361  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is third party Bitcoin services really into Bitcoin for the technology? on: June 06, 2020, 11:18:48 AM
When we talk about third party, we mean business and a legal one. The only reason why Facebook didn't went ahead with their token is them being a regulated business. They wouldn't take any risk on their revenues. Coinbase provides it's info to the US government because it want to stay in business. They need to gain favors to earn. Government are mostly against crypto cause they challenge their legal mafia network.
362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum planning to take over??? on: June 06, 2020, 02:30:50 AM
If the POS experiment goes right, there's no stopping for Ethereum. It would solve the problems of scalability and inflation for the time being. Though miners who have invested huge may get angry, they would still have many options to switch to. But if the POS transition went botched, it would trouble Ethereum for years to come.
363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Trading on exchanges inside your very own wallet on: June 04, 2020, 03:22:06 PM
If traders and holders can trade on Exchange in their wallet that they own the private keys it will reduce exchange hacks, I'm not talking about dex because this idea is better than DEX, I know some wallets like coinomi and atomic support insta swap using external platforms like shapeshift or uniswap kinda but just think about it

This is something I'm looking forward to, while many might think it's impossible I think it's damn possible, what do you think

The wallets are using centralized exchanges to make the exchange happen and they take the rates involved. They are just automating the task which you could have personally done. Implementing the same with DEX would be cheaper but there are still no good cross platform solutions.
Most of the wallet that provide you your private key and choice of tx fees are non profit project or an open source project. If a wallet need to do that, they should also be an exchange.
364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coins for bounty hunters on: June 04, 2020, 09:58:50 AM
~
This will never happen. NEVER HAPPEN.

Take note of this, you are developing a new project and you don't have any funds to start with it. That is why new projects are launching a token sale from the start to gather some funds that they will use in the project. If they have an initial funds from the start then they will rather not launch a bounty campaign. That is why there is a bounty campaign. To advertise the project and at the same time gather some funds in the token sale.

This is the risk that bounty hunters must face. It is always a token or nahhh for them. They will either paid for their work and time or not. New projects doesn't have initial funds to pay the bounty hunters that is why they are paying the hunters using their own native tokens. This will not happen. It will very risky in part of the developers and the success rate of the project isn't 100%.

Rather than paying the bounty weekly, the projects can pay the bounty participants when the ICO ends. The bounty reward could be decided at the end of the ICO as value of x% of total crypto sold. This would make it easier for both the participants and the bounty issuer. This would not cause the pressure from bounty participants to list and a dump afterwards listing.
365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Devs please have some respect on: June 03, 2020, 10:59:13 AM
Most of the time the things about bounty and Prices are of concern of the marketing and Financial team than the developers. Anyway, the project team acts as one and should focus on creating a value for the token rather than making accusations against bounty participants for dumping the price as bounty token accounts for a small portion of the total supply.
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Have anyone tried USDT Fixed-Term Deposit on BigONE? on: June 02, 2020, 10:42:32 AM
BigOne is a popular exchange but as I see they are providing a fixed term deposit i.e. you can't withdraw unless your term completes and providing just 6% annually. More popular and trusted platform NEXO provides a simple saving account in and out anytime with 8% yearly interest. They are insured by bitpay and are quite trusted and they credit daily compounding daily and can withdraw any moment.
367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Jst token and Justin sun on: May 31, 2020, 10:37:25 AM
Had a look at the project. Both the site and whitepaper are primitive. The site's been here for some time but they haven't completed yet. For example in the faq section they write

What organizations are using USDJ?
A current list can be found in the Partnerships section of this page.

But there are no section about partnerships in the whole site.
They claim it to be similar to how DAI works, users bring in collateral to issue coins and as it itself is on Tron blockchain, we need to wait to know how legit they'll be.
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alchemypay, the next big project in crypto space on: May 30, 2020, 11:02:07 AM
Alchemypay looks like a nice concept specially to those who are not at ease with the crypto volatility. These types of apps are playing a greater role on crypto adoption  with their easier GUI and functionality. It would make it easy to make payments through cryptocurrency. They seem to be accepting most of popular crypto including bitcoin and are already providing service in Japan, Singapore and Korea. It's glad to see east asia taking the lead on crypto adoption and I hope I'll be able to use it next time I visit and use it for transaction.
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Builled for supporting Bitcoin Cash instead of Bitcoin Core on: May 30, 2020, 10:08:36 AM
Bullying is one of the bad aspect of internet. It always has been.
As a simple crypto user I am not for or against any coins. I believe every coin can contribute to the overall adoption of cryptocurrency in the world.
Talking good about bitcoincash doesn't make me an anti bitcoin and talking good of bitcoin doesn't make me an anti bitcoincash. A neutral user should point out the good things from bad in every crypto.

Point out bad in every crypto and blindly follow none, you'd be welcomed nowhere. It's bitter truth of the crypto community. There are very few who independently appreciate good things and criticize the bad ones. The case of Cobra is a classic example, he called the BCH fork bad and he was titled enemy by bitcoincash community and he realized maybe bitcoincash is not that bad and he was claimed to be enemy of bitcoin community.
370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Binance beat Ethereum on: May 29, 2020, 05:13:43 PM
BNB is largely depended on the sucess of binance ecosystem and binance though seems to be ticking all the right boxes at the moment, would fall behind one way or another in the future. Nothing is future proof specially in blockchain technology. A solid but unseen rival of binance could come in face of a decentralized exchange. With the development of cross platform integration, dex may get much more powerful than centralized exchanges and let the job done in much efficient way.
371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in cryptocurrency but which altcoins is good for long term holding? on: May 29, 2020, 10:51:58 AM
That would make a great portfolio for a long term investment. Though Bitcoin would be a safer bet, it has no room enough to increase in price at least in this circumstances. The transaction fees and scalability would restrict it below 20K while other coins as are cheaper as well popular with their own use and with smaller fees and better scalability for current volume could increase upto 10 folds in price.
372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Probit Exchange IEO Based Bounties Should Join ? on: May 28, 2020, 08:31:56 AM
Most of bounties that are running or ended based on Probit Exchange and Bounties Manger showing High Worth Bounties but when we get tokens and wants to sale on Probit Exchange that price is not as per bounties, should we joined Probit Exchange Based bounties or leave them ?
Welcome to the forum mate..

You just wrote your first thread and comment in this forum. But I just regretted when the first thread that you made was for money purpose and I think in the current situation bounty program is not worth anymore.

If I suggested, you may need to spend money first. You will be better if you have work in your real life and just set aside your money to invest or trading crypto. At least with the trading or investing you may have a side income.
We need funds before start trading we should have at least $200 to $500 for trading to earn good profit from day trading, so first, we should arrange funds to start trading.

This is probably the alt account trying to discuss the topics he/she can't discuss through the main account.
When people have limited option, we should go with the best ones among available and it's not just you but all of us that goes through the same dilemma.
And probit IEOs are one of the best bounties we could join at the moment. They might have dumped to a lower price on listing but they have delivered a value for the bounty participants.
373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deflationary Tokens on: May 27, 2020, 04:21:50 PM
Certain trader came with the concept that supply limit is a prime factor for deciding the price of the coin and so came the time of deflationary coins. Though the limited numbers made it easier for manipulation, the coin with just a deflationary feature got no interest from investors. They were in fashion around 2016-17.
But not all deflationary coins are lost, there are other genre of coins that have specific purposes and are also deflationary are still going strong.
374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is gambling another good use case for coin to have more demand? on: May 27, 2020, 10:07:13 AM
There are many gambling tokens in the market and the competition is tough. Bitcoin is the favorite for whales while blockchain based gambling is led by EOS and Tron at the moment. Gamblers are not excited about new coins and newer tokens have no relative success in gambling industry. One of the reason for them to lag behind is also their non impressive platform as they can't compete against attractive centralized casinos.
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Check your eth wallet address for some token valuation on: May 27, 2020, 03:53:34 AM
Yes, I do keep on checking Ethplorer time to time if my tokens are worth anything. But the sad thing is they are worth nothing. Most of the airdropped coins are around a dollar which is not worth exchanging to anything as most of it is lost on the transaction and my old bounty projects are worth nothing. That's why I've went for weekly reward than for a fake promise for future.

Selecting the right bounty is of course a difficult task and that's not a job you excel at as any project can go scam anytime. The best way to insure your profit is to join a campaign that has certainty of getting listed and the rewards being distributed. There are some managers who asks the project to escrow the funds even before starting a bounty and some projects that deals with exchanges even before issuing the ICO.

377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Analyst: "Covid-19 Could Spur More States to Legalize Online Casino" on: April 22, 2020, 07:05:22 PM
Don't know about governments asking it's people to gamble but people would certainly be much more attracted to online gambling in such circumstances. There are no clear future and people have very less thing to keep them entertained. Both of which makes gambling less risky and preferable.
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think CREDITS (CS) is a very well organized SCAM? on: April 21, 2020, 01:33:59 PM
I don't think Credits are a balant scam, if they were to scam users and run away, they would have done it already. They are here for a long time and working. They won't profit anymore unless the price of the tokens rise. The respective telegram channels are moderated by social team not the actual developers.
379  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does good side of gambling overcomes its negative side? on: April 21, 2020, 01:11:27 PM
There are many things in our lives that we do and most of it doesn't have a reason or reasonable outcome. Everyone need to do something to entertain themselves. Gambling and Alcohol are the two things that are as old as time and people indulge themselves to have fun. If you hadn't gambled or had any alcohol, is your life worth living?
