361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from centralized wallets on: April 10, 2020, 07:39:55 AM
Do you even know the difference between Centralized wallets and Dec wallets? Days back I lost my coinbase account and the team aren't helping, I'm glad I only have little Bitcoin on the account, would have been a different story if I use coinomi or atomic wallet because they give users 💯 control over their funds, private keys and recovery seed are important, always remember that

Example of Centralized wallets
1. Coinbase
2. Nexo
3. Luno

Any wallets that ask you create an account with mail and password is centralized, they monitor your private keys for you, be smart
In my opinion, storing your cryptocurrency in centralized wallets like those in Binance is not bad at all, if it is your purpose and also doing some trading sessions in there because I'm using a centralized wallet for exact in the Binance exchange since 2017 but I never encountered any problem so far, we as the owner of any centralized wallet like we use in the crypto exchange has also a responsibility for our funds, if we are away for a couple of days, it should be wise to withdraw our funds and stored it in our wallet with a (Private Key) in just case if something wrong is going to happen in the centralized exchange that we use our funds still safe even we are away.
It's a very bad move to leave your coins on any exchanges, either top or small exchanges, they aren't safe, anything can happen to them at any time, binance is well organized but doesn't mean it can't be jailbreak, it already happened once
362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safe Campaigns in the Altcoin sections to join. Dont waste your time with others on: April 10, 2020, 07:36:58 AM

Bithumb exchange Link

Listing exchange

BASIC FINANCE BOUNTY

1. Bounty will paid: 3333333 BASIC token.
2. KYC IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY BOUNTY HUNTER.
3. Bounty campaign shall last for 6 weeks.
4. For Twitter: Facebook: Reddit: Video Campaign allowing.
Bounty manager: Bountydetective
Thanks for your helpful topic, if you want like this Legal project then you can put your topic.

Since the project is already trading on bithumb then this is a good catch for those who sees KYC as no issue, to me I don't promote bounties that ask for KYC, my privacy is what I don't joke with

364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Browser add-ons are just not safe on: April 03, 2020, 08:59:08 AM
I heard a ledger chrome extension have stolen up to 2.5million in crypto, Users are asked to input their 24-word seed, which allows scammers access to the wallet’s contents. This is why I hate add-ons for chrome or Firefox, they aren't safe at all but how come people are falling for this cheap trick that have been around since years ago now?

⚠️NEVER share your 24 words
⚠️NEVER enter your 24 words into any internet-connected device
⚠️Ledger will NEVER ask for your 24 words

When will people learn?

Not all add-ons are harmful, those add-ons that will require user to input sensitive information should be avoided or properly verified before usage,  but the common add-ons that just assist users browsing experience should not be regarded as harmful, those that assist in learning, writing or performing other important task that don't require sensitive information is not bad imo.
But there are few add-ons that works like a wallet, for example metamask add-on which requires your private key or Mnemonic seed, some add-ons ask for sensitive information for sure, we just have to keep warning newbie but this won't stop them from silly mistakes
365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will 2020 be exactly what we hoped for anymore on: April 03, 2020, 08:56:22 AM
Many are expecting more crypto adoption because of the lockdown but I still don't know who it will work because we don't know how long the lockdown will go for, with money is the only way we survive but investing with money in this condition? I guess not
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safe Campaigns in the Altcoin sections to join. Dont waste your time with others on: April 03, 2020, 08:54:03 AM
As good as Geoma Dao project looks I still don't like the fact that the team can't afford to use a clear pictures, the team pictures looks more like a Photoshop shits, how hard can it be to take a very good pic with their smartphones?? Really annoying
367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can the market stand this trial on: April 02, 2020, 08:27:16 AM
There is always an end to everything, it's same thing with crypto space, good times don't last forever and bad times don't either, if you have enough patience you will witness both good and bad season passing you by, crypto is time
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Browser add-ons are just not safe on: April 02, 2020, 08:09:46 AM
If you must import your private keys make sure it's empty and after everything is done it's safer not to use the wallet address to store any big funds again, you are better off creating new wallet address, this is what I do most times just in case
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you received coins or tokens that you forgot that you promoted on: April 02, 2020, 07:48:40 AM
It happens to me when I used to promote Airdrops, most time I forget that I've promoted a particular Airdrop until I received the tokens in my wallet, it's nothing to write home about, just make sure you write down every Airdrops and bounties you promoted and you will be fine
370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Build yourself a solid portfolio with good projects on: April 01, 2020, 07:12:47 AM
Hmm is Temtum project that good? I missed the bounty project willingly because of KYC requirement, I will try and do research on it today, honestly I find new coins to be very dangerous to go for at this time, old coins gives me better rest of mind
371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Now Binance owns CMC! A Red alert for all the shit Exchanges! on: April 01, 2020, 07:06:33 AM
I'm not 100% sure yet that binance now owns coinmarketcap, I think the deal is not done yet but honestly I'm looking forward to it, someone has to set things right in crypto space, looking at how binance team handled things since past years I'm well pleased with going for coinmarketcap
372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: CMC Misleading new projects on: April 01, 2020, 07:04:02 AM
OP is right, it's not a wrong accusation, coinmarketcap lists on bad exchanges as well rated exchanges, developers won't listen to anyone if you try to earn them, maybe it's because CMC gives such exchanges good rating? I though it would be after after CMC introduce liquidity rating but it's not
373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MESSAGE TO BOUNTY MANAGERS on: March 31, 2020, 08:48:53 AM
No matter how pro a bounty manager is they will sometimes promote bad projects, that's not entirely their fault because projects can fail anytime and few can even turn to scam, not all scam projects can be easily detected
374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange tokens on: March 31, 2020, 08:06:15 AM
The fact about exchange tokens is many of them are dead already, it think exchanges are the hardest in crypto space, team have so much to worry about, security is the first, keeping people's fund safe is not an easy task, few good new exchanges will still come but they are more risky to invest on
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The success of a project is not the responsibility of bounty hunters alone on: March 30, 2020, 11:14:28 AM
If devs full baked their new projects it will do well in the market, even scam projects are fooling people and yet many fall victim, I believe what investors need is some new an different, corona coin has exit scam now and many are a victim to the act, what new devs need to do is to introduce better use case
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are You Happy For Participate bounty in this Year 2020 on: March 30, 2020, 11:11:38 AM
Serious bounties haven't find their way into crypto space this year, only few projects are worth promoting so far e.g blockburn, Spyce, cartesi, Olportal, alchemy, I expected more than this but since there the virus took over I bet no new project will be released
377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 21 Best Cryptocurrency to buy in 2020 on: March 30, 2020, 11:08:43 AM
This is the best list of some serious crypto project, nice one OP but presently every investors don't want to lose me, they are better off with stable coin like USDC or USDT, the safest coin to hold right now is stable coin or Bitcoin itself don't you think?
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can I earn money during coronavirus? Is it possible by crypto coins? on: March 27, 2020, 06:59:24 AM
Everyone should stay at home now, for god's sake.

But how could we earn our life without getting out? Actually, there's always someone outstanding that can do something special. To be the special one, you have to take the long view. Well, I'm thinking about earning some cryptocurrency and turn it into real money during coronavirus. You know, by investing some altcoins, by airdops, by bountys, etc.

I check this:https://www.webounty.io/Guide-to-Earn-Money-at-Home-During-Coronavirus a few hours ago, I do need get some money, so I feel excited about it. But I am wondering if it's really the correct way. Will I
be cheated? Does anybody can help me?
Welcome on board newbie, I'm one of the few who are expecting newbies on here because on the virus issue affecting the globe presently, if you are here to earn then bounty is a good way to start but mind you it's not a quick money making scheme, it takes time, months or even years to get paid sometimes, yes webounty is good and also look for Airdrops, they pay faster than bounties
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: New suggestion for unpaid bounties on: March 27, 2020, 06:55:59 AM
Here are the reasons why we don't get paid from bounties most times.
1. Funds issue I'm ICO or IEO
2. Project exit scam right after fundraising is over
3. Uncompleted development which will definitely cause delays, might even takes month to get it over with.

Bounty hunters must have patience to enjoy bounties, the bounty that paid me the best was Airwallet and I joined in 2018, that's two years ago now, they just paid in January 2020
380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are You Happy For Participate bounty in this Year 2020 on: March 27, 2020, 06:51:54 AM
It's too early to be happy about bounties released this year, remember that some will take months to years to pay bounty hunters and get listed on exchanges, bounties are always full of delays, stop dreaming about been rich if all you have are still on bounty spreadsheet
