What I really don't get is this bit: Who exactly will be the owners of this corporation? Will it be those people who actually purchase the FinanceCloud device? If so, will they then have exactly equal rights in the corporation?
They put their Money and time in, since over a year.
But nonetheless, it makes sence at the political level, the social level and as well at the economic level, to share a decent part, to keep
users engaged. Also its good, to not allow the founder (Steve, Chris and Olaf , me and other helpers), nor anybody else,
to hold a half of the shares or even more. All shareholders are having eqaual rights, weighted by the amound of shares owned.
The specifics are in a stage to be discussed and shaped by and with YOU, I am having a~ 40 +30 +30 % in mind.
like "me +users + silent investors (if needed)". Given, my sructural reflections are not only about the distibution, but also about

 The Europecoin project for me, is not only a finance project, its a "society" project. What we are seeing in Bitcoin is not only a sympton, that emerged from the real struggle of humamns, to organize their assets, its also about every form of cultural, value and society organization. I am not talking about "who is good" and "who is bad" definition, but about the fact, that organizing ourself on scale in a nonviolent and nondestuctive way, is really a giant challenge. I may sound philosopohical, but i feel, the question, if we and our children, will thrive or decent over the time frame of 20 years from now, is a quite PRACTICAL one. There are some big challenges, that require us, to get things right. So we need to push decentralization, to get oranized and efficient anough. Thank you for reading this. Now, having the broader picture in mind, lets zoom in again and lets talk about business. Here at Europecoin we did not have any ICO funds. So everybody, who "works for Europecoin" in fact is working for "HIS" Europecoins other than working for Europecoin as an organization. What we are widnessing is anarchy in effect, that proves, that humans are capable to self-organize. And even better, BECAUSE we haven'd been able to pay or hire, this kind of culture developed its full potential. People working with me are not bound or dependent. I should be friendly to them, because this is the only way, to get them engaged. A true eye to eye relationship. Now, we are about to publish a product. The question of the organisational background (corporation) for this product kept me thinking since months. Who IS this "corporation" and who owns it? Should i destroy the new found, in my eyes gamechanging, collaborative culture, by hiring people and falling back into command and control society? As we see it happen around us, all over the crypto-space. It kept me busy a long time to come up with the solution i'd like to present to you today. The second step as an ongoing processwe will then start to implement our shared culture into the cloud, by developing tools, to empower you, to take part, participate and to develop our space as a small growing society. The Finacecloud device gives us the possibility to run our cloud, our community, our business, our identity and our API without a central server or any other single-point-of-failure, just in the spirit of decentralization. I am thrilled by the prospect of perfecting this over time. Why now?Because we decided to implement your ownership into the hardware.

Hot diggity dang, I wouldn't have guessed ERC could go sub 6k anymore but seems like it can. Most of trading has been done at over 7k (?) so what's the deal with the sales now? Why is it going down? Was it overpriced for months? Is it just generally trying times to every crypto?
you should not try, to make sense from trading and developments. news and trades are only influnced from ech other in a very long run The immediate influence of events on trading behavour is highly overrated, except from Bitcoin price developoment. Altcoins are getting sold, when Bitcoin price moves to fast (this is a fact for uptrends as well as for downtrends). The factor is not related to the up~ or downtrend trend itself, its related on the frequence of changing direction. This hoovering keeps attention very narrow and news are not getting even noticed. In this time, you could save the universe without anyone getting impressed. artificially? Market? Did i miss something?  O.K. i assume you are worried about Bittrex trading.
so let me point out a few thoughts.1) OUR ETHICS, AS A TEAM and "TRADING, who's job is it?"
we do not trade and we don't engage in market manipulation.
Our Job is to build stuff, create the requirements, to make Europecoin attractive and to keep our users up to date.
Of course we are passionated and thats why, we do also care about everything else around this coin.
But trading is the exception, because not only i am not good at trading and therefor do not trade,
but i also consider manipulation as a fraud against my own users.
A team should always be transparent, honest and helpful to its users, instead of masquerading things.
Thats why TRADING is the only thing, has has to be done, by YOU, the user
.... and you are free to do anything you like, to support a decent volume or price (whatever you care about) .
2) DON'T WORRY ABOUT US
You will see, in 2-3 month your worries will vanish immediately, after we published the first developer edition of the FINANCECLOUD API.
We are committed to improve the value of our coin, by creating the tools and the environment, to give users a reason, to desire this coin.
The price follows our work and thats why our price is now, two years, after our takeover 100 times higher, than it was in the beginning.
(Yes! Even now, when we reached a bottom). There is some understanding, why people are not listening or are scared. FINANCECLOUD is
a product, that has never existed and is difficult to explain. So 90% of the people will have to see it, to be able to understand it.
And we are only three month away from just doing that.

Every project will have setbacks, but I believe in the ability of the Europecoin team, they always have a way to get through the difficulties.
