3581  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hedge funds' FOMO on: November 17, 2020, 11:58:01 AM
yeah, it feels like BTC gold rush reached institutional investors too, lol
Now the question is, how long would it last? Both for the uptrend and the downtrend of the market. I have a feeling that we would reach A higher-high. I hope everything could follow.
3582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Injured and suspended players. Sites to check on: November 17, 2020, 11:53:59 AM
This is an excellent service to the gambling people. It makes the researching easier and manageable towards prediction. Is this only towards mainstream sports? Or some less famous sports are there? I haven't checked everything, though.

I would include this topic in my watchlist, for sure.
3583  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hedge funds' FOMO on: November 17, 2020, 09:31:17 AM
It seems like many people are going to be part of Bitcoin, and this is just the start. I think more and more people should get involved, and at this rate, this would reach an all-time high. I think more people are noticing it. I hope people would start acting on it and support Bitcoin. I feel FOMO just reading news about this, lol.
3584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A crypto Scammer on the run on: November 17, 2020, 09:00:32 AM
This is the reason why regulations are becoming stricter, and exchanges are enforcing KYC initiatives. I know that it would help the authorities get the culprits. At least there is some security for members that might save them from possible unwanted loss of capital.

I had a thought that governments should work together on this, since Bitcoin is globally used, so everyone is kind of involved. For sure, some of the criminals are out there fleeing their countries and maybe enjoying their lives in another place. Maybe some kind of collective effort can be done.  Shocked
3585  Other / Archival / Re: CitiBank & Report about Bitcoin: 21st Century Gold on: November 17, 2020, 07:08:01 AM
I think a lot more people see Bitcoin as a stored value waiting for your buy-ins to it. Most of the investors probably would want more with their money. Investing in Bitcoin would be ideal for anyone if they see the "projected" value of it. One of the reasons why it's going to be true is what Bitcoin could bring in the long term.

People should be reading this and know what could happen to fiat in the future. Conserving an increase in value would be the best thing that could happen when investing in crypto.

More and more people are getting involved in the crypto space, which is great for adaptation. That's the biggest takeaway for me here, and more Citibank clients could be interested in it.
3586  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Gunbot trading story on: November 17, 2020, 03:30:26 AM
As a reseller, I hope you wouldn't think I'm biased on Gunbot, but it's definitely the best one out there with all the customization you could do with your own strategy. With the recently released v20 of Gunbot, you surely wouldn't be disappointed.

Anyway, let me answer your questions, honestly.

1. What is the biggest profit you made
- It was almost 200% of my whole wallet. Not a trade, but the whole wallet. So what I did is I traded multiple pairs (this is futures market) and continuously traded with Gunbot.

2. What is the biggest loss you had to face
- I lost around $2k, which liquidated my account, but I came back from it. It was quite a long time ago too. You should know that trading is risky.

3. Which gunbot strategy you use most often with the gunbot
- The best strategy I used is the Market Maker strategy. It's one that is both risky but rewarding at the same time. It produces rebates that could be additionally beneficial in the long run.
- If I'm a newbie, I would start with the BBTA-TSSL strategy. I think that's a great approach.

4. Which exchange you trade most often with the gunbot
- Binance Futures, Kraken Futures, Nash.io, and OKEx. I focus mostly on Binance Futures. They are partners with Gunbot. Rest assured that there are many certified exchanges supported by Gunbot like Bittrex, Bitmex, Kraken, etc. You could check it here. https://wiki.gunthy.org/about/supported-exchanges

I could assist you in setting up and making sure that Gunbot is working fine. If you have more questions, I'll be more than happy to answer.

Thanks for mentioning me; jossiel now I saw this thread.
3587  Economy / Services / Re: i m looking for project that will pay me direct BTC for signature. on: November 16, 2020, 02:08:31 PM
Upon checking your profile, you have been part of this forum since 2018. I think you should be familiar by now that it's not just like that. It's either you do these different things for you to earn.
  • Offer your service and accept Bitcoin
  • Do micro-jobs for you to earn BTC
  • Advertise a campaign using your signature

There would be no one asking you directly to ask your services if you haven't offered or shown anything. You should know that the ranking is one of the important aspects when participating in the signature campaign, I suggest you check the summary of campaigns below.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0

You would see minimum membership ranks, pay rates, etc.
3588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal Reaches 85% of Binance.US Volume on: November 16, 2020, 08:59:58 AM
After this kind of news, it's definitely not going to be a shocker that many users would be interested in crypto. I mean, if a lot of people are sharing the good news about it, it's going to be blazing fast of spreading for sure. Knowing that PayPal is a big company, it's definitely not going to runaway with the funds in them. I'm not sure about hackers though. I'm hoping that they have great security when it comes to their systems in place.
3589  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - Reinforced by the pandemic on: November 16, 2020, 01:04:11 AM
Bitcoin price behaviour has been somehow similar to stocks and gold during this COVID worldwide crisis.
If you check all the market responses, it's all because of human behavior and what they will do with their current investment. Some would've probably withdrawn their investments in the market to prepare for the pandemic (which has happened). As the global pandemic is slightly loosening and almost going back to normal, people invested again, a possible cause of the rise in price. More adaptation and more companies investing in Bitcoin as well.

My question for the crypto community in here: Do you think that the fact BTC has survived the initial dump and rebounded, consolidated, marched upwards, and now standing close to its ATH acted as some kind of reinforcement to the trust investors have in this asset?
This could be a key entry point to show that this asset is definitely worth investing in. I mean, we cannot convince everyone, but we might as well try, right? It's best to show these kinds of facts to the people, and maybe they would understand how beneficial it is in our society's financial sector.

In other words, are you now, as an investor more confident about investing in BTC than before the whole crisis started?
I had become more confident and somewhat regret the BTC I exchanged for Fiat. I could've had a larger price on it, you know? That's just how it is, and I accept that with BTC.
3590  Economy / Services / Re: Starting a crypto trading group on: November 15, 2020, 02:01:12 PM
Are you thinking about collectively trading in whatever favor you want? Like maybe simultaneously sell then buy? I think it's going to be a little bit off knowing that the signal would come from you guys. Maybe the coin is what you are holding on to and want to have buy orders filled and get the money?

It would help if you elaborated on what you are planning to do. I bet there would be some people who would be interested.
3591  Economy / Economics / Re: Oil and USA dollar problem for USA covid 19 New oil on: November 15, 2020, 04:54:25 AM
It's hard to compare a Commodity to an actual product. Oil is necessary, while a vaccine is not (unless it's going to be required by the government). The vaccine cannot bring back the losses that it got during the pandemic, but oil can. As every country is going back to it's usually familiar, the oil demand might come back, but it cannot replenish, and the oil is depleting.

The best approach is still renewable energy and forms the new source of power for everyone In the world. Other concerns would be ideal to discuss, as well.
3592  Economy / Exchanges / Re: why i think Its the best exchange. on: November 14, 2020, 06:51:11 PM
The integrated bot is relatively new to me in the exchange scene, knowing that they only always have the usual controls like a market price, buy, sell, and all the other buttons necessary to have the trades. Maybe they are trying to stand out by helping the members more to profit.

I doubt it will always profit because how can one profit if everyone is profiting? Someone should be losing, and I doubt it's going to be the exchange.
3593  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal finally allowed BTC on: November 14, 2020, 03:41:24 AM
It did cause the rise, and I think this is just the start of the continuous rising of BTC. There are a lot of followups that came from this announcement and I see companies planning to make BTC as their capital reserve. I think that's just one of the things that could make or break your company but deciding if it's for the better, it is. I'm quite biased with BTC, but I think this will continue.

On the standpoint of PayPal, it's going to be hard to totally monitor all the transactions that will be in BTC because there are possible money laundering that could happen on their system so they are on the lookout for suspicious Transactions as well.
3594  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Avoid Bittrex! on: November 13, 2020, 05:35:22 PM
How did you get a verified account when you didn’t participate in KYC? Anyway, there are two ways I think you could do this.
  • Give your documents for KYC if you need the money
  • Move on and forget

I think it depends on how much you can afford and if you need it. To some people, it's a lot, but maybe for you, it might not be as much.

I had an account in Bittrex, but it became somewhat a dying exchange, and I don't know why. I liked it before, but now, it has a low volume compared to the top ones. Maybe you should just go to Binance or something.
3595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is NOT a replacement to the Stock Market/ traditional investments on: November 13, 2020, 09:22:38 AM
Although not everyone could have access, just like your note says, it's still best to know and understand those different types of investments you may have in the future. No one knows what could happen to use in the future, but the ideal thing to do is know what to do in the long run. Maybe they could follow your 3 Buckets of advice. Some will don't but what matters is you know what you are doing. It's hard enough to earn money, and it's harder to experience to lose it to something you don't understand. If you know Bitcoin well enough that you could earn money, then do it, and if not, it's better to understand and learn more first before dwelling on it again.

If I could add to that, I think one thing you could be missing out on is the emergency funds. You will never know what could happen in the future as well. Not everything can be solved with insurance, etc. Mostly, it would still come out of your pocket.

Thanks for sharing your opinion on this, OP. It's never going to replace the stock market, but it would work together, hand in hand, to make the investor richer.
3596  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which websites have hit you with random I.D Verification freezes on: November 13, 2020, 07:47:49 AM
It's probably not random now but a requirement to use their services, trading, holding coins, access to markets, etc. It's not that stupid if the exchange wants to prevent money-laundering tactics being done on their exchanges. It's some barrier that lets them operate legally on to different countries. I don't like the idea personally of giving personal information towards different exchanges, but that's just the necessity.

I'm sorry you had to go through that. It must have been rough to withdraw, especially if you needed the coins immediately. Anyways, I haven't experienced that because mostly my coins are in my Ledger, and I haven't withdrawn too much from an exchange to be disabled with withdrawals.

P.S. For the Ledger, good for you that you are going to get one. It's for the best, for sure.
3597  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Mongolia is a crypto-friendly country on: November 13, 2020, 02:18:17 AM
I know someone from Ulaanbataar, and I met him through online groups as well, and he said that it's on its way to development for the financial systems and payment channels all over Mongolia. It's probably going to be sooner than later. The developments of different countries with their personal CBDC's are quite the trend now, and I think it will push through.
3598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum: $500, $400, or $800? on: November 12, 2020, 04:57:40 PM
At first, I thought of this after reading ”what the heck is coinbazar?” ”is it supposed to be bazaar?” that's initially what I have thought of from this post.

Anyway, I do hope that it continues to increase in price again because there are a lot of people backing crypto Currency now, and large companies are making it their fund reserves.

We will see this soon, I hope.
3599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling = just for fun or an investment method? on: November 12, 2020, 09:34:08 AM
It could be both. I have thought of it sometimes when I lose money in either gambling or trading. It's what drives you, the thought of the possibility to earn more money easily with just a click. That's the gambling part, but even if you treat gambling as an investment, there's still the part of you that would want to go all in. Or that's just me, lol.

It's definitely fun when you win money but frustrating when you lose. The most important part of it is to know when to stop and not let your emotion get the better of you.
3600  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: One of the Chinese biggest banks issue $3B bonds tradable in bitcoin! on: November 11, 2020, 01:42:11 PM
Wow. They are aiming to even more people to invest in these types of bonds. Having an entry for $100 is pretty cheap, and you could already set yourself up for success if it becomes profitable. It's one to look at for the future, knowing that the one representing it is the World’s Second Largest Bank. Why not go with them? Right?
