Are you looking for someone to do it for free? I doubt that you'll find 'A master' that would do that. You can check the services section for professional designers though. SFR10 is probably the best you could find.

1. Security: If the exchange offer 2FA or not and where the funds are stored. If it's not in cold storage, don't use it. If they get hacked, your funds are  gone forever.
2. Reputation: This is based on the reviews you read about exchanges.
3. UI/UX: Not many people take this in consideration but I do. If there are multiple exchanges with the same security measures and reputation, I will take the most attractive one in UI terms and the one that give a better user experience.

I personally don't mind paying an extra fee If the exchange is worth it. I suggest using Binance, Bittrex, Hitbtc and staying away from exchanges like Yobit and Liqui.

You can't stop people from launching ICOs. However, you can educate people and make them be able to distinguish a scam from a legit project. It's not an easy task though, people are no longer interested in learning, they just want profit so they'll put their money in any project that have a high score in TokenMarket or other scoring sites.

1. I have checked Ledger nano S supported cryptocurrencies and there is no such a thing as Quantum coins so unless you are referring to Qtum, you can't do this.
2. Binance is an exchange, there is no way they gave you that file. It's more then likely generated by the wallet software of that coin. You will have to download it again, place the file (wallet.dat) in the correct location (AppData folder) and then, send your funds to Ledger nano S (assuming that is supported).

Probably anything that can be made automatic. Instead of using the exchange API and build a BOT myself (or buy one), I would like to have an exchange where I could do everything for a maximum of profit.

It's too late now, we can get listed in Binance and that wouldn't make a difference. The project is labeled as a scam everywhere in the internet.

If you're targeting Bittrex, Binance, Poloniex or one of these big sites and not expecting to pay a fee, forget about it unless you have a huge userbase. You should start try to contact the decentralized exchanges.

I couldn't find these coins in CoinMarketCap so I'm going to assume that the trading volume is low and they are not listed in any other exchanges. It's very likely that Yobit accumulated a great amount of these coins from fees over the the last few weeks/months and decided to dump everything as let's face it, these coins has no value and are almost not heard of.

Probably not true otherwise the team would've announced it. Good things takes time. If there is something that can compete with bitcoin and Ethereum, this is it.

It's not possible as they give no ability to export the private keys or anything, they control everything from their side just like exchanges and online wallets.

I understand the risks involved while trading on LB and Paxful but eGifter and gyft? they are reputable companies dealing with trusted suppliers, I'm pretty sure the cards should work fine or at least, they would refund you If something went wrong.

Atomic swaps need Lightning network which is under development. Bitcoin has a much bigger community and more developers, so I believe I'm being realistic when I say that the chances of BCA getting AW before BTC is 0%.

Are you referring to Ripple? There will be no FLIPPENING regardless of the coin. There will be FUD and people trying to push their agenda but It's not going to work. Bitcoin is going to stay number 1 as long as the development is active, which is the case here.

If you want lower rates, you could check Paxful or LocalBitcoins. If you're okay with 1:1 then use gyft or eGifter.

You're allowed to have as many accounts as you want as long as you're not spamming. However, If your account (or the other user's) is banned then this could be considered as ban evasion but I doubt that the IP is the first thing to look at as a lot of people use Tor, VPN and they could share the same IP at some point.
