I bought 5 bitcoins when it dipped to $3k. Something was telling me to do it so I did it and I'm so glad I had this opportunity. I'm sure soon it will be up to the $4-5k region or more.

Found this coin from users signatures and I'm so glad I did. DeepOnion looks VERY promising and I feel I can bring alot to the table being an expert in website designing, graphic designing, search engine marketing, and being an article/blog writer for 15 years. I feel with a nice makeover this coin can be up there with dash/monero even better since this coin is TOR integrated for anonymous transactions. Will go check out deeponion.org for more info! Hope to read your ideas and feedback soon! Thank you, got some nice ideas for a website and logo redesign. Don't mean to brag but I'm very good at this.

I keep my bitcoins on a password protected USB with electrum wallet. Never had any issues in several years of holding my bitcoins.

Some people can't digest the fact that bitcoin's price might decrease any time, any day. So to avoid such a situation people just sell their bitcoin whenever price rises as they think "Something is better than nothing", so they get some profits which would help them only for a short run. They do not believe that if they don't sell it and wait for some more time the profit ratio will be higher along with higher risk involved.
I personally think it's better to hold on to crypto currency and reap its benefits than to sell early and make little $$$.

This is actually a good idea. I'm sure theres a way to have something like this implimented directly onto a wallet.

Right now, the Bitcoin market is riding on a big ship of negative news and nobody can say when this ship will finally be docked so we can move on and let this time be just another down history for our digital currency. The whole cryptocurrency market is affected because of what is happening with Bitcoin. People are encashing their hoard of Bitcoin so they can escape the heat while, of course, there are also many like me who are just " HODLing" what they got thinking that they can weather this big storm...which we will. This is akin to suffering the power of Irma...there would be destruction everywhere...but ultimately we can get on our feet and rebuild. The same here in Bitcoin. In the past, Bitcoin also crashed yet after some time the recovery took hold. We just have to strengthen our mindset on Bitcoin as it will not go away. Remember that just last year...the value was at $500...and just after many months it escalated. This is the trial stage for Bitcoin and we should stand united for it and HODL

I don't think the profit will be good enough from mining at work. You also risk getting fired if they find out. Not worth it IMO.

I personally use an ironkey USB thats password protected with electrum wallet. You can get the electrum wallet at electrum.org. It is very secure and reliable. I have never had any issues with this cold storage for my bitcoins. One thing for sure is write down your 10 keyword phrase and password incase something happens to the USB you can still recover your bitcoins.

You should probably start by getting some programming experience. I guess you could learn about C first a bit. You can't really understand blockchain that well if you don't know what are linked lists and some cryptography about hashes and public keys. You need to know about assembly language a bit, to understand stacks if you wish to understand Bitcoin transactions in detail, since they are like little programs on their own (scripts to be exact).
Read some beginner books about C programming. Then read up a bit about hashes and public key cryptography. Then maybe you will need some about assembly language to understand it low level. Then the Bitcoin whitepaper I guess. And so own. But start with programming.

I live in NYC and go to Ottawa very often. Look through my "started posts" for my selection. I can source anything in the US. I hear menthols are outlawed in Canada? A carton of KOOL 100s are $40USD at the Duty Free. Just as good as the $15/pack Newports in NYC. Inbox me if interested. Thanks in advance!
I'm interested, shooting you a message now! Please tell me what else you're selling as well, I had a hard time looking through your post/threads.
