3581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To All Bounty hunters on: February 09, 2020, 11:23:26 PM

ICO's could still be a look and consider if we find it really promising and already been listed to reputable exchanges coz who knows that 2020 will also push a new listed project to accompany by a soaring market. Yes, we can't assure of it but we can't just disclose that there are still a few projects out there that can be trusted.

If there is a bull run, the hype is high so this project that are in listed in IEO has a bigger chance of success but I don't know if ICO could still rise at this point after being criticize due to its high failure rate, of course due to most ICO are scam. But anyway, it could be a different story once we already are in the bull market, so that remains to be seen, let's just watch and hopefully we will enjoy.
3582  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is better than your bank! on: February 09, 2020, 10:22:44 PM
Majority of the people in the world trust fiat over bitcoin, you are right making and sharing more articles about how good bitcoin is would help the adoption process but I believe it's not gonna be fast and easy.

Anyway, I expect that in the long run they will be educated so they can start using bitcoin.
However we cannot expect that majority of them will do, why? because bitcoin is volatile and they don't want to risk their money especially if the purpose is just to save money and not to invest.
3583  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin withdrawal fee is damn high in exchanges! on: February 09, 2020, 10:15:19 PM
The exchange fee will be higher if the value of bitcoin increases.
In some exchanges the fee are really high but with other top exchanges, you can get at 0.0005 withdrawal fee per transaction, that's already 5 usd at the current price but actually that would not hurt you if you are making money in an exchange.
3584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 09, 2020, 09:48:13 PM
Sad to see that this streak will now be broken. The longest streak in team history.

It's still too early to tell, they have their struggle but we know Spurs will come back strong.
They would try to fight to win and to be in the playoffs again but without Gay they really are struggling, so although their chances now to be in playoffs are low, I still like to convince myself that they can do this despite of the heavy competition in the west.
3585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: February 08, 2020, 11:53:25 PM
I am seeing the different, maybe he was taking a break for honest reasons, IMO, he hasn't been as effective with the GSM team anymore, people does not expect him to dominate anymore, instead, when he is on the floor, their opponent likes to attack him because he is slow and sometimes getting out rebounded by smaller players, what I see when he play is that he isn't aggressive so his move can easily be predicted.

Without him in the line up this coming conference I think is a good sign for the GSM to be a better team in the All Filipino cup.

With the C stand Rumor, I don't want to speculate for now as I am not a fan of a big company manipulating the NBA to make their teams better while making the other teams worser.
3586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To All Bounty hunters on: February 08, 2020, 11:35:14 PM
Being a Hero Member in the forum which started from newbie, I have learn a lot about bounty and 2017 was really the best year for all the bounty hunters.
After 2017 was the suffering since most bounty are not really paying or if they pay we will only get a small chunk of its ICO price since it will be dump when traded in exchange, and the sad part is that investors blame it all to the bounty hunters even if they own more coins they get from bonuses given by the team.

Now its really challenging to be part of the bounty but we have the belief that eventually the market will recover so choosing the right one and knowing how to hold strong would be the key to have a success at the right time.
3587  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Blender.io - Advanced privacy for Bitcoin transactions (mixer) on: February 08, 2020, 12:21:50 PM
Seems that the blender team is not so active in this community. Are they still doing good in this kind of business? Curious how bitcoin mixers are doing these days though...

Only OP can answer that question because its his business and he is the only one who knows the profitability.
IMO, in general mixing service are in demand because people like to maintain their privacy and they love to mix coins, if Chipmixer were able to pay a big budget for their marketing in the forum, that says they are really profitable and it's not impossible for this project to be profitable too.
3588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling: process vs outcome on: February 08, 2020, 12:08:45 PM
But gambling is really for luck so either playing in table or machines in casinos or betting off track betting and even in Lottery Luck is require to win.
So others are choosing lottery because of the Big Jackpot and like what you have said easy to play .
Those games that solely based on luck requires on luck but games that are skilled based requires skills to win and therefore there is a chance to develop that skills. You don't need to generalize that gambling requires luck as luck alone is out of our control, unlike skills where we can develop by ourselves.

Many bettors of this gambling are Old people or those who were thought by their parents or grandparents how to bet in lottery outlet.
We don't need them to learn, if you are a gambler and an educated about gambling, you know that Lottery do exist and you know winning chance in lottery is close to none.
3589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here dream of achieving their financial goal in life through gambling? on: February 07, 2020, 12:37:24 PM
Gambling has a high risk because it will difficult to recover the losses that we get from gambling games. But in trading, we have a chance to recover the loss if we can analyze to get the right coin to trade, and even we will have the opportunity to get a big profit from trading. That is right, and I prefer to do crypto trading than to playing gambling to make a living because, in trading, we have so many coins that can give us the chance to make the profit.
Don't compare gambling and trading when you are not both doing it, the result is you will be bias and because you trade more than you gamble, you will think that trading is easier to make profit compared to gambling. I guess everyone has their own passion, some likes to gamble because they feel they can make money on it, and some like to trade because they are good at it.

Exactly, gambling and trading are different so we cant compare it although the main purpose is the same "to make money" but the process is completely different. It is not apple to apple comparison. As what you say that it is also about preferences and about passion.

For me, I do have passion in gambling more than trading so I will defend that gambling is not a waste of time, effort, and money if you do it right. I am not saying I am constantly making money in gambling but I just feel if I take it more serious, I have a future with it, very few people say this, right?

Golden state had to move d russel because he needs to ball in his hands and long term that doesnt work with steph and klay coming back.  I think long term Wiggins works better for them than d russel.  Golden state also gets a first round pick which is huge

I definitely agree with your statement, D'Angelo Russell is more effective when he shoots more and we know Warriors like to play the team game, even Curry and Thompson share the ball with his teammates and only make shots when there's a good look, their style makes their team better and give confidence to other players. I like this move by the GSW, I know they'll not gonna regret this.
3591  Economy / Economics / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON CHINA ECONOMY on: February 07, 2020, 11:48:29 AM
I don't think a minor thing like virus can impact the whole economy of such a giant country. There are worse calamities like natural disasters, terrorist attacks, wars. Even then a country survives as emergency funds are stored for such times! Corona did impact but only to a very negligible limit.

That isn't minor, if that is minor, it should not case any panic.

There's a lot of news out there, there was a virus in the past called SARS and it has impacted the economy of China, and according to the experts, this new virus is a bigger one, hence the effect would also be bigger.

3593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Chain or Binance DEX hype is gone! on: February 04, 2020, 10:52:03 PM
Every hype would not stay because we called it hype, it's just temporary that should trigger investors but Binance DEX has failed, so as the Binance chain, however, we cannot conclude that it will not rise again because the bull run is not here yet, and when people starts investing in crowdsale projects, these decentralized exchanges included Binance DEX might increase its volume again.

in general, DEX have already failed but its Binance DEX who got the best volume in the competition.
currently with over $800 million trading volume - https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/binance-dex/
3594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 04, 2020, 10:31:49 PM
Still, we are lucky to witnessed Warriors rise from scratch.
Warriors have over achieved already, winning championships easily, now that Durant was out in the squad, the west is now more competitive and its hard to predict who would win the championship this season, and next season Warriors are healthy again, they can be considered as the championship contender.
3595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] How diversified are you in Altcoins in Q1 2020? on: February 04, 2020, 02:04:48 PM
I would always trust more on Bitcoin but if indeed the bull run will come, we should be ready by now.
When there is a bull run, we are not only expecting bitcoin to rise, but altcoins as well and with that, I am willing to diversify 50% of my total portfolio for altcoins and expect a good return this year alone.
3596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here dream of achieving their financial goal in life through gambling? on: February 04, 2020, 01:23:24 PM
It is difficult to achieve financial freedom, especially if someone wants to try with gambling games.
But that difficult doesn't say it's not possible, right?

People need to know that because gambling is not designed to achieve financial freedom.
I get that, there is no such business that has no risk, gambling is no different but this one is just considered a high risk and this is not for ordinary people with big dreams as to make money in gambling, you need to be extraordinary with big dreams.

Everyone makes their own decision, it's up to us if we try to take the risk and measure our capacity in gambling.

3598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 04, 2020, 12:44:20 PM
DeRozan stats has improve this season so far, if he work more on his shots then he will be more consistent comes playoffs time.

https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/d/derozde01.html

now averaging at 24 PPG compared to last season's 21.9 only and we have some supporting cast that are getting better and better per season.
Spurs is a legit team and they'll have a chance to be playing in the playoffs again although this season the competition is tighter.
3599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Casimero Bantamweight Unification Fight on: February 04, 2020, 10:39:34 AM
hope it would be 10.0 for Casimero  Smiley, but i doubt it would be that way because Casimero has a lot of followers here which love betting on the underdogs.
That's too much but we like that of course.
My guess would be 3.00 for Casimero and I would still glad to take that and since both fighters have a high knockout rate, then probably if there's an odds that these two would go in decision, I might still take it, or maybe a draw as it could possibly happen when both are giving their best and no one will be knock out.
3600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Crime is getting Worse, what do we do? on: February 04, 2020, 10:07:30 AM
Crime is everywhere, what do you do about it? It's not just only in crypto we have crime, people commit crime every day in various aspect of life so crypto is not an exception, the only thing one can do is learn to protect yourself by applying all necessary security measures and report any suspicious activities.
of course that is true but in crypto the reason why there's more crime because crypto was not fully regulated yet.
When people transact anonymously, that's where the criminals are taking advantage, of course this is privacy but with privacy, this also gives the criminals a chance to scam and launder their money.

WE NEED FULL REGULATION AND THE STANDARD REGULATION FOR THE WHOLE WORLD.
