Because of scammers like the fiction characters in OP, I'm trying to invest only in ICO project with pre-ICO made MVP. While it's not a guarantee for success, at least you can see that the Developer team is doing a real stuff.

Every year I'm reading about the NEXT thing which will bury down ETH and Bitcoin, but both are still here.
Idea by itself is worthless, it need a mass adoption and I prefer to pay some fees instead of being a product. FB and Google are also fee-less...

I was running a bot for about half a year in 2017. Despite it was a bull market, the bot didnt really make profit compared to the high costs of running it. All in all I ended up with +30$ or so ...
Same here... I've tried Cryptohopper with their Adventure Hopper plan for few months and different strategies and I'm barely even, maybe on a slight profit. I have similar experience and with other bots. After months or trials and errors, I decide to stop using bot and star using my brain. Result are better. |

I'm using MA as only indicator during my day trades + volumes on the two sides of the book. It's working good for most alts if you don't do stupid moves.
This is for crypto tradings. For Forex I'm using over 10 indicators because they are much more relevant there.

2700 is my choice, 2500 to be more accurate but it's not in the options. If bears manage to break the 3400-3200 barrier and prices went down to 2500-2700 for a weeks or more, I would buy 3 more bitcoins. I'm ready to try another game - if bitcoin fall under 2700, ether will take ever harder hit and I will jump there 1000% because it will recover faster than BTC.

I don't think that crypto can kill the banks. IMO crypto should not even try to take over, because this will cost only problems and more problems. If crypto is going to make significant difference in the world this will not happen alone and fighting the banks and governments.

IMO now is best to invest in Bitcoin and couple altcoins like Ethereum and NEO. Stay clear of the ICO unless you are absolutely sure about it.

I'm just surprised that the effects of this bad market have a significant impact on most altcoins. Price is very difficult to rise, saturated. Moreover, ETH also dropped quite dramatically.
I think that Ethereum has dropped more than expected, because most of the project managers are dumping Ethereum trying to keep their tokens above the water. For the same reason Ethereum will be one of the first to recover when market is growing. |

I believe that MEW is very secure and safe. You have to be careful what you are doing and where do you use your private key, but other than that it is perfectly safe.

Ethereum is probably the best altcoin, but can never be better than Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the first and most popular coin. Both have a wonderful future but they are different and should not be compared this way IMO.

Now, neo one of the top 10.Neo is one of the strong tokens with good support from China. He also collaborates with Microsoft  The rank of NEO in CoinMarketCap today is 15th, not in top 10. However, I agree with you NEO is one of strong tokens, it has a lot of advantages compared to ETH. I think NEO or EOS will become the best altcoin in future I think that NEO position in CoinMarketCap is not so important, because the project is good and we already know it. IMO NEO is worth investing and the low price is opportunity for great profit. |

This year is indeed a very difficult time, and more and more people choose to stay away from encryption for the time being. Because of the sluggish market and stagnant development.
I think that this year is not so hard, but it was necessary. IMO all the people who denied crypto now will be waiting on a line to join back when the market is booming. |
