when market is falling the what i will recommend is for you to hold, or you can sell part of your and hold somw if you really need money not for you to loss

for you to know about the project or coin you study there roadmap and get to know about the future plan of the project, you can know if project is a scam if you study whitepaper well

good ico can give you profit. but someone need to be wise and study well the ico he will invest too
