361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ❤❤❤[ANN] [ICO] JDS ICO is over on: March 26, 2018, 06:44:43 PM
They don't have to ask for binance or bittrex, even an exchange as "small" as cryptopia would be good for now. It'll boost visibility and regain people's interests. Not sure if they'll even consider about this, though

Why not try IDEX? Does anyone here know how to contact them to list this?
Is there any voting system there? I know that JDC is a very good coin and has a lot of potential since the team is really dedicated, but what is the meaning of such a coin when its existence is still unknown by all those crypto communities? Something with a limitation of only a million coins can't be sold at worthless rates, team needs to take serious care of their investors too.
362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TRX being dumped daily by a Market Maker! on: March 26, 2018, 06:26:10 PM
Maybe he just sold as market is going to crash? He really has too much tron but I think he sells not to crash the market but to buy at cheaper price at bear market.

Are you serious? Check the breakouts (I hope you know what it means).
Whenever such patterns occurred, this guy just gave a bang to the price, and I think that this guy didn't even buy when the price fell to $0.025.
Tell me, why would that fellow buy it back when he had such a HUGE stash already in his bags? He has unloaded his bags and according to my mentor, he will be selling the remaining in the next 5 days* (before the launch of testnet).

*Can't guarantee as he is the one who will sell them, not me.
363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can bitcoin change our world? on: March 26, 2018, 06:20:21 PM
But what does that decentralized technology really do
To infer what the intrinsic value of bitcoin
I haven't been able to do it maybe somebody else can.

Thinking of doing things privately? Well, at least Bitcoin is not like Facebook that broke the trust of its users globally by breaching the rules of data privacy.
At least, you can feel safe transacting through Bitcoins instead of being scraped (traced) by these fools who control your privacy there.
If you have not been able to do it, it's because you are not doing it properly.

Can bitcoin change our world?I want to learn from your opinion.

Bitcoin doesn't change worlds, it changes lives. It has changed many and providing such a lifestyle to many people that they never thought they would achieve in their life. It's not just about money or investing, it is about the technology that has created a whole new community in the world who wants to live with full freedom when it comes to money.
364  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After 3 months, what do you have? on: March 26, 2018, 02:00:14 PM
Since I joined the crypto market. My gain is zero. I only have experiences and lessons. Does that have been called successful? Huh  Undecided

We have all been newbies at times when we entered the markets. Slowly, you will gain experience.
Yours is not even short-term yet, so don't judge your trading skills but try to learn it with lower amounts.
Never go all in over anything, even Bitcoins. Only invest what you can afford to lose and loses are imminent when you don't know anything about the markets due to being completely new. Never follow those huge Pump and dump signal providing channels - they are just bitching the coins in which they have over-invested and want to dump on our money. Don't listen to anybody, do some research and then only try to invest. Watch the markets closely and read the charts, if you believe that there might be a movement where you can make money (not a quick movement but at least 2-3 weeks), go for it.
365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / TRX being dumped daily by a Market Maker! on: March 26, 2018, 01:54:59 PM
One of my mentors did a great research over this and told this to us:

"As you might know, the Tron (TRX) Test Net is launched on 31 March (main net will be May 31st), together with the announcement of their mechanism on how they will do a coin burn (announced by Justin Sun, CEO, early January. It is expected to be Ripple like (over time) and you could expect this to increase the price per token).

That's all public knowledge and this is why you already see the price steadily increasing by 5-10% in the last days. More impactful is this insider info: there has been a market maker who at one instance posessed 7.5 billion Tron (> 10% of total circulating supply in one wallet!) He purchased this between end of Nov till mid Dec. Since then, the wallet has only been selling and has never (!) purchased Tron again, not even when it was at 0.025$ last week. This wallet has been selling off Tron every single day and has kept the price low. At every breakout, he sold more to get the price back down. The rate was very slow in February (30M / day sold) but that all changed when Tron was listed on Bittrex: in a few days, he sold 2 billion Tron and since then, the average rate has jumped to 140M / day average for March. The previous days, the buy pressure is still very high and the MM is still selling that 140M average. This wallet 'only' has 1.26B Tron left now, so it stops in 5 days max... With the anticipation on Test net and Coin Burn, I estimate it's going to sell off sooner. And let this be a concidence or not, but what date are we then... right: 31 March. Boom, an explosive cocktail of news and fiercely reduced selling pressure.

Of course, DYOR. The MM's address is 0xB287a379e6caCa6732E50b88D23c290aA990A892 and can be found on Etherscan."

My mentor said that this guy will get all his coins sold till 31st March, so watch out for dips and look for the best entry point and take the chance of growing your portfolio more than 40%.

P.S.: Can't share the source of this as it was posted over Telegram.
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ❤❤❤[ANN] [ICO] JDS ICO is over on: March 26, 2018, 01:11:13 PM
If I remember correctly, it was somewhere few pages behind. I asked Roman and he replied with a blockchain link. I can not find any motivation to dig it for you though, as I begin to lost my interest on this project.

Don't mind me but losing hopes is stupid because I know that the project is good and the team is hardworking and dedicated to their job.
The only problem I see here is the exchanges. Why is it not being listed on bigger exchanges, why didn't the team try to reach bittrex or binance and ask them if they might get it on? I have seen worthless coins reaching to $1 without any reason (some of which were sold for a few cents in ICOS).
This coin is very limited in number and should be worth a lot in the future, but don't know when. I am not against the team nor their project, but the way they are doing it is making people lose their interest which will sooner make this a dead project.
367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is $900 a realistic prediction for ETH by EOY? on: March 25, 2018, 06:24:46 PM
I want to know what you guys think  Huh Is $900 realistic? I bought at $900 so I'm hoping I just break even. I don't really think it will hit back to $1000 because of the short pumps and whales taking profit repeating.

Go Long in ETH Futures Contracts, and try to keep the leverage to least (to keep the risk at minimal level).
ETH is yet to see a big price tag added to its numbers and IMHO, the time has come for the markets to witness a green period as the bearish markets are slowly turning to neutral. Mark my words, ETH will not be less than $800 until the end of mid-July. I don't exactly know the reason why I am saying this, but all I have is a strong gut feeling that the markets are going to turn the tables back for every investor who held their investments for longer than those who sold under panic.
368  Economy / Speculation / Re: And now? on: March 25, 2018, 06:19:02 PM
Dips and dumps are part of the game, just like growth and pumps.
It's never that easy for anyone, trust me, any investor including me would never sell for a loss but hold for things to get revived.
Even those who bought Bitcoins at $5000 must be thinking the same way, as once the crash was injected, it was imminent because it was seen by many investors that it was going to happen, so it happened.
But, I am very glad to see the price to maintain stability instead of seeing a big red free-fall. This is why it is always recommended to only invest what you can afford to lose.
369  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin price continue to go down? on: March 25, 2018, 05:49:16 PM
Bears are trying to make money over our fears and doubts regarding the price.
Whenever we sell under panic, they take the "leveraged" advantage through futures.
Try to understand the basics, trade only what you can afford to lose.
Bitcoins' price rose a lot last year, so this was going to happen with it once big players were to get a chance to make more money in fiat with futures and grow their Bitcoins too aside. Those who were thinking this to be a year for Bitcoins, let me make this clear that it's not Bitcoins but altcoin trading will make you richer sooner than if you'd have invested your money thinking of making huge gains. Bitcoins will only remain stable or get down more during the year, except the next 3 months which will be very bullish for Bitcoins.
370  Economy / Speculation / Re: What we can expect from bitcoin for the future generation? on: March 23, 2018, 02:53:18 PM
We all are thinking for future so How bitcoin and crypto currency will impact to the future generation and what bitcoin will bring to them in future?

Bitcoins will need to have all its scaling issues resolved as I don't see the world yet completely involved in the crypto usage.
Once we see it being used widely and at a global level, do you see any possibility for Bitcoins to scale the number of transactions that will occur over the network? I think that there should be some special organizations to spread awareness through all the crypto-related education among youngsters and make them more confident about the crypto world. Bitcoins, if utilized properly and if the future generation will be guided truly, can make fortunes for them once they learn the patience, the power of HODL.
371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ❤❤❤[ANN] [ICO] JDS ICO is over on: March 23, 2018, 02:42:53 PM
While I forgot to check for long time, I think I missed my airdrop and referral fees. Just PMd Roman, I hope to get a response from him.

There are several people whose token stuck on ICO page, and as far as I know, they didn't get any response. Although its probably because their post got drowned. It seems that Roman will come to this thread on every earlier part of the months, why don't you try coming back at the eary April?

Can you draw me to their claims where they said that they did a buyback?
What % of the earnings were used to do the buyback? And which trading pair was used to make the buyback?
The price of JDC is less than $0.05 and I'm seeing my tokens as worthless, I held it this long because I have faith in the project, but I think that they should increase their presence between us, as it's unacceptable from our end that you guys (project marketing managers) don't get even a minute to visit this thread and say something that's related to the project. Giving 1-2 news and only stats just once (at the beginning of the month) will seriously cause a decline in the credibility of the project. We want you guys to remain active and make the project active as well.
372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ❤❤❤[ANN] [ICO] JDS ICO is over on: March 21, 2018, 03:02:10 PM
There is no exchange for this Cheesy Only available on waves dex. Lower than ICO price Cheesy

Even worst, it's not even worth 10% of its ICO price (in USD) and not even 1% of its value in BTC.
Is this why we invested our BTC? We don't even get it where did you guys do the buyback?
Was it in ETH? Or against Waves? The price of 1 coin in ICO was $1 (when the price of BTC was $1000 and the set price for the purchase of JDC was 0.001 BTC). The price of BTC was over $3000 and the investments were worth 3 times, but the investments are currently proving to be a regret.
How long should we hold? Why are no other exchanges being added to the list after the listing over WavesDEX?
There is no volume, not even buyers. I appreciate the progress of the project, but did you guys forget the investors who were the backbone of this project?

374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Guide to Avoid Scams on: January 29, 2018, 07:25:51 PM
Below is a list that you should always watch out for, before buying tokens from an ICO:

- Clone of an already established (old) project
- Total coin supply (the ones with fewer supply - between a million and 100 million are good to invest)
 - Always check for the total amount that they try to gather and compare it with their project - DO THEY REALLY NEED THAT (HUGE) AMOUNT FOR THEIR PROJECT TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
- Check from sources and compare the information they give and see if that amount is sufficient (think as if you are the developer/manager of the project yourself)
- Hard Cap is a must because projects with no hard caps are just interested in gathering money and most of them probably run away (best example for this was my worst investment - Confido).
375  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Governments let Bitcoins and Crypto World survive? on: January 29, 2018, 06:59:29 PM
"let" is a big word specially when you are talking about a decentralized network. it is like asking will they "let" the torrent network, the Tor network, .... and other peer to peer networks survive!

First of all, torrent is not used to make transactions or circulate values.
You must not forget the situations with kat.cr (kat.ph).

Quote
you see, when it comes to decentralization, nobody has a say in what the peers on that network should or shouldn't do. of course fighting crimes and illegal activities is a must, and by preventing things like bitcoin you don't fight crimes you just made yourself look like a fool.

Nothing's decentralized anymore as everything is coming under regulations or straight bans. If you will use, why are you into Bitcoins? Ask yourself.
You are buying or selling it just because you are interested in exchanging values and making profits (growing your capital). But, once you convert your Bitcoins to fiat, you convert your decentralized world to centralized, don't you?
376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Will Governments let Bitcoins and Crypto World survive? on: January 28, 2018, 05:08:43 PM
My question is, are these Governments even going to let Bitcoins and crypto survive?
They are cracking down on it by saying that it is illegal to trade things such as Bitcoins as it is a support to terrorism and money-laundering.
They are not understanding why it was created, but are coming up with baseless assumptions and even hurting people who are paying taxes too to these money-hungry people.
We are currently in the jeopardy of getting cryptocurrencies banned everywhere as if more and more countries join the list, the countries which are supporting it may also choose the same alternative.
377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ❤❤❤[ANN] [ICO] JDS ICO is over on: January 28, 2018, 05:00:34 PM
No new updates from the team?
Just wondering how far this project will be.

The lack of updates also worried me. They're also very quiet in telegram. Their last news is just informing that the project is still in development phase and they have no marketing

They should understand that by remaining quiet, they are not just making us lose hopes out of the project but also putting their coin's value on the stake.
What is it worth now? Nothing. It's just listed on one exchange and no progress related to that thing.
Is this why we work for them (by advertising them) and even invest some coins? I've purchased 1000 JDC during ICO as the price of BTC was low at that time. Now I feel pity for myself and all those who invested in this.  Angry
Come and show up, shout out devs. Where are you guys? What are you doing with our money?
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is regulating Crypto killing the market? on: January 23, 2018, 07:39:48 PM
We re seeing a lot of things about cryptocurrencies in our daily news. Many countries are trying to regulate it by imposing restrictions. Does that mean the good old days have gone? Huge pump after the arrival of a new coin? HODL to gain 1000% or so? All these things have gone? The market is very dull, we couldnt even see a solid jump these days. So, is this the start of the end of crypto? Post your ideas.

Last year had been phenomenal, not just for Bitcoins alone but altcoins too saw some extreme push in their prices.
I think this year may be called as the "corrective" year for the whole crypto world which has created a dilemma in the markets after Governments diving in to eat their share. It's not important to see those pumps as they are not a good thing, seriously. They just downgrade the credibility of a coin when its price plummets whether in fiat or btc. I think that regulations are fine unless the citizens of that country are willing to show their Bitcoin trading or earnings activities as all these Govs need is that their dominance should be kept on top always.
379  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Growth and potential of Bitcoin in the future. on: January 22, 2018, 06:16:16 PM
If you believe in the potential of Bitcoin and appreciate the advice of experts, you should not be too worried when the price of Bitcoin down but the fun again right. At reduced prices you can use cash to buy more at cheaper rates.

Don't take this situation so lightly, as many governments have gone very active over this and are now trying to pull it down (end up the crypto-mania).
Their intentions are not looking good. Take some countries' examples where these "greedy" Governments declared Bitcoin mining illegal but said that they will be setting up farms and doing it "legally" on their own. They are centralizing it and getting their powers back and snatching away our rights to a new way of finance.
380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the time to invest in bitcoin? on: January 22, 2018, 06:11:49 PM
Hi guys,

A friend of mine told me this was a good time to start invest in Bitcoins because he believes Bitcoin wil grow up to 30/40k $ this year. Now I have the question is he telling the truth? Is this the time to invest? And how much money should you invest to get maximum profit.

I think that the wave of correction is hammering hard over the bulls who are trying their best to push the price up but are currently unsuccessful.
Wait and watch is currently the best option as fluctuations take place suddenly and drop the price immediately to more than 10% every time. Buy some altcoins over Bitcoins currently as they have better potential and fewer risks, ADA is good.
