I thought that there was an instantaneous decrease in ethereum with bitcoin.and after these events I thought of as a momentary decrease, I got 50 ethereum from 260 dollars. I can not decide what to do with certain levels. Of course, it is not right to make sales like this.my mind came up with the idea of joining an ico or a going ico . I thought maybe I could save the damage in this way, but I'm not quite sure. what should i do? Should not I?I've been loss since the day. I do not want to loss any more, but I can not find a solution. I am delighted to share your ideas in this regard.
The best thing to do is hold bro. This way you might make profit, but if you sell it right away you're sure you'll be in loss. I would also not advise you to join ICOs,if you do not have enough experience.Out of all the ICO's maybe 10 percent is profitable,so stay away if you're not sure what it's about. They got great marketing skills, and they prey on desperate people like you.

Does anyone have information whether bitcoin would distribute wealth more equally across people than the current wealth distribution?
Or would the distribution be even more unfair?
No,I don't imagine that would happen.Maybe if all this cryptocurrencies hold in future. For now I think it's doing the opposite.Poor people are promised to get rich if they buy bitcoin and hold, and the money again goes into the pockets of those rich ones that hold 95 percent of it.

Hello to everybody,
I have question about chart analysis. Are there any differences betwen chart analysis in traditional stock exchange and crypto exchange? Considering that the crypto exchange is much more emotional in decision making? Can we use exactly the same analysis techniques or do we have to adjust them to our crypto reality? If yes, please give me some tips what I have to change that the analysis would be more accurate.
Technical analysis is a great thing, but I would recommend it in two conditions. The first one is you already have experience in trading,do not expect to be any easier for bitcoin charts + always parallely follow the news and updates. The second is do not use it for altcoins. The market is way to volatile and often artificially pumped by the coin holder, likely various youtubers etc.,and when they sell it the price dumps, making any technical analysis useless. There are some hilarious examples, just look at the ChainCoin chart, beware of things like that.

What is your exit point? Where will you sell your coins? How much % of your stack will you sell?
Well, you always got to look at the bigger picture.Bitcoin is still relatively new thing, and it will just continue to grow in future. My prediction is ,with few smaller pumps and dumps, bitcoin will continue to grow, until unfortunately next big economic collapse which is from today's perspective more and more inevitable. So,try making as much profits as you can by then, and if we're lucky new times will bring new opportunities.

I always have that feeling. Regret. I had 300$ 4 month ago, and I told myself.. "Dude BTC will never go higher than $2,000" When it reached $2,500 I told myself "Now it is on the peak". Gambling scene: "I won't join this round it won't go higher than x2" *Yes I love bustabut* Then the round went higher than x200 Technically I was not right. Every time before I sleep I just imagine, and I am sure of that.. If I had taken the right decisions I would have been rich.. So am I the only one fellas? I would be so happy to know that I am not the only one #Dontattackme #From100Bucksto10Grands Hey Wait! I have like 100$ now.. What is the best way to do with it.. I will be like offline from internet for over a year.. I wanna get profit after I finish my last high school year. Suggest! First of all trading and gambling are two different things, and you need to make distinction between them. This gambling scene which you just described is a safe pathway to addiction. I know from my personal experience,so i recommend not regretting putting more money into bets, and advise you leaving gambling altogether. Trading is however another thing. If you're smart and intuitive enough you can make nice profits or worst case scenario stay even.Currently even though bitcoin is at all time high at 5500$ there's still a lot of room to grow,so I recommend investing.

So in trading how do you deal with loss? For example you've invested in an alt and now it has fallen quite hard and you're on the brink of losing all your bitcoin you invested in it. How do you actually deal with it? Do you wait and keep on waiting in hope that it will bounce back up and return your investment or you sell and get whatever left of your investment?
There are always rules you have to set for yourself when trading, and then follow them.I personally, when trading do few things. First of all,and everyone always mentions it,invest what you can afford to lose,so you can trade cool headed and not be in temptation of panic selling. Second of all, invest in the project you actually believe in.That way,if you're confident enough, when the price drops you'll buy even more, expecting it to boom soon. The third thing you can do which is smart is to make portfolios of at least 5 good cryptos you'll invest in.That way even if four of these are falling,if one is very successful you'll at least cover the losses.

I noticed that most times when btc is rallying almost all of the altcoins dip. and when there is a crash in btc all altcoins suffer as well. my interpretation is that for the first alts can't sustain the price against the $ if btc is high. and for the second, everyone is panic selling btc. what do yo guys think ??
Well Bitcoin,as most recognized cryptocurrency, serves as a magnet for money flow into the market. People are looking for next big opportunity, for next 'under the radar' coin which will make them lots of profits. People generally, only when they hear about bitcoin pump, get interested in other cryptos, hence more investing and the price rise.

Since yesterday news has been circulating that russia is going to introduce barriers to crypto currencies because it is being used for illegal activities, tax evasion , etc etc. Today bitcoin news came out with another article that putin doesn't want the central bank to put too many unnecessary barriers and it is relevant for the whole world. What do you think? Source : https://news.bitcoin.com/putin-central-bank-unnecessary-barriers-cryptocurrencies/ Well it's hard to tell when we actually don't know who started bitcoin. The world is generally divided into pro and anti globalist,Putin falling into the latter group. When you think about it,bitcoin on one hand fights the banking worldwide domination, but on the other hand makes the world more connected and 'global' under one currency. That is probably why leaders can't get to an agreement, they're still not sure what is the hidden intention behind the cryptocurrencies.

What is your thoughts about bitcoin cash? Is this one going to die? Price saw the deep and going deeper should i invest in or stay away?
The only thing I got from this coin is a few good laughs in a past few months. First the pump mid-August,then the gradual fall, then Roger Ver panically trying to promote it but epically failing . And finally entering into even faster death spiral, while all the other coins are going up . RIP to all those who expect anything from this shitcoin.

I just want to know all about that Ok,I'm not an expert but I can give you a few tips that I've learned being still a newbie. If you're trading bitcoin and other major alt currencies you don't have any problem and can use all the suggested exchanges mentioned above. However if/when you get interested in ICOs,new coins and early investing most of these coins are still not listed on major exchanges, so you need to use the smaller, amateur ones. They can still be useful but are prone to lags, transaction problems etc. so a caution is advised.

Hello. I have a folio of BTC, ETH, NEO and some alts. I've been watching at Bitcoin since 2015 but bought only at this summer (and the last move was quite bad, I bought some BTC for $4600). I try to study, watch vids, read forum and twitters. Chris Dunn has a vid on the topic but nothing really specific. I'm interested in some ideas about what to do when prices are falling. Sell alts and hold bitcoin? Short? (and if yes, so the next question is how to learn how to short?).
Well it depends on what kind of trading you're doing. If it's daily then you should wait for the dip and look for a buying opportunity. Here you got much less room for mistakes. If you're doing long term trading you should really believe in the project and increase in the value overtime, so smaller daily price fallings shouldn't really bother you. In my opinion bitcoin and a lot of other alt currencies fall into the latter group.

do you think it makes sense to do technical analysis for trading btc? I ask because i think that btc is no "ordinary" assset just like forex or stocks and that news seem to have a higher impact on btc than candlestick formations or so..
The bitcoin is still in its beginnings, and the market is still very volatile so doing technical analysis is not recommended, especially in long term trading. You could maybe earn some profits doing daily tradings, but for that, you should really know your stuff. Currently it's much more preferable following news and updates as this still affects the price direction mostly.

While that could be the case previously, the bitcoin dominance is falling slowly but steadily. That means the money flows into altcoins. When the percentage of BTC dominance is reduced enough,we can finally take a break a be carefree. Then when bitcoin dips again other currencies will stay stable, securing your funds.

This forum obviously, that's what made it so popular. If you're looking for most critical and honest answers you'll find them here. My second best source are few good youtubers which I follow. it's really important to discern the honest from the scammy ones. These latter often promote suspicious ICO's and coins. in which only they can profit. From the good ones I'll just mention here Chriss Dunn ,BTCkyle and Crypto daily.

I'm not sure about that, the governments are going more towards taxation of bitcoin profits,at least in my country. I think it's good thing actually. Better to lose some profits and get bitcoin accepted and implemented than completely banning the whole thing.
