In fact I am quite surprised that Sandeep has actually managed to find a slot in an IPL franchise all these years. He can be very wayward and expensive at times. For Rajasthan, the strength lies with batting - especially Sanju Samson, Jos Buttler, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shimron Hetmyer. And now the useless Riyan Parag is also in good form.
I disagree. Sandeep Sharma and Chahal are anything, but ordinary. Just look at Chahal's performance in this match for example. Instead, players like Buttler, Hetmyer etc are very ordinary these days. Also, Parag's connections helped him a lot, but he finally started performing consistently in this season. |
