0.9 was never tested fully in a production environment. So i would say no personally. I'm also not willing to put hours of my time into upgrading IXC to 0.9 or later. When i was willing to, f2pool, ghash and others did not want to help at all. So unless someone's willing to foot the bill for my development time. I'd advise everyone to stick to 0.3. Ahmed

Yep. I run a very highly modified version of that myself.

er no. scifi-ex turned into a big money pit due to the original hack when unfocus ran it. and yet he's honoured most withdraw requests. If theres some coins your missing PM me the info and i'll look into it.

^ that sums up the situation pretty fairly. Infact that was pretty much one of the exact reasons why me and hartland gave up. When we asked around for testers of scifi-ex when we wanted to relaunch it. no one was interested.

I believe you are wrong cinnamon im afraid. If you look at http://github.com/simplecrypto/powerpool. It runs using a gevent loop as its core. This allows it to spin of the submission of merged mining blocks into a seperate loop so that it does not affect the timing of the bitcoin blocks. This means there can be hundreds of such loops running at once with minimal impact to block finding. Ahmed

Betarigs Operator/Stratum-Mining Dev/UNOMP Dev/Multiple Altcoin Dev ahmed_bodi here. I can vouch for stoner and syntaks in pretty much everything theyve said. I'm not involved in the project myself. However i will most likely be adding the coin to my pools and services aswell due to having atleast 2 of IMO the most honest, talented people in crypto

Surprised you didnt know. This thread's been full of me talking about our issues with coinbase lol. If you mean support staff i'll give them a shout.

It's nothing of the sort. We had issues with coinbase so rather than spend time coding up support for a new payment processor we've coded up our own in V2. which is far better. We will be deploying it with V2 in the coming few weeks. Until then we have to send manually.
EDIT: Also im on holiday so it takes me a bit longer to be able to get to somewhere which i can use securely to send out the BTC

Its not as feature complete as i'd like it to be at the moment. Im going to get everything rolled out in stages. for now its a re-written UI, ability to block renters from renting your rig. re-written payment system. a bit more transparency regarding payments. ability to deposit BTC to rent. (now the only form used).
On the list to add yet are: backup pools (almost ready but going to hold of on adding it for a few weeks) better switching for rigs Pool suggestions Ability to dynamically set your rig price per day

I see. I'm quite busy preparing betarigs v2 arm. But if one doesn't come out soon I will get it made. (I'm also the crypto-expert pool stratum and one of the unomp devs)

Hey CryptoUser. can i get your ticket ID? I'll look into it.
EDIT: I would just like to point out that while i understand it isnt a fault when it comes to renters regarding 0 hash on most occasions. The number of complains in lxp365's rental's and in this thread is massive. he is by far the most complained about rig owner. It also is no fault of betarigs when it comes to these and so that is why the fee is still charged. That is why rather than trying to 1/2 patch bugs like that in mux's old betarigs site. I took it upon myself to rewrite a fairly major chunk of the site and its payment/refund/renting system over the past 2 months spending around 100 hours a week doing so. Its now almost ready and im in the process of doing its final testing now. However im on holiday for the next 1.5 Weeks so it may take about 2 - 3 weeks for us to transition over to v2. If you would like me to refund the fee shoot me a PM and i'll get it sent out to you.
Regarding issues with support. Im always available to look into issues with them if anyone wants to shoot me a PM. It's also possible for users to request me specifically in their tickets if they wish to do so.
