Речь идет о казиношках с Provably fair играми? Потому-что там где есть слоты - априори Kyc free не может быть из-за договоренности с лицензионным поставщиком.
Все кто позиционирует себя как казино без KYC

It seems we now have a candidate to count the votes in the upcoming event (I think GB will be just happy to get rid of the work that takes several days .. all he has to do is publish the results). In any case, if someone wants to appeal any results, they can do so next year.  Wink

Uh, I read somewhere on one of these threads that o_e_l_e_o's account is locked. It can be verified with the BPIP extension though and that is what is stated on it.

When an account is locked it means you can't even log in to the account, kinda like Satoshi's account, so I don't think he will be able to read your message even if he is still around.
I don't think so. Otherwise I would not have been able to send him a PM.
365  Other / Meta / Re: [Results 2023] Bitcointalk Community Awards 🏆 on: February 29, 2024, 11:09:54 AM
Have arrangements been made to still be able to send him (or his family) the prize money? I still keep stumbling into his posts, and every time I'm reminded he should have still been here Sad
I sent him a PM, as well as the others (I hope they will be read by him or his relatives). Of course, if anyone communicated with him outside the forum, just let me know.

I can't comment on the alcoholic part, but shouldn't the last "2nd" be a "3rd" (for the Golden Feather)?
I summed up the amount of the prize for 2nd and 3rd place and divided it equally (for this reason GB is designated as 2nd place).  Wink

We will have to keep the Pizza competition in our mind and this time, I hope to participate in that event. I'm not sure that either I will win or not but at least I'll be happy to be part of that competition. Would love to be part of that huge competition.
The prize for 1 prize will be at least $1000! And I believe there will be many prizes!
367  Other / Meta / Re: [Results 2023] Bitcointalk Community Awards 🏆 on: February 28, 2024, 09:34:08 PM
Hmm, this is really huge and this shows that we are definitely moving towards progress and prosperity here in the community. With theymos adding this bonus I can definitely say we will indeed see alot of hell of different pies and we all should be ready to brace ourselves for the event.

All these events are what really makes this place unique and I salute all those that have being on the edge to actually make this place running and a success too.
Trust me buddy... the prize fund will be MUCH bigger!

377  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Wasabi Wallet - Open Source, Noncustodial Coinjoin Software on: February 26, 2024, 08:55:10 AM
While it's true smartphone hardware become more powerful, it's not the only limitation. Theoretically, Wasabi Wallet need to run in background while connected to the CoinJoin coordinator and doing some stuff (choose input, sign transaction, etc.). And since Wasabi Wallet use Tor by default, Tor also need to run in background. I expect it could drain battery quickly and the OS show warning about it. CMIIW.
What if, when you first launch the application, you can prompt the user to select by default what type of connection will be used to connect (for example, only Wifi). I know that this can be done in the phone settings, but few people worry about it.

And the mobile Internet will be used “only when using the application.” My point is that if the mobile Internet is not used to work in the background, then this will not affect the battery drain in any way.

Although, to be honest, I'm not sure how to implement this.  Smiley

Why does this user immediately go and pay 10.6 ETH to the forum after he lost his coins in the mixer?
So that his baseless accusations would have more weight (I have no other explanation).

If this were true, he could easily provide the facts without having to make a donation.
