361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High price but no volume on: January 16, 2020, 11:13:52 AM
Don't think that real use cases make all these coins with huge volumes tradable Smiley
Manipulations and volatility, number of fans who prefer trading/holding this coin and believe in the idea, some hype around the devs or any other famous person - that's the main factors I think.
362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Altcoins not Growing These Days on: January 15, 2020, 10:49:17 AM
Well, I think something good is happening now, crypto is awakening as we may see today Smiley I think the main bull frenzy will occur when BTC passes 15000 level. Until that people will remain very careful and greedy Smiley
363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do scam ICOs really taken to the court? on: January 15, 2020, 10:45:08 AM
I bet these cases are vanishingly rare, most people just like to talk about scams and punishment and nobody is trying to do something valuable. And the task is really difficult sometimes, crypto market is like a wild west Smiley
364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs really DEAD or simply cleared a path for better projects? on: January 15, 2020, 10:36:47 AM
ICOs are almost dead now, that's obvious even without any graphs. Hope the things will change when the altcoin season comes. Many good projects are delaying their tokensales now, waiting for better times.
365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin SV Beats ETH very hard Soon on: January 15, 2020, 10:23:23 AM
How do you compare Bitcoin SV and Ethereum? Smiley
Why these two coins, where is the logic? You saw BSV being pumped now and fell in love with this project? And what will you say when it drops down? Back to ethereum again? Smiley
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Death of ICOs on: January 15, 2020, 10:16:11 AM
ICOs are dead now, though the things may change when the new altcoin season comes. ICO model works well on a growing market, when BTC and main altcoins are being pumped and investors are looking for some new coins/projects to invest in.
367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is dead these days, what next in the market? STO? IEO? on: January 15, 2020, 10:08:30 AM
STO is an interesting model I think. And tokenisation also of course. I wonder how this trends will affect the financial system in a couple of years. Possible applications are very promising.
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Bleeding on: January 11, 2020, 05:52:13 PM
Altcoin is not increasing for so many days. New money is not coming in market. So Always invest in good Top 30 Altcoins for being Safe.

This rule is useless cause it works now but the things may change soon and you will see the opposite strategies working much better than yours. The key factor here is to feel the market and wait for the right moment.
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Strategy: Withdraw 50% ETH and looking to invest in Altcoin on: January 11, 2020, 05:50:36 PM
I would suggest adding some good old coins to your protfolio. Like Litecoin, Ripple, Stellar, Dogecoin and maybe ZCash and Monero. This dinosaurs will barely die and more likely to get pumped when the bull run comes.
370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto history making year 2020 started it's journey ! on: January 11, 2020, 05:46:55 PM
Having high expectations for this year Smiley Though I remember same thoughts back in 2019, heh Smiley
The only thing that makes me sure about 2020 is that this flat market can't last long and the probability of bull run grows constantly.
371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance is Faking Its Numbers, Claims Bitfinex Whale on: January 10, 2020, 11:03:11 PM
I believe that exchanges can manipulate their trading volumes freely and they do affect the trading process when they think it's necessary. How can one control this constantly? It's almost impossible. You should count this in and use this in your trading strategy Wink
372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Day Trading or Long-term Hodl? on: January 10, 2020, 10:59:34 PM
Before now, I have always been getting it wrong about cryptocurrency. A friend recently opened my eyes to see how I could have increase little coins I have to fortune overtime by day-trading. But I am no that type. I had always thought I could only make fortune in crypto by hodling a certain coin for long.

13 months ago, I bought SNTR worth about $100 hoping that in few months I'll wallow in milliions of dollars like Ian Balina , but the reverse is often the case in the subsequent ones I bought. Sad fact, $100 worth of SNTR 13 months ago now less than $2.

Recently, I watched several videos of how to analyse a coin or token to invest in, gained some good knowledge of the basics. I discovered day-trading tokens like DX token and AWC could have actually make me what I hope to be If i had the right information. But its never too late. Yet, I am drowned in mentality that hodling for long can only be the fortune I hope for. Reason I need help.

You've just entered the market in a wrong moment, relax Smiley
All the crypto millioners bought their crypto in early 2017 or even earlier. Take your chance now, it's just the same successful time now I think. It's not very important what coins exactly you buy, the market is dumped to hell. Buy low, sell high.
373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Teach me how to fish on: January 10, 2020, 10:52:24 PM
Trading is not the easiest way to earn crypto, look at the statistics... 99% of the traders are losing money if you trace them for some long period of time. Trading is a calling, you should really love it to be successful here.
374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will YouTube launch it's own cryptocurrency. on: January 10, 2020, 10:48:26 PM
There is a question in my mind that alarming in my mind for few days. I am a new member here but in replies the senior and hero members that knows cryptocurrency news at very large amount. Will YouTube or Google launch it's own cryptocurrency?
I am hearing for few days that the Facebook launched libra coin. Is this news is real.
I want to more work at bitcointalk but i confused for it's hard amount of rules.
Anyone help me that what topic that I select for making topics and learn crypto knowledge by reading posts and I will be able to become a senior member.

If Google launches its own cryptocurrency I bet it becomes a new dollar, much more powerful then FB Libra.

PS. Lol, they already gave you negative trust  Grin You should learn fast and get used to the Rules and the righteous guys who not only obey them but also are helping to punish newcomers, hehe Smiley
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 99% of Ethereum, Litecoin, EOS Volume is Likely Fake: Report on: January 09, 2020, 11:55:37 PM
Volume and capitalisation - these two parameters are very strange and ephemeral I think. They may be changed dramatically in a minute! How can we think about it seriously? Smiley
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How i presently feel about bounties on: January 09, 2020, 11:49:37 PM
I'm starting to think its better to promote bounty projects with low allocation like 30k to 50k because they never failed to pay hunters, even if these projects find it hard to met softcap it will be easy to pay bounty rewards, this might be because of bear market but gone are those day of thousands dollar worth bounty rewards unless new wave of market movement takes place

I see, you prefer small but guaranteed earnings here Smiley
This is the way that fits to some people who don't want to risk. But I prefer taking some risks and get a chance of earning a lot sometimes.
377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next big thing in crypto? on: January 09, 2020, 11:41:25 PM
The advent of Bitcoin's blockchain technology has opened up a world of possibilities that were never imagined. People can finally achieve financial freedom by being their own bank anytime, anywhere. In 2017, there was the ICO boom where crypto land was filled with hype with many companies launching their own business ventures. Everything has been about smart contracts, on-chain privacy, and Blockchain-based gaming. But ever since prices started to decline back in 2018, there has been a lost of interest into crypto and Blockchain tech from people in the mainstream world.

It's now 2020, where many exciting events are yet to come. Bitcoin will experience another reduction in its block reward (halving), while Ethereum becomes closer to adopting PoS into its blockchain network. The space is definitely maturing, but the level of demand is still a lot less than it was back in 2017.

Nonetheless, I'm curious to know what's the next big thing in crypto? Huh

Mass adoption? Stable coins made by some famous companies and even countries? Tokenisation and STOs rise? Something like that I think, but it's always hard to predict.
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin you love to see die soon and why? on: January 09, 2020, 11:37:27 PM
Don't think some projects death will help the market now. Let each project prosper and let people decide where to invest their money by themselves. Each huge dump scares the investors Smiley
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Monero, Dash, Zcash, And Other Private Coins Be Delisted? on: January 09, 2020, 11:20:16 PM
Never thought about this, but now I think that scenario looks quite probable... But I think there always will be many small noname exchanges where you can sell your coins.
380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Useless projects! on: January 05, 2020, 12:01:09 AM
This list would be very short I think, hehe Smiley And the question is - how to measure projects' success in doing their job and following the roadmap. They are usually constantly changing it, by the way...
