Thanks for the comments. The relationship between BTC, and all cryptos, and the US dollar is complex, to say the least. The Republicans seem hell-bent on using the threat of default as leverage to get what they want. We might default for a short period, but Congress will almost certainly do something to stop that.
I am worried about the deficit and the long term future.
In the meantime, I will make some additional investments in BTC and other cryptocurrencies.
If it can happen, let it happen, I very much expect the US government to default. When an old empire collapses, a new one is born and that's bitcoin's chance. Maybe people won't choose bitcoin as an alternative, but the future is unpredictable, and we have every right to hope. Many of us has faced the similar situation where we came across Bitcoin few years back and prices were also low at that time but somehow didn't pay attention to it and years later on when we realised what we have missed the regret and guilt factor is always there.But even if you know about it's potential and didn't invest in it then you are making a big mistake but I am happy that have invested small amounts in it for long term that will give me returns in the future.
I believe that even if you go back to the past and you forget everything that is happening in the present, meaning that you do not know about the future, you will not choose to invest in bitcoin at that time. Simply put, people feel nostalgia for the past when they see the present, if bitcoin crashes, they will say they were right not to invest bitcoin at that time. Why does bitcoin being blamed, where in fact, FIAT is the oldest tool that is being used to launder money and tax evasion? That is absurd. Even today, it is still being used. So one of the root causes is simple, it is beyond their monetary control.
It is all just excuses, and they are not just blaming bitcoin for sponsoring terrorism and money laundering, they are blaming bitcoin for global warming as well. All of these are crap excuses to force us to give up bitcoin, but they have failed consistently, bitcoin is still growing and becoming more popular. Governments know well about cryptocurrencies and they also know that money laundering and illegal activities are happening good through fiat. But they keep on pointing cryptocurrency as the cause for money laundering and illegal activities. In most of the third world countries the politicians itself doesn't know about cryptocurrencies, so they stand against its usage. It is true that politicians don't have time to learn bitcoin, but they have advisors, leading experts in economics, so they don't know bitcoin is strange. As a politician, you need to embrace all the innovations of the world if you want your country to thrive or not be called a stupid politician. I guess this is a strategy for someone who wants to invest on Bitcoin for a long term but is scared of waiting for too long. So many persons will want to invest on Bitcoin for a long term but they end up find it difficult to have the patience on their investment and wants an instant shoot up of Bitcoin price,in other for them to sell and make profit,they end up been disappointed when it doesn't go as they wanted it since they don't understand the cyclic movement of Bitcoin. They end up procrastinating they will invest and some that have already invested will get fustrated when Bitcoin is in it bear market by selling their bitcoin. My suggestion to these set of people is that we should invest on Bitcoin for our children from infantry to teenage. In my country people starts planing for the future of their children from the moment the child is put to bed. Family and well wishers gives money to the child when they come to visit the new born baby to express their happiness for what God has done. Some parents the moment they give birth to a child they open a bank account for the child so that every month from their income they put some fraction of money to the child's account. Some money been given to the child during his birthday celebrations and other ceremonies or visit they always put it into the child's account in other to secure the child's future. When this child becomes a teen in high school this money must have accumulated to a reasonable amount which is used to support the child to either further his education,start up a trade or learn a skill. Fiat currency is fast depreciating because of inflation, why don't you buy Bitcoin Holdings for your child from infant and do all his savings in Bitcoin so that by the time the child becomes a teenager, Bitcoin price might have hit $500k and above. I have a son who is currently 2 years old so far, but he has already planned with me that at the age of 9 years old, I will gradually teach him about Bitcoin or cryptocurrency from its usages and features. Little by little if he is made to understand its importance that can help anyone.
I will slowly familiarize him with how it is used (bitcoin) so that he turn high school, At least He have a deep and broad knowledge about this matter. That's my plan for my son. I won't force him to understand it right away but I will just show him how it helps our family life.
2 years old I think he still doesn't understand the world of technology. I guess you should wait for him to be 6 or 7 years old to teach him what bitcoin is and how to use it. I also don't have children, of course what I do is teach my close relatives about bitcoin and how to invest properly so that they are slowly able to understand what bitcoin is. In my country, there are still many people who do not understand and have never heard of the name bitcoin, especially those who are in their 40s and above, of course, they need patience and the right way of delivery to introduce them to bitcoin. He said he would teach his kids about bitcoin when they are 9 years old. 9 years old is the right age to know about bitcoin. CEX deserves all the hates it getting now but doesn't mean it has also not been helpful to bitcoin and crypto space.
I know that most issues that affected bitcoin and crypto space as a whole was mainly from Centralise exchange in 2022 but that can't just make us stop using it instead we should be more cautious on the centralise exchange we use and since the whole issues happened , Government are going to strengthen the regulation of centralise and there will be more transparency from the exchange to their customers, especially with regards to custody of customers assets and proof of reserves .
Apart from the from this issues CEX has really helped in increasing bitcoin and crypto investors because most investors are not scared of buying coins from them because they are too many crypto scammers online and I myself got scammed last year,After that I come to the conclusion that if not CEX am not buying any coin.
Though I buy from CEX but I am always careful on the one's I use and I also use binance p2p. Some of the trusted one's are :

After the whole issues of FTX my advice is though buying from CEX is safer but storing all your funds there should be avoided and for holders just stick with DEX.
Honestly, I never hated CEX, even if FTX's demise happened, FTX is just 1 small exchange, and it doesn't represent all other exchanges. I have been using coinbase for more than 7 years and I have never had a problem with it, and I have not heard from anyone about coinbase solidity, they just spread the demise of FTX. It's like someone hates CEX and intentionally spreads Fuds about it. |

You can tell him that he can invest in bitcoin anytime as long as he has knowledge about it. Don't worry about missing out on cheap bitcoin as we are still in the bear season so there is still plenty of time to buy bitcoins. If you study hard, it can take 1 to 2 weeks to master the basic knowledge and at that time the price of bitcoin is still very cheap to buy. Knowledge is more important than buying cheap bitcoins. |

Leverkusen's form is still on a positive trend. This win against Bochum has made their winning streak five matches. The score was a comfortable one (2-0) maybe but Leverkusen still should be careful in their defense as well. Because they gave quite many opportunities to their opponent to score. If there was a more capable team against them the scenario might have been much different. But still it is of course great to see this high improvement in their offense performance.

It has been all green for Leverkusen since November picking up three points in their last five games. Yeh absolutely some of his crutial player are missing the big series against India, the player like Kane Williamson, Glenn Phillips, Trent Boult, Tim Southee, Ish Sodhi and many more who can contribute with team performance in order to prevent his team whitewash defeat against India in this ODI series. New Zealand missed Kane Williamson without a doubt but do you really think that Trent Boult and Tim Southee could make a difference in Indian conditions.
