Не понимаю идеи. Подписывать и отправлять сообщение можно почти в любой валюте. Приватные сообщения и дальнейшее их удаление реализовано в мессенджерах.
нигде не хранится (а точнее хранится везде, в зашифрованном виде). - то да, то нет.
В любом случае удали в начинаниях и в тесте на котиках.

Заметил, что жителей Африки очень много в аирдропах. Возникла мыслей, что они устраивают все эти E-скамовские дропы. И потом переливают на дельте между собой, поднимая цену. Африка не следующая, она уже там.
