it is best he tries each pool and comes back here to say if the stick works at them. Franky I think he should do mmpool.org but only if the stick works there.
I've tryed it with mmpool.org and my gekko-f. It works fine with the pool. just to let you know, even I am not the thread starter.

Eventuell ja: aus dem GIT: https://github.com/bitcoin-wallet/bitcoin-wallet/tree/master/walletour wallet contains your private keys and various transaction related metadata. It is stored in app-private storage: Mainnet: /data/data/de.schildbach.wallet/files/wallet-protobuf Testnet: /data/data/de.schildbach.wallet_test/files/wallet-protobuf-testnetThe wallet file format is not compatible to wallet.dat (Satoshi client). Rather, it uses a custom protobuf format which should be compatible between clients using bitcoinj. Certain actions cause automatic rolling backups of your wallet to app-private storage: Mainnet: /data/data/de.schildbach.wallet/files/key-backup-protobuf Testnet: /data/data/de.schildbach.wallet_test/files/key-backup-protobuf-testnet Your wallet can be manually backed up to and restored from a share of the storage access framework (likely Google Drive): Mainnet: bitcoin-wallet-backup-<yyyy-MM-dd-HH-mm> Testnet: bitcoin-wallet-backup-testnet-<yyyy-MM-dd-HH-mm> Du kannst ja mal den File explorer auf dem Handy nehmen und danach suchen.

According to the problems of the user banche_plus, I did setup a passthrough to solo.ckpool.org on my server, located in germany, and if someone got problems of connecting to the pool from his country, he can try this: stratum+tcp://rfpool.org:3334 Your setup is like at solo.ckpool only the URL has to change to the passthrough. This get relayed to solo.ckpool.org:3333 and you can check your data on solo like normal.
Maintanace coming soon:on 27.12.2021 18:00 UTC I will upgrade the server to a the actual debian. All miner on the paththrough are advised to have a failover configured, so no loss in shares ocure for them. As I don't know how long it will take in the end to setup all new options I had planed, a minimum of ~2-3 hours downtime has to be expected. If something went wrong, or there is a delay, I will post it in this thread if needet. Mine on

well, the best on that pool was the payout system (!), so sad that it was closed down. But the solo.ckpool is still up and doing well, wich I am glad of (and having con still here) The main point of running a pool is that the user have to trust you. In con we trust, with an other op, well that will be hard for him to come near that level. # Willi go and get the next one!

I got cgminer running on WIN10 with a Newpac. But there is little surpport now, guess I'll just try Avalon instead. 3.Can I solo-mine with an Avalon using my own RPC server? How do I do it? So many questions! I dont know RasPI or Linux very well, plz help.
No you can't, even with kanos version of cgminer. Canaan got an instruction on their git on how to compile a version for solo mining, but all under linux. So if you are not familiar with linux, you have to learn a lot. beside kanopool for solo mining, there is also solo.ckpool.org https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5237323.0There you don't need a registration, just put in your btc-address as username and you are ready to go.

I'll look into solo working with 0.21 when I get to doing that - give it a little while But no, it's far from ideal to use a version of bitcoin prior to 0.21, since when taproot activates next month, you must be running 0.21 or later. Hi Kano, could you give us an update?

congrats to Willi and all "minions".
let's get the next one!

Judging from the notification I just got from bitnodes, I'd say the routing has been fixed.
Hi Con, the miners did now returned to solo.ckpool.org I got two locations for my miner, one of wich is inside a heavy datacenter, that was also not working. Now it is resolved and the mining goes on on the pool Thank you for responding

Is there a maintance ongoing? Can't reach solo.ckpool.org, my miners are on failover at the moment.
|
|
|
I can also confirm that the blocks get confirmed on testnet3. https://tbtc.bitaps.com/2105744(Thank you 100knot2dae for pointing that out!) I hope that con or kano would answer that question, so that it is clear for all.
