3581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Brasileirão 2022 - Brazilian Championship Serie A on: September 08, 2022, 05:15:03 PM
I think the real gambling here will be regards the second position of Brasileirão now. There are 6 clubs very close to each other, all of them able to conquer the 'silver medal' on the competition. Flamengo and Corinthians might be the favorite, but one slight mistake from each of them and Internacional, Fluminense plus both Atléticos can surpass and guarantee the position. It must be a tough dispute more interesting than the one for the first place.
3582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: September 08, 2022, 03:29:46 PM
Regards the criticisms Qatar and this edition of World Cup are suffering, I think first of all it is FIFA's fault, because they knew or at least should know the local rules, culture and traditions of the Qatarian society before announcing the country would held the event this year. Since many of the local laws such as alcohol, homosexuality and sex outside of marriage prohibitions are frowned up by another participant nations, and I would say most of them, the event shouldn'd happen in Qatar, because of course a part of those guidelines will have to be followed even by foreigners. And it was FIFA which created this situation.
3583  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1 - The copycat epidemic within crypto casinos. on: September 08, 2022, 12:22:31 AM
Most crypto gambling platforms offer the same games right now, so what does make each of them original? It's simply the style, the design, the scheme of colors, the logo. Maybe it's hard for some developers to be original trying to be original, but if they try to be creative instead, they are going to reach the desired goal easier and smoother, because ideas will flow naturally.
It's normal to copy some concepts from already existing gambling websites. Developers just need to take those concepts and use their imagination to inspire themselves in order to improve the final product even more.
3584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [NEWS] Gambler Charged with Murder after Letting Kids Die on: September 07, 2022, 04:39:06 AM
This is the saddest news I read today. I knew this case isn't possible when in online gambling but this is possible for other unfortunate circumstances too especially at home or somewhere else when you're doing your online gambling activity.
Yes, when parents are negligent they will be like that in any situations and environments. I don't doubt there are gamblers who play online and still don't pay attention to their children, don't feed them, don't talk to them and don't supply every other basic demands children have on that period of their lives. Many of these cases remain in silence until something more extreme happens, like the event shared by you reported on the news.
Unfortunatelly from times to times we hear stories about kids who died locked inside cars at the parking while the parents are shopping on the mall or supermarket, but I must say it's the first time I hear kids have died because the parent was actually gambling at a casino. That is shocking and repulsive.
3585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can this be the reason some people are afraid to invest in Bitcon? on: September 07, 2022, 03:27:44 AM
Fear isn't totally bad. Fear prevents people from entering dangerous situations where they can be harmed and can also be an useful measure to discourage criminal behavior some people might develop. In bitcoin case it's also not totally negative, because fear prevents people investing more money than they can afford to lose. Without fear people would be inconsequent and irresponsible. However, a balance is always needed, therefore we can't live between the extremes of total fear at a point we become frozen and unable to live or the other extreme of lack of fear, that is when we act without any strategies, organization and goals.
3586  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin do $19k again before a bull market? on: September 07, 2022, 02:24:04 AM
I don't think, the price of Bitcoin will decrease more than $19,000 before it will increase higher for those that invested some months ago to get prepare to earn something good from their investment. This is the best opportunity for both long term traders and short term traders that missed the opportunity to buy from the crypto market to make use of this bearish market to buy and hold, because the green light is preparing to remain stable for people to know that bull season is very near for those that hold for long to earn well from the market.
Unfortunately the decrease below the 19k level already happened and we do not know for how long the price is going to remain at that level or if it could go down even more, and even if I think the current prices represent an opportunity it is also important to remember that things could get way worse before they even improve, so this needs to be taken into account before anyone decides to invest a major amount of money in the market during the next days or weeks.
If I had entered with new investments on previous bitcoin crashes I wouldn't invest anymore until seeing some positive solid fluctuations from now on. I see the currently price range as a dangerous zone which makes me feel very unconfortable. The same way bitcoin has reached 18,000$ it can continue going below to 15,000$ and 12,000$. The lack of news which could impact crypto universe positively is also concerning.
3587  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: September 07, 2022, 01:32:11 AM
Did anyone tried to access Freebitco.in on Opera browser? I'm getting this message today:
https://i.imgur.com/56Oi19D.png
Before asking additional questions, yeah, I'm sure that's correct link, I don't have any addons turned on and I don't use VPN. Everything works fine on Mozilla and Chrome.
Could be a false flag since other browsers are doing just fine. Might need further investigation, especially on Opera browser. Mine shows the same as well.

I see this other detail

This is a very difficult one.... because Freebitco.in's competition or malicious people might erroneously report Freebitco.in as a Phishing site.  Roll Eyes  Their browser might be hijacked by malicious software and it will then re-direct them to phishing sites, when Freebitco.in is accessed.

Do you get a "report" option when you sign up for the https://apwg.org site, because I do not see this as a non-registered user? (Sites like this unlock that feature for members, because it can be misused or spammed)

I also get a warning message from my anti-virus software when I access Freebitco.in, but I simply ignore it.  Wink

Freebitco.in domain is blacklisted by Seclookup and Sucuri Labs:
https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/freebitco.in

As a result, Opera and some antivirus software may block the site. Admins should file a complaint with Seclookup and Sucuri Labs to resolve this issue.

It's also a shame freebitco.in is blacklisted in Twitter and spotted as malicious website. I don't know if people responsible for virtual security sector does it on purpose or if the site is simply blacklisted because there is too much advertisement and spam involving its links due to the referral program which is quite popular in every paid to click and micro earnings sites. Before this exclusion from social medias, freebitco.in's links were very popular in Facebook and Twitter too. I believe there could be many more active users if it wasn't for this kind of annoying obstacle.

On the other hand, it's interesting real scam websites, projects and schemes aren't so efficiently blocked by those security mechanisms.
3588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Who makes such predictions? on: September 07, 2022, 01:20:55 AM
They say:
Quote
This BitTorrent price forecast is based on a deep technical analysis and past performance of the BTTC Coin.

However, nothing is explained about their deep technical analysys method. It leads readers to conclude the website and the self-proclaimed specialists behind it are simply shilling for the altcoin.

In fact there isn't any reason or fact that could back their predictions. It's really hard to foresee the future of the most popular crypto that is bitcoin, now imagine how hard it must be to predict the future of an unknown altcoin pricing $0.0008451.
3589  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: 🎉 ‼️ 👑 ROLLERCOIN 👑- ONLINE BITCOIN MINING SIMULATOR ‼️ 🎉 on: September 06, 2022, 10:34:15 PM
All this data would be worthless if rollercoin eventually not pay at the end of the day. My concern is rollercoin has changed. The freebies sometimes don't show in the panel. Maybe I don't know how to use it on a phone but I'm sure it's d same user experience for desktop pc. I need recent payment proof in other to continue using it
I received a withdrawal recently from rollercoin to my bitcoin wallet. Cashout twice already this year without any issues. Last time was August 31.

The site is paying, although I'm not sure if the amount invested is going to be recovered, because the site works like cloud mining business. The best chance of recovering investment with rollercoin is investing while btc is expensive and expecting a crash in the market, so rewards increase and you get more rewards.

Anyway it's really unlikely to cashout more than you put in the site in every cases. The site should be seen more like entertainment/hobby than an investment.
3590  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stressful crypto market on: September 06, 2022, 09:55:12 PM
Previously, many people could not buy BTC for the reason that it was expensive and the amount was small. Is this already on the verge of Dropping Deadline???
What do you mean by dropping deadline?
If people reason that they can't buy bitcoins because they are expensive, it's only an excuse because they can buy in small quantities and adjust to the funds they have.
They don't have to buy bitcoins in bulk if they don't have the money.
In addition, if they want to use bitcoin as an investment, they will buy bitcoin gradually as they would with any other type of investment.
If they can do it, I'm sure they can have a lot of bitcoins and also have a chance to make big profits.
That is true. I see many exchanges advertising people can start acquiring bitcoins in amounts low as 5$. That is an affordable amount for everyone, I suppose, so there are no restrictions when investing in bitcoin. People who say bitcoin is too expensive probably aren't educated about crypto yet, so they think to start investing they have to purchase one whole bitcoin, otherwise it's not possible to invest.

Others will also say it's not profitable to invest in btc anymore, because since it's expensive, the growing potential is inferior to cheap altcoins which can have their price multiplied by x100 to x1000, they believe.
3591  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for September on: September 06, 2022, 08:19:41 PM
From 20,000$ to 18,000$ in an hour. Sharp drop in btc price looks pretty bad. It's the perfect scenario to spread panic among investors, even among the experienced ones. Without controlling emotions it's easy to think crypto market is over and to develop a depressive behavior at this moment. For many people it's advisable to leave crypto market for a while until things start improving again, otherwise they are going to suffer in a daily basis with such fluctuations in bitcoin's price. Now I'm feeling the athmosphere of 2017-2018 bearish market.
3592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin should be pushed as a dominant global digital currency on: September 06, 2022, 06:18:43 PM
I believe to force bitcoin to be the only cryptocurrency goes against the principles of bitcoin itself, so it's not executable. People must make use of their free will in order to choose what cryptocurrencies they would like to adopt, invest and use in their lives. If they don't think bitcoin is a good option for them, let them go through this route, taking the consequences for their choices.

But to say the truth, I think you shouldn't worry too much about it, because the main reason why bitcoin slowed down wasn't due to altcoins, rather it was due to the global economical scenario and I would point US economical measures more specifically. Investors haven't stop investing in btc to invest in altcoins. They have stopped investing in btc to invest in traditional markets and economies.

Nothing can be done about that, though, besides patiently waiting for the right time when bitcoin will become bullish again.
3593  Economy / Economics / Re: Will crypto jobs make government jobs irrelevant in the near future? on: September 06, 2022, 12:50:54 AM
It's a fact many jobs will not exist in the future anymore, because machines are replacing human labor through automatic working processes. Where those people are going find an income to feed themselves and survive in this chaotic world is still a mistery, though. I think the tendency is to see an increasement in jobs of public sphere, because governments will see the creation of new spots as a possible solution to not let people starve without any money on their pockets.

Crypto jobs must increase in demand futurely, and even be integrated to the structures of our governments, so somehow one thing is connected to another, therefore to answer OP's question more precisely, government's jobs won't become irrelevant.
3594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Play2Mint & Play2Earn Blockchain Games on: September 05, 2022, 08:07:45 PM
I believe a play to earn game to thrive should bring an immersive and free world to players. Something like GTA, The Witcher, Elder Scrolls... With many different skills to evolve and a complete manufacturing/crafting system to develop raw materials into every goods of the game. So you could craft your tools, weapons, clothes, buildings and everything else.

I'm sure this game would be a huge success and many people would live it for real. The in-game currency could be a token/altcoin letting players earn real money for their effort inside this universe. But nothing too paid to win like the games we see right now. Actually, pay to win features have killed modern multiplayer games' structure.
3595  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Crypto lender Celsius mulls possible restructuring amid financial woes on: September 05, 2022, 07:52:42 PM
Is it even possible for the court to force customers who withdrew on the last 90 days before the bankruptcy to return the funds to the platform? Are there legal consequences, especially for foreigner investors?

Does anyone know if the company continues paying its employees in a regular basis? If so, the longer this lawsuit takes the less money is going to remain for customers. I fear they are just spending most money as possible in wages to fill their own pockets, lefting less as possible to be splitted among everyone else in the end.
3596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be worth zero? on: September 05, 2022, 05:33:53 PM
Bitcoin going to zero would mean 379$ billion dollars flying away and going somewhere else... It could mean the end of crypto universe, as without bitcoin there isn't cryptocurrency, or it could mean another crypto asset has overcome bitcoin with perfection. Personally I don't think an altcoin could take bitcoin's spot in the market. First because bitcoin is unique and every other currencies are simply a copy of it and second because once investors realized bitcoin was heading to zero they wouldn't invest in crypto anymore, fearing the same might happen to every other alternatives around, consequently leading them to irreparable losses.
3597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casino Stake.com sued for $400 million on: September 05, 2022, 03:52:55 PM
Every businesses are subject to lawsuits. That is a common issue many companies and businesses face daily, what doesn't mean the casino is going to crash and go bankrupt for this reason despite the case's outcomes. I don't know how much Stake is currently dealing with in a daily basis, but for being the biggest crypto casino among all, I guess a hypothetical 400,000,000$ loss won't hurt them at all. Remember a sole gambler wagered more than 1$ billion dollars on the platform already. For the house it's much more profitable to keep operating, even if they have to pay an indemnity, than closing the doors and losing its income that will inevitably cover the prejudice after a while.

Even if Stake is earning big, it doesn't mean that $400 million is nothing to them. It must still be a very big amount that will definitely be heavy on the owners' shoulders. Something might be sacrificed for that. It could be about a sponsorship or marketing plan. But until now, the case is yet to be finally decided by the courts. It could favor any of the parties involved. But whatever initial decision to be released could still be appealed so it may still take some time.
400$ million is a decent amount of money, but not the end of the world for the biggest crypto casino around. I wouldn't say something would have to be sacrificed in case they have to pay the indemnity, rather it would have to temporarily delayed, because the flux of new income must cover the losses in a while.
However, you are right: there are different possible outcomes for this lawsuit yet. Stake can win, lose or a middle term agreement can be reached by both parts. Usually the initial asked amount by the accuser doesn't remain the same by the end of the cause.
3598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting Strategies & Betting Psychology on: September 05, 2022, 12:12:00 AM
Strategies work in our psychological giving us hopes in vain we can beat the house and profit through them. Strategies improve a gambler's self-confidence, excitement and desire for playing, because somehow they work like a shield which makes the gambler believe he is protected and immune against the risks of gambling, especially the so feared long loss streak.

On the other hand, we can't give up on strategies when gambling. They are an important aspect of every responsible and successful players, because without strategies you play without rules and end losing more money than you can afford to lose. The point is that a gambler has to balance the strategy he is going to adopt, without escaping from the harsh reality that even though you are strategical you are still exposed to risks in gambling.
3599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which meme coin is your favourite on: September 04, 2022, 10:50:57 PM
Right now memecoins are all garbage. Doge had some nice reputation and history until some time ago because it is one of the first cryptos and a very sympathetic legit coin, but unfortunatelly the clown Elon Musk adopted it as his mascot and then the currency has become a dangerous one to be used due to market manipulation. Actually these coins aren't funny anymore. The word meme is just used to grab the attention of children and young people to this kind of investment in order to scam them, what ends being relatively easy due to lack of experience in the market.
3600  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investment against inflation on: September 04, 2022, 09:33:12 PM
The restaurant owner was lucky, because on short run no one could have assured him bitcoin was going to be useful against inflation. For many investors that trick hasn't been working since the beginning of the bearish market, as bitcoin doesn't stop losing value, although this situation is very likely to change in some years. Then we are going to see all its potential against inflation, but meanwhile patience is needed and a lot of fear, doubt and uncertain may appear during the process due to the temporary crashes impacting our investments just like at this moment.
