361  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you investing in Bitcoin? on: March 19, 2018, 04:10:20 PM
So my question is.
Are you investing into Bitcoin purely as a investment?
Or are you investing because you believe in Bitcoin and the technology?
Back when Bitcoin started i feel people invested, because there believed in it, and wanted to see it change the world.
Now days i feel people only look at it as a way to make money, and don't really care about the future of it.
Whats peoples thoughts?

I am investing on bitcoins just like what everybodies reason. There are a lot of people today who are hopeless about their future and because of that, they though that bitcoins will help since the value is keep on increasing as the time goes by depending on the markets value.
362  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Homeless use Bitcoin on: March 19, 2018, 04:07:21 PM
Guys what do you think about Homeless people who use cryptocurrency on the street is that an evolution or something else ?

If there are good samaritan who are going to help those kind of people who are willing to learn about the cryptocurrency and become a trader then they will not be helpless in their life so we should always share our blessings for us to become successful in the future.
363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For how long will bitcoin exist on: March 19, 2018, 04:04:06 PM

Bitcoin will definitely last forever because of the interest of the people that keeps the market increase its volume, another thing is that, social media's are also a big help because the advertisement is one of the reason why people is being convinced to invest on cryptocurrency.

365  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin loses its popularity ? on: March 05, 2018, 10:18:59 PM
Right now there are more coins available in the market which gives you more profit than bitcoin.
Bitcoin price is also not stable.
All these factors affect its popularity ??
What you think, still bitcoin is more popular ?

Bitcoin will never lose its popularity, there are countless numbers of investors each day on the market and because of that, the value of bitcoins is keep on increasing as the time goes by so there is no doubt that bitcoins will grow its value even more in the future.
366  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to promote Bitcoin on: March 05, 2018, 10:14:58 PM
if you have the benefits from bitcoin? you can promote bitcoin in many ways.

-By explaining bitcoin to others, spread the word about bitcoin and take note you must learn more about bitcoin to do this.
-If you have skills in blogging, design, video and photo editing, web design, etc. Create something different out of your skills to promote bitcoin.
-If you have business establishment try to experiment to accept bitcoin currency.

if you have any idea how to promote bitcoins just share here.

There is no need to promote bitcoin because there are a lot of social media's who are already advertising bitcoins like youtube and facebook and because of that, all the cryptocurrencies are gaining more investors.
367  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is changing the world. on: March 05, 2018, 10:13:02 PM
I'm not sure bitcoin will change the world. But I can say that bitcoin has changed my life for the better. I was able to make a lot of money and got out of poverty. The lives of my friends also changed for the better.

I also believe that bitcoin will change the world in a good way because there are a lot of people out there who are earning a huge amount of wealth because of the profit in the market that is over whelming if you invest a huge amount of bitcoins.
368  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really secure? on: March 05, 2018, 10:10:20 PM
Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

It is secured because there are a lot of coins out there that are not circulating in the market because it was lost by the owner, it only means that wallets are good enough to hold the coin and hackers will have a hard time to decrypt the passwords before stealing coins.
369  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the price be stable? on: March 05, 2018, 10:04:09 PM
I remembered watching a video about bitcoins and the simple information that a beginner can understand. It says that bitcoin only has the maximum of 21 million bitcoins and 17 or 18 million has been mined.

What would happen if the very last block were mined? Will the value of bitcoin finally be stabilized?

The reason why bitcoins is good for long term investment is because of the markets volatility and in order to earn more profit then you should always invest at the right time because there is always a pump and dump in the market and you always have to wait for the value of coins to decrease before investing.
370  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: February 27, 2018, 09:23:43 PM
I know a lot of people have different reason why the love and embrace bitcoin.
For me the decentralized nature of bitcoin and the thought of being able to send coins to anybody in any part of the word, no third party, no regulation(specific amount), no bullshit is mind blowing.

Anyone who will see how much wealth is bitcoins providing to the holder will be obviously interested on investing so bitcoins will definitely get investors by itself due to the popularity that is being spread by social medias.

371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why does bitcoin have value? on: February 27, 2018, 09:06:04 PM

-I think It is popular. many people accept and trade in Bitcoin because It is recognized and accepted as a currency by many.
-Bitcoin is decentralized and limited. This is a major factor for many Bitcoin users. Bitcoin is hard for governments to trace and tax
-Bitcoin acts like an equity investment. The market value of Bitcoins has had wild swings in value and even a market cap.
-Bitcoin is a social network. The Bitcoin "community" is active and acts like other online social networks.
-There are only 21 million bits so it has the same value as gold.

Bitcoin is becoming more popular each day because of social media's so its normal for the state of bitcoins to become like this today. There is a lot of consumers who are interested in cryptocurrency and that what makes bitcoins become the mainstream.
372  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As a beginner is it too late ? on: February 27, 2018, 09:00:41 PM
Hello,

I'm still learning about crypto currencies and willing to buy some bitcoins. Is it good time to buy?

Thanks

In my own opinion, we are all late on cryptocurrency but then there are a lot of people today who are still determined to earn bitcoins and hoping to get wealthy in the future so just try to become one of them and do not look on the years you missed because you cant go back to the past.
373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long bitcoin will survive ? on: February 27, 2018, 08:52:19 PM
Have you guys ever think to how long is bitcoin will survive in this world ? Well, I mean is there anything that can make bitcoin bankrupt or low price, then possibly will make bitcoiners doesn't want to invest anymore. And also is there any solution to avoid those thing. Just wonder to know.

Bitcoin will probably survive for over 100 years because there are variety of cryptocurrency in the market and there are a lot of new altcoins each day that is releasing who wants to join this industry and advertising their coin to get investors.
374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mining , Is it worth it? on: February 27, 2018, 08:47:23 PM
Hello guys, I have a friend who told me about BITCOIN MINING.

What do you think? Is it worth it ? Buying Hardwares / Mining Rigs and plus the TIME to be consume.
I'm not even familiar with it , so I'm probably asking for advice on for those old miners.

Electricity here in PH is so expensive. Do you have some tips and tricks?

Thanks in advance guys !  Wink

Bitcoin mining will be only worth depending on the electricity consumption you are getting monthly, the best thing is to canvass and plan on what hardware you will be getting in order to determine if you will be gaining profit or not before starting to run a mining rig.
375  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't look at btc every five minutes on: February 22, 2018, 06:36:13 AM
This is a mistake a lot of us make. If you track btc every minute you are more prone to panic selling. Btc has a lot of ups and downs, if you are in it long term the short price has little meaning

Most of the traders who tend to panic are just new in trading, those professional traders who are holding a huge amount of cryptocurrency does not worry because they all know that the value of their coins will still go back to normal when the market's value will increase again.
376  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is an asset or currency. on: February 22, 2018, 06:32:18 AM
I hear from many sources that btc is used for trading much more than it is for goods and services; doesn't that make it an asset ??
and is that necessarily a bad thing ?? and what can we do about it as a community ??

When bitcoins is not that much popular then at that times we can consider it as an asset but now a days, there are online sites which has a cryptocurrency payment method and we ca use bitcoins to buy products only so we can call it as a currency.
377  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: would you live in a country that use bitcoin as official currency? on: February 22, 2018, 05:57:33 AM
would you live in a country that use bitcoin as official currency?
assume that you're living there and get paid also in bitcoin. do you think it's possible to live in a country when one day the currency go up or down in 20%?

Most likely that in the future, we are going to live a cashless nation since the technology is also growing and those companies cannot hinder the growth of cryptocurrency so there is a huge chance that bitcoins might be the currency of the entire nation if governments will approve.
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins You Think will Grow on: February 15, 2018, 05:24:51 AM
As the industry changes day from day. our views as to what coins will grow in long term seem to change.
many thought XRG was it in December, then it was Tron, then people thought less

so anyways
your ideas of 5 good coins you think will grow for 2018?
Privacy and Alt Coins

I am still thinking NEO.
But I like to hear from everyone else. as new ideas help to research other coins.

more feed back the better.

There is only two cryptocurrenci that i am always looking for and that is bitcoins and ethereum. Bitcoin is good for long term investment because of the markets volatility and you will earn profit depending on the time you invest while ethcoins is good for short term investment because it only grows when there's a hype in the market.
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we have an impact? on: February 15, 2018, 05:10:19 AM
I wonder.  Smiley  It looks like the people posting here don't have that much btc/cash/funds and are almost all small fish.  One of the reasons is of course the bounty hunters.  People with >100btc don't need bounties.  People with >1000btc don't need this forum lol...  So I wonder, all the fud, shilling etc here.  Does it really have an impact on prices?  I tend to believe we are all manipulated big time by real whales with 100's and 1000's of btc.  If a group of eth hodlers of several 100k eth decide together: let's go down today, then we will go down. When prices are down enough they decide to go up.  Thoughts? This pattern is the most obvious on reall small exchanges with bullshit coins.  Look at some of them!  You KNOW they are worth nothing and all of a sudden they moon and drop.

Most of the users that join this forum has only one goal and that is to earn money. Jobless people are working on bounty campaigns to earn cryptocurrency and exchange altcoin to bitcoins, in this way they can make money for their living.
380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC of bounty hunters on: February 15, 2018, 05:07:35 AM
Bounty programs are asking bounty hunters to do KYC before they are paid for work done . What do you think of this development.
Maybe it's a good point. Invested in some ICOs and had to submit my KYC afterwards.  It was stressful for me. Cause I usually panic more than other people without a reason)) and KYC after the bounty and work performed will be more stressful cause you do your fair work and spend time with your favorite project instead of watching a movie))

Not every ico does really have the K.Y.C. thing because some of the countries does not require this legality. The best thing about K.Y.C. is to get more legit customers and it makes the ico even more popular to earn more consumers that will invest on their coin.
