361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano the new NEO? on: May 10, 2018, 06:42:14 PM
From Cardano has all chances to bypass the neo. In 2018, the coin expects a steady growth for the progressive development of the blockchain and the low speed of the reaction of States to the development of the crypto industry. The course can go up to$ 3.5 per Ada coin. At the same time, it is important to anticipate the fact that after the start of mining Cardano in the second quarter of 2018, the price can start to grow very sharply, the coin is now very far from its peak value.
362  Economy / Economics / Re: Portfolio on: May 10, 2018, 05:10:59 PM
It all depends on your ambitions and desire to earn. Every day there are more and more promising projects that can make hundreds or thousands of percent profit in one year. If you hold 2 or 3 coins, it is very likely that they may not be very successful, unlike others. If you have capital, then distribute it as much as possible in more coins. Personally I have about 70 coins. And this is not the limit, as the appearance of interesting projects, I replenish my portfolio.
363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What am I to do? on: May 09, 2018, 10:18:09 AM
Now all the markets are crashing down and I don't know what to do with my altcoins. My briefcase fell 30% in a couple of days. I'm afraid I might lose more. Selling or hodl?
The market is cyclical, after the fall will necessarily increase. If you decide to invest in debt, then you need to learn how to respond more easily to such market fluctuations. This a normal process. Many promising altcoins from the top 50 are sure to give multiple growth, but it takes time. Be patient.
364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about NEO on: May 09, 2018, 10:14:03 AM
2018 will be the year for the Chinese airtime to implement the plan. NEO comes out of the shadows, allowing the world community to appreciate all its advantages. Since cryptocurrency really has significant advantages, and developers are actively promoting it up the "career ladder", we can safely assume that the next year will be triumphant. Coin clearly has excellent prospects, in the framework of long-term storage. Recommended for long-term purchase
365  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is investing in bitcoins today late? on: May 09, 2018, 10:11:10 AM
It is never too late to invest, especially in such a promising digital asset as bitcoin. Now the price of bitcoin is around 9100$. According to the practice of last year, the main growth of cryptocurrencies began after may 14-16, when the Consensus 2018 conference will begin / will be held in new York. In the past year, with this conference the heat is gone. Therefore, now there is a correction of growth in order to buy cryptocurrencies cheaper
366  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if you forget your bitcoin wallet password? on: May 09, 2018, 10:07:24 AM
In order not to face such a problem, it is best to store bitcoin on hardware wallets. For example, the ledger nano's or tresor. And the phrase of recovery to be stored in several places. In case of loss or theft or physical breakdown of the wallet, you will only need to enter a new phrase and all your assets will be saved.
367  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin VS. GOLD on: May 09, 2018, 10:01:33 AM
It is difficult even to compare the usefulness of gold and bitcoin in the real world. Gold has been used as a currency for over 2,700 years, and although you won't go to the nearest gold bar, it's always relatively easy to turn it into dollars. In addition, it is used for the manufacture of crowns and fillings, as well as in industry — as an electrical conductor. Bitcoin accepts a handful of sellers today, and it is impossible to live by paying with bitcoins. Moreover, it cannot have a real use because it is an intangible asset. And, if you do not store bitcoin, its only purpose is to be a means of exchange when buying/selling goods and services.
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2018 Crypto predictions on: May 08, 2018, 07:53:14 AM
In 2018, many companies will start investing in technology! The blockchain on which Bitcoin is built is the revolution of the twenty-first century. Now there are 1200 variations of digital currencies on the market, which try to solve their problems with the help of blockchain. Banks have already stopped fighting it, and use it for their needs. They started working with Ripple to create a new, more transparent system. In 2018, a sharp increase in government control in the virtual currency market is also expected. We expect that the ETF will be approved by the us financial regulator in 2018.

This will increase confidence in the cryptocurrency. Financial institutions will begin to invest billions of new money in bitcoin and offer to invest to their customers
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on Zcash? on: May 07, 2018, 03:19:02 PM
For supporters of cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin, but who want a greater degree of privacy, Cash is a great alternative. It gives the same opportunities and additional anonymity. Functionality is not sacrificed for the sake of it. On the basis of the totality of the data currently available, it can be assumed that Cash expects an expansion of the scope and a bright future, perhaps already this year.
370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: whats your plans for the year 2018 on: May 07, 2018, 03:13:48 PM
I am not very strong in trading on the market, so I like many will hold coins for at least 1 year. I think the most promising coins this year will be such as ETC, EOS, NEO, AKA, XP, XVG.  If possible, I will participate in ICO and bounty projects.
371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Dogecoin a Good Investment for Today? on: May 07, 2018, 03:05:41 PM
2018 year began not with the most pleasant news for all digital coins. The Asian market is trying to ban bitcoin, the governments of different countries want to introduce their national cryptocurrencies.  Against the background of the news began a total collapse of the rate not only bitcoin, but also other digital coins. Interest in dogecoin at the beginning of 2018 can still be called high. But will it be so in the middle and in the second half of the year? Perhaps, the hype, the popularity of coins will gradually fade away. There is an assumption that it will fall to the horse at all 2018 year.

Dogecoin's optimistic Outlook for the future of 2018 flashes as often as it is more pessimistic. Some say about the long life of the dogs, others-about his collapse in the current year. There is no reason to worry that this will happen in the first three months of 2018. For this period growth of a rate is predicted. So I think 3-4 percent of the capital can be allocated to this coin.
372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Positive results on ETH by this week. on: May 07, 2018, 03:02:42 PM
There can be no growth without falling. Now we are seeing a slight correction. But Ethereum keeps strongly, in a week added about 15%. And in General, the market capitalization has grown quite well this week. But it is necessary to pay tribute, the General sharply negative background practically disappeared from media resources, having been replaced by skepticism and small attacks.
373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: May 07, 2018, 02:56:25 PM
Let be real. How many of you guys actually read the whitepaper? I read whitepaper sometimes, but reading multiple of them can be a burden and a headache. Do you guys got any tips on getting through whitepaper a little faster. It killing a lot of time. Thank.
If I am interested in the project and want to invest, then I definitely study whitepaper. This book describes all the technical aspects of the project that help me make a decision on the project, invest or not.
374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum, Ripple or Litecoin? on: May 07, 2018, 02:54:16 PM
What is the best choice regarding investing in these coins? Lately I have sold my Ethereum and now I am waiting for the right moment to buy them again, but shall I also buy Ripple and Litecoin?
All three coins are very promising and there is no need to choose between them. Divide the available capital and buy all three coins in equal shares. Each of them is able to bring 100 to 300 percent profit for the year. Thus, you diversify your portfolio
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty and too many participants on: May 06, 2018, 12:47:40 PM
Hello community!
 What do you think about popularity of the bounty campaigns? I see many new participants joining bounty campaigns, especially Twitter and Facebook. With more and more new participants, we will earn less and less rewards, also many of potential buyers would rather join bounty campaign than invest to ICO - again less rewards for bounty participants.
 I hope that we will see some regulations here and bounty campaigns be more strict in rules and they will choose only the best participants.
So, what is your opinion, guys?

I agree with you! Interest in cryptocurrencies is growing stronger and stronger every day, and in bounty companies there are more and more participants. To earn good money, you need to participate in at least 30-40 companies, and it is quite time-consuming. Personally, I have an interest in the bounty begins to disappear, it's just a pity his time. It is more reasonable to engage in trading.
376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why China banned bitcoin? on: May 05, 2018, 09:24:26 AM
The fact is that China, more precisely, its leadership will do everything to ensure that the economy continues to develop. Therefore, it will take extreme measures to preserve power at this historical stage. Mess with the exchange rate of the yuan, the bitcoin, of course, prevented to achieve stable performance before the October summit.

China: bitcoin interfered with controlling the movement of capital
The bitcoin ban is a way to secure capital controls, given the $ 1 trillion that has left the country since the summer of 2014. Foreign exchange reserves came to a relative norm in 2017 and increased by less than $ 100 billion. Countering foreign capital outflows, stabilizing the Renminbi, and banning bitcoins are a few steps taken by Chinese authorities to provide a positive backdrop to the National Congress
377  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Legalization bitcoin on: May 05, 2018, 09:17:51 AM
It is here that the greatest number of users of cryptocurrencies is located and this is not surprising. Bitcoins are so entered into the life of ordinary Americans that almost all startups associated with innovative technologies are immediately attached to the blockchain. In addition, throughout America you can find a large number of Bitcoin ATMs.

The fact that the use of cryptocurrency in the US is legal, I think it is already clear. There are even a few institutions at the state level that ensure that virtual money is used only for legitimate purposes.

Yes, indeed Japan is one step ahead, and it is actively legalizing cryptocurrencies. If we talk about the United States of America, the fact that bitcoin has become one of the official financial instruments used in the US economy, the currency it is not considered. The law classifies bitcoin as property from which taxes are taken.

Without the help of the United States, the country legalized or just going to legalize bitcoin, can not do. No one has such experience in working with digital currency and therefore they are always ready to provide information and advice on creating a regulatory framework, as well as determining the legal status of bitcoin
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shall I buy ETH? on: May 04, 2018, 07:09:24 PM
The world of cryptocurrencies is only emerging, and it has a very long way to go. The General opinion is that this sector will continue to grow, especially its two leaders – bitcoin and Ethereum. Moreover, the prospects of ether look better. Optimists say that in the near future, the air will pass to his older brother. However, there are a number of issues that need to be addressed. And I'm sure the developers will be able to solve them. Ethereum is worth taking as a long-term investment. He has great potential!
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding EOS? on: May 03, 2018, 08:16:10 AM
Of course I keep the coin EOS, and believe that it will succeed this year. It has a lot of advantages, including:
1. Behind its development is an experienced specialist in the field of block technology Dan Lorimer, who has already implemented his skills and experience in the implementation of projects such as Steemit and BitShares;
2. EOS tokens are easy to buy and store as they comply with the ERC-20 standard;
3. the platform will offer a wide range of features including zero transaction fees;
4. the availability of everything necessary to create applications for IOS with the ability to control the cost of hosting;
5. no need for a fork in the future due to the ability to scale.
380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty platforms on: May 03, 2018, 08:11:11 AM
At the beginning of this year, the bounty not the bounty platform, such as bountyhive else could make. But now I think it makes no sense to participate in the bounty on these platforms. They gained great popularity, and attracted a huge number of participants. From 2 thousand to 7 thousand participants per company. And because of this, now earning very very low. I now prefer to participate in the bounty that I find on the bitcointalk forum.
