L'ho scritto perchè ci sono già svariati casi di persone con carte bloccate (basta cercare nella sezione internazionale), può darsi che ti ho fatto un favore in quanto gli acquirenti potrebbero prendersela con te dopo un eventuale blocco.
Forse leggi poco il forum, le carte non costano 30€ al supermercato come dici, qui c'è un report di HostFat (ho segnalato anche lì il problema) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=840812. Non voglio criticare il tuo prezzo finale (ognuno è libero di fare come meglio crede), ma è per farti presente che tanti utenti, tipo jack0m stanno avendo grossi problemi.
Ad essere precisi, la WBK rilascia "ufficialmente" le carte solo ai residenti in Polonia, ma poi...presenti le carte "in lotto" e dici che le vendi per inutilizzo? 
Comunque sul serio, forse non hai letto bene ma il pdf è aggiornato al 28 luglio 2014 (Obowiązują od 28 lipca 2014), quindi è ovvio che lo scorso Dicembre non te le hanno bloccate. Dovresti specificarlo nel topic, per correttezza.

Perchè affermi che possono essere utilizzate sugli exchange quando sul TOS viene riportato l'esatto contrario?
