OK - finally managed to replicate the issue and the fix seems to have dealt with it properly.

I assume you are talking about the house edge, which is set at 5% on DGCDice.com.
Roulette has a house edge of about 5.2%.
Slot machines have a house edge anywhere from 5% - 17%
Keno has a house edge of 25%+
So I don't think the DGC Dice house edge is unreasonable.
Having said that the main reason it is currently 5% is so that the bank doesn't go bust right away.
The house edge will be reduced incrementally down to hopefully around 2% - 2.5% once the banks balance can support it.
