It doesn't matter how much money you're getting in with, but what matters is to have a strategy. Either you day trade or long term holder, if you're a day trader you need to learn more about TA and market behavior. If you're a long term holder, you need to DYOR to find what projects you like the most and diversify your portfolio.

Not many good ICOs been around in July.  I think there was Sparkster that got a lot of hype (I didn't invest and not a fan because of their marketing strategy), and Quadrant Protocol (did well in Private sale but it seems they fail in their ICO and sold almost nothing).

I think because people fomo on BTC at the moment and waiting for the big news to come out (BTC Dominance: 45.6%). Wait until BTC stabilize around these areas of about $8k and a good chunk of this money will go back to alts 

I think one of the biggest mistakes I've ever done is to time the market. I think no one cap beat the market in terms of timing or behavior, because of that I don't think there's a good time but there's a good entry no matter what.

Ethereum got one of the finest communities in the crypto space and they working on Casper protocol and sharding which I believe going to solve most of the issues the network faces today. I believe that ETH is the future and there's no other projects out there can compete.

Easier to say than done. Many people been saying this since Feb, March and April, and if you compare the prices today many already in 50% loss or more. I believe the first step in crypto is to have a strategy, if you are a trader just set your goals and stop losses and you should be fine. If you're a long term investor, DYOR to find a good entry price and HODL.

It looks like an interesting project. However, I am still not sure why don't you sell it on DEX. Even if the project is not listed on a centralized exchange, you can still buy/sell via Decentralized exchanges like ForkDelta or EtherDelta.

I have seen a lot of hype around CET lately, so I decided to look at this week. What I found interesting that the coin went already x20 in the last few weeks and people are still hyping it. Personally, in a bear market I'd be skeptical about investing in a coin that did x3 and more.

I think everyone is ready for bull market as it's been quite tough months recently. However, I still don't think we're close to a bull market yet, the market needs more regulations to have a nice and long bull run.

I think both projects have a bright future and huge potential. Ethereum working on sharding and casper protocol to fix all the existing issues now, which can take the project to the next level. On the other side, NEO are building an amazing ecosystem with the brightest people around.
