3586  Economy / Goods / Shaving Supplies - Cut throats & Japanese Kamisori style razors on: July 18, 2013, 11:14:42 AM
For sale brand new CJB Kamisori Razors.

This a Korean version (clone) of the famous Japanese Feather Artist DX non folding Kamisori style razor.

It uses the exact same blades as the Feather Artist Series so the shave will be identical at a fraction of the price of Feather DX that cost over £200.

What you save on the razor will keep you well stocked in blades for the year.

Video of the Feather version in action, watch that beard melt away (CJB Kamisori shave will be identical)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQ2Iuuwg_fI&feature=player_embedded

These razors are awesome, and the feather blades are said to be the sharpest in the world and unless your a professional surgeon you'll never hold a sharper blade, they shave closer with less irritation than any of the cartridge Gillette style razors + will save you a fortune on blades.

prices -

Razors (inc. 1 free blade and shipping) - 0.1 bitcoin
packs of 20 Dorko blades  - 0.025 bitcoin
packs of 20 Feather Pro blades - - 0.03 bitcoin

So leave the Gillette for the wife's legs and start shaving like a man Smiley

Not a fan of the "added on price structure".
Shows a very reasonable price on the main product pages.. the proceeds to add on VAT and shipping charges to over £100 at checkout.

Yeah since when is that custom in the UK?
I thought thats an US invention.

Thats pretty much normal practice in the UK.

Buy gold and then no VAT to pay.

3592  Economy / Economics / Bitcoin mark up on: July 05, 2013, 07:33:05 PM
Here in the UK I think one of the reason bitcoin will struggle is due to the mark up when trying to get hold of them.

If Bitcoin is money and not just something to speculate on why would you want to transfer £'s to bitcoin at a 33% premium when the goods you are buying are linked to the price of £'s or $'s so your 33% down from the offset  Angry

Also suggest another tactic, track down all his friends and family through facebook/twitter/email and link them all to this thread.

Let them know the the kind of person he is.

3599  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: How to set up a mining pool in the US? on: June 22, 2013, 07:14:49 PM
thanks for the help guys, I was asking because I pre-ordered a few of the KnC Jupiters and was trying to put something together in AZ, I've met a few people since I've been on here and even though I'm new to it I think once we get up and running we'll make quite a splash...quick question the KnC's don't come with psus would so would it be good to run 1000w psu for each or is there another recommendation

KNC have stated not to rush out to buy any PSU's as they are going to make a big announcement in the coming week regarding speeds and power consumption (sounds like some good news coming).
3600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: June 22, 2013, 06:50:54 PM
Where did the info on the units' sizes come from -- do we have a solid idea on what they will be?

Looks like on KnC's site, they list Jupiter at 160 x 160 x 200 (I'm assuming cm), and 4kg weight. For those of us who are metrically-challenged Wink that converts to roughly 5ft x 5ft x 6.5ft, and just under 9 lbs.

And that's just one unit...! I'm hoping that they've managed to scale it down a bit, but I've opted at this point to use their hosting plan (whenever they have more info).

I think the size is probably mm so 16cm X 16cm X 20cm  Grin
