This is just a speculation, I do think that in near future a new project can snatch the second position from Ethereum, better smart contract block chain will surely throw some heavy punches on Ethereum even if they switch to POS successful

Even few scam coins that are here for long term defraud are in top 100, so don't make it sound like all top 100 coins and tokens are safe for all investors, always remind them to do better research

Bounties will only be profitable for those who don't give up, many bounties are crap to begin with but if you rely on your research skill and also try out different set of projects one will eventually become successful

To say the truth no damage was done when Bitcoin was rising and falling, it's just normal market procedure, when Bitcoin rises all other coins revaluates and when Bitcoin falls it's bad news for altcoins, what matter is when you jumped in

Bitcoin has indeed ran a good race to over 10 000$ and it has pushed up the prices of altcoins simultaneously
Do a proper root research before getting into altcoins, resist all temptation to fomo.
Because when btc moons, the dead alts can rise momentarily only
NB, FOMO is not a good feeling during the bulls
Fomo doesn't always work, sometimes if favours but most times it's so misleading, I don't get controlled by the present Bitcoin movement, jumping in and buying coins now is so risky, I think the buying days are over |

If you can handle the depression of working for months or probably years without getting anything then its fine, if you can't its really not healthy to depend entirely on bounties for everyday living, you will end up frustrated and that's not good for health

Now that bitcoin is trading over 10k it will be hard to buy 0.5 because you will be buying at a higher price compare to when it was at 7k weeks ago, why can't you choose other stable coin? I don't trust USDT because its centralized, its a risk holding it for long

Every altcoins has a future but its hard to read the mind of the project's team, the truth is every team has their own motive, some aren't here to make their project work for crypto users but here to get their pockets full, no matter how promising a project use case is its all on the team's to make it work out

Usually we all want to see Bitcoin pric go higher and higher in each single minuet, But this is painful that when BTC grown and we drop out portfolio. Basically Alt market comes in crypto for multipurpose but most of use involved in alt market for making our bitcoins double, triple or more than this.
Here is everybody knew about that whenever bitcoin make sudden move weather its base on any news or due to whales artificial price manipulation this cause huge damage done in both our portfolio and alt coins too.
I think this is very strong reason of alt market crashes and many of new investors harms too from this behavior of market.
The fault is all on you if your altcoins end up been a garbage because many are at ease investing in top altcoins, you can't ever get wrecked if you go for top altcoins, so its not bitcoin fault when altcoins loses value, be careful which one you keep |

The only project I can side till date on this OP point is Apollo, they never did any ICO or IEO, the CEO and team spend money on the project themselves and they still ask investors for opinions, this is rare in crypto space

we have too many altcoins in crypto space and if you keep selecting you will have too many you would want to invest in if you have enough money, I'm more into my ROI so I go for bitcoin instead, I don't invest more than 500$ in altcoins because that's how much I can afford to lose

Any altcoin with huge volumes can be use to day trade, volume and liquidity is the only thing that matters, this is why bitcoin is the most favoured to traders and I prefer bitcoin to usdt trading because of its good liquidity on all top exchanges
