Catex had no ICO, but you are right Catt token looks like another shit, even the exchange looked shit once, but now they are making some great developments. Lending in cryptocurrency is a very common matter in our country. We have a group where we do crypto lending, talk about crypto and transact in peer to peer systems. Usually, we do crypto lending in Bitcoin and Ethereum, I always prefer these two coins. Though we don't count the USD value, we do only care about the Satoshi value. So, if the price goes up or down, it causes no effect at all. I don't like the stable coin in lending, they feel not real crypto.

NANO is the best non-ICO altcoin. This is one of the gem coins in crypto history. Therefore RVN, APL, LOOM, DECRED had no ICO as I know. You may have a look at these projects before investing! If the crypto market pumps well then I believe all of these coins have a big chance to grow very well!

By seeing the XRP's recent huge growth, I think this just a matter of time to overplaced Ethereum by Ripple. Last year Ripple replaced the second place several times. If XRP does it this year, then Ethereum will get back again and again. Ripple will not hold the second place, only Ethereum will. Old Airdrops were far better than bounties. The old airdrops system was very quick and effective. I remember ARCC airdrop where I only submitted my ETH address and got 500 USD worth coins. There were many airdrops based self-funded project, tasks were very simple, Airdrop never asked KYC. But right now, to get a penny from Airdrops, people need to go through KYC, which is sucks!  Therefore, this year I haven't found any potential airdrop. They said Old is gold, well said.

You are right that developers should care about products, not about fake promises. This is very easy to write something revolutionary in the whitepaper! Honestly, I am not investing in ICO projects anymore because of these. ICO projects are full of fake hopes, fake ideas without any proper vision. I feel most of the new ICO projects are cheating with investors. We all know about it but yet some investors are investing in ICO projects go give them another chance. I hope ICO markets will be turned out into as good as 2017!

This is a common scenario if your chosen bounty is not good enough. All bounties are not scamming. There are many potential bounty campaigns are running now. For your help, I can tell Hawk, Pngme bounties name. I believe people will get good rewards from these two campaigns. I have researched well about them. So, it means, don't do every bounty. I totally agree with you. Latoken's IEO is nothing than shit. Some good projects went there to conduct the IEO sale, they returned back as a shit project. I have no trust in Latoken's IEO raising bar. Besides Latoken, I don't like P2PB2B, VindaX, Coinlim, Exmarkets IEO launchpad. People should careful before investing in this exchange's IEO. I do only care about Gateio, Binance, Kucoin, Huobi, OkeX, Bittrex and some other reputed exchange's IEO!

I am a little bit confused about the signature joining system. I looked at bounty 1 hawk school. But there wasn't any form for the Bitcointalk username or profile link. Does it mean I have to pm to your bounty admin in telegram for joining in the signature campaign?

I think Chainlink is the fastest-growing coin of this year. After the google partnership with chainlink hype, LINK coin got overwhelmed support from investors. This coin's price, rank in CMC everything has grown very well. Now, the LINK coin is in everyone's favorite list.

Starits, Waves, ARK are still very good coins, but not like 2017. Though ARK has some big development this year but I am not buying it. If you have a higher amount to invest then you may buy BTC, LTC, ETH, BNB coins. If you have about 1K USD, then buy BNB, KCS, ONE, SERO, NPXS, FX, BTT, NEO or buy some ETH! All of these coins have a higher potential to give you a good profit. If you are still holding the Waves, ARK then doesn't buy it again! There have many good altcoins right now, you just have to research hard to find the better one.

So, buying new tokens not just for making money, it can be good support for a new idea! Though the altcoins market is in the bearish situation, but this will be changed for sure. In my view, Of course, the world needs fiat. Day by day people is moving into the internet, digital money. In the near future, more people will involve in crypto payment too. But still, we need fiat. Whatever happens, Fiat won't die. Because it is more convenient for some reason. Cash money feeling is so different than digital money. To make a payment from each side to the other side in the world, digital money is very much popular and it will be growing with the time, but in your country, fiat is the best way.

Buying a new token is not a bad idea if you choose the perfect one! Sometimes we try our luck in reputed new coins. For example, if you buy Ethereum, LTC, EOS and hold them, then after how many months will you get double profit? No one knows. Because these coins already gained enough and without a big move in the crypto market, these coins price won't go high. But if you buy a new IEO coin from gateio, Binance or Kucoin launchpad, you can get 8x-10x profit within a very short time. This is the reason why I am buying new tokens.

It is not about Bitcoin prices all the time. Look at the Beam, Harmony, SERO projects. Their price higher than the sale price, because people found something great on these projects, so they are investing or holding. A new project with nothing new and unique can't get good support from the people. Even Binance couldn't help some of their listed projects from the downfall, because that project has no use cases after several months. It is good to see that crypto has lots of mature people than before!

You may check the Coingecko's exchange ranking for better understanding, there you will find which exchange is at the top according to the volume. VindaX is not a trustworthy exchange, this is not even average type, rather It's a low-grade exchange.  You are right that most of the exchange has less or high fake volume, but I am very doubtful that is VindaX has 10% real volume? I would not recommend anyone this exchange, because I think this is not trusted enough! Now, the decision is yours!
