People consider that our lamp you can see in the video is composed by: - arduino uno: 20 $; - ping sensors: 19.90 $; - some leds, wires and mosfets: ~ 14 $; - a wireless expansion (missing in prototype): 11 $; These are prices w/o VAT, but they are for normal orders.. with an order of more than 1000 pieces we have 10% of discount and 20% if it is more than 5000 items.. this mean that (w/o consider materials to make lamp design), we are able to make this prototype with (20+19.90+14+11) / 1.2 = ~ 54 dollars i thinks this is enough for now you said about 350 dollars in OP.. so this is really good  50 dollars are only for Arduino and lamp.. 350 dollars are for 2 or 3 of that, one cam mounted On raspberry and one raspberry as central unit .. plus costs for design and hours of work.. anyway i think we can stay under 300 dollars.. plus discount for payments in SCSY |

Will there be any sound sensors?? or is this movement based?? Video is awesome...pretty cool!!!  thanks for you feeling  no this lamp is only movements based.. in truth, it exsist a sound sensor for arduino, but i dont see any reason to implement this kind of thing.. more costs, more time spent behind Arduino Sketch.. for nothing, because a thief dont sing while stole something lol |

We thought at investors earnings.. with this block reward, our coin's value will be at least 5x than ICO price.. And miners will have advantges by hefty1 algo.. no? 10% for ICO - my suggestion People investing through ICO expect they get benefit (for example 5x or more ). As a miner i like new algo like hefty1 which is no ASIC miner at the moment For a coin with a newbie-account dev (i mean new-reg account) i need escrow service but i dont know who is Sciakysystem  (sorry), i prefer someone more credible like Devthedev, Maidak.. goodluck! im sorry, we had devthedev but he want no more provide escrow.. |

I like start-up companies, and I'd like to see this project succeed. Its a cool idea, and the prototype looks good so far, and if it all works out, it could be a nice first product.
But what is my share of equity in this new company that my BTC helped to fund? Nothing apparently. Not even 1 security system or lamp?
You see, I'd be investing in you, not the coin. You need seed money for a company that designs and manufactures security systems. The coin should just be a digital token that equates to a share in that company. That's what I want to invest in. The coin needs to be tied to shares in your company, otherwise we're just buying you a company.
Would you perhaps consider giving shares in your company in exchange for the start-up funds needed?
