361  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will Michael Saylor and MicroStrategy sell BTC? on: February 27, 2024, 06:35:53 PM
Does it have to do anything with your holdings or accumulation, as far as I know, it won't impact you at ll but it will cause some temporary fluctuation in the market still many buyers are waiting to make the OTC deals with MicroStrategy for the mass buying. They won't dump all in the open market because they've already experienced how big mess it creates in the market, a recent example is LUNA treasury.\

At present, there is a multitude of fan theories surrounding Bitcoin, accompanied by numerous concerns and speculations. All we require is time to allow destiny to unfold. Whether we emerge wealthy or impoverished hinges on our chosen course of action. My sole recommendation for any crisis is to avoid succumbing to weakness, as the potential of Bitcoin, even amidst a million speculations, will remain unchanged haha the hero is reborn haha just a joke.

362  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would BTC ve further influence over the Fiats if we ain't safe with the bank on: February 27, 2024, 12:03:33 PM
Haha, so many references to the old posts and I cant go through every post on the thread, anyway on the concept of this topic I would say, Bitcoin was meant to be a payment mode and it is still a good payment mode still offers the highest transparency, decentralization dn on the same time the powerful and secure systems but with these provision of a network how come we can consider to be cheap every time as well.

TBH Bitcoin network congestion is a mass problem for many of the P2P traders, and they don't consider Bitcoin as an efficient mode for payment due to obviously high fee but I wonder why they don't consider the incentives they are enjoying with Bitcoin network, "You can get everything in free" you need to pay for the best and its not like that you are over paying everytime most of the times Network fees ramins low, even if it goes people should consider it while transecting millions because no other payment mode is as reliable as others, but for a common perspective a cheap network is beastg they are even willing to risk their assets so compleltly domianting the fiat space in payment for  bitcoin it requires a decent time and developments until or unless people don't accept it with the incentives and cost Bitcoin is not gonna be a universal payment mode.
363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Miners attempting cheating on: February 27, 2024, 11:55:29 AM
firstly
we are long passed CPU days

secondly "miners" are not what they used to be either

bitcoin now uses asics. miners are asics.. but
.. asics(miners) dont collate transactions nor create the block template format for the reward amount/collated transactions. they just do the PoW hash power work of sha256 hashes

mining POOL's are the management of the block creations
a mining POOL is the manager of those PoW hash power workers(asics(miners))..
a mining POOL is the manager that collates transactions and forms the template of a block format

if a mining pool accumulated enough hashpower(convinced asic owners to be managed by him, or he bought alot of asics to self run), where there was enough hashpower to solve hashs for blocks..  to solve blocks. but the block format/data did not meet the rules the network agree to.. the network would reject that block, in milliseconds of receiving it.. thus no negative affect on networks blockchain. its just never added.. thus the mining pool wasted its time..

mining pools dont set the rules. they just collate transactions ina block format that must be within the rules the rest of the network agree on.
so its actually financially beneficial for a mining pool to make blocks in a acceptable format with the accepted amount of reward the network rules expect, for his block to be accepted and thus able to spend his reward..
if he doesnt, then his block attempt is rejected instantly, and he cant spend anything.. because his block just doesn't exist on the blockchain, so wasting his time trying to mine blocks that dont meet the rules

Ahh.. haha thanks for the info It helped to understand a new concept because I've never felt that understanding the core terminologies and the technical aspects, but I was sure enough to discuss any of the basic terminology and their role in the network, as for baseline miners compete to add blocks and the nodes enforce the consensus rules by validating the transaction and block on the network.

ACIS's technology was a tonic for the network hash power and integrity on the Bitcoin network to establish a much more secure system. But at the same time, I have a question why miner's incentives can be downgraded and here I'm talking about the other than block mining.
364  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin portrays less risk of financial transaction than other investment system on: February 27, 2024, 11:39:04 AM
First of all, investment and trading or I would say safest investment and trading are not terminologies to be discussed in the same light because there's a huge gap in their fundamentals. We cant relate investment opportunities as an asset to the trading. i think we should acknowledge this don't he base level

At the same time when It comes to the attributes and pros of the technology the proper understanding and education are required for the efficient use of that technology to prove the merits of  that particular technology, as you've mentioned the security of the P2P transection on the Bitcoin is physically threatless, on the same time you need a proper awareness regarding the digital threats, wallet compromise, custody, phasing etc etc on the same time, Human error is a big threat as well.

Consdier you've entered a wrong a public address or selected the wrong netweok for the trasection ow the millions of dollars are gone forever. What I'm trying to say is the proper education dn guidenace is required to utilize the system dn still may of the people are unaware of the system so to fully acknowledge Bitcoin as a safest investment and utility still there's room for educating people by having regular discussions on every medium.

366  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What are the challenges of developed nations nation? on: February 26, 2024, 07:49:46 PM
This topic seems more suited for the economic section rather than the "help & beginners" category.  section, TBH this topic belongs to the economic section because from the title and from the latest comments on the discussion I've realized there's everything to discuss is for the inflation-like challenges.

Inflation is not a big deal for developed countries I think the topic that should be discussed more efficiently is the challenges for undeveloped countries where the discussion can cover a broad number of challenges and perspectives because for developed countries the standard of life is not a big deal and for the undeveloped countries even the living standard is a challenge and inflation a far crisis. Haha, race is still a challenge I've come to know after reading a few posts here on this topic.

In my opinion, promoting education in underdeveloped countries is crucial. By doing so, we can empower individuals to improve their living standards and access basic necessities like food. I'm mentioning this seemingly unrelated topic here because it's important to highlight the concerns of people in underprivileged regions. While discussions often focus on challenges faced by those already enjoying a good standard of living, we mustn't forget that many people in underdeveloped countries lack access to even the most basic necessities of life.
367  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hi let me proof to you my signals follow my trading on: February 26, 2024, 07:34:07 PM
hehe, I've seen many such posts on social media and here on the forums as well, OP I would like to ask only one question what was the timeline of the target getting hit because it's a bull market, and sooner or later everyone potentially project is gonna hit the realistic targets and for Super no doubt currently its one of the leading game projects and getting all targets hit in such projects on the hype is not a big deal.

For the signals I've been against these signals from day one, it's complete shit and there's nothing to learn and earn except for the differential "L". I'm not aginst the Signal seller they are doing their job perfectly to scam people with shit I'm just curious about the signals premium membership buyers what are they don't after knowing everything.
368  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Isn't trading almost like gambling? on: February 26, 2024, 07:13:32 PM
Today I visited a friend who is a forex trader, according to him he trades on the USD, gold and BTC and I normally don't fancy the idea of trading because it appears a bit complex for my understanding and from my little knowledge, it seems as though trading is almost same as gambling because at the end of your analysis you're not sure of the outcome of the trade since it's basically a short term adventure and the volatile nature of most traded items depict it to be uncertain with time.

My question is, isn't trading almost like gambling considering it uncertainty and also looking from the fact that he has lost a fortune out of trading within a short space of time?

Is it possible for him to easily recover his money back or is losses like that very much a part of the trading experience?

As you've mentioned you found trading a bit complex and if you are finding it complex means you don't acknowledge everything that's the reason you are saying that isn't trading like gambling to remove this a small difference between the trading and gambling borderline you need to learn about what trading is and how works, you need to learn about market, trading terminologies, and other skills related to trading.

First of all trading without knowledge is gambling and on the ending node I would like to say we've already discussed such gambling vs trading topics many may times and there's no room to discuss the entire topic against for that OP you should consider searching those topics and making efforts to learn about your queries from those topics and discussions.
369  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Weekly Net Outflow of Bitcoin from Exchanges Has Been Increasing on: February 26, 2024, 06:53:56 PM
TBH, it has nothing to do with the inflation but I would say that this is a bullish point for Bitcoin as people are moving their funds into cold storage or to non-custodial wallets for long-term custody/holding. Before the start of the Bull Run, the on-chain activity was already indicating the shortage of the accumulation supply and this was the biggest reason  I'm supper bullish for this cycle that the market is gonna hit $200k in BTC.

The capitalization market is gonna hit almost $7T to $9T, and with this capital with the current dominance of the Bitcoin target seems like a piece of cake but this net capital amount in the market is really optimistic it depends on the regulatory developments are gonna happen in 2025. Hoping for the best here.
370  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can we see BTC at ATH before the year ends? on: February 26, 2024, 06:37:57 PM
I've watched BTC go from 23k to 52800 currently and with reports stating BTC outflows from exchanges rising to 8months HIGH, do you think BTC will hit ATH this year?
https://coinmarketcap.com/community/articles/65db377c13c6094f48999ba4/

The All time high for this cycle is not possible by the end of the year I can assure you that, we can hit the previous all-time high, but for the cyclical all-time high you need to wait for the 2025's really.

Many analysts are predicting that 2025 will be going to be a more bullish year compared to 2024 because fo many fundamental and political changes are going to happen in 2024, I'm also bullish for 2025, and for the new ATH, we can neglect it. putting some more words on the speculation I'm expecting an ATH of 160k+ or almost 190k by the end of the cycle. IMO people are a little bit tired because of the current market consolidation and a little boring timeline because Bitcoin making massive gains in days due to ETF's hype, anyway the current market gains are natural and good for the market maturity. The new capital is flowing into the market and again now the trust is rasiing.

372  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 21 million of standard gold bars in the world. on: February 25, 2024, 03:47:25 PM
Not to be rude but I think your personal assumption isn't correct. It's strange to see someone comparing gold bars with Bitcoin total supply and that's somehow awkward if you ask me. I suggest you to do deeper research before making such assumptions.

Bitcoin supply is always limited to 21 Million and Gold bars will increase overtime when miner continue to mine more gold. We still aren't aware about many Gold mines which exist on this Earth so it would be foolish to assume that there will always be such amount even in future.

Hmm, well I don't think so there's nothing wrong with commenting on a person's view, the concept of 21 million Bitcoin and the supply of Gold in the bars comparison is ridiculous and at the same time we should acknowledge the fact that gold has no supply limit if you keep mining gold it will keep flowing into the market as unlimited supply.

375  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Learn how to read crypto market charts on: February 21, 2024, 09:55:41 PM
Code:
DYOR
All these won't be necessary for a long term holder so I will replace your quote with
Code:
HODL
. a long term holder have no reason to learn about market movement or charts although no knowledge is wasted you can just glance through it but there no need to stress on it. Only a short term trader would really need to know more about the charts and market movement.

Well, I would like to make some corrections here, price action and chart reading are important weather he's a timeframe trader or an investor with a long timespan vision, because without chart reading you cant make good entries.

Price action helps a lot in the efficient of the trades while making an entry in the market or taking an exit. Why and How I think you should know it as well.
376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many times we will make the same mistake? - History repeats Again & Again! on: February 21, 2024, 09:53:01 PM
I think a reasonable approach to investing in Bitcoin lets say 1000 USD is :

The worst what can happen is that you lose the 1000 USD.

The best what can happen is that you make possibly 350 x profit = 350 000 USD

So maybe worth the risk to invest in Bitcoin...

Smiley

Naah, it's not like that, Bitcoin still has super potential but the 350 figure on the current market valuation is not likely possible and it might not be possible even in the coming years as well. Having such expectations ahh is not likely a wise action.

TBH, on the current level where the market is already mature to the $T market capital with the growth in the coming timeline and more maturity it will stabilize the fundamentals and volatility, it was reported many times that with more and more distribution of coins among the community it will make bitcoin more reliable and less volatile, because now the power is getting diversified so the centralized actions which were causing a volatility in market will come to an elimination now except for the Black Swan events and community fuds.

378  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Start preparing for the next bear run. on: February 21, 2024, 03:05:51 PM
Haha, OP well that's a fact, now the price prediction and Bitcoin accumulation thread are the hottest topics on the forum, but this topic is really what I have been waiting for a long time, like can create this topic by myself but putting an opinion and creating a whole thread both are different approaches and I prefer to put view first before discussing the topic but after putting my view based on reaction and feedbacks I can create a topic on it as well.

Anyway sticking to the topic, as accumulation is important for healthy profits the exit plan is 2x important to secure those profits, and TBH accumulation is not a hard job the most skillful and hard job is the exit plan, if you are good at the exit plan you can enjoy a way better accumulation in the next cycle. Because not booking profits on the tail end can be a big loss, and to ensure the heavy bags filling for next you need funds which are going to be obtained from the exit plan. So work on it and even start working on it right now. You never know in crypto market.
379  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I Cant change Stop Loss position on: February 21, 2024, 02:58:39 PM
I am using Bingx and in futures I can change/move the SL but in spot trading I cant change Stop Loss..

I have to cancel the SL position and open a new SL position if I want to change my SL...is this the same in other exchanges?

and what would be the best way to get the exchange to add this feature in spot trading? I contacted support but it seems it didnt work

Buddy the name you are mentioning is very unfamiliar to me because I had never tried that platform and it varies from platform to platform in which sort of features they provide on their platform to facilitate the traders, some exchanges allow SL customization even in the open position on future and some don't.

In solution to the problems you are facing with any feature try to find out which platform offers your desired features for trading it, Personally most of the top exchanges provide a standard set of features which is more than enough for a regular trader. Even now the DEXs are offering many advanced features which re not even available on most top-tier centralized exchanges. You can try them out a well, but you should analyze the DEX security and reliability first because it costs more on DEX trading due to additional network calls.
380  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coin suspension on: February 21, 2024, 02:51:34 PM
What happens when a coin is suspended? How long does it take for binance to release from suspension? Especially from conversion.

OP I cant get it, what type of suspension you are talking about some sort of delisting or temporary unavailability of a pair, it depends on what you mean by suspension of trade in any pair or coin if it's due to the platform they'll fix it within the deadline they gave in the announcement and you can follow their latest developments to stay updated, if there's something wrong with the Coin itself then the suspension depends on the scale of victims.

Suspension may vary from situation to situation but the delisting sort of cases are not the same, those who are delisted probably don't get enough trading volume and market interest, exchanges used to delist such dead coins but they provide a proper delisting timeline to avoid the fund's loss issues for the users.
