361  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Credible post and incredible post on: February 13, 2024, 05:47:12 PM
1• CREDIBLE POST
From my theory of research, a credible post is a post that made up of formative and its also transmits unknown knowledge to someone that is ignorant of what the information is narrating at, a credible post is a post that is quality in meaning and it undergoes different categories or processes such as research, observation and attention to ensure that is very innovative and also its comprehensive, the most important thing that comes with credible post is a post that impacts the knowledge of bitcoin and discuss the possibility of solutions of bitcoin and it's blockchain technology, such post that is bitcoin related and impacts knowledge to people is considered as credible posts.

2. INCREDIBLE POST
An incredible post's are post's that is considered none formative and it's meaningless and low quality post, and it's a post that doesn't require at least ten (10) positive contribution in knowledge of cryptocurrency to impacts to someone, and what causes incredible post is base on the following.

a• lack of attention & observation
b• lacks of cross check of work before posting
c• lacks of research
d• lacks of focus, concentration and innovation
e• it's not comprehensive in reading
f•  it's not arranged before posting
g• none bitcoin related discussion
Op you would have in your message just stick with the common term we are used to, Quality posts and Low Quality posts . The word incredible has ambiguous meaning and it could mean impossible, unimaginable, amazing, astonishing, the list is endless. See the oxford dictionary for more.

All you have enumerated as causes of low quality posting very true and a lot of us need to take all of these into consideration when creating a post as it shouldn't just be about post creation but should be with a purpose to broaden the knowledge of the targeted readers and not difficult in understanding as there are some posts I have read that the grammer and choice of words of the poster were too strong to grasp.

363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: February 12, 2024, 10:55:53 PM
Barcelona isn't any better either so I aswell will not be expecting Barcelona to beat Napoli, moreover this is champions league an snot their various domestic leagues where they are usually able to put up any form of performance and be able to still get ahead probably because they are used to the style of play in their domestic league.
We are aware that both teams are doing poorly and inconsistently. Between Barcelona and Napoli, who will qualify for the next UCL phase? Probably I chose Napoli because they know how to handle the highest ranking team. I'm sick and weary of Barcelona dropping points against destitute opponents. This is clearly not the clue technique we all expected from the club this season. Xavi Hernandez has a core task to strive for this season, but it appears that it is taking the coach longer to achieve his ambitions, he needs to put in more work.

The both teams are in same level in their performance and as a result it makes this particular match hard to confidently predict who's going to survive at the end of the day. If you say Napoli, by just imagining how poorly they had been in their local league you will want to say Barcelona will survive but then it's as if Barcelona are not excluded for the disappointing losses they have given to their fans since January to now. Both teams a struggling respective and that's what makes it hard to even give any one an assured support to win. I will be predicting a G-G in this game if am to bet on it
364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't make use of what you disliked because you can't stay away from it. on: February 12, 2024, 09:48:09 PM
So can anyone force you to make use of what you don't dislike?
Op please make correction to your question by putting it in the right statement you had intended by changing the dislike to like.

To your question; I think you were lenient to even give it a try by betting a single game to test your luck with the casino, once I discover a casino don't have the options and features I was expecting to get it's a quick No for me with an immediate log out. Perhaps if you had lost that bet you made you would have been tempted to continue so as to recover your lost. What you don't like don't even start it.

365  Economy / Gambling / Re: I've Made Millions abusing Exploit in a Crypto Casino - AMA on: February 12, 2024, 09:32:48 PM
Hello Bitcointalk community,

Glad to be back for another peek. It's been awhile. I used to be active back in 2013/14. It's been exactly 10 years since I found a major exploit in a bitcoin casino and abused it to accumulate over $1M+ back in 2014.

Thought it would be fun to do an AMA, might be interesting for the community  Wink
Are you in search of disciples to your course and I guess this ain't free as you are gonna request they pay some token for the so-called secret you want to expose to their knowledge.  Hey guy, wake up, this is 2024 not 2014, a lot has happened and bluffs like this to attract naive users has died out. There am many acceptable ways to make profit online in the forum  and maybe you need to check the service board to know where your legit service may be of profound value to you than casino abuse.
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why we need to buy meme coin? on: February 11, 2024, 10:29:33 AM
I also wonder why people buy meme coins, they have no projects, no goals, and even no website, they only rely on the "community" which will continue to buy useless coins. They are busy with dreams. This is the nect doge, siba and others. in the end they only got disappointment. I actually feel sorry because the people who bought this meme coin are new players who are greedy influencers. but that was their decision to buy with their own money, I think we on the forum are quite educated.
being educated with the right information can be helpful  in tackling one's greed not to let yourself dive into risky coins like meme coins and shitcoins entirely. One of the deception to many new investors is due to how they are made to believe that shitcoins could make them earn huge profits within the shortest time whereas they are in the dark about how almost all of these shit projects were designed to pump and dump and not with any interest to stay long in the market to gain a wider usercase.
367  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Communication as part of life in the society on: February 11, 2024, 10:08:44 AM
It is said that a close mouth is a closed destiny. Many people have lost opportunities they would have gotten because they refused to speak out about their challenge they are battling with. If we don't communicate our problems to people especially to the right channel we perhaps might not get the solution to it, we might be in the midst of plenty and still be in lack because we fail to communicate to have access to the right information on how to go about a thing to be a beneficiary.

Even the Bible in Mathew 7:7 said ask and you shall receive.
368  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Matters Arising. on: February 11, 2024, 09:48:54 AM
] For me I rarely believe such news because most times people could die at a particular time because of their health challenges but not necessarily what it's been speculated for. what I'm saying essence is it could not be the fact that they where watching the Nigeria matches that lead to their death but maybe it could be. but be rest assured that media does not really carry the real matters but brings you information that will attract your attention in order for you to keep following them.
if you followed up the match and looked at the intensity of the game you wouldn't ascribe this news to the media trying to create any headline for themselves. This death are real and I doubt most of them occurred because the deceased placed any bet on the match.

I watched the game and I stopped watching it after they disallowed that Victor osimehm's goal and gave the south African team a penalty against us. I was so bothered and went out to speak on phone with a friend till the match ended just so I can calm myself down.

Have you not seen people crying while watching an ordinary drama that was acted? My little sis will even refuse eating throughout the day if because of the emotional attachment she hard with this mara and Clara movie and if that's possible, do you want to imagine what it means for you to celebrate your second goal only to see that it was cancelled and instead having a 2:0 win against your opponent you see drawn back to having a draw in the most critical time of the game.

The thing is that if your mind isn't strong there are things and situation you shouldn't put yourself into and it's unfortunate that they won't see us lift the trophie on Sunday.
From everything I said above, you will understand I didn't dispute the fact that the news was true or force but I practically doubt the news because of the number of people that they claim died as a result of the match and the calibers of people that died exactly. it's a personal believe, it's just me not really believe it all but I know that it's true to some extent but not all. believe we live in a crinkum-crankum country nothing is impossible.

I also saw the match and I also got tension too so it's normal to hear such news and it has some truth in it but sir believe it's not all that are true.
You the make sense @churchilvv cos if you look at the way bloggers and some of this news outlets the take drop fake news just to get traffic you go just tire and even dey confuse on which news be actually genuine news. Even the way them go narrate headlines of event way happen just to capture and attract viewers interest to read out of suspense it's very bad seeing things this way. Perhaps, this news get some atom of truth shaa but I no sure say an all the people them name here nah this thing happened to.
369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another health benefit of online gambling on: February 10, 2024, 11:40:53 PM

If you're talking about been overcrowded i understand your point here, but let also divide the overcrowding into two categories and define each of them, you can go to a remote area gambling casino house and feels irritated because of how the whole place is dirty and stinkingly smelling while all manner of low class gamblers are making their entry and exit in the casino, you could also choose to go to a developed city and pay money to enter into a modern facility casino building fully airconditioned and even reserved for yourself a VIP segment, because you have the money and want to enjoy gambling where others are, but using the online platforms has to do with much of being private.

The offline gambling was totally different because the gambling was made by the local gamblers,we can’t say they are not hygienic but they play the gambling with the drinking and the drugs consuming. The gamblers also fight for the money loss after the other person won the game, the fight was the common one in the offline gambling.Whether the gamblers will fight for the winning or losing with each other.Or they will fight against the gambling owner for the fair game.Even the fare game was made, the gamblers who loss the funds will not accept the money losses.Because they are mostly from the daily wagers.
There are plenty of in land gambling shops that are decent to make use of for our gamble, you dudes are making it seem as if if it's not a vip and highly class in land gambling shops then all other ones are either dirty, stinky or filled with hoodlums and drug users with fights as the order of the days. I don't know if you guys are saying this based on your environmental perspective but from where I come from there are decent average class casino's with decent users flocking in and out without any form of violence and everyone seem to always mind their business focusing on just the gambling they are for.
370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Making too many picks reduces chances of winning. on: February 10, 2024, 11:02:14 PM
4-5 altcoins are just too few for someone who is very sure that a bull run will make him rich.

Just like a parlay still. The more you add to your multibet slip the more you lose your chance to win. The only that can make yourself dreaming though is that the amount that you'd ever win will be outstanding. But when you only add at least just 3 on your multibet slip you may win a good amount. I would prefer adding just a few and the max will be 5.
Just 5 games ain't that bad as it's  cool to go with a good analysis than some of the gamblers'bet slips I see in which they accumulate plenty number of games that the bet slip be looking like a role call of names as a result of it's lengthiness. Something about those gamblers from when I knew them till date is that I haven't heard or seen them get a win at any time. It's been from one disappointing game to another but sadly they never learn due to the potential amount to be won under such long accumulated games but the possibility is just unimaginable.
371  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buy ideas on: February 10, 2024, 07:55:53 PM

One thing I learnt so far, is Buying of ideas, since no man on planet earth can claim to be too knowledgeable on all aspect of live, deeping down to Bitcoin and its blockchain, everybody should strive to be symbiotic in nature, accepting ideas, not just all but selecting that which is necessary and beneficial to his journey, no belittling of any one's ideas as it may be the solution to our problems.
.
A simple way to learn and imbibe new ideas is to have an open mindset about issues and ideas from people, reading with the mentality of I want to know even on ideas you might have come across before. There are times I had to reread a passage of a book I have read many times before and I find out that each of those different times I do read I learn a new idea or words from it.  The mistake that some of us make when we come across a discussion or resource we have read before we feel there's nothing more to read again from it as you have read it before so therefore you know it all.

But more often than not, we have always learn now things from same discussions and resource. So being an open minded learner regenerates new ideas and knowledge.
372  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: Try all your best to gain knowledge on: February 10, 2024, 07:42:10 PM
In all sense of it knowledge na something we no go fit do without but the problem be say some people just wan acquire am through the back door which no dey possible. You must get bend your neck to give it your time into anything for you to acquire the knowledge needed about that thing but lazy to bend neck learn about something na be major problem for some of the people wey I don discover for this crypto industry. Nah make those people wey calm down bend neck take learn to get the knowledge nah com the use the head of those wey no wan learn but wan follow back door, and nah bcos of this type of lazy learners nah make scammers go always the succeed for this crypto industry. Tru Tru knowledge nah powa.

@letterredhub, knowledge is needed in all aspect of human life, the approach that you take in handling your daily activity is been triggered by knowledge, without knowledge people tends to functions without direction.

The creation of Bitcoin was as result of test of knowledge, the inventor might have tried several times and failed, he continued and now we are here, the problem we have today is because some are afraid to apply the little knowledge they have because they are afraid to fail, not knowing that your failure will help you to learn if really you know what you want, what we are enjoying today in bitcoin is someone test of knowledge, if we must succeed in what we want to become, we must learn and relearn.
The thing you talk nah legit talk all the knowledge we the enjoy now from the people wey use their own nah because them dedicate them time to put their knowledge into test and the failures no make them despair from retrying again. A lot of people done allow their knowledge die with them because of the gear of failure but them the forget say na through failure you go take get a better experience on how to do it again differently in an advanced way. But it get some people way be say nah lack of finance to provide the resources needed to take build their knowledge make them no fit use their knowledge achieve anything too. But we dey grateful to bitcoin say you no even need too much money to start, with small small buying of SATs before you know you don the accumulate and turn to owner of bitcoin in due time.
373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you beleive in the concept of "Luck"? on: February 09, 2024, 06:19:22 PM
It's not bad to depend on luck as long as you don't overdo it. It's normal for a gambler to think that they might win while they're playing, right? We know the feeling of winning in gambling, no matter what.

That means there is nothing wrong with other gamblers believing that, although we do not share the same belief about luck, most players in a casino have only one aim, which is to win, and we do not want to lose as much as possible.
It doesn't take anything or add in believing in luck, so whether anyone believes in lick or not it still has some effect on his games as a gambler. I know  many gamblers who argue that there's nothing like luck and that it's the effort and skill you put into making your predictions that makes the results for you but at times I have heard them spontaneously talk about how they just got a win from a bet they didn't even spend effort in or never put hope on it playing in their favour. That is luck playing out for them. For you to be lucky to win a game  you have to do your own part of predicting and booking the game. So luck doesn't just happen but it does happen to anyone whether they believe it or not.
374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If I bet big I lose, but if I bet small I win on: February 09, 2024, 05:47:56 PM
Guys, do you often feel like me? when I raise the bet I lose and when I lower the bet I win. Does the casino system/algorithm know the betting patterns we make? So often when we bet big we are given a loss and when our bet is small we actually win, which is very annoying

I don't know if this applies to all games or not, but I feel like this often when playing table games. What do you think?
Do you know there are people who would be alright having it that way, I mean having the winnings coming in regularly despite how small an amount it is. You the saying that a few drops of water amkes up an ocean, just take things that way and stick to what is working for you and get off from what isn't. To me I don't see or take this as the making of the casino house in anyway.

376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion || Current Topic: AFCON 2023 on: February 07, 2024, 08:31:23 PM
Nigeria had a penalty, William Troost-Ekong scored. Nigeria had the second goal which was scored by Victor Osimhen before a penalty was given to South Africa and the goal Nigeria scored was cancelled. From what that actually happened, that was what that should happen and no cheating but Nigeria was just not favoured with neutral judgement and it was 87 minutes to the end of the match. There was extra time and penalties were played. Nigeria won the penalties. Congratulations to Nigerians. The match was interesting.

Now we are waiting for Ivory Coast versus Dr Congo to play which will soon start, so that we can know the other country that will qualify for this AFCON final. I am hoping Nigeria would win the cup this year.

South Africa won the previous game in a penalty shootout (with a ridiculous score of 2-1) and it seemed that luck would also be on their side today, but Nwabali saved 2 shots and brought Nigeria into the final. The South African goalkeeper did not save a single shot (the penalty that was not scored was simply a shot above the goal).
Nwabali is great, but in any case it is a lottery and I am surprised that Nigeria could not win without this and even came close to losing.
It wasn't as though South Africa team was that good at penalty kicks, it was just that they they played against a cape Verde team that was bad at taking penalty kicks and it made it look as though the South Africa goalie was that good at saving penalty kicks which was one of the fears of many Nigerians that the game shouldn't lead to extra time thereby ending in penalty shoot outs. But from all that has happened tonight it's obvious that Nigeria was a better side than the bafana bafana boys and Nwabali is better in keeping savings than the South Africa goalie. Now Nigeria has qualified for the finals, congrats to them.

Currently the game between Ivory coast vs Congo is ongoing with a goaless draw at the moment. Any team that wins tonight will be meeting Nigeria in the finals on Sunday 9th.
377  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you have a hard time bringing new people to the forum? on: February 07, 2024, 01:15:13 PM
You won't know the benefits of keeping silence on some things until you find yourself hooked in wrong places or people. Before now, I had this attitude of wanting to talk to persons around me I perceive to be smart about bitcoin and the benefits but it started to turn upside down. differently from what and how i expected it will go. Did you know I had some persons around me nicknaming me bitcoin man.
Aside the security threat that can have on me when strangers hear someone calling me such name I also felt embarrassed, and somehow I had restrain from talking about it except it's with someone that's already into bitcoin. The brainwash is that when people hear you're into bitcoin they quick assume you must be swimming in too much money and may decide to mark you for attack. Staying low is safer and better.  Let them make use of the internet
378  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: February 07, 2024, 11:55:52 AM
Imagine a $7k price rise into the current $43k+ price of bitcoin making it $50k, a recent holder will be triggered)tempted to jump into selling to make dollar profit forgetting that the idea was initially to hold for a long long period accumulatively without tampering regardless of  the market price, but to an earliest holder such a price increase is next to nothing or less because he had seen many higher price increases in the past than what he's getting now and to him the holding target continues even after the next ATH. It will take a lot of discipline and determination to hold irrespective of what come may in price for a recent holder to find himself in the lines of holding for long as expected.
Those who held Bitcoin all the way from $7k to $50k are probably lifetime holders. They would have concluded that no matter the price of Bitcoin, they will hold it. They would have overcame the temptation of taking profit that many investors usually do. That price range actually shows such person have seen two bull runs yet still holding so I don't think there is any basis for comparison between such old hands and some new investors that have nit witnessed any bull run.
Of course there is a basis, the only difference between the old holders than the recent new holders is just in the price at which they met bitcoin and nothing more. The spirit of thought to be drawn from the old holders by the recent new holders as a motivation to hold steadfast for long long should be that if the old holders could hold that long and had made this amount of profit assuming as at a time when bitcoin was 7k to now it's rally around $43k, this thought should be something for recent holders to go on with as new investors in the market believing that they too can become lifetime holders just like the earliest bitcoin holders till date. In any business a person engages in if he/she doesn't have a motivating factor it's very easy for the person to crash at the hit of any challenge, which is why in this case the old holders should be seen as a motivating factor to the recent new holders for them to be able to hold too for long because the huge profit from bitcoin is embedded in a long time holding.

Old holders are like heroes the new holders should aspire to be like in the next few years in their holding.
379  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: February 07, 2024, 08:08:40 AM
And of course, guys can do whatever they like, yet if we are talking about various accumulation strategies in this thread, it can be a bit irritating when we see guys talking about strategies that seem to gravitate towards trading or even selling to accumulate more BTC, but then at the same time, they do not present the idea very well, and surely it seem to be off topic since even the topic of the thread does not say anything about selling and the idea of HODL in the context of this thread largely is suggesting the opposite... don't sell.  So then there is nothing wrong with having different opinions, even though the concept of trading or selling to accumulate seems to be off topic.. at least for guys who may admit that they are in the earliest of stages of their BTC accumulation journey..

so sometimes we do likely have to try to figure out whether guys really have long term intentions or if they are merely engaged in some kind of flipping practice or pursuing dollars, which seems to then result in trading rather than investing, even though there still might be profits involved, but not the kinds of profits that would come from both longer term holding or investing over a long period of time, and then the earliest purchased bitcoins will likely have higher levels of profits than the more recent purchased coins, yet it also seems that the longer and longer that we stay invested then we will be building and building the size of our BTC stash and the longer that we are in, then probably the more likely that we are going to have older coins that have gone up a lot in value.. perhaps both exponentially and having several compounding events.. and at least those are goals, even though they surely are not guaranteed and even along our bitcoin journey we are also likely going to experience a lot of volatility along the way and have strategies in place to deal with the likely to be near inevitable volatility without panicking.
from what you're saying you may agree with me that between the earliest stage bitcoin holders and the recent stage holders, the earliest stage bitcoin holders has the tendency to hold much more longer than they have even previously held compared to the recent bitcoin holders who have just gotten into the market and have little or no experience of certain ups and down in the market from what earliest holders must have experienced.

Thank you for your welcome! Smiley

I think in theory it is possible to accomplish it, but the chances are just too low (like the 200$ roll on freebitco.in). I didn't really care for users in itsself, because when you for example collect refs with bch.games who do NOT deposit, it is literally not worth it, it's not even worth to be named. The idea was more to gain traffic to the website.

Thank you for the reply!

Yeah it is for the traffic same as how you created the tittle of this thread to gain clickers because people are obviously into  interest in something unusual  Grin

Now you have got what you wanted and this is to click your thread , but like what you mentioned this is not about truly to gamble without losing but to gather traffic in those websites .

But still I wanted to welcome you here guys .

Thank you fren!

Yes I recieved a very small amount of traffic with the thread but I got something much more important here: honest criticsm for my website without sugarcoating. The value that this thread has given me is very high and I am thankful for every user who gave their criticsm of the site!

TBH I didn't really care about the traffic to BCH.Games in itsself, I was much more interessted for traffic for the bitcoinsguide.org and much more importantly -> criticsm of the community -> helps me improving bitcoinsguide.org
I won't be wrong if I should say it was a deceptive strategy you employed to attractive your traffic you wanted and just because you got it accomplished as intended doesn't make it the right way to go next time. Just be straightforward with your title next time and whoever is interested will still have to click and make use use of information from your site and you still get the traffic. This forum has a with sincerity and reputation and here a lot of members if not all  don't play romance with it. Anyways, welcome to the forum cheers!
