, 09:48:42 PM
This football week has been full of unpredictable results. Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG all of them lost against their respective opponents and Bayern are also not indifferent. Although Bayern had 73% possession but that was not enough. A late goal from Kostic in the 83rd minute cost Bayern the match. Though after this match they are atop the leaderboard with Leverkusen having the same amount of points in the 2nd position followed by Dortmund and Freiburg both 1 point short of Bayern. I hope they can turn around in the next match.
This is exactly the type of week why people start sportsbetting business. Normally you may not end up with a result like this every week, however if you wager on Bayern or wager on Madrid then you will not win too much neither, you will have like 1.4 odds, but in weeks where every team that are favorites end up losing like this week? That week millions of dollars are gone, all gamblers lose and the sportsbooks make up all the losses they made in a single week.

This is why I believe sportsbetting business is one of the all time best business ideas in the world, every team loses points (loss and draws) on 20% minimum, even the champions and when you do not give too high odds, you end up with earning so much money as a sportsbook.

3598  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will China's crackdown on Bitcoin cause Bitcoin to become worthless? on: July 06, 2021, 07:43:35 PM
To think that one nation could have a chance to make bitcoin worthless, and even a nation like China? Is a delusion. No nation banning it will make it worthless, we are a global community that makes bitcoin stay alive all together, just one piece gone doesn't mean that it will be all ruined. It could even be USA that bans crypto all together and we would still be alive.

I am not saying that the price doesn't go down, even with China news we did went low but that didn't change the fact that price is still higher than what it was last year, 3 times higher! So if there is a bull run and USA suddenly bans it then yeah the price will fall but it will not become worthless, it will become less valuable but it will still be used all around the world. Even just the third world nations of the world using it would give it some value and that is enough for me.
3599  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io- Club House- The best EURO 2021 promotions around!!🚀 on: July 06, 2021, 06:56:21 PM
Germany and Spain have best record for winning European Championship 3 times and Germany participated 6 times in finals so I hoped this will be the case again, but history doesn't always repeat.
Italy played 3 times in final and they won Euro one time so this will be great match to watch Italy vs Spain, but very hard to predict betting result.
I’m going to say it’ll be an Italy vs England final. The Spain team really isn’t that good, it’s a far cry from the legendary Spain teams of the 2010’s. Denmark will put up a fight but won’t be good enough. I’ll be very surprised if the final isn’t Italy vs England.
I am not shocked that YOU would pick England Cheesy. However I have to be honest over half of the world is expecting Italy vs England finals, that is just how logical it looks from here. First of all England is facing Denmark which is not even a question if you ask me, many many times I said that Denmark came all this way by pure luck, and that is not going to help them this time around, they came as far as they can facing easier opponents, from now out its just pure hell for them.

However Italy vs Spain game is a bit closer, even though Spain doesn't look like how they looked before, they are also still Spain which means that they could probably make something happen once again. I am not saying Spain will win, I am just saying that difference is not that staggering (at least not as much as England vs Denmark game) and if Italy wins then England will surely win.
3600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most centralized cryptocurrency? on: July 06, 2021, 06:23:27 PM
XRP, anyone that say anything else is lying to you and there is no other answer that is as correct as XRP because that is THE centralized currency. People may say USDT and they are right that USDT is more centralized that is for sure but they are stablecoin and not a crypto currency, they are a usd pegged stable currency using blockchain tech and I do not think that they deserve to be in the same conversation as other crypto currencies, they are just a different thing. So, when you remove that the most centralized one is XRP.

Definitely there could be some even more centralized in 49423th spot or whatever but that is just doesn't matter, they are way too down the list to be cared for, whereas XRP is a high level coin that could literally crash to under 1 satoshi in a second if the owners of Ripple company decide to do that, they have the button for it and as soon as they push it it is all down the drain.
